He gently turns her around and takes her to sit on the steps leading up to the pulpit, they sit and begin to talk. Talk to me ask me any question that you may have. She ask him that she wants to prove she is his daughter, no says Cris.

Paloma confused ask no but i thought after what happened between Emoon and RoMeMe we could do the same test, no Cris says again it's not necessary. Paloma hurt by what Cris is saying to her, Cris tells her yes Paloma i am your father. Not exactly Luke i am your father ala Star Wars but i'll take it.

He tells you are the fruit of the greatest most beautiful love of my life, Yes Paloma i am your father he touches her face gently as he tells her this.

Monica and Camila are sitting on the fountain while Meche looks on and ask her what is she going to do is she going to leave her husband.Camila he didn't tell me what right did he have to make a decision like that for the both us without telling me.

We're supposed to make decision like this together, Monica ask so what are you going to do i don't know Camila responds i have to think about this meanwhile he can go Houston and when he comes back then we talk about what decision to make.

What are talking about clueless Emoon ask her, you don't know Liliana tells him how she was visiting Paloma and Camila came over and confronted Carloca with helping RoMeMe by changing the DNA test results.

An angry Emoon ask her are you sure yes Liliana tells him, Emoon takes off with liliana calling after him she says to herself but he didn't let me tell him about Gabriel and Paloma being novios. Liliana who's new job is to gossip and smack around the liars and manipulators is doing quite well at it.

Cris tells his new found daughter how he and Macarena were going to get married and they would be together with you.He keeps touching the face and hair of his daughter as they talk. He tells her how Macarena told him she had a big surprise for him and now he knows for sure it was her.

Paloma has her flashbacks of all the times she came to church and talk to Padre Cris.Cris tells his daughter how great a woman Macarena was not like a frivolous and false Carloca.

I know Paloma tells him and can't believe how bad she is or that we have the same blood, how could she be like that towards her own sister Paloma ask him. i don't know Cris says but i know that Macarena would be very content knowing that we are together now.

They both flashback to the last time all of them were together as Macarena was dying when she ask Cris to look after Paloma for her.I know and i believe that my mother was happy before she died when we were all together.ibootoc

The wicked witch of purple walks through her door followed by angry and upset Emoon what do you want ask Carloca.Why did you separate me and Paloma he ask her.

Please says Carloca i don't know who told you about me and Paloma and Camila but its not true.I know you didn't want me to have anything to do with her.

I don't care what you have to say the Purple Grinch claims but i don't want you to accuse me of doing something i didn't do. By the way i happen to like who is seeing my niece now.

Who ask Emoon why Gabriel the Grinch tells him i really do love him for my niece her instructor Emoon ask her. Yes Carloca tells him his family is very important in Mexico,i'm very content that they are engaged.

Cris brings in Paloma to meet her grandmother who says don't tell me who this is. Cris smiles happily and tells her that Paloma now knows he is her father. Is this the truth Madeline exclaims may i called her my granddaughter.

Yes, yes grandmother a shy Paloma tells her as she comes near her,Madeline is tickled pink and thanks the Lord, the Virgencita,Guadalupe but somehow she forgot Buddha, and Islam and Jehovah all well, let's just get back to the story.

She thanks them all for this miracle of her son and her granddaughter, Cris ask his mother not to cry anymore please. Madeline tells him that she overcome with so many emotions.

I didn't think there would come a day that you would forgive me and now here i am with you my family, please Madeline requests is it too much to ask if you would give me some kisses she ask her granddaughter.

Paloma obliges and kisses and hugs her maternal grandmother for the first time while Cris looks on paternally. Cris thinks they have to do something first before they meet up with Madeline later.
 

Why ask Madeline, Paloma tells her grandmother that they have to confront Carloca she has to explain a lot of things she did. Madeline is very cute says Ah Si ok that's the reason but when you comeback look for me at my hotel.

Please if you permit me of course mama Cris tells her, ready daughter yes papa they laugh at each other with the wonder that they are related for reals.

Emoon is still confronting the purple beast in it's lair, how do you expect me to believe anything you say he tells her angrily.

Carloca smirking at him ah well little man if you don't want too, perhaps now i supposed to believe you want her to be with Gabriel when you were against her marrying me ask Emoon. Well are you so sure Carloca ask him.

Emoon yells over her tells her i will no longer have anyone intefere with my life so you think about that he tells her and walks out leaving and mad steaming Carloca.

Camila comes into RoMeMe bedroom asking her about Bernardo she tells how the Dr. told her that they have to be very careful with him. You're here while he's in the hospital not here what are you thinking my love.

Bratty RoMeMe ask her mother to please give it a rest, i'm very sorry Camila tells her. Mama understand me go to Houston with your husband and don't worry about Bernardo being in the hospital.

Camila looks at her tells no RoMeMe it's finished i'm staying here but i need your cooperation with the baby.The responsibility is yours my love not mine.

Mama what do want me to do i don't know anything whines RoMeMe i'll be with you Camila tells her.The child is your he's your son you have to understand that.

Carloca snarls through clenched teeth stop being nosy at Rufi and leaves in a whiff of purple madness.Rufi wonders to herself what she said wrong does this mean Eugenio doesn't like Carloca.

RoMeMe is still laying in bed whining to Camila that she can't do it she can't handle being a mother especially to one that is so sick. Camila tries to convince her that they will get specialist and have more test run on him.

Well since my husband abandon me i can do the same too since this is the consequences of my love Camila tells her brat do you know how many woman would want a child how ridiculous they want to love and have a child.

