Lucia embraced Fernando despite the bars and cried. She apologized for the tears but Fernando understood. He told her the lawyer would be there shortly. He held her hand for a moment before leaving to meet with the attorney.

A neighbor called Isaura, who was sitting on the floor near Jacobo. The neighbor realized that Jacobo was dead and told Isaura she had to call the police. Isaura asked why, saying he had been sick and “I didn't do anything” [Yes, only withholding his proper medication and taunting him about it.] The neighbor said she had to have done something and Isaura protested “How can you say this? He was the love of my life! Besides I am not a killer, stupid.” The neighbor reminded her that failing to call the police would look bad, so Isaura got up to do so, saying that she needed to call Alfredo and borrow some money or there wouldn't be burial money for Jacobo. The neighbor also knew about Heriberto giving her casino credit for the house.

Carlos and the other criminals kept the drivers at gunpoint. They demanded the key to the truck's cargo hold, but Nestor claimed he didn't have it. Another took off Paulina's cap and realized she was a woman. He lifted her chin and looked at her as though she were on the block in a slave market. She pleaded, then began screaming. Someone (Carlos?) prepared to shoot as one of the others – unmasked – demanded to know what was going on.

The lawyer (whose name I didn't catch) told Fernando that they could get Lucia out by the morning. Then his cell rang and he told Fernando to wait for him as he stepped away to take the call.

Carlos held the bearded man off and he returned to the truck. However, when he told Paulina and Nestor to go it looked like she recognized his voice. She left with Nestor but said nothing.

Heriberto entered the police precinct and told Pepe (the bald cop) he was there to sign papers. Pepe went to get them. Fernando got up from the bench and asked whether he was Heriberto Valdez Peña. A verbal chess game began when Heriberto said “It depends on who's asking” and Fernando stated point blank that he was calling him out for abusing a woman. Of course the coño denied it and pulled the “you don't know whom you're dealing with” card. Fernando challenged him and two uniformed cops grabbed him by the arms. A (handcuffed) woman on the other bench and everyone else heard every word. He ordered the cops to show him out but stopped just short of the exit to call Lucia a woman of no moral character, claiming she had many lovers... for money. Fernando got angry as Heriberto told the cops to throw him out. He left saying that Heriberto would pay for this.

Paulina flagged down a car and asked for help. The driver was not inclined but allowed her to use his cell phone. She called Carlos and said she needed help. He was riding shotgun in the truck and deliberately spoke tersely to avoid suspicion from the driver.

Part 2 of 5

The woman on the bench – appropriately named Magdalena – was put in the cell next to Lucia's. She seemed to understand what happened and said that Fernando defended her like a lover and that he must love her very much. There was no hint of envy in her voice.

Gertrudis found her pendejo of a husband at an outdoor cafe table with a glass of some adult beverage. To her questions he replied that he was signing the charges he made against Lucia. She accused him of being an abuser of women and using her brother's position in his disgusting activities. He denied ever having abused anyone and accused her of being jealous. She denied that (much more believably) but told him in no uncertain terms to leave Lucia alone. She got up and left.

Alfredo gave Isaura an undisclosed sum of money and she thanked him while stashing the cash in her bra. She was pulling a Helpless Me act and pretended to be upset over Lucia being in jail. Alfredo told her he tried to see Lucia but the police would not allow him to. He said he would try in the morning. Another neighbor – Tonia – came with white flowers for the velorio, which Isaura said would be in the house. Isaura said through her crocodile tears that she didn't have the money to save the house. Alfredo tried to leave only to be scolded by Tonia who accused him of having no feelings about this. She was sure that Jacobo died because of what happened to Lucia.

Carlos somehow got home, got his own car, and picked up Paulina and Nestor.

Fernando went home to Roxana and explained what happened. She didn't act like the usual jealous girlfriend, but we'll give her time.

Isaura said that Lucia must not be told about anything else. Tonia left to continue preparations. Alfredo denied the lies being told about Lucia [Lies his actions enabled.] and Isaura said that the best thing would be for Lucia to get married and leave town. [What a hypocrite.]

Roxana entered the room in black lingerie holding a glass of wine. Fernando looked like his mind was elsewhere. She kissed him and got up again. [How soon will he call her by the wrong name during sex? I give it two episodes.]

Paulina and Carlos were in his car. She thanked him for coming to the rescue the night before. They started to kiss when Diego – her brother – arrived, got insulting, and pulled her out of the car. He picked a fight with Carlos. Paulina yelled at Diego to stop. Diego landed a major punch and forced her into the house. He yelled at Carlos to stay away from his sister which caused Carlos to almost draw the pistol he carried in back of his right hip. He left the scene but Diego and Paulina argued intensely in the house. She protested that she was not a child and he accused her of getting her freak on with Carlos the night before. She denied that anything happened but he was deaf to anything he didn't want to accept. She was tired of living in fear... of him. She left the room and he almost punched the wall.

Lucia was released. However, she saw Fernando through the open door and her smile did not fully form when she saw Roxana walk up to him and kiss him. Alfredo walked in on this and she demanded to know where he had been. A clerk brought papers for her to sign.

Part 3 of 5

Fernando asked Roxana whether she had followed him. She denied having done so and said she respected their agreement. [In a pig's eye, I'm sure.] She said she had things to do in San Jacinto. She kissed him and went on her way and he looked like something was wrong and was going to get worse.

Inside he talked to his lawyer who had found out what had happened the night before. He warned Fernando to leave things like that to him. Then they left to deal with the matter of Marta's house.

As Lucia and Alfredo walked out she told him she was very worried about her father. He then told her she would have to be very strong. He took her hands and told her that her father had a heart attack and died. She cried and collapsed against him. He lowered their combined weight to the marble tile floor. [Victoria Ruffo would be so proud.]

Fernando talked with the security men at his company, explaining that stronger measures were necessary.

Alfredo escorted Lucia through the velorio. She asked Isaura what happened and was told that her father died defending her. Lucia went to the closed coffin and despite Isaura's directive she opened it to see her father's face. She cried, said something unintelligible, and leaned over the glass.

[I hate the title music.]

Fernando's lawyer told Heriberto that his client was looking to discharge the debt about the house. Their conversation ended and the lawyer left. Gertrudis came into the den and was not happy that the house could possibly be paid up in full because she wanted it. He said he would do something about this. She knew that the lawyer was also the one who defended Lucia and Heriberto confirmed that she had been released. He made a comment about how gossip is blown around like dust in this town. She also knew that Jocobo had died and Heriberto had not mentioned this. He said he didn't want to bother her. He claimed that Jacobo lived a life of excess and it caught up with him. As he downed a shot of tequila.

As Lucia cried Michelle was calling Alfredo, who tried to excuse himself because of work. She begged him not to go, but he went outside.

Fernando's lawyer told him the debt had to be paid in full at a higher interest rate. He wasn't able to do more. After Fernando ended the call Paulina came in to tell him that a contract was cancelled. He came within a hair of flipping out. She asked how she could help.

Alberto was on the phone with what sounded like a business problem. Heriberto was sitting in an outdoor cafe and spotted him. He realized this and ducked behind a wall. He remained quiet until Heriberto and Gertrudis entered the velorio then scolded Michelle for being selfish, then ended the call.

Lucia saw this evil couple and quietly asked what they were doing there. Gertrudis said they came to pay their respects to her father. Lucia held them responsible for his death. [I almost choked on the sushi I ate a few hours ago when...] Heriberto claimed friendship with Jacobo. Lucia cried as she said “You are not friends. You never were friends. A friend would not try to rape me. A friend would not invent lies to put me in prison. You never were friends with my father.” He told her to calm down. “We bear no rancor for what you did to me but your lies have a limit.”

“Get out of my house.” She then moved forward to shove them out. Tonia and Isaura held her back.

“Very well, but from this day forward you will not have our help.” Gertrudis then did an about face and Heriberto followed her out. Lucia was dangerously close to hysteria.

Paulina and Nestor had a disagreement at the office and Fernando tried to mediate. He pointed out that as a woman worse things could happen than assault. She had no permission to drive the truck and he told her she was never to do anything like that behind his back. She agreed to this. So did Nestor. She said she could testify about the criminals because she could identify the one who was unmasked.

Later that evening Pedro showed the photos of Lucia that Heriberto had spread on the internet. Of course Gertrudis was willing to believe that Lucia had done this herself and got all self-righteous in her attitude. All the comments on them confirmed the lies Heriberto was saying. Gertrudis and Pedro started getting busy.

A family fight broke out in Marta's house when Michelle objected to Carlos' criticism of her novio. Marta got upset; this was not how a family should treat each other. All three apologized to her. She talked about their godparents leaving them and her having to take care of them by herself. Peace, but no discussion of their financial problem.

Alfredo walked with Lucia in the procession to the grave. As the priest read the service a car stopped nearby and Alejandra Madrigal de Horta got out and stared. She removed her dark glasses and stood there only just long enough to be seen by Isaura, who recognized her from the photo. Isaura whispered something about this to her neighbor. No one else noticed, least of all Lucia who threw in the first clod of earth.

Alfredo escorted her home and left her with Isaura and Tonia. She asked them why other people were staring at her. Tonia said it must have been the photos. “What photos?” she asked. Tonia showed her. Lucia said nothing as she took the phone and went into her room to search. She saw messages asking what she charged for a private session and calling her a facilota. Another message referred to her as a zorrita. She looked around on her dresser, then remembered Heriberto mentioning the photos.

Part 5 of 5

Isaura met with Alfredo and asked him how much Heriberto paid him for the photos. She had been home when he left the flowers and the box with the note.

