Introducing SharkByte...
Greetings and feliciations everyone! This posting is just a test as I recently got setup with posting privileges, and thought I would introduce myself.
I go by SharkByte and I'll be doing the Teresa recaps on Wednesday. You can check out my profile to learn more about me.
I'm probably the only guy on this blog so we need to get some more guys signed up to even out the gender teams. By the way ladies, the comments about the professor's pajama bottoms - gross, totally gross. Oh, and I've shared your comments with everyone you know :^)
Well, feel free to drool over the guys all you want, no need to hold back on my account. But don't be surprised if you read one of my recaps and there are references to bikinis and various female anatomical regions that I happen to find appealing. Oh that reminds me, I hope there's a Cancun scene on Wednesday.
Anyway, I'll try not to disappoint you with my recaps. My Spanish is not too good so I may need your help on occasion with certain phrases, syntax, and so forth. I tend to rely on the closed captioning so on a night when it isn't working, I may have a rough time of it.

Are you really the only current male recapper? We do have other men around who comment and sometimes recap.I agree; it's great to balance the points of view.
Your hope to counter the Professor Hottie commentary with bikini scenes reminds me a lot of our beloved former recapper Chris Ferro. He was of a like mind, and very entertaining in his execution.

Welcome Sharkbyte! You hid your gender very well, I had no idea you were male. :O: Sorry you had to read all that mushy gushy stuff about Art's jammies. Please give us your male perspective on Teresa, it is extremely welcome. What fun to get to hear also from "the other side of things". Such as your take on Fernando; is Mariano really such a blind idiot; is Art socially blunted because of Paloma? All questions I think a male could answer best.

SharkByte: You had me fooled also! We do get some male posts from time to time, but now that you mention it, I don't really remember anybody else on the Teresa site from our male regulars. A pity, too! They always add their own special spice to the stew. Definitely looking forward to reading your stuff!

Welcome SharkByte! Admittedly, I had my 'suspicions' about you (LOL!). It was your name and your style of writing that didn't have me convinced you were a woman, so I was sitting on the fence.
Would love to hear your take on Teresa. There's more to her narcissism than meets the eye. I can't think she can be fully explained with just that label.
Please...I am dying to hear your thoughts!

Welcome to the world of recapping Sharkbite. It's great to have another guy recapping here at Caray Caray. I'm not recapping anything right now as my preference is comedy... there's not a lot of that right now. I watched the first couple of weeks of Teresa and humorous parts were few and far between.
You'll enjoy doing it and the ladies are sure to treat you special.

Congrats, Sharkbyte! It will be good to see a male perspective more frequently. I know no men IRL who watch novelas so it's refreshing to see some online.

And I'm in total agreement on needing a Cancun episode soon - we just need to make sure it's not all Mama. That really defeats the purpose. Bikinis and boardshorts must make their presence known too!!

Sharkbyte, I've always loved your comments but thought you were just one of us gals....Soooo glad to have you here. As you can see, we let it rip on jammies, so you should do the same on bikinis.
I think I'm going back to re-read some of your comments to see how I missed your gender!!!
Carlos, we had one Teresa galan, Martin, who was really funny but he took off to France.....we really miss him and haven't laughed much since he left.

SharkByte, Brother, welcome to the group! We're always thrilled when a man joins the fun. We always enjoy the male perspective and based on your comments you will be a stellar recapper. Can't wait to read your first recap on Wednesday.
