Cuando Me Enamoro #88 Friday 8/19/11 Projected Memories, Dozens of Daisies, and Divorce Difficulties.

Hola, queridos! End-of-Summer stuff has me going crazy, so my commenting time has been cut dramatically. Pero estoy aquí todavía! On with the goods...

Roberta smugly tells her mother to mind her own business when it comes to men. Soto meets with Matias and drops the anvil on him; the pre-nup stipulated that Matias and Berta were meant to be married for 10 years, not one. Mat gets his angry face on.

Honorio and Nata help take Adriana home from the hospital. It's a day in rare form for the Monterrubios since everything seems to be working out for them. The only problem is that Blanca is still at large. Adriana really wants to see her caught.

Meanwhile, Her Battiness gets a phone call from her informant that their plan will proceed that very day. She's pleased which means misery for Honorio and Co.

Jero reads about Empresas Monterrubio in the paper. They have solved their credit problem and guarantee their clients the same great service as always. Luciana the Banker kept her word about not telling Gonzo the identity of the benefactor.

Nata finds her car in the parking garage and is flustered that Jero wrote a message in window chalk on her windshield. "Freckles, you are the most beautiful woman in the world / Pecas, eres la mujer mas hermosa del mundo" is what it says, accompanied by a little heart in the corner. Nata angrily cleans it off while giving the window-washer a tongue lashing for not getting rid of it sooner.

Padre tells Lazaro he has to respect Karina's decision. Laz has the utmost respect for Kari but he just can't get over her. Padre points out that he had no trouble flirting with Arely. Besides, there's no way Padre can convince Karina to get a divorce.

Matilde asks Karina to make her a wedding dress. Kari hesitates but Manuela assures her she can do it. Mati beams that her wedding day will be the best day of her life. Kari turns into a wet blanket and says that her wedding day wasn't so wonderful. Manuela tries to cheer her with the hope that she will find true amor one day but Kari thinks she has been left on the shelf for good.

Constanza and Honorio are all smiles now that Adriana is home. They both offer to help Adriana with anything she needs. Hon ruins the good vibrations by getting in a barb at Coni. A basket of candy arrives for Adriana and Honorio leaves in a huff when he sees they're from Chema.

Cata comes clean to Regi about having talked to Gonzo. She didn't want to keep it a secret from Regi. Additionally, Cata has decided to move into a nursing home. Regi refuses to let her mother go. Cata says she can't bear to live with Regi while she carries on with a married man. She doesn't want to ruin "what Regi thinks makes her happy". Nothing like good old fashioned emotional blackmail!

Antonio and Fina chat on the phone. They decide the gala is the best place to make it known to Regi and Gonzo that they will never be allowed to live happily ever after. Fina agrees to meet with him to iron out their plans.

Coni brings in lunch for Adri and wonders if it wouldn't be best if she told Chema not to visit while Adri is recuperating. With all that's happened recently, Coni does not want to contribute to the week-long headache Honorio has had. Adri tells Coni to ask Chema to visit while Hon is at work.

Alfonsina tracks Ezequiel down in the fields. She wanted to discuss what they plan to do about the baby if they separate. Zeke tells her he doesn't have time to talk about such stupid things. Alfi asks him to go with her to do a test on the baby. Zeke refuses to do it and could not care less if the baby is his or not.

Matias and Berta are in a shouting match about the pre-nup. He agreed to help Berta, not to be chained down for a decade! Berta is furious that Mat thinks the "mistake" in the contract was her fault. If not Berta, Mat is positive that it was Fina who did it. Speak of the diabla and she appears, Fina jumps into the fray to defend herself.

Agustin and Nata have drinks in a lovely restaurant. Jero glides into the room and makes himself comfortable at the table. Nata stares at him in disbelief while Augie looks like he just swallowed a fork.

Jero tells Augie that his place is next to Nata and that's where he wants to be. They haven't signed the divorce papers yet, so Jero isn't going anywhere. Augie blows his top and clearly wants to punch Jero on the nose. Nata convinces Augie to sit back down while Jero strides out of the room.