Lucia confronted Heriberto by asking how much money he paid to make those photos happen. He smirked at how well the photos turned out. He took out some cash and she slapped it out of his hand. She demanded that he remove the pictures or she would see him go to prison. He began shouting “It wasn't my fault. I offered friendship and you rejected me and said you didn't want to see me.” To her credit she stood her ground and asked “Whom did you pay?” He turned away and sat down for a moment. “You really want to know? It was your novio. He betrayed you, not I. He sold you.”

She did not believe him. He stared and started moving closer, but said nothing.

I can't begin to express how difficult this episode was to recap with the invasion, the gaslighting, the lies, and the nobody's willingness to believe Lucia. I can't wait to see what happens when Fernando finds out that the same hijo de perra is also victimizing his sister.

This is the stuff of nightmares.

Is this really Katya's father? I don't think so. (OK, I know he's not.)

Should Andrea be ashamed of herself? You bet!

And now will Tyler learn the truth about Mario's marriage? Back to 'I don't think so.'

But is Tyler really as gullible as he seems? I keep asking myself this question. I don't yet have an answer.

Urban, thank you for the detailed recap . This show is filled with angst and terror right from the start with Fernando the only calm, noble force. There are so many characters , but I think I have most of them sorted out.

Heri is going to be a disgusting , grotesque villain. Gert and Pedro are an odd couple .

Was this the first time we got to see Alexandra ( actress Adela R.)? How does she fit in with the characters?

Interesting that Pauline 's brother hates Carlos ( he should). Is the brother a friend of Fernando's?

So.. Carlos,Michelle, and Fernando are siblings , and Michelle is carrying on with Lucia's beau Alfresco. ( who is a !ouse) .
 

You've got it. Yes, Diego is a friend of Fernando's.

My gut says that Alejandra is a madame. Whether or not I'm right she will be an enemy.

Heriberto and Gertrudis are evil period. But what really hurts is seeing good people betrayed by those they trust. Lucia was blind to Alfredo, and her dad staying married to Isaura got the poor man six feet under. I hope there's a bright spot soon.

Embajador S3 #37 part 1

Sorry for the delay, I'm a bit backed up again.

Sancar and Mavi sit on the beach. Look at the horizon line, he tells her. [Turkish] It’s where heaven and earth meet. In front of me is blue, next to me is blue (refers to her). Everything inside me became blue. I am very lucky. Can I tell you a secret? I love being in a relationship. In the movies, the couples always fight, and we think that’s what love is. They make us think that’s normal.

Mavi says, I think it’s part of human nature. We think we own love. But love is a feeling that does not belong to anyone. It’s more of a decision. That way there is compassion. You’re right, Sancar says, that’s a good way of looking at it. This was the greatest week of my life, thanks to you. I thank you, too, Mavi replies. Our home is wonderful. You, Melek and me when we spend time together, we are happy.

Sancar reminds her they are going to spend a few days at the mansion. Mavi reminds him, your mother doesn’t want me there. And I don’t want any problem with her. Sancar says he will take care of it. It won’t be like before. Neither she nor anyone else will interfere with my marriage.

And what if only Melek, you and me create our own world, she asks, what do you think? We could have a child of our own, too, Sancar says. [Turkish] You two girls team up and attack me. I need help and support. Wouldn’t you like to have a little one running around the house? Doesn’t that excite you?

Mavi doesn’t look as excited as Sancar. I never considered it, she replies, not after Ekim. [someone should have warned her about Efe’s track record. It may already be too late.] We have a beautiful and healthy daughter. Let’s give her all our love and life to her. Are you upset, she asks? Not at all, he fibs and adds, but better we talk about it after. You might change your mind.

Perhaps your thought to grow old here will change, Mavi says. Maybe the three of us can go to a different city. Even another country. This is my homeland, Sancar replies, I was born here, and I will die here, like my father and my grandfather. And what if I want to go, she asks, you wouldn’t come with me? He kisses her hand and says, don’t go.

Sancar gets a message from Halise: Sancar it’s very late. Come. Sancar looks away from Mavi and tells her don’t laugh. I’m not, she replies. I know you are laughing, he says, enough. No, no, I’m just looking at the horizon line that separates, heaven and earth. I know you are laughing on the inside, he says. Okay, he asks, what were you looking at? The horizon, she answers. Ah the horizon? Come here, he tells her and puts his arm around her and pulls her close.

At the van down by the lake, Elvan tells Bora she is feeling relieved. Kavruk is fine. Sancar and Mavi are better again. I feel good. Elvan, tranquility should depend on yourself, Bora says, it’s what’s most important. We should all feel good about ourselves, to have peace. The cure is in ourselves. That’s what you say, Elven replies, but when there are problems, we all worry. It’s normal.

All of a sudden Elvan gets dizzy. Bora steadies her. I told you that yogurt mix didn’t have a good smell, she says. Bora gives the yogurt a sniff. It doesn’t smell bad. It can’t be, it was just made. Bora blames her diet. Eat something, he tells her, eat a piece of bread. He dips it in the yogurt and puts it up to her face. She backs away, no thanks, it smells bad. He makes her eat it and tells her to sit. He starts talking about finding peace and happiness in ourselves again. Elvan doesn’t look well. [could it be….?]

 

Embajador S3 #37 part 2

Yayha meets with Adem at an outside restaurant. He wants the scoop on Bora. Adem says they are living together in a van. She moved in. Dudu and Ela happen to be walking past there and they spot Yahya and Adem. Dudu goes over and tells him she’s been looking for him and calling him for weeks and he hasn’t answered. She asks, why are you doing this to me? Yahya doesn’t answer or look at her. She pulls out a chair to sit and he stops her. Not now, he says, if you allow, we are talking business. She leaves.

Sancar and Mavi arrive at the mansion and Halise is right on the spot to welcome her son. She says nothing to Mavi. Thanks, mom, Sancar answers, we are fine, thanks. Halise turns to Mavi (she addresses her as Mavi Hanım) and asks, can you go to the living room? Gulsiye will serve you tea. I have things to discuss with my son. Sancar quickly responds, whatever you have to say, you can say it in front of Mavi. I have nothing to hide from my wife. Halise gives Mavi a dirty look and heads downstairs.

Sancar sighs in frustration. You see? As soon as we arrive, she starts to attack. Mavi stays calm. They all head to the living room. Halise says Zehra couldn’t arrange the wedding by herself. It seems you are involved, Sancar. You acted behind my back without asking my opinion. I don’t approve of this. Inform everyone. End this immediately.

Sancar makes it clear that Kavruk and Zehra will get married tonight. [Turkish] You want to say that I am not the oldest in this house, Halise replies, that I am not your mother? That my words have neither value nor deserve respect? Sancar silently squirms. Mavi speaks up on behalf of Sancar. He’s stuck in a difficult position. It’s not about him, it’s what Zehra wants. I’m sure you want your daughter to be happy. Let her and Kavruk live how they want. Let them be happy.

You can divorce easily and marry again, Halise replies, but that’s not correct. [Whoa, the looks on Mavi and Sancar’s faces] But as a mother, I know what suits my daughter. People are talking easily now, and I know when they get divorced, they will say why didn’t I warn her. Mavi tries not to look upset. Halise continues, how dare you comment with so little time to know me? I don’t understand. [Sancar please stop your mother!] You should listen, but not comment. Is that clear?

Mavi looks at Sancar and he finally opens his mouth. Mom, you’re upset with me but don’t take it out on Mavi. I’m not upset with anyone, Halise replies, the only thing that worries me is that you be happy. But it seems no one understands me. I only want the best. You don’t have to worry about us, Sancar fires back, please, enough. We are going to be fine if you just leave us alone.

Halise looks at Mavi [Turkish], I see this is your handiwork. I ask myself how my son was capable of doing this. What was I able to do, Sancar asks? Kavruk isn’t just anyone. We know him well, he’s like family. I approved this before I met Mavi, but it hadn’t been possible to do. And you know the respect I have towards love.

This isn’t love, Halise says, we both know. Don’t make me speak. We won’t have a wedding. Andhave you forgotten you home? I want you to leave your other house. You will move here again with your family. My granddaughter ought to be by my side. In Turkish Sancar tells Halise, now our home is here and there. A home is only one place, Halise snaps back, only one! If the home is empty, then it will be full of difficulties.

Halise looks at Mavi, since you advise my son, warn him of this. Don’t get involved in things you can’t manage. Halise stands up. Mom, don’t go like this, Sancar says. She starts walking. Let’s talk, this won’t work, he says. Mom, listen to me! She’s gone.

 

Embajador S3 #37 part 3

Mavi tells Sancar to stay calm. He apologizes to Mavi. I don’t know what we are going to do. I feel bad and she does as well. [who cares about Halise?] And now you do, too. I’ll go home after the wedding, she says. I don’t want you to go, Sancar tells her. She asks, how do you expect me to stay when your mother treats me like this? I can’t. Sancar replies, I promise I will speak to my mother, and we will resolve this, okay? Give me time. Can you do that for me? Mavi agrees.

Disheartened Kavruk drinks tea out on the porch. Sancar comes out to see him. What’s wrong, Sancar asks, isn’t this your happiest day? Such a sad smile from Kavruk. Sancar continues, you’re going to marry your love, but look at the expression you have. Should I not have allowed this? Efem, please, Kavruk replies, this joke almost stopped my heart.

And what about you, Kavruk asks, your wife is here, daughter is here, now all are under the same roof, but you don’t seem very happy. Sancar sits and says, don’t even ask. Kavruk says he has something to say. Listen to what I tell you. I have news. They fixed Mavi’s boat. You can use it when you want. Sancar tells him to keep this a secret. Don’t tell anyone. Kavruk promises.