Me i am different about my child mama Camila looks stunned at this little spoiled monster she raised.Camila tells her that her child is responsibility and if she does not assume them, then she better be prepared for the consequences of her actions.

Camila then brings up that Emoon has asked for custody of Bernardo, this gets a rise out our selfish queen who tells Camila that Bernardo is her son. If Emoon does not want me he can't anything to do with her baby.

There's our little jealous selfish little witch we have all grown to despise isn't she just precious. Camila tells very well don't let your actions of today comeback to haunt you years later. Maybe then you will feel the consequences of them.RoMeMe looks uncomfortable at these words but lays back down.

Cris is walking along the sidewalk telling Paloma the story of his and Macarena's separation to her.

RoMeMe is up and opens her door it her realz baby daddy German she tries to close the door on him but he pushes himself inside.

RoMeMe laughs at him what do you have German you don't have a job or money is that why you want to get with me no,no German says quickly that's not it at all.

This is for the best RoMeMe tells him no she doesn't want him German keeps trying to convince her to change her mind to marry him. RoMeMe tells him he doesn't want to marry her for the baby sake but for her money and the is ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!no.

Gabriel ask Eugenio what he is looking at some papers that Natalia sent him from Alonso's lawyer for some bank transactions he lets Gabriel looks at them and he remarks about it.

Eugenio tells him how Natalia told her Alonso had a great interest in German, Gabriel ask Eugenio are you saying Alonso was going to German to get information. That's exactly it Eugenio tells his son German was suppose to be here with it.
 

Eugenio fumes that German is not keeping his word he knows it's something big.

Paloma comes into Misery manor with Cris yelling which is talking normal in this house for Carloca, Rufi comes out and tells them both she's not here.Rufi is happy to see her with Cris and Calls him Mr.Cris.

I'm glad to see you here Cris tells her thank you and for her help in pointing him the right direction to discover he had a daughter. They hug again father and daughter at this time i'm reminded of the cat that Pepe Le Pew always fell in love with that's how Paloma looks but she's not trying to get away from Cris because of the over powering skunk smell.

Oh! well back to the show Rufi ask her you know now Paloma, Rufi were you not paying attention to Cris or were you not listening yes she knows Duh!

Yes Rufi i finally found my papa, Rufi starts crying from hearing this she only thinks God not the Virgencita,and Guadalupe and all other deities.

Rufi cries aloud to God thanking him for revealing the secret and how divine he is for helping her with this secret how she could betray Macarena. Cris and Paloma look on and understand how difficult it has been for Rufi to bear this cross.

Doorbell rings at Selfish R' us RoMeMe answers it thinking it's German again didn't i tell you but it's Diana who's there forgive me i thought you were someone else RoMeMe tells her.

Hello RoMeMe can i come in Diana ask her RoMeMe tells her to come in Diana tells her she didn't how sick and in danger the baby was. RoMeMe tells her she's not in the mood for social calls.

Diana tells i don't mean to bother you but she tells her how she lost her house because it's her father's fault. RoMeMe gives a small laugh and tells it figures.

The question i have to ask Diana says is if i can stay with you, Diana reaches over and touches RoMeMe arm but RoMeMe takes her hand off her arm and tells no, no you can't stay here.
 

But why ask Diana i can help you with the baby i'll be careful with my grandson sorry i know he's not my real grandson.RoMeMe gets up and walk across the room and tells her since you know that then you know that Emoon is divorcing me too.

Paloma goes over to Rufi not to cry anymore, while Cris tells her let's go you guys are leaving here today right now. Rufi smiles through her tears and can't believe what she is hearing but Paloma confirms it saying that we not be coming back to this house.

Rufi still can't believe because she remembers how disappointed they were by what happen with Dr.B, Cris tells her don't worry you are really leaving for real this time. Who is going to tell the news to La Loca ask Rufi. where is she wonders Paloma, i don't know but both of you should pack everything so you don;'t have to ever come back in this hose again.

But where are going Rufi ask both of them you're going to my mother's hotel you and my Palomita will never have to worry again about being protected ever again.

Rufi wishes that Macarena could be here with them they all hug each other,Paloma packs her suitcase, she picks up the picture of her mother and thanks her for helping her find her real father.

Forgive me for doubting your love for him now i am getting rid of all the pain Carloca has caused in my life and in her father's. She vows to never let Carloca be in her life ever again and kisses the picture of her mother.
 

An Angry Diana gets up and calls RoMeMe mother a slut be quiet and get out of my house she tells Diana. I can't believed i helped you get together with my son in my own house Diana tells the little ho'.

You could have never been with my son without my help Diana tells her,the only reason you want me to help you RoMeMe says wildly is because of my money well that ain't happening.

Diana ask how could you claim to be with my son as a virgen and then his friend German i was with only your son RoMeMe says as she lies and denies.Are you sure ask Diana because my son doesn't remember anything from that night.

Did you hear what i just said to you Diana walks slowly toward her and leans over into her face and calls her a Ho' one more time before she leaves. RoMeMe cries as she slams the door after Diana.

Cris walks out by where the birds are kept, he closes his eyes and slowly smiles from his memories, Rufi comes out and sees him by the bird cages and tells him they belong to Macarena and Paloma.

I never thought i would see the day that Paloma would be free, Cris assure her as he turns around to look at her that from now on Paloma will be free.

Rufi then ask him what are going to do about the birds can we take them to the hotel, i'm not sure Cris tells her.
 

Rufi tells Paloma how we can't leave them here for your aunt Carloca knowing from past experience how she has killed animals in the past.