A projector kicks on and starts playing a home-movies from Nata and Jero's wedding. The images are projected onto the wall of the restaurant for everyone to see. Augie leaves in a snit but Nata watches the video with a wistful expression.

Fina and Berta screech their innocence. Matias vows to have the contract annulled because it was tampered with. He only agreed to the marriage for the sake of the baby but now it's over. Berta pleads with Matias not to do it; a divorce so soon would make her a laughingstock. Matias has no sympathy for her plight.

Things at the restaurant have calmed down. Somehow Augie and Nata haven't been thrown out yet. At any rate, Nata cries because the memories are so painful. When things were good between her and Jero, they were fantastic. It was the circumstances that made their relationship impossible. Augie promises that Nata's wounds will heal in time.

Gonzo assures Regi that they will find her daughter, despite the unfortunate demise of Det. Cantu. He also promises that she will earn her mother's respect again once they are married.

Jero drops by at Constanza's. He is hopeful that all the crazy things he keeps doing will eventually open Nata's heart to him. Coni is confidant that Nata will come around.

Carlos bounds into the hacienda like an over-eager puppy. He tells Matilde that his parents are coming that weekend to meet her. Mati is nervous but excited at the same time.

Padre vents to Dr. Tatas about the problems between Karina and Alvaro. There's only a few reasons the church will accept an annulment. He did accept it in Jero and Nata's case. (But not in the one where Kari's husband raped her and tied her up in a bedroom for weeks? Please re-evaluate the system, Padre.) Marina listens with peeled ears as Padre explains more of Nata and Jero's private lives. Too bad this isn't one of those novelas where the Padre is bound by a secret of confession. At least then, he'd have to shut up every once and while.

Jero visits Marina's office. He peers into an open drawer and sees the Monterrubio file. He resists the urge to snatch it just as the nurse comes back.

The living room at Coni's is positively bursting with beautiful bouquets of every kind. Nata is amazed at how many gorgeous flowers Adriana received. Actually, they weren't sent for Adri. They are *all* from Jero for Nata. "I did not know what your favorite flower is. I do not like to make mistakes, so I sent you every kind of flower the florist had. I hope you will tell me which you prefer so I can send you one every day for the rest of my life."

Nata rips up the card and Adri and Coni are exasperated with her. "He is driving me crazy!" Nata fumes. "Crazy *with love*?" Coni asks.

Matias gives Gonzo all the ugly details about the pre-nup. He asks for advice. Gonzo tells him to take his time making a decision.

Nata just can't accept Jero's peace offerings; She was so hurt and humiliated by him. Adriana and Coni (looking quite like a mother and daughter pair) warn Nata that Jero is stubborn and will never give up. Well, Nata is twice as stubborn as Jero is. The harder he tries, the more she is going to resist. Coni asks Nata if she could give in, forgive Jero, and start from scratch. Nata does not think she can but Coni assures her she could.

Regina visits Ines and she happily agrees to offer Cata a place to live for awhile. Ines will have a talk with Cata on Regi's behalf.

Gonzo glances around Misery Manor with new, jaded eyes. Fina is thrilled to see him but her smile turns into a scowl when he hands her the divorce papers. She refuses to read them. Gonzo tells her that he can move forward with an express divorce without her consent. Fina swears that nobody, not even the law, will separate her from Gonzo. He has the decency to not laugh in her face.

Augie unwinds in his room. He hates the way Nata seems to be falling for Jero's antics. Berta is sure Nata will never forgive Jero. While Nata might marry Augie, he will never measure up to the love that Jero gave her. Nata will never love him like she loved Jero. Berta knows how to push people's buttons, no?

