I didn’t watch this afternoon and I have plans this evening and no time to watch. I will watch tomorrow and comment on both today and tomorrow’s episodes then!

Steve, I don't know how 'super' long it will be, but I'll do what I can.

First, from Monday's episode Marta going to Lil and suggesting that they should let bygones by bygones since they were both victims of Fernando??? UM NO!!! There were a couple commenters on the original recap willing to give her points for that but I'm not! She has never apologized to Lil for sleeping with her husband! She isn't actually sorry about it and has rubbed it in her face several times, and she thinks Lil should forgive her just because Fernando was a player??? Um, that doesn't make you guiltless, Marta. I swear this woman thinks she is absolutely incapable of seeing her own faults. Meanwhile, she decided to stay at the vineyard so she could protect David?? She hasn't said a word to him about over hearing Lil's plans, she just mopes around begging Luci to forgive her, without one single concern for how Luci (or Leon) feels, her only concern is herself! I can't stand her.

Luci on the other hand, is so caring that she forgives both Marta and Fernanda inspite of the fact that neither one of them is truly sorry for how they've treated her!!! Luci has shades of her mother in her, especially in how she treats David and Miguel, but she is definitely more compassionate than Marta.

Speaking of Miguel, Erika has totally lost it, what happened to the self-assurance she had too much of when we met her? She had a full-on breakdown today because Luci and David broke up?? Miguel didn't even do anything, like go to visit Luci, or call, etc. That was an overreaction of mammoth proportions!!! Miguel should run!!!! But he won't, yet...

The shrink lost his license, not surprised but kind of disappointed, this isn't just the typical the guy is shady and no one suspects it story, both Ceasar and David are weary of this guy and neither of them looked him up??? And now, he wants to give Fernanda pills? And Gracie abandons any pretense of caring about Fern when she tells the reluctant doc that she doesn't care what effect it has on Fern, things have to work out the way she wants them too!!! I just can't understand how she could think she could still get David to fall in love with her after 20+ years of rejections??? David doesn't even like her, in what world does he fall for her??? I hope we don't have to find out!

On that note, Fernanda feeling like better and happy has decided she wants daddy to fall in love again and be happy, but she hopes it's with someone just like Auntie??? Que?? How even thinks, you should date my mom's sister!!! sigh

Lil told Gut that he's going to regret messing with her for the lucky 500th time! Lil, less talk more action! You shouldn't threaten people, but if you are going to then put your money where your fat ol' mouth is!!!

Perla is cracking! Her ONLY redeeming quality has been her genuine friendship and concern for Carito but that's out the window now as she all but orders Carito out of safety and back into the fire just because she is freaked out!

I am glad Mark's gone!!! I am not delusional enough to hope he never comes back, but maybe we can get 20 or even 30 episodes without him??? It was a bold move on Juan's part to double cross Mark and I think it will bite him in the end but maybe we'll enjoy a Markless period of calm before the storm! Juan doesn't really have too much to do lately either, but I don't mind him sticking around of course because he's evil but handsome and not evil and creepy! LOL

Vino. I am back from an incredible 3-day plus wedding extravaganza and ready for novelas again. I have read the detailed summaries of the 4 episodes I missed and will be watching episode 101 today. Btw, I have a feeling that in US agricultural law you aren't allowed to mess with another farmer's water supply even if it runs through your land. I could be wrong. Loved your comments about Marta and Lilian, Darcy! The plot has been making a bit of progress, evidently.

Welcome back SpanProf and Happy Thanksgiving to you! And to Steve as well!!

Plot progress, maybe a little but not today.

Fern is bratty, Erika is jealous, David is jealous, Gracie is crazy - although it was fun to see David actually tell you she needs therapy! :)

I feel like I'm always complaining about the same things with this show day after day after day so I'll be brief with Fern and Erika....Fern actually thinks that Daddy should let her pick his girlfriend??? And she's OFFENDED that he won't take her suggestions??? sigh. Erika calls Luci over once again to tell her to leave Miguel alone?? Chick, she wasn't anywhere near Miguel!!! What happened to the bold Erika who openly flirted with Miguel when he was dating Luci and warned her that she was willing to go after Miguel even though Luci was dating him??? She actually has the nerve to order Luci to stay away for Miggy now that he's hers??? Insecure, pathetic mess.

David going to confront Miguel is even worse!!!! I forgot how much I hated David and Miguel trying to top dog each other. David has known Miguel his entire life, Miguel hasn't made a move on Luci AND Miguel is in a relationship with someone else, it's downright insulting and disrespectful that David would treat him like some punk trying to steal his girl with no actual reason to believe he's done so. If I thought of David as a galan I'd be disappointed, but I don't, so I'm just annoyed.


Okay something new to discuss, whenever Juan and Perla were arguing, Juan raised his fist like he was going to strike her and then restrained himself, it made me wonder if he's not violent yet, or if Ms. Perla has been hit in the past and we haven't seen it. She did look a little concerned, but not entirely scared or skittish so maybe he hasn't hit her before, but he thought about it today.

According to OG recap, we are in Ultimas Semanas now, 40 or so more episodes, lots to tie up.