Paloma tells her no Rufi we are going to free them like we are being freed today Paloma, Rufi and Cris each hold a dove in their hand and they symbolically let go and free themselves of all the pain, secrets and hurt caused by La Loca.

Paloma lets go of her bird freeing it for her mother, Rufi lets go of her bird freeing it for the years of secrets in this house because of the family. Cris lets go of his bird freeing it for the great love he had for Macarena and the fruit of their love their daughter Paloma.

Here comes the wacky purple one to spoil the mood what is the meaning of this what do you you are doing yells Carloca. Cris what does it look like Paloma knows now she is my daughter.

Nothing to say Carloca, Paloma was curious and she wanted to know Cris tells her with his arms around Paloma and Rufi. Now i am her to protect her Cris tells her.

Scared Carloca tells Paloma not to listen to Cris it's not the truth, yes Paloma tells her nasty aunt it is the truth.I understand and feel it's the truth what were you thinking did you never want me to know my father.

Carloca really scared tells Paloma please how can you listen to his accusations, Paloma interrupts her by asking how could you tell that lie to my father and my mother to keep them separated for all of these years.

Carloca realizing her hold upon Paloma is slipping tries to think up a new lie quickly how could you let him get into your head like that she starts to yell again. The facts is i did everything for you to protect you.

What type of protection ask Paloma to protect you from the people who would talk about you being the product of a sin.Cris who was stand smugly while watching his brand new daughter tear a new one into La Loca speaks up at hearing this.
 

Paloma is not a product of any kind of sin, Cris tells the steaming Purple demon she's the product of a pure and clean love, Rufi echos in that's the truth the only man Macarena was ever with was Cris.


Carloca hisses out at them but your mother was still crazy and you're the daughter of a crazy woman what do you have to say to that.They all look and listen to this new craziness brought to by Mentally insane and disturbed Carloca. Cris looks at Paloma reassuring her that this is another lie.

Emoon is in his office with liile miss underdress Anamar when Miriam knocks on his door to announce his mother is here.Anamar gets up barely clothed and leaves them alone.

Diana tells him she didn't mean to disturb him at work but she knows RoMeMe will probably tell him she ask her for money. Emoon tells his mother he doesn't want to talk about rumors or RoMeMe for that matter since they will be getting a divorce.

It's not a rumor it's the truth and i think you will find it quite interesting too, do you remeber when RoMeMe said she got pregnant from being with that night together at our house.

Emoon who was leaning back in his chair sits up straight and leans forward Diana tells her son she was never with you that night.I always thought she was better for you so i helped her that night to be with you, she drugged you. Emoon looks at his mother in shock.
 

Carloca nastily tells them how her mother was with her father,Paloma tells her i can't be hurt anymore by your secret now that i see the truth i know everything that you did, of how you tried to ruin our happiness.

Carloca sneers purplely at her niece yes, yes well so you know also know this how i saved you from your mother who was young and didn't want people to talk about her being a unwed mother.She wanted to kill you are the daughter of a crazy woman.

I freed you from being killed Carloca yells, Ya Basta yells Rufi
Macarena would never think of killing her child she didn't care what the people would say in town about her being shameless.

My little girl would have never been separated from both of her parents but it was because a crazy woman that made this separation happen a indignant Rufi yells at her all up in her face.

The dog pound goes roof roof rolling their fists in the air shouting Yeaaaaaah Rufi go, You Go Girl.


Meanwhile Carloca glares at Rufi for exposing this truth and Cris chimes in that the truth Carloca

Macarena and i would never been separated but somehow you found out about our plans and you told us both your evil lie.

You're a thousand times mad Paloma tells her aunt i will never believe you again. Cris tells Carloca see.

Carloca fuming in her fury lashes out them through her clench teeth that they can never never prove it.

Cris tells but Paloma now knows the truth and Rufi will confirm it and your lies about Macarena and me will never hurt us again.
 

Carloca tries another avenue oh it's clear to me that you want to be near Paloma because of the money, Cris tells Miss Mentally Unstable he does not need money especially from Paloma i'm afraid how you could think that Cris tells her that.

La Loca on the losing end of this conversation finally walks away from them, but Paloma walks up quickly behind her aunt telling her that you're the one who wants the money.My see what happens when you stop drinking the water in RDM clarity it's a beautiful thing isn't it.

It's the truth says Paloma behind her aunt who stopped at that and now turns around and looks at them you kept insisting i had nothing while you have been living rich all by yourself.

Carloca her niece a ingrate i wasted my whole life raising you and protecting you, i was careful yelling Carloca.

Ya Basta! once again says Rufi stop stop i'm so tired of your lies and how miserable you made my little girl and Macarena. Quiet bellows Carloca no, no, not this time Rufi tells her.

I'm not going to be quiet this time Rufi tells between clenched teeth she tells everyone how Carloca diluted Macarena's insulin, Carloca hearing this her eyes bugged out in shock that someone knew what she was doing.

She looks around the room like a cornered criminal,while Rufi continues to tell everyone how she wanted to have Macarena under her control and you have never in your life ever supported her or wanted her happy.

Because you afraid to be left alone a avenging Rufi tells her truthfully Cris and Paloma are in shock upon hearing this latest about RDM favorite neighborhood Crazy purple spinster. While La Loca looks like she swallowed some sour lemons.
 

Previews for Monday a repeat of the ending of the showdown at Misey Manor with Carloca, then Paloma tells her she will never live with her again or comeback to this house and wants nothing ever to do with her ever again. A enraged Carloca by herself turns over the table in the living room.