Fina blubbers over the divorce papers. Gonzo was only a thing that Fina owned and manipulated. He finally realizes that now. "I am free. Adios, Josefina." Gonzo walks out the door for good. Fina throws a few pillows in rage and bangs on the table. She can't give up the name Señora Monterrubio! No, no, no! Marsha, Marsha, Marsha! (Yeah, this honestly feels more like a temper tantrum than a grown woman upset about her divorce).

The next morning, Jero texts Nata to find out which flower was her favorite. She resists answering for a little while and talks back to her phone. Nata wonders if her Tia might have been right about giving Jero a chance. She agrees to meet Jero at his apartment that afternoon.

Carlos digs in to breakfast and loves Mati's cooking. Lazaro arrives with his grades from the university. He passed with flying colors! Everyone is so happy for him. Carlos is so impressed he offers to teach Laz everything he knows about the wine business.

Gonzo tells Soto to follow through with the divorce and give Fina whatever she wants. That way, she will have no reason to drag out the proceedings.

Berta arrives home to a spitting mad Fina. It really gets under her skin that Gonzo wanted a divorce because he wants to marry Regi. Fina will never let it happen. Gonzo will never be free of her.

Matias has breakfast with Coni, Adri, and Nata. Adri teases Nata about being so energetic. Her internal monologue hopes that it was a good idea to agree to visit Jero.

As if Honorio's life could not get any worse, he is suddenly handcuffed by two policemen. He is being arrested for fraud against "Monique de la Rivera". Blanca watches with glee from across the street.

Avances: Jero and Nata get ready for their date. Augie steps out of an airplane (?) and tells Gonzo that Nata will be safe with him. Hmm...

"End-of-Summer stuff has me going crazy".You and me both!! Up before the birds singing getting ready to take second son to college, but stopping for recap and coffee. You put a smile on my face for sure!

Jero is just cracking me up. I mean some of this stuff is so embarrassing and over the top, but you have to give him brownie points for imagination. And he's adorable doing it. I have to admit that. Can I just say my fav moment last night was that little smiley happy dance that Nata did when she went behind the pillar at Coni's. She immediately started back ranting to her aunt and Adri, but when noone's looking, this is all getting to her. She'll melt one of these days.

Yeah for express divorces - Fina's tantrum was hysterical. Sort of explains her whole mentality - one of a spoiled five year old.

I don't get Berta - she's willingly smoozing with Augie knowing he wants Nata - I guess she thinks she can manipulate him away. She don't know Augie like we know Augie! (Wait, is there a song somewhere called that??)

I was yelling at Gina, well my TV, when Cata said she was moving "Let her go!!!" and Gina was all upset. Gees, poor Isidoro if he finds the biddy sitting at his dinner table soon. Sorry, that woman drives me batty.

Why isn't Matias reaming Soto as to why the contract was changed? It's not like someone scribbled it in - it's typed!! Ever hear of peer review? I'm hoping that he's successful on getting it voided - and I like the fact that the writers are having some of the characters being successful on things we normally don't get until the end of a TN. Opens some many more plot possibilities.

What gala?

Preview - Is Augie kidnapping Nata? What was that with the plane?

Well off to move the kiddie...boy, they grow up way too fast.

Last weekend here for the kids before they go back to school, but with tax free weekend, I will not be braving the wild.

Great recap, and Jero was adorable, I may be one of the few Juan Soler fans. But all these demonstrations of love and redemption will not be enough, we still have Dr. Tata's setting herself up to be Jero's distraction.

Fina's temper tantrum was classic, I was laughing at her histrionics. I needed the comic relief, but doubt if the scene was meant to induce laughter.

Go Cata, go away.

I think Soto should fess up, if he doesn't he will end up another notch on Fina's death count.

I gathered from the avances that Augie will start playing fire with fire and will whisk Nata in his private airplane in his attempts to romance and distract Nata.

Thanks for the recap -- it's stellar. What a fun episode. (I think we're going to need these nice memories during the days which follow)
have a good trip daisynjay. It's bittersweet isn't it, sending our fledglings on out of the nest.