Bora walks Elvan to her shop. He asks her if she’s feeling better. She says she’s okay. When you’re finished at the wedding, Bora says, then I will take good care of you. She smiles, you’ll take care of me, seriously? Of course, he replies, how do you think not? I know you are going to love that I take care of you. You will want to be sick so I can take care of you. You know something? You need to learn a lot of things about me. You will see.

Tell me something, Elvan asks, why don’t you accompany me? Ah, I’m not prepared, he replies, especially with Halise Efe there. It’s not the best. Elvan says, the truth is I don’t think she will be there. She is not in agreement with this marriage. We know she doesn’t approve it. She’s not accustomed to being disobeyed. Bora says she will never change. He leaves. Hmmm…. Elvan’s thinking and puts her hands on her stomach.

Wedding prep at the mansion. Zehra happily directs, until stonefaced Halise makes a brief appearance. Mavi is inside helping, too. Halise goes to Melek, what do you say we go for a walk, you and me, no one else? We could ride horses. Melek looks over at Mavi. Halise tells Melek she doesn’t need anyone’s permission. Mavi asks Melek to go upstairs and check her luggage to see if she’s missing anything. Melek goes.

Mavi tells Halise that Melek has to go to school. What school are you talking about, Halise asks, I thought we were having a wedding? I spoke to her teacher, Mavi replies, Melek will be here, don’t worry. Halise walks away.

Dudu complains to Ela about how Yahya treated her. Blah, blah blah… Ela tells her to calm down and asks, how much longer do you plan to beg him like this? Until he understands how much I love him, Dudu replies. I don’t know what to do, nothing works. He ignores me and turns his back. I hope his anger will pass quickly.

I understand, Ela says, maybe you don’t realize, but Yahya could throw out his wife without thinking, for you. Now he’s doing the same to you. Don’t look at me that way, [Turkish] they say a friend speaks the truth, even a bitter one. You have to be stronger than ever, my friend, because you are in a wrong place right now. You begged him for love and that didn’t work. You went away, looked for work to show you could and his money wasn’t something you were interested in. You don’t have work and it’s his fault.

 

Embajador S3 #37 part 4

Dudu says, I know I’m in a bad situation. You don’t have to remind me. Don’t take it badly, Ela replies. How should I take it, Dudu asks? You are a beautiful and intelligent woman, Ela tells her, you are not the kind of person to put up with these things. Time to apply more effective methods. Dudu considers Ela’s words.

Elvan quietly seeks to speak with Mavi in the cursed bedroom. I can’t do this, she tells Mavi, I’m scared. Maybe we were wrong. Looks like Elvan is holding a pregnancy test. Mavi says, you are late. I’ve seen how you’re feeling these days. It could be a flu, Elvan replies, maybe I’m sick? Mavi doesn’t think so. I know what we will do, she says, you will leave this here. Mavi places it under a cushion. Relax, you can do it after the wedding. I’ll be with you, you don’t have to worry.

Guven is in a bad mood. It hasn’t been a good week. There’s no word from Halise. Sedat asks, you’ve never thought about getting together with Halise? [that’s a vomit inducing thought] You’d be Sancar’s stepfather. Our problems would be over. Sarcastic laugh from Guven. Not funny. Why not, Sedat asks? You’d look great together. You’re both strong people of the same age. Guven is horrified. Don’t play around, I’m not in the mood. Lol, Guven needs a drink.

Okay, okay, it’s a joke, Sedat replies, don’t get angry. I came to speak to you about a serious matter. Mavi never knew her father. That man left and now Sancar is looking for him. And so, Guven asks? I know that Sancar is looking for this man to surprise Mavi. Where is this man, Guven asks. Sedat has no idea. I tried looking for him when Ekim was born, but he completely disappeared. He could have died somewhere abroad.

Why is this important to us, Guven asks? I’m saying we could supposedly find this man before Sancar, Sedat replies, someone who would follow our orders. He will work with us. An actor, someone who could give the paternal love that Mavi has been looking for over a long time. But at the same time, someone who could finish Sancar for us. What do you say? Guven likes the idea. They drink to that.

Wedding time! Sancar and Yahya greet guests as they enter the mansion. Uh, oh, Elvan shows up with Bora. [BTW, Elvan looks lovely] Neither Yahya nor Sancar look very happy. Elvan gives congrats to Sancar, who has to take a breath and shoots a look at Bora before thanking her. Yahya stares at Bora. It’s all uncomfortable. Elvan offers congrats to Yahya, whose eyes are about to pop out of his head. He addresses Bora, why are you still here? Didn’t you leave? Nervous glances all around.

Excuse me, Bora answers, what did you say? Your café’s contract ends in a week, Yahya reveals. We heard you were going to leave. This is a surprise to Elvan and Sancar. Elvan walks ahead into the room. Bora follows. Yahya goes after them but Sancar holds him back. This isn’t the time. What do you want from her, Sancar asks Yahya. You have already hurt her too much. Sancar walks Yahya outside.

Bora’s got some explaining to do. Elvan asks, is it true what he said? You are leaving? I’m not thinking about leaving, he replies, calm down. Even if I go, it’s only for a few hours distance down the road. How long have you been thinking about this, she asks, and when were you going to tell me?

Please don’t talk to me with the same attitude as Yayha, Bora says. Don’t make me feel bad. I told you I’m not able to stay in one place for a long time. I was going to be here for a few months, but if you want, you could come with me, too. If not, I’ll come to visit. You will see, nothing will happen. We will be close enough. She wipes a tear and he tells her not to cry.

 

Embajador S3 #37 part 5

We can do it, Bora tells her, we will do everything you want. We will do what I want, she asks? Of course, she says, then I will have to think about it. She walks away from him. He calls out, don’t leave me here alone. I don’t know anyone.

Here comes Necdet to greet Bora. Welcome to the Efeoglu mansion, I am Necdet. Can I offer you something to eat or drink? Bora takes him up on the offer. Necdet motions to Gulsiye with his hand to his mouth, he wants to eat. Gulsiye stares daggers back at him. Gulsiye nods but doesn’t budge. Bora is amused.

Mavi helps Zehra prepare. The bride stands before the mirror. You look beautiful, Mavi tells her. Zehra takes Mavi’s hands and says, I don’t know how to thank you for your help. You don’t have to thank me, Mavi replies, we are like sisters now. In spite of everything, always look for your happiness. Always defend your love. You realize that this is only once in a lifetime? And that you don’t regret, talk to your mother.

Zehra replies, she’s not the kind of mother you think she is. [I think Mavi already knows] Her selfishness and desire to dominate is always above her love for us. Mavi says, no mother could deny speaking with her daughter in her wedding dress. Don’t do it for her, do it for yourself. Zehra says she’ll do it.

Oh, poor Halise, suffering alone in her room…. There’s a knock at her door, it’s Zehra. Halise stops herself from admiring her daughter. She hardens her heart and turns away. Zehra kneels before her mother and takes her hands. Halise cries. Mom, please, today is the most important day. Mother…. Dad is not here with me. Don’t leave me without a mother, too.

I can’t, Halise replies, I can’t be by your side knowing you are not going to be happy. You are making a mistake. And I can’t celebrate that you’ll make the biggest mistake of your life. I told you I didn’t approve of your marriage. And for that, I made a decision. I won’t change it. Zehra is devastated. She tells her disgusting mother, I wish you could love me as much as you love yourself. She walks out and slams the door behind her. Halise cries.

Melek is with Mavi in Grandpa’s room. Sancar enters. There’s a garment bag on a chair. Melek shows Mavi. What is this, Mavi asks? A wedding dress, Melek replies. Sancar says, she never saw you in your wedding dress. I saw you, but not for long. If you put it on, we could have a double wedding today.

Double wedding, Mavi asks? You are so cute. It would be beautiful. But she tells Melek it’s not possible. Melek is disappointed. Why? Because today is Zehra and Kavruk’s day. And they have waited a long time for this day. We can’t steal it from them. Melek asks, then when can I go to your wedding? I want to see it. We will have it another day, okay, Mavi asks, what do you say?

Mavi looks at Sancar. So does Melek. He says, I thought and Mavi is right, today is Zehra and Kavruk’s day. We should let them enjoy their moment. And when will we be happy, Melek asks? [hopefully at the end of Turkish ep 52] Very soon, Sancar replies, looking at Mavi. We could have a celebration together, Mavi proposes. What do you think? They are all in agreement. Melek leaves the room.

 

Embajador S3 #37 part 6

Sancar apologizes to Mavi. I was excited by the idea of seeing you in a wedding dress. That’s all. Sometimes I’m more childish than Melek, he admits. We will return it (the dress). Return it, she asks? No one can return the dress that my daughter and my beloved chose for me. I said I wouldn’t use it today, but I didn’t say never. What do you have planned, he asks? Tell me what are you thinking? I won’t say, she replies. A loving hug, but she won’t tell.

To the wedding table! Sancar and Mavi are the witnesses, with Melek sitting between them. The officiant starts. We don’t hear the words, but we get a glimpse of everyone, including Yahya glaring at Elvan and Bora. Zehra says yes. Applause. Kavruk, who has shaved his mustache and looks like he’s at his junior prom, says yes! Applause. They sign the book. The witnesses sign. Zehra ve Kavruk karı kocadır! They are husband and wife!

Kavruk kisses his wife on the forehead. His dream has come true. They hug. Applause.

Unfortunately, we end this episode with a look at a very bitter Halise. This can’t be good.