I think a fitting punishment for Carloca is after being convicted for all her murders she'd be thrown jail in solitary confinement for the rest of her miserable life.

What happened with that liplock between Carloca and German? What was that all about?

Thank you for the recap. I saw it last night, but it was even better reading about it thru your prospective.

I am glad I am not the only one who notices that Anamar has no clothes on. You would think that Anamar and Romina would realize that they do not need to dress like that to get a man. I mean, look at Paloma. She dresses like Mary Poppins and the guys are falling at her feet. And I agree, Liliana has definately mastered the roll of being the new town gossip.

I thought it was beautiful that they let the birds go. Maybe I missed it, but I did not realize those birds were called Palomas. Did anybody notice when Paloma was letting her bird go, Christbol was holding his bird down like a football. ¡Pobrecita!I surely hope that bird was fake.

My daughter and I could not stop yelling that them to get out of that house. Why did they need to confront the Purple Highness after all that she has done. Be afraid, Be very Afraid, and run.

Poor German, I hope he redeems himself by taking care of his baby. I dont get it though. Whose bank transactions was Eugenio looking at? Maybe I missed that episode, but I do not remember Alonzo ever talking about German. Was he looking at money transfered into Germans acct? Wasn't that from Carlota?

All in all, It was another great episode from ENDA. I hope the finally does not disappoint me like Sortilegio did.
 

Anon, again a great recap.Many thanks. Last night was definitely a Dawg Pound ( Cleveland spelling) moment. The whole La Loca smack down was absolute perfection. When Rufi chimed in and started letting years of her frustration out, it was a real OMG moment. Not that viewerville doesn't wish she had fessed up a few things much sooner, but this is a TN, so it always gets saved for the end.
Have to say chops to Letitia C. - her facial expressions ran the gamut last night between anger, panic, smugness, hurt, you name it. you could just see the madness behind those eyes starting to perculate.

So now that pretty much the whole town is on to her, we can now only assume that once she cleans up the mess from the overturned table (Rufi won't be there to do it), she will be on the warpath to revenge. Since she can't blow up the whole town, though I'm sure it crossed her mind, I'm afraid I see a big "P" at the top of her list now. No need to chip away at all those who could take Pal away from her, she'll just get back at everyone I think by trying to hurt Pal herself. Thankfully Pal and Rufi are moving out, so as the Purple One goes down, hopefully the good town folks will grab their pitch forks and protect our little heroine through to the end.There is bound to be some casualties though and I worry who those will be, though I have my suspicions.

Not enough Eugenius and Gabe last night, but we should see some major face to face between Gabe and Emoon. Loved how La Loca was able to keep a straight face to Emoon saying she was happy about Pal and Gabe. There in lies the secret to her success all these years - pure poker face.

I was a bit disappointed in Camilla once again trying to be all sweetness with her brat. I would have been more. "Get your a** out of bed and start acting like a grown up and a mother." I do think German is trying to do the right thing by the baby, just not sure it's going to happen. Poor little Bernardo, someone claim that poor angel. He needs some major hugs at this point people!! As for Romeme, I don't see hope there at all.
And I have to say, I actually was cheering on Diana last night.never thought that would happen. Her, I do see some hope, maybe, sort of...who knows.
So much happening and yet we still have three weeks to go! I know I'll be bummed at the ultimate ending which will probably pair Pal and Emoon, but it's turning into a good ride until we get there.

It is fitting that "Paloma" is the word for "dove" in Spanish and Italian. I, too, thought that Chris had a vice-grip on the not-too happy bird!

Lot's of "anvil-baiting moments" here.

I have no idea of what the bank statements were about (weren't they supposed to be Alonso's?), but it piqued the curiosity of my favorite character, Eugenio(being a mature lady, I notice the older actors...love that rolling, deep voice!)

Vicki - Don E may have been looking at transactions and the link to German is German has a copy of the real will. Alonso paid German to look at the will and knew it had been changed by La Loca (hence why he knew she killed his son). Also I'm with you on all these people who keep trying to challenge her...understand you are not talking to a normal person but a psychopath and take precautions.

ITA with those of you who thought watching Rufi finally get her rage out on Carloca was great.

Daisynjay - Yes La Loca does have a pure poker face but her real evil genius is saying things that will devastate people. We know she hates Gabe but she hates Em too so why not tell him this new lie?
 

The highlight of the evening was Rufi standing up to Carlota, using tuear and addressing her as 'Carlota' not Seniorita Carlota.

Of course Paloma get credit too. But she has already done that in the past.

Don't worry about the doves having to be fake. That is how you throw doves. I've done it once when my classmate let me do it. Just like pigeons. Mike Tyson does that to Pigeons and doves. All birds will instinctively fly away unless their wings are clipped.

I'm more on Romina's side during the house confrontation. Diana played all nice to Romina because she wanted to trick her into letting her stay with her since Samuel lost the house. Once Romina would not bike, she turned bitter on her, calling her names and whatnot. Reminds me of school yard kids who want to be your friend to borrow your toy, if you say no, then get get belligerent.

Lordy with all the anvils falling last night it is a wonder that Unreal del Monte is still standing.

Cried buckets when Cris and Paloma had their heart to heart and again with the symbolism of letting the birds go free. Beautiful scenes.

Ah interesting that Emoon didn't blow a gasket when the Purple Beast spewed her baloney about being happy that Gabe and Paloma were novios. He rightly figured she was lying but he is still in for a shock when he discovers part of what she said is true.

Romena is such a brat and yet Camila still continues to try and reason with her instead, of as some one said, telling her to get her behind out of bed and then frog marching her to the hospital.