Nata hiding behind the flowers and melting over the romantic cards from Jero out of sight of Adri & Coni was also my favorite moment from the show. Or maybe it was the adorable morning exchange with the text messages. The way she talked to herself and to the phone trying to resist her feelings was so-o-o cute.

Adriana & Coni ganging up on her and telling Renata that she should give Jeronimo a second chance., to stop fighting with herself between what she thinks she should do and what she wants to do was very sage advice.

I loved, loved, loved the positive vibes between our star crossed lovers and the chance for a brief reconciliation -- but alas, the avances tell us that it is not to be. Who knows what web of lies Berta & Auggie will spin during the time that Nataa & Jero are torn apart? It looks as though the threat from Blanca is going to convince Gonzalo that Renata is in danger and so he is going to send her away under Auggie's protection leaving Jeronimo with warm champagne and a cold heart. Curse you TN gods!!

Güera

Great job Amy. I'm so glad you took time from your End-of-Summer stuff to give us such an entertaining recap.

"...Augie looks like he just swallowed a fork."

Didn't he just? And it's almost as though Augie and Jerry have swapped demeanor. Now Jerry is cool as vichyssoise and Augie is the one with smoke streaming from his ears. Jerry's Paxil must be kicking in.

I don't know why Matis is fuming over the prenup. Both Robi and Fina deny having altered it, Soto has no clue as to how it was changed... sounds like everyone is in agreement as to the original intent... simply amend the thing... problem solved... next!

I'm enjoying the dynamics at Coni's place. Renata was feigning annoyance at Jerry's persistence and saying no way they can get back together, Coni and Adri were all, "¡Sí se puede!", and Matia's was grumbling about the flowers. Very good comedy.

Can Matilde get anymore precious? I'm afraid I have to agree with the consensus this time, though. No way can this perfect happiness of Carlos and Mati be allowed to continue much longer by the writers. I'm very uneasy and am probably going to be very perturbed by what they have planned.

Those avances have me so intrigued that I'm almost willing to forfeit my weekend to find out what's happening.

I hope everyone here has a wonderful weekend and takes a moment or two to comment in this exciting show and Amy's delicious recap.

Carlos

Love your recap enjoyed it from start to finish.

I have to admit i'm liking Jero right now and his antics. Boy did he get under Auggie's skin at that restaurant. But it seems like from Monday's avances he reverts back to jumping to conclusion without having all the facts Jerko.

Berta wasn't liking Auggie waxing poetic about Renata.

Please go Cata and Reggie should do everyone a favor sign her up quickly for that nursing home.

Matias you were right in questioning Roberta and Malafina over the prenup changes. But why aren't you questioning Soto your family's company lawyer?I certainly hope he has legal grounds to annul and void the changed prenup. But it does have his signature on it

Gonzo you are awesome as you lit into Malafina and let her know under no uncertain terms you are getting your divorce.Clrealy you're not thinking straight when you tell Soto to give her anything she wants in order for you to get your divorce right away.

At some point BSC is going to have to come forward with her charges she has made?

I can see this padre in this novela doesn't know the meaning of being discreet.

Daisynjay enjoy your trip.

Oh, one more thing I meant to say. This is to Fina:

Really? Pillows? Pillows? For crying out loud, you're surrounded by expensive breakables and you toss a few pillows? Come on lady, you've killed 4 people already, where's your pride? Pillows? Jeesh!

Carlos

Amy, your recap was full of wonderful moments.

"Carlos bounds into the hacienda like an over-eager puppy."
"Augie looks like he just swallowed a fork."
"Gonzo glances around Misery Manor with new, jaded eyes.
And my favorite "No, no, no! Marsha, Marsha, Marsha! " (Of course you have to be as old as me to get that line -- but it's perfect.)

And Carlos-- loved your " cool as vichyssoise" line.