Mexicana. I thought the meeting between Sabino and Katya was kind of upsetting. She really believes he's her father and was deeply moved about meeting him. We saw that Andrea was watching from a distance. I hope she has the basic decency to feel guilty about not telling Katya the identity of her real father, Gonzalo.

Thank you for the last couple of days of recaps, Weirdo and Urban. I totally understand your difficulty to recap/ watch these episodes, we are only 3 capitulos in and the our protagonista is already being victimized right and left. This is 2022, people, how about actually REmaking a story instead of just copying a perfectly fine original, which worked better when it first aired?

Weirdo, I'm sorry if I created a confusion, but when I said I was going to recap next Monday I meant the new novela, La Herencia. As of now I'm not sure I'm going to continue watching Mujer de Nadie, it's too depressing.

SpanProf, Andrea originally and reluctantly intended to let Katya know Gonzalo was her father, but gave up that idea after another argument with him.

Still, she doesn't want Katya to run off and she did promise, so she delivered up a "father" for her. Is she doing the right thing? 'I don't think so.' But when has she ever?

Dear Dondi, thank you for every moment as we roll along.

Halise loves to rain on everybody's parade. She is such a miserable person and just has to try to run everybody's life .

Sure looks as though Elvan is pregnant , so what will Bora do when he finds out that he is going to be a daddy? I think he told El that he had been married and divorced, but do we know if Bora has any kids ?

The opening scene of San and Mav at the beach looking at the horizon was sweet. I think that there was an old song called " Love is Blue." San is such a romantic. Does anyone know what those pyramid shaped things on The beach behind them were?

Du just won't give up. It makes me wonder if the writers decided to get them together in the end . Don't really care since I don't like either of them.

I was pondering what an encounter between Mavi and crazy wicked Meanie would have been like. Meanie loved to taunt and torment Nare and Melek , but I think Mavi could have held her own with Meanie.

Necdet has become comic relief without Meanie and mom around . I think he will finally win Gulisye because he is relentless in pursuit. He bas become a backup for Kav and San.

Zehra is a beautiful bride . Too bad her mother cannot let her try to have some happiness with Kav.

Thanks, Dondi, that was great. Halise is a miserable person, refusing to go to her own daughter’s wedding. I bet she decides to join forces with Guven and Sedat. Not knowing they really intend to ruin Sancar. That will destroy her, which is what she needs. Sancar needs to take his family and leave. Also, Halise never learned of Sancar’s trouble with Sedat.

I think Elvan must be pregnant, and she thinks so too. Wasn’t that a pregnancy test they put under the cushion for later. And there was something about Bora leaving that I wasn’t sure of.

Necdet has turned into a likable guy. I hope he wins over Gulsiye.

I’m tired of Dudu’s begging. She broke up a marriage because she wanted to live in the mansion. I find it hard to believe she really loves Yaya. I fitting end would be for she and Yaya to end up living in the mansion with just Halise!

A lot is going on and I don’t think there are that many episodes in this. Although the number of Turkish and Mexican episodes are different. I think!

We are near the end of Turkish ep 47 out of 52, but keep in mind each Turkish ep is over twice as long as one Uni ep.

Ok I have watched this a few times; and not payed a lot of attention BUT am I wrong in seeing serious parallels to the other one..that the main heroine was in? Young spunky girl..Pa is dying, serious pervs everywhere? Well the "classy" whorehouse is a step up from Flors and the madam is the crazed religious women from the other one and she does not have a heart of gold.

Also truck rustling instead of of cattle rustling.

Seriously? I hope Macron is not forced to be in this one.

Andrea was so cruel! Seriously, that was a terrible thing to do to her daughter.

I think Mario does have two wives now, he argues with each much the same, and both women end up thoroughly disgusted with him.

Well, we knew that all these couples at the finca were a comedic setup, that there would be romance, jealousy, heartbreak, etc., but in a manner that would promote more laughter than tears. I love it.

I can barely wait to see what Tyler plans for René, and what our octogenarian lovebirds are up to.

Mexicana. Hi, Andy! I think even Andrea now realizes how cruel she was. Interesting that Diego was rejected by his father, evidently because he wasn't "macho" enough. Even if he and Katya can't be a romantic couple because he's gay, his empathy and their shared lack of a father could be a good basis for a friendship. I'm glad that Helena encountered Luis and now knows who was the person who told her about Gonzalo's "affair" and that it is supposedly Marcia, not Andrea. Luis was hilarious when he talked about hearing the "centenarians" making love. And at least Luis now as positive feelings about Tyler, and was able to shoot down some of Bonifacio's conspiracy theories.

Elvan is helping Gulsiye in the kitchen. Bora enters. Elvan glares at him. I don’t understand what happened, he tells her. First you cry and then you turn around and leave me there alone. I know, she replies, I’m busy. I can’t be over there. She turns away and starts working.

Then I’ll go, Bora says. Do as you want, she answers, I’m very busy. Ok, I’ll go, he says. Yes, yes, go, continue on your own path, Elvan responds pointedly, it seems you’re an expert at walking away. What’s wrong, he asks, why are we always fighting? It doesn’t matter what I say or do. You’re always misinterpreting me. Enough. See you later.

Cut to Elvan sitting with the unopened pregnancy test kit. She’s so nervous, she’s shaking and she’s teary. Why do these things have to happen to me? [Turkish] Allah, creator of heaven and earth, I know your will should not be questioned, but why do these things always happen to me? I beg you to have mercy on me. Please don’t test me with this. I hope it’s not positive. Elvan goes to take the test.

Back to the wedding. Sancar and Yahya give Zehra gold bracelets. Necdet gives his gift to the groom. How much should he pin on Kavruk? Sancar sends him a signal.

Cut to Mavi, up in another bedroom, holding a pregnancy test that has been done. From the look on her face, it’s not good news for her. [Patio prediction is correct: Sancar is three for three.]

Sedat stops his car on a road somewhere. Another car is already there. Out comes Halise Efe. Sedat starts, I knew you had a wedding, so I was very surprised that you called me. How do I get rid of Mavi, she asks? Have you accepted our offer and will collaborate with us, Sedat asks? Yes, she replies, I want us to work together. You take your wife so I can be with my family. What do you say? She holds out her hand. It’s a deal.

Sancar goes looking for Mavi. Gulsiye tells Sancar she was going to get him. Mavi’s been in that bedroom for a long time, a half-hour. I didn’t know if I should talk to her. Sancar is concerned. He listens at the door first, then calls Mavi. He knocks. Are you there? He knocks again. She’s inside, frozen, with the test in her hand. Are you okay, Sancar calls out, Mavi, open the door, please. Sancar keeps knocking and warns, open the door or I’ll break it down. She doesn’t move or answer. This was the end of Turkish ep 47.

Sancar is still at the bedroom door, urging Mavi to open up. She has flashbacks to Sedat coming to her door calling her a bad mother and threatening her and then to the fatal accident. Sancar keeps knocking. Gulsiye worries Mavi might have fainted or something. Sancar is alarmed. Mavi, open, I’m worried! Mavi finally snaps out of it and composes herself before answering the door.

Mavi, what happened, Sancar asks? Sancar sends Gulsiye downstairs. Why didn’t you answer, he asks his wife. Mavi tells him she ate something that didn’t agree with her. She had a bit of an upset stomach. Sancar asks if she wants a doctor. He’ll call one to come.

Mavi says not to worry, she’s feeling better. I’ll tell the girls to make a mint tea, he says, if you’re cold, they will bring a sweater. Mavi assures him she’s feeling better. Or do I look bad, she asks him? He holds her close and says, I thought something happened to you. I was scared. Mavi tells him they should go before others worry.

Necdet happens to be outside when Halise returns to the mansion. Where did you go, he asks? None of your business, she replies. You’re right, he says, but the guests are asking for you. Halise directs, if they ask again, tell them I have a headache.

 

Embajador S3 #38 part 2

Guven is on the phone, looking for an actor to play the part of Mavi’s father. He asks for an audition tape. Do you think it’s possible to send it tomorrow? Sedat shows up and gives him the good news, they have someone in the mansion, it’s Halise Efe. Guven cautions, that woman could be playing both sides. How do you know she’s not lying?

Impossible, Sedat replies, I could see fear in her look. This is in our favor. This fear will make her do anything. She’s afraid of what, Guven asks? She’s afraid of being left alone. She blames Mavi for her daughter marrying someone she doesn’t approve. She has a feeling that sooner or later, she will drive Sancar and the rest of the family away from her.

Guven says, that mansion is Halise Efe’s castle. She must be desperate thinking they will leave her all alone, and she will be capable of anything. He tells Sedat to keep an eye on her. Guven gets a message. It’s a video of the actor for the role of Mavi’s father. He watches it with Sedat. The actor apologizes to Mavi and wants another chance. Guven and Sedat like his act. Guven calls to set up a meeting.

Mavi drinks some water in the kitchen. She’s looking troubled. Elvan finds her there. I was looking for you, she says, you wanted to be alone, right? You must have been bored. Elvan sits at the table with Mavi.

Elvan says, I did it Mavi. The test. I’m not pregnant. Elvan doesn’t look relieved. Are you sad, Mavi asks? Not exactly sad, Elvan replies, but I got excited. I don’t know, it’s strange. At first I thought I would like it to be negative but in the end, it wasn’t like that. I realized I wished it from my heart.

Don’t misinterpret me, Elvan adds, I’m not complaining. It was already fate. But it was a nice feeling to think about having a baby. To think I could give life to someone was very beautiful. That’s to say that motherhood is felt from the first moment. But life is full of surprises, Elvan sighs. Mavi has said nothing all this time but has considered Elvan’s words thinking of her own situation.