German - give it a rest. The witch who is as obsessed by money as the Purple One couldn't care less about her child. Get a legal opinion and take the child. Everyone else is still dithering about wringing their hands about his cold hearted mother.

Finally Rufi comes through. She can fill in pieces that Cris doesn't know. Now if only one of them will begin to wonder if Macarena's death was an accident. If they find out otherwise i wonder who would be the first to go after Miss Madnesses throat.

Surprised that the skank sans pants actually left the room and didn't hang around to hear a personal conversation which is her usual modus operandi.

I remember Alonso calling someone about the will and German doing some investigating but i wonder if the money transfer may have something to do with the funds Crazy C got to payoff Acadia.

Understand the Don E is upset with German for not jumping with the investigation but he doesn't know that the man has just found out he has an ill child, something that Eugenio knows all to well.
 

I went back and checked some previous recaps and found that the Dec. 8 recap talked about Al going to see Germ with a briefcase full of money. So it wasn't a bank transfer but probably some notation on the cash withdrawal.

Thanks again Anon for the detailed recap. Another great episode. Nice to see both La Loca and RoMEna getting slapped down a few pegs by everyone. I also thought Camila should have tapped into her inner drill seargent when dealing with RoMEna. She's tried nice and reasonable before. Although she was being firm, you could still see she was going to cave at any moment. I do understand her reluctance to let her grandson suffer if RoMEna doesn't come through. I don't think I could do it either, but what I would do is have a talk with the two Papas together and say let's all get on the same page about how this baby is going to be cared for. The first thing we can unite to do is strip RoMEna of custody. And let's work out how to find some compromise on custody between the three of us. Seems logical that since Emoony is the legal father and has an actual job and assets that he should get main custody, with some sort of joint custody with Germy and Camila.

Not sure why Germy is so broke. He did get a big payoff from Alonso to see the original will, and he has gotten paid by Carloca for his help during the Cris/Nat trial. What's he been doing with his money?

Vivi i think German spent all the money Alonso gave him on his shiny brand new red convertible i can't remember if that's a Audi or what he is driving.


As for the money Carloca gave him i'm sure she gave him just enough to keep him happy but not like what Alonso gave him. Remember how Carloca tried to short changed Arcadia at first when she was being blackmailed.

Then she was going to fork over that briefcase full of money to Arcadia but ran her over because the opportunity was there.

ITA with baiting a murderous psychopath but i think they all know that the purple one is crazy but just don't know yet how psycho she really is.

Remember Alonso had Roberto, Samuel's former roommate who is a detective check into the Espinosas y Monteresos financial background. Alonso told him to find out about Javier and Sagario and also Carloca.

It's kind of hard to feel sorry for Diana because if you think about it she really knew nothing didn't happen between RoMeMe and Emoon but she kept her big mouth shut and let her own son marry her because she thought she was going to benefit from RoMeMe being rich.

Daisynjay do you like football? Perhaps you're a Cleveland Browns fan?

So many great scenes from last night episode, i had to stop a couple of times because i was crying from the Paloma and Cris scenes and those with Madeline and Rufi.

There was just smackdown galore going all over the place, Maybe i should have named this episode The Big Smackdown.
 

I just hope that when push comes to shove the Great Purple One gets nailed for ALL of her crimes. At this point the big issue seems be about the funny business with the will and the suspicion that she had something to do with Doc B's disappearance. I hope that Nat finds the original letter that Alonzo had with Arcadia witnessing the first purchase of belladonna and how she accused Carloca of offing Inaki and her subsequent convenient death by car. Unless Miss Purple confesses in a fit of madness that she offed Alonzo and her own sister they won't get justice.

Wow, finally, Rufi getting into it. She was ready to Ruf up La Loca. :) She was finally showing some teeth defending her cubs, Mac and Pal.

Until they started setting them free, I hadn't realized the birds were palomas (doves or pigeons). Symbolism for sure.

Lili has definitely become the chismosa. Our man Emoon is becoming a man of action. But, it is dangerous work, "confronting the purple beast in it's lair". Carloca did get shots in, Gabe and Pal are novios, take that. Hah.

RoMEE doesn't know what she wants. I don't want to care for the kid. Well, Emoon will take care of him. Hah, no way, over my dead body. The baby is mine. Poor nino. I still think it should be "Dos Hombres y el Nino", have Germy and Emoon make up and both take care of him. :)

Paloma was hearing all sort of stuff. Cris or Rufi would say something else and Pal kept get impactada looks. Boy, just when you think you know your purple Tia, all of this comes out. :)

Another clue that might be a key to the unraveling of Carloca is Alonso's laptop remember how Natalia had the flashback in prison of Alonso always being on his laptop.

There could be some key evidence on that computer, also didn't he also tried to get in contact with Carmen who is still amazingly traveling still.


One thing i really hope is that everything is resolved and there are no loose ends or open questions about each characters fate come the Gran Final like Sorti.

Very disappointed with the ending.
 

Thanks Anon 2:02 for clarifying the mystery with the Alonso/German connection for me. I definately missed that episode. So what, is Eugenio just suspicious that German knows more about things than he is telling him, or, does he suspect he may have killed someone. I guess I will have to wait and see what his brilliant mind is thinking.

Anon 11:49 I agree with you on Cesor Evora. As much as I did not like Cesor Evora in El Diablo Con Los Guapos, I have really grown to love him in this one. He and my other favorite actor William Levy got that Macho Sexy Cuban thing going for them. And I may not be considered a "mature lady", but I know sexy when I see it.
 