Boy that Roberta is a piece of work. She really got to Augustin with her taunt that even if he gets Renata to marry him she will never love him like she does Jero. I'm still puzzled about her motive here. I know that she and Augustin are partnering to keep the secret of Rafa's baby-- each for their own reasons. But she is so hung up on the fact that guys prefer Renata to her- so how can she go along with Auggie's Nata obsession?

Are we finally going to find out what Blanca/Dominique is up to?

That Padre is sure a gossipy one. Of course the things he is sharing with Marina were not secrets of the confessional -- but still -- has he no filter at all?

Amy, you are a dear for getting your recap up so early, especially amidst your busy-ness. I actually started enjoying your masterpiece last night...until my honey blew in desperately in need of assistance getting ready for an impromptu 2-day bicycle ride. Sheesh, these jocks! Anyway, it's a beautiful Saturday morning, I have no commitments until this afternoon, and I have savored every moment of your recap. Hooray!!

My favorite lines, some already mentioned:

"Augie looks like he just swallowed a fork." Such a great line!

"Somehow Augie and Nata haven't been thrown out yet."

"Too bad this isn't one of those novelas where the Padre is bound by a secret of confession. At least then, he'd have to shut up every once and while." My sentiments exactly!

"this honestly feels more like a temper tantrum than a grown woman upset about her divorce". As Carlos says, pillows???

I loved how Jero couldn't take his eyes of the Roberta Monterrubio file in the doc's office. I was screaming at him, "Look at it, Look!".

Ah well, so many fun moments that have already been mentioned. Since I have a tender spot for Lazaro one of my fave scenes was his pride at his good grades. He's such a sweetie.

The Monterrubio men, for being so business savvy, are being incredibly stupid and wimpy these days.

Amy, thanks again. You are a trooper! I'm glad you were rewarded with an enjoyable episode.

Oh, and I forgot to say I enjoyed your vocab list. I also noticed another word in the episode that I liked, Augie told Nata not to be fooled by Jero's patrañas = hoaxes, nonsense, bulls**t. Have we had that on a list before? If so I didn't remember.

Always enjoy a little alliteration in the titles, Amy, and like several others have mentioned "Augustin looks like he just swallowed a fork" is a gem.

Also Carlos "bouncing in like an overeager puppy". Come to think of it, both he and Matilde are like exuberant puppies (Dr. Carlos..does this explain your early fondness for Matilde?).

Well anyway, great descriptions and asides, and excellent vocabulary list.

Juan Soler is doing more than a passable job at playing a suave Cary Grant type suitor and Silvia Navarro gets more awesome with every episode. Her chiding of the hapless garage attendant, surreptiously melting over the sweet words and bouquets, and talking to her cellphone (she even tossed out a "God it's in your hands") .... totally cute and endearing. This lady can handle drama and comedy equally well. A pleasure to watch her in action.

And yes, Constanza and our new Adriana DO look related...both sweet beauties. Trust that one day Honorio will be happy again and reunited with both.

Great recap, Amy. Lot's of great lines. My fav: "Somehow Augie and Nata haven't been thrown out yet."

Cata going to a nursing home?! What a disgusting piece of blackmail. Don't think Gina would be quite so upset if her mother was just choosing to move to her own place. But a nursing home. Pile on the guilt to your loving and only child, Witch (with a capital B).

No one knows who this Monique de la Rivera is. Everyone knows Blanca is out to get Hon/the company. Put two and two together guys (unless they did and I missed it somehow).

Robey

Flores--Dozens of flores, daisies and more to you. You are unbelievably good at capturing all the action and the emotions behind them.

For me, my top "watch-out for my keyboard moment" was....Nata stares at him in disbelief while Augie looks like he just swallowed a fork [especially if it went down tines first]. OUCH! I've never swallowed a fork, but I bet it hurts.

Based on the consensus of the comments before me, this one deserves a prime place on the sideboard. Que piensan? Si?

Augie went off to try to have the slide show stopped. Lucky for our gal, it ended before Augie ended it and she got a big dose of her happier moments with Jeronimo.