Gulsiye rushes into the kitchen with a bag. Aren’t you coming? Where do you suppose we should be going, Elvan asks? No, Kavruk and Zehra are leaving, Gulsiye replies, Sancar has a honeymoon surprise for them. Elvan is excited for them. Are they going to a luxury hotel? Yep.
Elvan says, what a good person my brother Sancar is, and he always has been. He has a big heart. She tells Mavi, it’s fortunate that you two found each other. Hopefully you will both receive back all the good you have done. Inshallah, you will be a very happy family. Gulsiye adds an amen. Let’s go, Mavi says.

It’s time to see Zehra and Kavruk off. Kavruk is a bit overwhelmed. Efem, the car and the hotel, these were not necessary. It’s too much. We could stay at home. Sancar doesn’t reply. He looks at Zehra. She tells him, I still don’t understand my mother. Why does she behave this way with me? Kavruk looks guilty.

Sometimes there’s disagreements between family, Sancar replies, but it will pass soon. Better that you don’t think about this. It will be fixed later. Yahya says Sancar is right, don’t worry, enjoy your honeymoon. The ladies come out through the mansion gate to join the sendoff. Sancar kisses Zehra on the forehead and tells her he loves her. Gulsiye gives Zehra her best wishes for happiness. So does Elvan. Zehra gives Yahya a hug. Be happy Zehra. Mavi is next to give her good wishes. Sancar is wiping tears.

Zehra speaks to the group. I don’t know how to thank you for what you have done for us. [She gave them all a helal olsun.] Thank you for accompanying us and for your support. Elvan says, we love you, you don’t have to thank us. Gulsiye says that brides are always sentimental when they go.

 

Embajador S3 #38 part 3

Zehra approaches Sancar. Abi, you have always been like a father for me. And today with my SIL, I didn’t feel alone. I had the company and support of a mother. Mavi reaches out to touch Zehra. I want to thank you very much, Zehra says. I love you both so much. Zehra and Sancar hug and there are happy tears.

Sancar wipes his eyes and says, go. If we keep saying goodbye, it will never end. Kavruk opens the car door for Zehra. The men walk Kavruk to his side of the car. They all start slapping him on the back, laughing. They get him good. Necdet drives them off. Everyone throws rice, and shouts their wishes for the newlyweds.

Mavi stands there smiling, and Elvan gives her some rice. What is this tradition, she asks Elvan. Elvan explains you have to throw it at the leaving bride so that her life is abundant. The more you throw, the more abundant. It also represents fertility. [Sancar’s wives don’t need rice] Wouldn’t that be beautiful? Elvan adds, you will have a baby, too. A baby Efeoglu. Do you like that idea? Uh oh, Sancar looks at Mavi, who doesn’t look very happy. But he likes the idea and throws more rice.

Halise paces in her room. She starts to cry and pulls a photo album out of a drawer and holds it close. Then she sits on the bed and looks through the pics. There’s a baby pic, not sure who it is, maybe Zehra, she just says my lamb in Turkish. There are pics of zeybeks and Grandpa Efe. Rest in peace, she says.

She continues to look through the book. Those were the days… She comes to school pics of Sancar and Yahya and one of Zehra. My lamb, she cries, as she traces her fingers across her daughter’s picture. Halise holds the book close. Then she wipes her tears and composes herself. That stony look is back.

Sancar and Mavi come back inside. They talk about how beautiful everything was. The couple looked very happy. Let them enjoy this for a few days, Sancar says, my mother will destroy them when they return. They are going to live here, Mavi asks? Yes, Sancar replies, it’s normal with families. Don’t worry, my mother will have to get used to it. Kavruk is her SIL now and she will have to accept it. Mavi doesn’t look so sure. Be calm, he tells her, everything will fall into place, don’t worry.

Here comes the wicked witch of Western Turkey. I thought you were going home, she says to Mavi. Mother, we are staying here tonight, Sancar states. Mavi says it’s better if she goes. Sancar makes it plain he doesn’t want her to go. Halise tells him, you can’t stop someone who wants to go. Haven’t you learned that yet? Sancar tries to interject. Mavi says Halise is right. You have things to talk about, she says, I’m going. I’ll call you in the morning. We came here together, he replies, and we will go together, okay?

Wait, Halise says, you’re not going anywhere, Sancar. You and your brother worked together to take my daughter away from me. For that reason, I want to talk to you both. Sancar sighs in resignation. [Sancar is it so hard to get up and walk away? You’re an adult] Halise shouts for Gulsiye.

Gulsiye says, the lioness woke and will tear us to pieces. She leaves Yahya and Elvan in the kitchen. Are you okay, Yahya asks? Yes, I’m just tired, Elvan replies. He apologizes to her saying he couldn’t contain himself. It wasn’t alright to give you the news about Bora that way. You didn’t lie, Elvan notes, you said the truth. But I didn’t expect you would give me the news. She adds, many times the facts speak for themselves.

You’re right, Yahya replies, I shouldn’t have meddled. I swear I’m trying to change, I’m making a big effort to be a better person. Gulisye comes rushing back into the kitchen. Halise wants to see them, and Gulsiye warns that she is very angry.

 

Embajador S3 #38 part 4

How pathetic is this? Halise stands before her family and starts scold them all like little children. None of you will ever forget this night because I won’t. You tricked me and thanks to you, your sister is married to that damned lunatic!

Wait a minute, Sancar interrupts, open your eyes. I’m asking you to speak calmly. Nothing was planned against you. Understand that they love each other. It’s our responsibility to help. They will return to the mansion sooner or later, I ask you to change your behavior.

Never, Halise states, this will happen over my dead body. [we can only hope] Don’t forget I didn’t approve this wedding! Now you expect me to have them under my roof?! You can’t make that decision alone, Sancar tells her. Yahya chimes in, that’s right, the house belongs to all of us.

Halise’s jaw falls open. She looks at Mavi and Elvan, you can’t be here, she says, I want you to leave now! Don’t interfere, I want to talk to my sons. Sancar tells her that no one here is a stranger, we are all family, calm down. What you want to say can be said in front of the women. They can listen.

Are they my family, Halise asks? She shouts, I gave birth to you! I am your mother. If not for me, you wouldn’t be here! I gave my life and my world for you, and it seems like you are all against me! You can’t put your mother aside, just because you have become adults! No one can stand against my word! [it’s amazing how they all sit there and take it]

Elvan speaks up. Halise Hanım, I don’t want to interfere, but you always do the same thing and then afterwards you end up regretting it. It’s enough. Halise’s jaw drops again. Sancar and Yahya stay silent, waiting for the next bomb to drop. Halise walks over to Elvan. Is this your business, she asks, who do you think you are? I gave you a good name, put a roof over your head and what’s more, if it wasn’t for me, you would be asking for handouts.

That cuts it. Sancar jumps up. Enough already! Enough, mother! If there is anyone who is ungrateful in this room, it’s you! Look at the conflict you have caused. Listen, I am trying to treat you with respect as I’m supposed to, but you are ending my patience. She turns on Sancar. I shouldn’t even have to ask you to respect me! Who took care of you during your childhood? It was me, your mother. You can’t contradict the person who gave you life, just to please a few strangers. Everything I have done was for your own good.

Is that what you really think, Yahya asks, how can you know this, you never asked us what we would have wanted. Halise shouts back, ah! Ingrate! Sancar gets his licks in. You seriously can’t see it? You destroy everything you touch! Tell me what happened to Nedim? He’s in prison! Who knows how long he will be there! Mother, you can’t oppose the happiness of your daughter. Please don’t do it, that’s enough!

Sancar continues, I made your dreams come true. You asked for a mansion, here you have it. You said, “don’t be like your father, become an Efe”, and I did all that I could. You have everything. But you are not satisfied. Why, mother?! Just let us be happy!

If your happiness will be away from me, if you are against me, Halise says, then forget your mother! And why is it better that you forget me? This way if you want, you can remain in the mansion. After all, Sancar Efe, you are accustomed to sending your mother to a room in a hotel to please another woman.

That really cut Sancar. Everyone knows it, including Halise. Sancar quietly tells Mavi, it’s time to go, prepare Melek. He asks Yahya to get the car ready. He asks Gulsiye to send the rest of his things to Mavi’s house.

Halise has the gall to tell him he can’t come and go as he pleases. I’m not asking permission, he replies, you can remain in the mansion. I’m going with my wife and daughter. You’re not taking my granddaughter, Halise orders. Sancar asks Mavi to bring her.

Here it comes. Halise says if you go now, I’m warning you can never come back to this place again. This isn’t a game . [Turkish] A person cannot leave his father’s house. The one who leaves and the one who makes him leave, will not fare well! Sancar just stares at his mother. Mavi tells Sancar, this won’t work, let’s talk. He tells her there’s nothing to talk about. He takes Mavi’s hand and they walk. Halise shouts at Mavi, are you happy? Since you came into our lives, you haven’t done anything more than try to separate me from my son. But I warn you this is not over, Mavi!

Yahya tells her to stop shouting. Please stop hurting us with your poison. Halise takes off. Elvan asks if they should follow her.

Sancar carries Melek and the family of three head outside. Halise and the others follow them out. Sancar and Mavi don’t even look back. Halise stops on the path and watches them for a moment, then she angrily stomps back into the house.

Halise heads to her room and she’s steaming mad. She paces and shouts. Yılan! (snake) She did what she wanted! She took my son and left! Halise smashes a flowerpot. I’m his mother and he prefers to go with her! Sancar abandoned his mother! Gulsiye, Elvan and Yahya hurry into the room. They try to calm her. Yahya asks Elvan to get his mother’s pills.