Eugenio is upset because German had promised to give him the information he had to prove that Carloca lied about the will. That would be the copies he made of the original and the new fake one Carloca had it changed to.

What Eugenio does not know is what is going on now with German in his personal life that's why he is so frustrated and annoyed with German now because he feels he has gone back on his word with him.

I had no idea that Cesar Evora was of Cuban descent of would love to see him paired up with William Levy in a novela together.
 

There are two things central to Romina.

1) She wants Emiliano at all costs.

2) With the baby Bernardo, it is a control issue. She does not want to be responsible for the baby, yet she does not want Emiliano or German to have custody of it. I guess she does not mind Camila taking care of it, but only her and no visitation rights for either Emiliano or German.

ENDA Anon - ITA with you that the Sorti Grand Finale was a let down.

Ibarramedia - While Romena doesn't want Em to have custody, I don't think she cares if German gets the child. She's only using the baby as a ploy to keep Em with her. If Em left her and Bernando, she would hand the poor baby to German in seconds flat.
 

Great recap, Anon. of a really enjoyable episode.
Romina is still holding on to the baby because she sees it as a bargaining chip with Emilio. She said to Camilla that Bernardo and she are a 'package' and if Emilio doesn't want her, he can't have the baby.

She told German that he is a loser and is the last man in the world that she would marry, and that he obviously wants her for her money. I don't think she would let him have the baby. I don't understand why she has such scorn for German, unless it is a question of not wanting someone who would want her.

I didn't agree that Camilla wasn't sufficiently strong with her. When Romina said, "mi hijo me estorba," (my child is an obstruction? a nuisance?) Camilla tells her to go to a psychiatrist; that she has to do something so that she can fulfill her responsibility to Bernardo.She also says that if Romina doesn't assume her responsibility toward the child, she will have to accept the consequences later on. (she said something like, "if you don't do the right thing, for years you'll be paying the consequences). I didn't get the feeling that Camilla was coddling her, but trying to get her to see the truth and what the outcome of her actions would be. of course, it all fell on deaf ears....

Anon: SOOOOOO agree that the last week of Sorti was a major let down. So many loose ends either left unresolved, many just hurriedly done and the major smackdowns were a bit of a bust for the most part.
I think the fact that ENDA seems to moving steadily into resolutions and reveals three weeks before the end hopefully shows they will be more thoughtful on plotlines and character resolutions. I may not prefer some of the wrap-ups, but I just likse to see good writing and a thought process behind scenes, not just slapping a bunch of stuff together to end a show.
As for being a Browns fan, well I'm not from Cleveland, though I've lived here long enough to cheer on the teams most times. I'm from Chicago, so my heart is always with the Bears and the Cubs. But I do enjoy football (and most sports)asa whole. Was thrilled with the Superbowl outcome.
 

Daisynjay so far the ENDA writers aren't letting us down by resolving the Samuel and Diana storyline and exposing RoMeMe's plots and schemes now the only one we really have to focus on is Carloca.

When Rufi confronted her with doctoring Macarena's insulin medicine in front of Cris and Paloma hopefully this will start the beginning of the other crimes she has committed.

I'm pretty sure Cris will give this information to Eugenio to use.

You also hit on something in your first comment from yesterday, Carloca will probably try to kill Paloma now, you're right and she has said this in the past if she really had to she would kill Paloma too.

Since Eugenio already suspects she has kill before and once Cris tells him about her messing with Mac's insulin medicine hopefully they will hire some guards for Paloma.

I love sports just like you do so when you mentioned the Dawg Pound reference i knew exactly what you were talking about.
 

Another interesting nugget that came out during the big confrontation was Rufi once again telling La Loca why she did the things that she did was because she was afraid to be alone.

Carloca was the oldest of the three kids then came Macarena and her diabetes and Javier.I wonder if because of Macarena's sickness if their father neglected her and that's why she latched onto wanting Cris as her very own.

I get the feeling that Carloca has always been a outsider even in her own family.

Once Cris fell in love Macarena and not her Carloca after learning they were going to elope decided to deceive both of them with her great big lie.

Carloca has always hated and resented Macarena because she probably even considered her a rival for their father's love. Why not Javier because he's a man and it's different Carloca wants to think her beauty outshines Macarena and any other woman.

What she fails to understand it's not just the physical beauty but your attitude also, which she absolutely stinks at.

She wanted to control, torture and punish Macarena for the rest of her life because Cris loved her.She gets off on mentally and verbally abusing people.

The money she got from selling Javier and Sagario's house after their death along with being in charge of Paloma's inheritance is a addiction for her power.

She wants power to control and dictate to others what they can do and say and go. Who they should love and be friends with or socialize with.

Yet in still the crazy one would throw all of this away if Cris felt just a little something for her. If i recall all of the times she ask Cris to go away with her i don't think she ever asked him to marry her.

This from the same woman who goes around talking about being pure and sanctimonious about committing the sin of having sex without marriage.

As far as German goes, he did get a full suitcase of money from Alonso for showing him the testaments of Paloma. German ran and bought the red car right away, so that's why he is broke.
 

Calota is a self righteous hypocrite. Hiding behind Religion in her twisted and perverted actions. She is worse than Gabriela Elizondo from FELS.

German must have paid the entire thing in cash instead of financing it. Stupid move by a lawyer. Oh and i'm a guy who loves sports. Hail to the Redskins!!!

I don't really think Carloca will kill off Paloma that soon. I think she gets too much enjoyment from hurting her. I think Carloca will go after Gabe, Cris, Rufi, and even Emoon now that he getting more assertive. I think she'll want to do in a lot of those that Paloma holds dear before finishing her off. :)

Too me, I still have trouble getting over it, the writers let us down with that only 2 months until Paloma's birthday. That still gets me. LOL
 

I loved all of the comments about Carloca's motives. But, do we really think that she could be happy with Chris? The first time he disagreed with her all hell would break loose. She is just a control freak.

Hating the idea that ENDA is ending, I've really enjoyed it. Am positively passing on CS which even looks tacky in the ads and don't know if I will stick around for Mi Pecado. The cast doesn't really grab me and out here in AZ it will show like ENDA at p.m. which plays havoc with dinner. On the plus side it looks like it is only a 5 month novela so I could tape it and try and fit it in. Will give it a couple of tries to see if it grabs me.

One the worse things about a good novela is transitioning into another one after it is over :-(

Now as to a Cris Carloca match up. It would never have worked - he has a conscience and she doesn't.
 

I have been watching El Clon and have wondered if Carloca could ever survive the Muslim faith - could she be totally submissive to any man? I think not!

Jeff this where i have to disagree with you and agree with Daisynjay when Paloma was a minor and under her care. Carloca just removed anyone who was a threat to taking Paloma away from her control.

Paloma now is of age that along with her new found knowledge how evil and madly insane Carloca is, she will never be under her control again.

Yes Carloca will probably try and kill or go after those Paloma loves the most to hurt her, but like i said before Carloca has said several times if push came to shove she would be willing to kill Paloma is she has too.

The more her crimes get revealed i believe the more desperate she will become, there's no telling how a desperately unstable person like her will react.

As for could Carloca ever be happy with Cris, Carloca has made up this fantasy of how irresistible she is. She is the same way RoMeMe is she does not want to hear the truth or deal with reality.

How many times did Emoon he does not love her nor will he ever did this deter her at all, the same goes for Carloca with Cris.

Decie girl i'm the same way when one of favorite novelas end or my favorite novela star novela ends i go through some serious withdrawal.

The only way i overcome that is it's replaced by another good novela or one of favorite stars is starring in a novela.

Does anyone who watched Manana Es Para Siempre remember the ultimate fate of Barbara Greco? And she didn't even murder 4 people that we know of and try for the fifth as La Loca has. The fate of Barbara Greco is far too good for Carlota Espinosa de Los Monteros. Bring on the poetic (or any other kind of) justice.

Let's see Barbara Greco killed her parents or her mother and i think he was her step father or mother's boyfriend who made have been abusing her sexually.

She alos killed Monteserrat, Gonzalo's first wife and killed the old guy she kicked down the hill. Then she ultimately killed Artemio bravo so that's five people she killed before she set fire to herself in jail.

So far Carloca has killed Inaki,Arcadia,Macarena and Alonso. She has killed many animals over the years from the birds Macarena and Paloma kept to Paloma's little Yorkie puppy that Javier and Sagario gave her.

If you think about it she also killed the happiness of a real family twice for Paloma. One being the great lie that separated her real mother and father. The second when she was terrorizing her the night Javier and Sagario went to Cris's and Natalia wedding.

Paloma called them up hysterical and Carloca snatched the phone from her when she was talking to Sagario and hung up the phone and would not answer it causing her to panic and tell Javier that had to get back home immediately because she was upset by Carloca.

Driving through a terrible storm they had the accident that ultimately killed them both.

I don't know if Carloca will be killed off or not but if she lives she should spend the rest of her days behind bars.

I'm sure even the Mexico law system would take a serial killer a threat to society and wouldn't be lenient with their sentencing.
 

Anon, I don't disagree that Carloca has Paloma in her sights, I do believe she is thinking of killing her. However, I think she will want to torment Paloma some more by doing in some others first. Also, thinking if Carloca doesn't want to be alone, the only person who could possibly live with her is Paloma. Since Carloca is not connected to reality in any way, she may end up thinking that if she kills off some of the others that Paloma will come back and stay with her. :)

Definitely be missing ENDA, too. I miss the TNs for a little while when they are gone. Miss the music. When the show should be starting up or between the commercial breaks, I'll be playing the old songs in my head and not the ones from the new show. :) I'll be watching quite a bit of Mi Pecado and Corazon Salvaje. Heck, we liked FELS. Not too many of us out there that liked FELS. :)
 

Jeff i see your point and considering that we are talking about La Loca i could see her killing or trying to kill those who Paloma loves the most to get her to comeback to her.

The thing is will she get a chance because Eugenio already suspects she has killed before, now what they need to do is piece together what Rufi suspects about Arcadia and Carloca's car.

I'm sure Cris will tell him about what Rufi said about her doctoring Macarena's medicine it shouldn't be a big leap for Eugenio to suspect then that she murdered her own sister.

I wonder what Samuel has to talk to Camila about if he tell her that he knows Carloca was in Pachuca and was poisoned with Belladonna.

I surprised you said you like FELS was it from the comedy aspect it provided.
 

Jeff, count me as one of those that liked FELS. I loved the music. Gabi's end was priceless. It is going to be hard to beat that one.

Carloca has been so evil I cannot imagine a fitting end for her. I had thought about her being attacked by doves like in the Hitchcock movie and then jumping through a very high window to get away from them. That is really almost too good for her.

About FELS, hard to say. Liked the look and feel of FELS. Some comedy there for sure. Protagonists a little too dense most times, Slowfia for sure. I do like the stronger women protagonists better. Fer in MEPS, Moni on Gancho, Ale right now in Dinero, Gaviota. Ones that aren't pushovers. I like EY, he's fun, but not in his 20's. :) Loved the theme song on FELS. Get rid of the amnesia jungle segment would have improved it.
Too me, all/most TNs (all TV shows in general) have something you can complain about.
 