Pillows--my first thought, before Fina even threw one was, I bet she throws the pillows. She should have cleared the coffee table first and then started in on other breakables. Expensive, but fun to watch.

Instead, we got treated to too many seconds of her weeping. (P.S. if any of you watched Eva Luna--Victoria does a fantastic job of clearing off her dresser of all kinds of breakables.)

The writers lifted almost word for word the scene and the note Daniel Villanueva wrote to Eva Gonzales asking her to pardon him for being responsible for her leaving her job.

I didn't mind a bit. It was a great touch and fitted right in with Jero's campaign. And I liked that they teased us a bit with Nata's reaction, opening the door to reconciliation a crack more.

rubycantu--if you haven't noticed, I've been a Jero fan through thick and thin. I already feel awful for him thinking that Nata has stood him up and that's not until Monday's episode.

Those two just can't get a break nowadays for even one real sweet kiss between them before something dastardly happens. And WTH--Gonzalo is in on this Natanapping Monday? Maybe you are right, Guera, Gonzo thinks it's for her protection. I can't see Nata going for that, though--she's just as hard-headed as her real momita.

I think Dr. Tata is going to mis-interpret Jero getting close to her. I bet all he wants to know right now is what is in that Roberta Monterubio file in her office.

Matias should have enough on his side in a court to get the prenup annulled or voided--especially if all four deny making the change. They could blame it on a typo by a secretary. Won't happen, I know.

My word verification is familas--and very dysfunctional ones we have here!
NOK

Thanks for the well wishes on the trip. I just got back and am relaxing with a tall ice tea, sore back and fun comments. It was a good drive, no time to really hang out as he already had a meeting at the music dept. late afternoon, so it was a dump and run trip.Loved the new little house he and his roomates have - no more dorms- and the adorable little 8-week old kitty that kept leaping out from behind corners to catch you. Unfortunately, didn't fit in my purse, so I had to leave the little dickens behind.

So just me and my own sweet kitty getting use to the quiet now...

I have to agree about BCS - she put in a complaint based on a different name. So if they produce paperwork that she applied and worked under an alias, etc., what kind of case would she have? I'm no lawyer, but that's a head scratcher to me.

I don't think I'm going to be too happy with Monday's episode. But I'm addicted and will watch anyway. Maybe I'll take a tip from Fina and just put pillows nearby to throw and spare the breakables.

daisy, glad you had a nice, safe trip. How fun for your son to live in a real house with a cute little kitten. My godson just moved into his first house this weekend, too. He and his roommates feel so grown up. They are big, hulking kids but I guess they really are grownups too, sniff sniff.

Amy, Amy, Amy!!! THANK YOU!!! HUGE thank yous. I am dying not being able to see anything thanks to no Uni on hotel telly; dying, I tell you.

Cap'n Sylvia: I was able to get the video on the link that you sent, but no audio! No probs with the laptop, so who knows what happened.

How I wish I could see Nata doing her happy dance when no one is watching. ...and dear Laz...I'm so glad that something is going well for him.

I think that it is going to take a lot for Kari to break out from her self imposed 'rules' that she must follow. She was raised to believe certain things and those things are hard to discard as one gets older.

The padre needs to have his lips sewn shut (I think Stephen King did that in one of his novels). That man knows no boundaries!!!

Is Jero all dressed up in his snappy suits? Please tell me it's the navy blue one...he looks absolutely fabulous in navy blue.

As for Cata...good riddance!

Thank you again, dear Amy!!

Susanita

Susanita, no audio? I watched some of it on that link and it was fine. Just curious, did you try adjusting the audio on the site itself? There is that little audio icon at the bottom of the screen that plays the video. Oh well, Amy's version was better anyway.

ITA, Cata...good riddance. What a wet blanket.

Dear Cap'n: There was no audio. I the audio button was up all the way as was my on volume button on the laptop. Do you think it was because of the wifi?

It was kind of funny with me watching the mouths going, but not hearing a word!!!