Halise begins to lose her breath and Gulsiye sits her on the bed. Gulsiye goes to call the doctor. Halise is still going on about Mavi taking Sancar away from her. Elvan gets her to take her meds. Halise does not let up. Sancar went with that snake! Yılan!

Zehra and Kavruk arrive at the hotel. Kavruk notes it’s very luxurious. A bellhop comes to take the bag. Kavruk stops him. It’s our bag, he says, I can carry it. No way, the bellhop replies, it’s my job. Kavruk backs off… take it, thanks. Kavruk tells Zehra he’s not used to this. They go to the front desk. Zehra takes care of this. She tells the receptionist, this is Omer Kavruk and I am Zehra Kavruk. We have prepared the most beautiful honeymoon suite for you, the woman says. She gives them the key cards. Kavruk has never seen these before.

The receptionist continues, you will be accompanied to your room. And we will be at your service 24 hours. Zehra thanks her. The couple head to the room. [Turkish] Hey, Kavruk, hey, he says, overnight Zehra became his and he became a “bey”. Zehra turns to him and replies, well Omer Kavruk, they say, build a house and steal a girl.

Halise is a bit calmer now and her BP is normal. She tells Gulsiye and Yahya to go, it’s clear they don’t care about her. Yahya wants her to see a doctor. Halise just wants them to go. I don’t want anything from you, she says, leave me alone. Yahya says to call if she needs anything.

Gulsiye and Yahya stop Elvan before she leaves the mansion. Since Halise is okay, it’s better I go, she says. Take care, Gulsiye and she gives her a hug. Elvan half heartedly shakes Yahya’s and says, may Allah give our Zehra happiness. Amen, Yahya answers. Elvan opens the door.

Yahya calls, Elvan…. Gulsiye leaves them alone. He says, I don’t know where you are going, but let me take you. Elvan says she’ll go alone, not to worry. How will you go, he asks? They will ask for a taxi at the gate and I’ll wait, she replies, don’t worry. Yahya says, I saw you arguing, and I know that you are staying with him. Please, you don’t have to hide it from me.

Please don’t insist, Elvan tells him. It’s for your good, Yahya says, it’s late, don’t go alone. Let me take you to the olive grove. You can stay there tonight and as long as you want. Elvan doesn’t want that. I can stay with Hacer, she says, you don’t have to help. Yahya makes a point, you’re going to wake them up in the middle of the night? Don’t be foolish. Let me take you. Thanks, Dondi, that was great. Halise sure has a different idea of motherhood than most mothers. We don’t expect to have our children choose us over their spouses. I can’t wait for her to realize she sold out her precious Sancar.

There’s no way Zehra and Karruk can live there. I hope Sancar realizes this and helps them find another place. She’ll destroy all their marriages. Yaya could live with her, he can get back with Dudu and the three of them will be very happy.

This is a great story. I didn’t think it would be as good as the first two seasons, but it is.

Dear Dondi, I don't know how you just keep on turning out these detailed recaps , but I am so grateful . I would never be able to understand exactly what is going on without your explanations.

I think part 5 of the recap has gone missing .

So..even though Elvan has been nauseous , the test was negative . I hope it was a defective test and not some malady that is causing her to feel sick. And...Mavi's test was positive, but she doesn't look happy. We here on the patio know how potent Efe is , so we are not surprised that Mavi is already in the family way.

Halise just gets worse and worse as she says one cruel remark after another to her children. I think of the expression, " Cutting off your nose to spite your face" because she is on!y hurting herself by trying to control her kids by criticizing and threatening them. Conspiring with crazy creepy Sedat and greedy , awful Guven is unimaginable . Maybe she has dementia.

Didn't watch, but I found the most important things that happened on a site (scroll to the end if you want to read the official article).

Important things that happened:
• Isaura finds out it was Alfredo who placed the cameras, took the pictures e.t.c. and wants a lot of money for her silence.
• When Lucía confronts Alfredo about the pictures, Isaura takes Alfredo's side, saying that it wasn't him. Lucía believes her.
• Alfredo gives a lot of money to Isaura for lying.
• Fernando is abducted by some of the guys who got the truck last episode (Carlos' men).
• Gertrudis and Heri kick Lucía out of her house and unfortunately that's perfectly legal, because Jacobo (Lucía's dad) had signed the papers in exchange for Lucía's freedom (which turned out to be useless, since she didn't get out because of Heri).

So now Lucía not only has pictures of herself which she did not take on the internet, not only has lost her father, not only Heri had tried to rape her previously, but now she doesn't have a house too.

Halise is despicable. It's no easier the second time watching her. She insists on pushing everyone away and then pushes the blame on them when defend themselves. If she would just relax. I must say the actress is doing a great job with the role!

Starting with a cut. Necdet sneaks into the kitchen while Gulsiye has her back turned and shouts, my honey bun! She’s startled and angry and slaps him hard on the arm. He pours himself a glass of water. She shouts, what do you want here at this time?! Vallah, my mouth went dry from your beauty, he replies, and what a beauty you are! I couldn’t take my eyes off you.

Well, Necdet, let me gouge your eyes out and solve your problem, she answers. Drink your water and go! He looks disappointed. You find violent solutions all the time, my cupcake. If you only knew how I picture you in a white wedding dress. What are you saying, she fires back, I can hardly contain myself! Soon they will shroud you in white! Get out before it gets worse! Hadi!

He laughs, okay, okay, your slave Necdet will leave immediately. He playfully swipes at her with his beads. He goes. I’ll beat you, Gulsiye says afterward, but this time, her look softens. Could she be changing her mind about Necdet?

We’re in the honeymoon suite. Candles, rose petals, nervous bride and groom. They stand on opposite sides of the bed. Zehra takes a few steps towards Kavruk. He can’t take his eyes off her. Then he snaps out of it, uh, I almost forgot. He takes a jewelry case out of his pocket. Zehra puts her veil over her head.

Kavruk begins, Zehra, my love, I want to see your beautiful face before me for my entire life. I lowered the stars because I wanted to give them all to you. But you have always been the brightest for me. He opens the case, it’s a delicate pendant necklace. [I think it’s a star. Maybe someone can see better.] It’s very beautiful, Zehra says. [Turkish] Then let it be in its place, he replies. He fumbles with it for a moment before slipping his hands under the veil. With a bismillah, he places the necklace on his bride.

Kavruk lifts Zehra’s veil. Zehra says the necklace is really very beautiful. You are very beautiful, Kavruk replies. I am very happy, Zehra tells him, we won’t let anyone ruin this happiness, ever. I won’t allow it, Kavruk answers. Nothing or no one will tear apart the happiness that this day gives us. He kisses her forehead and then a real kiss.

The family of three arrive at the beach house. Sancar puts Melek straight in the bed, clothes and all. He gets water and sits next to Mavi on the couch. Sancar says, I apologize on behalf of my mother. It was my fault. I should have known it would turn out like this. I should have prepared her for the wedding. I acted selfishly and was angry with her.

But I’m not mad at her, Mavi says, I’m not even hurt. She doesn’t know me. She doesn’t know what kind of person I am. Why does my mother behave like this, Sancar asks with frustration. I don’t understand why she does it. It’s because she’s afraid, Mavi explains, her family is all she has. She doesn’t have a job, a goal, a dream, or a spouse. She especially loves you. [Turkish] You’re not only her son, you give meaning to her life. That’s what I perceive.

You’re right, Sancar replies. Look at the irony. I grew up and my mother is becoming a child. That worries me. But she is your mother, Mavi says, I know she loves you. Everything will settle. Motherhood is difficult and beautiful, Sancar notes, us men can’t understand it.

He asks Mavi about her stomach. She’s feeling better. Do you want me to prepare one of Elvan’s teas, he asks? Yes.

Halise is feeling sorry for herself. She cries out on the balcony, Halise, I hope you learned the lesson. We are alone in the universe. You were right, Grandfather. One day, even your family abandons you. Now I understand what you wanted to tell me. I feel so alone [your fault]. Grandfather, I have a mansion, but I have no one to share it with. My family abandoned me. She sobs. [boo frikin’ hoo]

Mavi stands by the window. Sancar brings the tea. He looks out the window. I think you’re right, he tells her, this house is good for me. My mother’s voice was in my ears, but the waves took it away. There’s a shooting star. Mavi makes a wish. And you, Sancar? My wish is obvious, he replies. Mavi wants to know what he wished. If I tell you, it won’t happen, he says, I’ll tell you when it comes true. [it has, but you don’t know it yet, Sancar] I’m sure Mavi knows his wish.

Halise is cleaning up in the kitchen. She goes to the trash and finds the used pregnancy test. Halise gasps. Whose is it? Gulsiye enter the kitchen. Halise demands an answer from her, whose test is this? Gulsiye looks. Ay, it’s a positive result! Someone is pregnant. Halise asks Gulsiye, do you know if this is the reason the wedding was rushed? Don’t even think about lying to me!

No, this can’t be Zehra’s, Gulsiye replies, calm down. Then whose is it? I don’t know, Gulsiye says, I took it out of the bedroom trash upstairs and…. It dawns on Gulsiye…. Mavi? Mavi what? Halise wants to know. She was locked the a bedroom for a long time, Gulsiye says and concludes it means she is pregnant. Oh, Sancar Abi will be very happy! One look at Halise’s face and Gulsiye stops smiling.

There’s another wedding about to take place. It’s at the beach house. Melek helps Mavi with the finishing touches. Sancar opens the bedroom door and pokes his head in. Hey, I want your help too, kızım. Melek rushes to the door, go dad. It’s bad luck to see the bride before the wedding. Sancar explains that this doesn’t exist in their culture. Then it can bring the evil eye, she replies.

Mavi reminds Melek that they are already married and it shouldn’t be a problem. Let him in. Melek doesn’t want to risk it. [Turkish] This does not happen in fairy tales, she tells her dad, see you later. And she pushes the door shut as Sancar makes a final plea—let me look, it is a blessing to look at the beautiful.

Now that she’s finished with Mavi, Melek helps her dad get ready. Once they are done, Melek gets the bride. Mavi and Sancar join hands before Melek and the assembled guests, her stuffed animals. Melek starts the ceremony. Mavi, my mother and Sancar Efe, my dad, will promise each other the following. Repeat after me. Are you ready? Yes, we are, Sancar answers, we want to start, hadi, hadi.

Melek says, there’s only one thing you must promise, that you are together forever. We are never going to separate. Do you promise me? Sancar readily replies, “söz” (promise). There’s a look between Sancar and Mavi. Melek asks, and you Mavi, do you also promise not to leave us? She answers, “söz”. Melek pronounces, very good, we are officially a family, mother, father and daughter. And if I have a brother, we will be a complete family. It gets awkward between Sancar and Mavi.

Sancar ends the ceremony quickly. You have class now. First Melek wants to take a selfie. Mavi agrees, they should have a photo to remember this. Mavi picks up Melek, Sancar holds the phone. Melek and Sancar each kiss Mavi on the cheek and the pic is done.

Bora is sitting in his café with a woman he clearly knows well. He thanks her for visiting. She thanks him and says, seeing you lifts my spirits. They laugh. Elvan walks by the café and stops to watch the very happy, easy convo. She’s ticked. Oh, you’re having a good time, Barista Bey, she says but they don’t hear. It seems you are very happy with this woman. The woman and Bora clasp hands.

 

Embajador S3 #39 part 3

Elvan continues, congratulations, I see you don’t like to waste time. And I thought you would be sad and feel bad about everything. Look at the man, what fun. You are the same as the rest. Bora turns his head and notices Elvan glaring at them. He waves and asks, come over here, Elvan. The woman breaks into a big smile, waves at Elvan and motions, come. Elvan puts on her sunglasses and with her nose in the air, she walks off.

Bora wonders what happened. I don’t understand this attitude, he says. This can’t be. If I was to ask, I’d say she was jealous of you. Why would she be jealous, the woman replies, that’s silly. If you think so, he says, then try to explain that to Elvan. I don’t know, I swear the more I try, I can’t please her. I don’t understand what’s wrong with her, it’s become very complicated.

The woman tells Bora not to give up. Each time you speak about Elvan, I can see how your eyes light up and that’s the most tender thing in the world. I’ll take care of it. You’ll talk to her? No way, Didem, Bora replies, I told you she’s jealous. It’s better you don’t interfere. Didem says, why not? We will talk like two civilized women. Besides, I want to see if she has the same light in her eyes. That is the only way to know if a person really loves you. Don’t worry. Didem laughs. Bora’s not so sure about this.

Melek comes outside. Who’s going to take me, she asks? You pick, they say. She picks her mother. Sancar says this is betrayal. Melek respondsn, I chose because mom and I play a car game. How do you play that, Sancar asks, can you teach me? Should we, Mavi asks Melek. Nope.

Mavi gets a call from a doctor’s office to confirm her appointment. Mavi gives a yes and an iyi günler (good day). Sancar is curious of course, but Mavi says it’s nothing. Mavi and Melek leave and Sancar goes over to Necdet and tells him he is in charge of watching Mavi and Melek. Take care of them well, understand? Not to worry, Necdet replies, I won’t let anything happen. Sancar makes him repeat that before sending him off.

There was a slight cut at the beginning of this scene. Zehra and Kavruk are in robes at the spa. He looks uncomfortable and asks Zehra if it’s necessary to do this. The grounds are nice, maybe we should take a walk instead, he offers. We will walk, she says, but let’s get a massage first. Kavruk is not enthusiastic. She gives him the pouty face. Will you break your wife’s heart on day one, she asks? He has no choice and smiles.

 

Embajador S3 #39 part 4

Zehra is pleased until she sees that a woman will be attending Kavruk. You’re going to give us massages? Yes, one masseuse answers, don’t worry, we are professionals. You will love it. Kavruk is getting a kick out of this. He says, so we’ll follow you ladies? And he starts to walk. Zehra pulls him back. Omer, bitanem (my one and only), you said you wanted to take a walk. It’s no problem, we can come for the massage later.

Kavruk reminds her that’s what he said, but she insisted on the massage. Zehra wants the last word. Listen, Omer, we are going for a walk and we will get the massage when we get tired. Kavruk smiles, as you say, my love. Zehra thanks the ladies. One says, you can make another appointment when you like.

Sancar arrives at the marina and wants to see Guven. He’s told Guven is busy, but he doesn’t care and pushes past Guven’s goon. Sancar bursts into the conference room and takes a seat at the table where Guven is working on his laptop. The goon apologizes to Guven for the interruption. Sancar tells Guven to get this guy away from him. We have to talk. Guven signals for him to go.

What do you want, Guven asks? After what happened, I don’t want to be your partner at all. I don’t want our names mentioned in relation. Guven nods, okay, if that’s what you want, transfer your shares to me. I’ll buy them, no problem. Sancar says he never liked the marina business anyway. He did it for Gediz. I wanted to get rid of it, he says, but now there’s Muge and Refika Teyze, and I won’t leave them to you.

Guven smiles, you don’t have to worry about that. I bought the Isikli family shares. Guven pulls out a folder. The only thing you have to do, he tells Sancar, is transfer your shares and forget it all. Sancar doesn’t believe it. In memory of Gediz, they would never sell, he says. Guven opens the folder for Sancar to read. How did you get this, he asks Guven. I warn you, if you forced them to sell, you will regret it.

Why do you think all of us are the same type of person as you, Guven asks? Muge and Refika decided to move to Istanbul and start a new life. For that, they sold me the shares. Sancar thinks Muge would have told him beforehand. They wouldn’t have sold.

Despite everything you did, Guven says, Muge still had doubts, but when Refika decided to sell all her shares, Muge was also convinced. Sancar is stunned. If you want, call her and ask, Guven says. I came to speak with Guven Bey, Sedat answers. Guven questions Sancar, ow I have to ask you who I can speak to?

Sancar shouts back, not even this man's shadow can enter a place where I am! Sedat says Guven is the majority shareholder and if you permit me… Sedat goes to sit but Sancar grabs him and starts to beat him. Sedat doesn’t fight back. Guven shouts, barbarian! And shouts for someone to call the cops.

 

Embajador S3 #39 part 5

Sedat laughs, wait, don’t worry, Guven. [Turkish] He will shout 2 or 3 times, hit 2 or 3 times, then leave, how cute. Sedat makes walking fingers. Sancar flies into a rage and starts beating on Sedat again. Sedat mocks, that’s how you hit? You’re no stronger than that? Sancar hits him a few more times. Guven calls security in. Sancar threatens to kill Sedat and has him by the collar. Security pulls him away from Sedat. [Sedat is enjoying this. He really is crazy]

Let me go, Sancar shouts and pushes them off. Guven orders Sancar to leave or he will call the cops. He reminds Sancar that he is the majority shareholder. I’ll get those shares from you, Sancar vows, you will not keep the marina! You collaborate with this psycho who wants to ruin me! I’m going to make your life a hell! You are going to regret this!

Didem enters Elvan’s store and Elvan says she is not opened yet. But how can I help you? I’m looking for something to fight jealousy sickness. Can you mix some herbs? Can you recommend something? Elvan laughs, what did you say? Yes, Didem replies, I’m jealous of whoever comes near my boyfriend and it causes problems. I’ve tried everything and it hasn’t decreased.

Elvan gives her a weird look. You must be very upset. But I don’t know… I can give you chamomile, it relaxes. Okay, Didem says, while you prepare it, tell me, why are you jealous of Bora? I don’t understand why you upset that poor man.

Elvan quickly turns around. That was you sitting with him! I knew it! I was trying to remember your face because it seemed familiar. Yes, that was me, Didem admits, we said hello. Elvan bangs her hands on the table with irritation. Look, there is a customer, she tells Bora, you should take care of her and I will go. I must have customers waiting. Have a good day. Elvan goes. Bora tells Didem that Elvan is right. Why did you do this? It will work out, Didem replies, you should start to pack.

Sancar calls Muge on his way out of the marina. We only hear his side of the convo. She confirms the sale of the shares. Sancar is not happy to hear this and wants to know why. Sancar is still steaming over this when Halise enters the marina. He’s surprised to see her. She notices his hand and asks about it. It’s nothing, he says, I hit something. What are you doing here, he asks? Uh, what am I doing, she stammers, Fatma invited me to have coffee so I came. He says have a good day and turns to go.

You’re not coming back to the mansion, she asks? He turns back and tells her, it won’t be soon. You’re going with your wife, she asks? He makes it clear, I won’t give you explanations. This is none of your business, mother. Understand. Sancar shouts for his truck. It’s not my business, she asks? Remember I am the only one that loves you without waiting for something in return. All of the others do nothing more than take advantage of you and cheat you.

It’s not as you think, Sancar replies, and it doesn't have to be this way. There is true love in this world. It must be hard for you to believe it, right? I’m sorry you have never had it. You think that this is true love, Halise asks, I want you to tell me, did Mavi give you the news? What news, Sancar asks? Do you have any idea how sad she was yesterday?

You think that woman loves you more than I do and you’re wrong, Halise asserts. That woman is going to leave you. She’s just using you. She’s having fun with you. She doesn’t love you, but you think I’m lying. She pulls the pregnancy test out of her bag and shows it to Sancar! [good grief, she carries it around in her purse! Lol!] Look at this for yourself! Take it!

Sancar takes a look. He asks his mother, what is this? It’s a pregnancy test that Mavi left in the mansion. It’s Mavi’s, she’s pregnant. Cara de impactada de Sancar. I suppose she didn’t tell you, Halise says. Sancar can’t speak. You didn’t know, Halise asks, do you realize now, son? A woman who hides things so important from her husband, is a woman who is not worth it. I hope you don’t ignore this only because I told you. Think it over while there’s still time. Think things over before it’s too late and you ruin your life. Your fate is in your hands. Sancar rushes off. Halise smirks.

Sancar calls Mavi. No answer. He calls Necdet and asks him where Mavi is. She went to a doctor’s appointment. What doctor, Sancar asks. A woman’s doctor, Necdet supposes, one that helps to have babies. What did Mavi look like, Sancar asks? She was quiet, Necdet replies, looked like she had tears in her eyes. She was talking about some sort of operation and the price but I didn’t listen because I thought you would be angry with me. Sancar asks Necdet to send the location.

We see Mavi sitting in a waiting area, looking sad. Cut to Sancar freaking out. He hits the steering wheel. Why did you do this?! Why did you do this?! I trusted you! Allah kahretsin! Don’t do this to me! Don’t do this!

Halise has coffee with Dudu. Dudu is feeling defenseless and desperate, and she doesn’t know what to do. Each door I knock on, closes, Halise Anne, she says. She apologizes and corrects, Halise Hanım. Halise tells her it doesn't matter what happened between her and Yahya, she is still like a DIL. She gives Dudu permission to call her “anne”. Dudu thanks her and says, I wish Yahya would also see my feelings. But now he doesn’t even want me to find work.

Halise has an idea. She asks Dudu, why don’t you go back to your old job? Go back to your job at the marina. I could talk to Guven. Dudu is listening. She asks, Guven Bey? I thought you didn’t get along well. I didn’t know you were in communication. Why wouldn’t I speak with him, Halise replies, he’s my granddaughter’s grandfather. For the benefit of Melek, both parties have to get along. If you’re interested in returning to work, what do you think? Dudu loves the idea. Halise says they’ll go after this.

Bora comes to Elvan’s store. You handled that situation very well, he says. Didem isn’t an easy person. She’s very energetic and very open. I just wanted to thank you for understanding. For your information, Elvan replies, I only tried to be nice. Normally, I wouldn’t stand that type of attitude.

[Turkish] What happened, Bora asks, have we taken a step back over jealousy? Let’s say I took a step back, she replies, what about you? Will you take a step towards me? Elvan, I proposed that we go to Kos and live together, Bora answers. What more do you want? The next step is obvious. I just need a little time.

You talk as if marriage was the most important thing for me, Elvan says. I’m not obsessed with that. So, he asks? I only want to be able to trust you, she replies, but I still can’t. Why can’t you, he asks? I have made it clear that I want to be with you. I’ll always support you.

She responds, really? You say one thing and do the opposite. [Turkish] You are leaving and moving closer to your ex-wife. Don’t you understand I feel cornered? Including, I came to think I was…. Was what, Bora asks. Tell me. You know, she says. His eyes pop, you’re pregnant?! Lower your voice, she says, the test was negative. Bora is relieved and says, we have to be more careful.

He makes one last plea. That’s enough, Elvan. Let’s go to Kos together. Don’t do this to me. Besides, I only rented here for 6 months. If I say I will stay, the owner wouldn’t accept. If he did, he would ask for a lot of money. It’s better I go. It’s perfect, everything is ready. We will start a new life. I’d like that you’d come with me, Elvan. I know we will be happy. We can drive there.

Elvan smiles and takes his hand. Will she accept?

And we are out.

dondi, is part 6 your last or is more coming? You usually note the recap is finished but I do't see that here and it's been almost 2 hours since you last posted.

Am asking so that I can let Rgv Chick know exactly what's missing. Part 5 seems to have disappeared so is that it or is there more? :)

Thanks, Dondi, that was great! Halise will never win mother of the year. It seems she delights in making her children unhappy. How awful of her to show Sancar the pregnancy test. I was thinking, ewe, someone peed on that! We know it’s Mavi’s but how can she be so sure. Also not sure why she wants Dudu in the family. And what was she doing at the Marina? Not what she said.

Sancar still has a problem with his temper. I thought he was working on that!

I hope Mavi isn’t getting an abortion, or if she is she’ll change her mind.

Zehra and Karruk are so cute together. Hope Halise doesn’t destroy their love.

Elvan needs to leave with Bora. It’s her chance for happiness. Halise was horrible to her so nothing is keeping her there.

Kavruk is alive and well and married !!! I thought that was his first name...no it's Omer!) He and Zehra with San's encouragement have finally stood up to imperious Halise and married . That noche de boda must have been interesting with these two shy innocents . I have seen that custom of the groom putting a necklace on his veiled bride's neck . It must be an ancient tradition because Osman did it in " Kurulus Osman. " His bride wore a red veil, and he gave her a huge, ornate necklace.

Next on the good news list : San , Mavi, and Melek leave the mansion as Halise badgers San and insults Mavi. (Yeah, Halise, attacking your son's wife will keep him tied to you. No.) The little ceremony that Melek arranged was so lovely . Melek is so happy to have her dad and mom together.

of course, we must get the bitter with the better as San confronts Guven about the marina , and then he lets BSC for sure Sedat push his buttons ,and he regresses to his old habits of punching and threatening . Then, to top off that fiasco, he runs into Halise who pulls the pregnancy test stick from her purse (ew) and joyfully hands it to San . Well, she did use that napkin to retrieve it from the trash so neither actually touched that stick but ....Uh oh ..looked like steam coming out of San's ears . When he runs wearing that unzipped black jacket, it looks like he is wearing a cape. SuperSan on the move. Although he has been going off in a huff in his truck far less this season than the first two . What will Mavi say when he confronts her ? I

The scenes with Bora's ex wife were odd. she is a lot even next to Elvan who is usually pretty extra and eccentric herself. How many exes does Bora have ? Since Elvan isn't pregnant , I think the Bora storyline is a red herring the writers devised to make us think that Yaya has no chance of getting Elvan back. Yaya was very jealous and also worried about Elvan. He was insistent about taking her some place safe for the night when they left the mansion of doom and gloom .I think the writers are pulling a fast one on viewers and are going to redeem Ya and let him win El back . I am wondering what we will find out about Bora now . Is he the good guy he seems to be ? Remember that San has always been suspicious of him , and a true galan is usually right in his feelings about people . Hmmmm???? However, I am usually wrong in my predictions ...so..the no knows how Elvsns storyline will end. Du is persistent about really loving Ya, but will she be on the side of good or evil when she starts working for Guven?I

Gotta run . Can't wait for the next episode as our tale twists toward the end.

Halise's never ending gall just amazes me! She is never down, never out, and never done messing with everyone. The actress is amazing and I truly hate her!

I really hope Mavi isn't thinking about getting an abortion - much less getting one without even telling Sancar....that's harsh although I can understand how hard it might be for her to face pregnancy again after losing her daughter.

Bora's ex wife was way too weird....completely over the line and just what Bora and Elvan need another oddity in their path.

It was funny seeing Zehra jealous!

I loved most of the wedding attire. Zehra, Elvan, Gulsiye, Sancar, Yahya, Bora, and Kavruk all looked fab. But Mavi's dress, thumbs down. Of course, Halise wore black for her non-attendance.

Zehra and Kavruk were so shy in the honeymoon suite. I do believe that was their first kiss.

I hated seeing Sancar lose it with Sedat at the marina. Sancar, stop giving Sedat a reason to be smug.

[good grief, she carries it around in her purse! Lol!]

That was a hoot! Halise didn't even put it in a Glad bag. I sure hope Sancar calms down before he reaches Mavi at the doctor's office.

Incredible that Refika would sell and move to Istanbul without telling her good friend Halise.

Necdet is a hoot taking a selfie with the bodyguards. Gulsiye seems less annoyed with him than she used be, but he is such a goof. I'd rather Gulsiye start working in Elvan's store and liberate herself from the mansion. As it is, it looks like only Halise and Dudu will be living there. No idea what will happen, but I can see Dudu doing whatever Halise asks of her. Dudu's friend Ela gave her some good advice, like respect yourself, but she's not listening.

I'm still thinking Elvan is pregnant. She had all the symptoms. Those kits aren't 100%.

Ok don't get me wrong...I love this show. Yet the thought lingers in my mind how this could devolve 20 years in the future with the manse as a dusty hotel with either Yahya or Sanjar running it. Halise the skeleton on the third floor. Yeah PSYCHO...

Ma still protecting her innocent sons from bad girls and their evil ways.

Ok now was Mavi having unprotected sex with Sanjar? Seriously? The man is a Legend, I think fallopian tubes pump an egg out when he drives down the street. Although I do not know if any form of birth control would stand up against Sanjar's hormonal essence.

Fev .." Sanjar's hormonal essence " gave me a grin . I think it has something to do with his abstinence for so many years while pining for Nare and continued pining and abstaining even after she showed up. Once with Nare. Once with Meanie. Then Mavi came along. We knew Mavi would get pregnant speedy quick.