Jeff i definitely agree with you even ENDA had had its moments of Quethe Heck but my main complaint which i spoke about the other day on the Sorti page is a dumbing down of novelas.

Why can't we have more heroines like Fernanda from MEPS or Galans like Alex from Sorti. I can understand if people get confused or misled by lies and plots and schemes to keep them apart from their true love.

When you a murderess governess who kills your wife but you bring her back into your house where your beloved daughter and sister live see CCEA.

Come on are you for real, i can't even imagine that the audience in Mexico is so forgiving with how these novelas are written too.

I really hope that televisa takes notice of how good a novela ENDA is for the most part and start trying to produce better and more intelligent novelas.

Most of all more intelligent heroines and galans please is that too much too ask.
 

I agree with your assessment Anon. The poor damsel in distress works when you have a young girl like a Pal who is learning the ways of the world, and it's been fun watching her "grow a spine" as some have called it here. But for older heroines, hey, this is the 21st century.

As for the galans, there is some good younger talent out there. Quit using them to just be the mopey love-sick puppy and put the older actors in good appropriate roles. Cesar has rocked in ENDA.

From what I can gather from those who have watched the TN's reactions in Mexico, the audiences there aren't buying the "dumbing down" either. CS didn't do well there and from the previews I can see why. Don't care if the supporting cast is good, when your leads look ridiculous and over the top...I mean really. Like I said before, I may listen in to be amused for an hour and then have a better time reading the snarky recappers on Caray.
Let's hope producers have had a wake-up call with some of the failures as they plan new shows.
 

Anon and daisynjay, great conversation. It would be good to have more intelligent heroines and galans. Sometimes the stupidity almost gets to be too much, but then sometimes it adds to the story, it gets to be a fine line at times. I don't particularly like TNs where the heroine constantly goes through one catastrophe after another. :)
Besides ENDA type TNs, I do like a good comedy as well. Love Gancho. Gancho is somewhat special in that it makes you care about almost all of the characters, what happens to them. It also has enough drama to keep things interesting. In other shows, just don't seem to care quite so much about some of the other characters vs. how I feel about them in Gancho. That shows up here in ENDA, many comments by people like ho-hum, Camila and Orly, FF. Gancho, wouldn't FF. Probably the big problem about liking too many characters, get's to be too many subplots to follow and the show gets too long.
I've wondered what is the appropriate length for TNs. You get some of the ~95 cap Sortis, they're pretty good. Pack in the action, get done quickly. Sometimes seems too quickly, you want more. At 171, ENDA hasn't really felt too long. It kept moving along. The 200+ cap TNs, they do seem to drag on. Even Gancho will be too long at over 200 caps.
Anyway.. At least ENDA appears to be wrapping up in fine style. Looking good so far.
 

I know some people have cared for some of the music in ENDA but i have really enjoyed it, what i don't like is when it drowns out the conversation of the characters talking.

Daisynjay every time i see Eduardo pop on screen with his hair extensions for a preview of CS i change the channel. My goodness and this novela i believe is saying on wikipedia it's now 135 episodes.
 

Been thinking about the feeling that some have that Paloma is in Carloca's sights. I don't think so, if she offed Paloma she would have no one to torment 24/7. She has to have the girl under her thumb because without someone to focus her hate on she will go off the deep end (of course we all know she did that years ago).

My best guess is she will go after Gabe because he is already known to be dying, Paloma is fond of him and he wants to get her away from Crazyville and best of all she could really wound Don E who is getting too close to her all her secrets. Gabe makes the perfect victim, unfortunately.
 

Well Carloca does not know yet that Eugenio is on to her, she thinks she has been acting normal around him. Even though he didn't buy her lies when she tried to get him not to take over Cris and Natalia's case. I think if she found out how he helped Cris locate the fake dad and is now helping Cris and Paloma to expose her and the crimes she has committed. Yes she will go after Gabriel because it would hurt both Paloma and Eugenio.

Carloca likes to hurt people period another reason why she was angry at them setting the birds free, she would not have them there to take out her hate and frustration on, like she has in the past.

So glad that most of the other plots are near to being resolved and we can focus on La Loca's downfall, i would love to see her but on trial like she did to Cris and Natalia.

For all of the towns people in RDM to see how this fine and upstanding high moral serial killer was living amongst them. Wonder what gossip guy and his wife would say about that.
 

Anon, you crack me up. Yes, I'm guilty of the same reaction to EY. I think CS will bring out some of the best snarky lines our wonderful recappers have ever written.
 

Daisynjay i think whatever funny recaps and comments we have read for past novelas are going to be topped by this one.I'm still waiting to hear from Jarcocha but when this was starting in Mexico they said it was going to be at least 200 episodes now i see the number is down to 135.

Jarocha had mentioned it was improving from what some people she knows that are still watching it i'm trying to find out how long it's going to be.
 

I have no problem seeing EY as a pirate. For me, a pirate should be flamboyant and larger than life and EY can fit that bill, no problem. Now.. if you want me to believe he is in his 20's... well.. I'll just have to not think about it while watching. :)
That's good if it is down to 135 capitulos. Maybe that is why it is getting better. People can now see it does have an end. :)

As for how episodes CS i'm still trying to find the correct info on that i was reading on one website that they had extended it longer than it was originally expected but the story was written in January.So i don't know if that is true or not.