I've got some 'vestigatin to do as I will not be able to make it without seeing my CME!!!

Susanita

Another great recap. Where do you guys come up with the clever lines? I looked up "casas de asistencias". It seems on a casual reading that they are residences for elderly and even for students that include meals.

I am in the Jero camp. I have felt from the beginning that Jero and Nata have great chemistry. What a treat after El Clon and Triumfo del Amor!

Just coming back from a lovely day out in wine country VA, which had me thinking about our CME wine country. No crazy drama out there though.

Amy I loved the title and everything that followed. I'll echo everyone else that the image of Augie swollowing a fork had me giggling.

I thought Jero looked HOT when he sat down at the table with Nata and Augie and gave that mega-watt smile. He and Augie totally switched roles with Jero cool and collected and Augie about to pop his cork.

Susanita- Yes, he is wearing his suits and he looks great in them.

The previews don't look good for our main couple, just when it looked like they are making progress.

But as for this episode, I thought they were both so cute. He in his continued wooing, and she as she pretends to resist. Her face and far away look at the breakfast table said it all. I think they are both anticipating more than just a talk in his apartment. And I have no doubt that they would do more than talk if they were alone together at his place. Alas, it doesn't look like it'll happen.

I also noticed how much Adri and Connie look alike now. They are becoming more and more like mother and daughter.

I think the writers adn diretor intended for Fina's tantrum to look absurd. Both she and Berta are just big, bratty 5 year olds.

Vivi: Thanks! I'm glad to hear that Mr. Hermoso is wearing his suits! I LOVE them!!

Susanita

OK, who's got that big bear that Matias brought to Adri? As they were checking Adri out of the hospital, Honorio placed Chema's little lion in Adri's lap, but Big Bear was nowhere to be seen.

I think it's odd that he wasn't still in the room and the lion was. After all, Matias (yea!) brought the bear and Chema (boo!) brought the lion.

Carlos

Carlos--Maybe Big Bear got a ride in a separate wheel chair pushed by a nurse and was out of the room before viewerville could see the action.

You would notice details like that. I'd already forgotten about the bear and the lion by the time Adri got home and the candy came followed by the flowers and Adri and Consta's pro Nata-Jero campaign.

Susanita, bummer about the volume. How irritating! I am not very technically savvy. But hey, I just checked and Monday's episode, cap 89 is on Daily Motion. Hopefully you won't have to suffer through another audio-less episode.

I noticed that giant bear was missing too, only because I wanted to check his paws to see if it is the same bear as Teresa's Arturo bear.

Cap'n Sylvia: You've just given me great news as I am on my last nerve re no Uni on the telly and no CME.

I found something called roco.tv, but the capitulos in question for CME had been removed!!!

Thank you, thank you!!!

Susanita

Oh dear Carlos. Is this "foreshadowing"? Will Matias be temporarily eclipsed by Chema. Hopefully, Big Bear is simply off-camera somewhere. I would think things are rather crowded in that house anyway with so many guests AND a maid. It doesn't look that big. Not like the cold marble mansion of the Monterubbios.

Thank you so much, AmyAzul, for the witty and complete recap which was a life line for me since I was not able to see the episode. Your descriptions are so colorful and I too liked the culinary moments of swallowed forks and cold Vichyssoise.

I can't figure out why Soto hasn't been outed to the EM gang. He seems like one of those borderline nice guys who really got smitten with Fina but won't be a willing accomplice to her schemes so that must suggest he will have to be the victim of one of htem.

I was up having too much fun at Indian Market in Santa Fe. Wow, was it beautiful this year in its 90 year. Stunning arts and crafts from all kinds of native artists.

I need to go see this episode to prepare for Monday. Sounds like I will get a disturbing one.

Susanita, I tried to watch tonight's episode on Daily Motion but the second part was missing. I found the entire capitulo on justin.tv, but it is the feed that was not giving you audio. Anyway, here is the link just in case you have better luck with the audio this time around:
