Teresa Fri 8/5/11 #110 Viewerville holds its collective breath while our beloved Sharkita fights for her life.

HOSPITAL: Sharkita’s fanclub is all there and they pounce on Hector for any news on Tiburoncita. He was able to get the bullet out of her chest but the one lodged in her neck is too close to the spinal column and they can’t extract it until the inflammation goes down. The good news is that the chest wound was close to her heart but it wasn’t damaged (most likely cause it was such a small target). He’s concerned about her head wound but can’t give a definite prognosis. The next 72 hours are crucial. Arturo’s not allowed to see her yet, she’s still in recovery. Hector will let him know. She’s stable but her condition is still critical. They’re all impactados.

Meanwhile, in the recovery room, Mariano is hovering over Teresa, cheering her on, telling her to keep fighting, to think of all the life she has yet to live. She has to survive so she can be happy…..even though she won’t be at his side. He cries as he tenderly kisses her forehead. He once thought the worst that could happen would be that she would leave him for Arturo’s money. Even then, he was comforted by knowing she loved him still. However, now that he sees she was willing to give her life for Arturo, it’s clear to him Arturo is the one she loves. It pains him to know he no longer has a chance with her. Aurora is standing at the door and has heard everything he’s just said. He wipes away the tears as she approaches him. It’s painful to see him like this and to see Teresa in her critical state. What matters to him is that Teresa recovers. Aurora says the prognosis is not good. Mariano has read the reports but no puede ser! He knows the bullet is very close to the spinal column but she can’t be a quadriplegic. She just can’t. Teresa will recover all of her mobility and she will be ok. She has to.

In the lobby, Arturo is giving Margarita’s info to the police and Cutberto is comforting Juana by telling her Teresa always comes out ok. Hector comes by just then and Juana runs to him, throwing her arms around him as he informs her of Teresa’s condition. Cutberto is left forgotten in the corner as Juana sobs on Hector’s shoulder. Cut cuts his losses and leaves. Juana cries to Hector about the hospital costs now that Arturo is bankrupt. No one has any money. Hector tells her there are more important things to worry about now. They have medical insurance and whatever’s remaining will be arranged there at the hospital. He tells her they need to wait at least 3 days to see how she progresses. Everyone heals differently. She’s young and strong and it’s evident to him that she’s fighting the good fight. He considers it a miracle she’s still alive.

In the recovery room, Aurora tells Mariano he needs to face the possibility that Teresa may not recover movement from the shoulders down. (eeek!) Mariano refuses to believe this and has been in contact with neurosurgeons at other hospitals. Aurora agrees they will do whatever is possible to help her but it’s their responsibility to advise Arturo and her family of the possibility and the changes this brings about. He knows this but also thinks of how the shots weren’t meant for her. He curses the minute she decided to protect Arturo. Aurora tells him she would have done the same for any loved one in danger. He can’t think of how she’d react to being a quadriplegic. He’s sure she’d prefer death to being bedridden or trapped in a wheelchair.

In the lobby, Arturo urges Refugio to take it easy. Refugio and Armando plan to stay there until they are able to see her. They can’t possibly go home just to worry about her. It’s best for them to stay put. Arturo convinces them to at least go to the cafeteria and he’ll join them later.

RECOVERY: Mariano resumes his pep talk, telling Teresa to think about doing the things she likes, etc. etc. Something beeps on a monitor which is apparently a good sign because he cheers her on.

LOBBY: Luisa and Fernando join Arturo. She asks him to join them in the cafeteria for a bit to eat. He refuses to leave and urges them to go on because Fernando has to eat since he donated blood. Fernando tells him not worry, he’d do anything for him or Teresa. Luisa asks about Saenz’ wife. Arturo has already talked to the police and they’ve opened an investigation. Luisa offers to stay while he takes care of it. What if that woman is crazy and returns to harm him? He feels they could help by going over all the accounts and debts. In the meantime, he’ll go to Hector and get an update. They leave and here comes trouble, by the name of Aeeeeeeeeeeeeda. She sneaks around the corner and comes up to Arturo, asking about Teresa’s condition.

DOCTOR’S LOUNGE: Mariano explains to Magda he is reviewing Teresa’s case and sending all her x-rays and graphs to his professors for their opinions. Magda wonders why he’s doing this since Hector is considered the expert. Mariano understands but says it never hurts to get other opinions. Magda says Aurora is also very worried. He realizes she hasn’t rested but neither has he. She suggests he go home and she’ll call him with any news. Of course, he refuses and picks up her rounds instead. As Magda leaves, “HOLA, HOLA!” Here comes Aeeeeeeda wondering why she hasn’t been able to reach him via cell. He tells her he’s been busy and has the watch tonight. She knows it isn’t his turn tonight then accuses him of staying only to keep watch over Teresa. Oh, sister, you are on seriously thin ice. He sees she’s heard the news. She has and complains she had to hear it from a third person and not from him. He’s sorry but this is going to be a tough day. Because of Teresa, she asks. She reminds him he’s a pediatrician, a children’s doctor. He has no business being here with Teresa. Now she’s starting to shriek. Juana called him in an emergency. Great, fantastic, she says, but now she’s in Hector’s hands along with many other specialists in this hospital. He has no reason to stay. Uh-oh, he’s standing up. “You’re right, he says. “And I’ve wanted to talk to you in person precisely because of what happened to Teresa. It’s made me realize……..” He’s interrupted by Magda saying there’s an emergency with one of Ledesma’s patients. He runs out and Aida is furious. As he’s rushing through the hall, Magda stops him and tells him it was all a ruse to get him away from his furious novia. He can’t believe she did that. She tells him to give Aida a chance to calm down and then tells him she kinda agrees with her. He realizes he forgot about everything after Teresa’s emergency. She calls this the “Teresa effect” but Aida doesn’t need to know this. He denies he’s planning to get back with Teresa. He also admits he cares for Aida, but…….. “no buts,” says Magda. He needs to consider this carefully and give himself this chance for happiness.

HOSPITAL CHAPEL: Armando and Refugio are in the chapel praying for Teresa. Refugio’s distraught and Armando convinces her to take care of herself, take her meds, get some food so Teresa will see her well.

ROAMING THE HALLWAYS, Aiiiiiiiiiiiiida catches up to Mariano, apologizing for her reaction and her jealousy. He understands but says they need to talk. No, no, no, no, says Aiiiiiiida. It was only a moment. She’s had a chance to think and everything’s ok now. So he can go ahead and work, they’ll meet later, have a little dinner and he can distract himself from everything. Ok, mi amor? Smoochie, smoochie. Aurora witnesses the smoochies.

I saw you crying in the chaaaaaaaapel: Aurora ends up weeping in the chapel next wondering why things have to be this way but then asks La Virgencita to help Teresa recuperate. She also prays to be released from this love she has for Mariano. She’s crying in the chapel when Martin steps in to comfort her. She thinks of how horrible it is to know how fragile life is. Today, you may have everything, and now they don’t even know if Teresa will be alive tomorrow. Martin kneels with her and embraces her as a lone saxophone plays in the cold Mexico night.

HECTOR’S OFFICE: He’s consulting with Hernan about Teresa’s condition. They’re not sure she’ll make it through the night. He hasn’t even told her family of the possibility of paralysis. He prefers to take it step by step. Aurora’s taking it a lot harder than he thought she would. He allowed her in the O.R. if only to hold Teresa’s hand and talking to her. Hernan is ok with that but disagrees about not telling the family. Arturo should be told. Hernan asks about Juana and Hector tells him she’s taking it badly also since she thinks of Teresa as a daughter. He mentions the return of Cutberto and how he hasn’t given up on Juana. When the time is right he’ll speak to Juana on the subject of Cutberto.

SPEAKING OF JUANA, she runs into Cutberto eating a torta in the lobby. She tells him he can leave and she’ll notify him of any change. He accuses her of fearing Hector’s reaction should he find him there. He tells her not to worry or feel guilty. She can tell el bigotón he’s there for Refugio and Armando then he walks away.

RECOVERY ROOM: Aurora brings Arturo to check in on Teresa. He speaks to her and talks of living their life together once this is all over. He can’t believe he ever doubted her love. He always knew he’d do anything for her but he never thought she’d be ready to risk her life for him. He loves her and he’ll never stop appreciating this sacrifice. His life is hers forever. Para Siempre. He weeps.

LOBBY: Hector sees Juana and tells her there’s no change but this can be a good thing. As long as she continues to fight to live, that’s enough for now. He asks for Arturo and finds out he’s with Teresa. Then he asks about Cutberto. Juana hastily tells him she’s promised to advise him of any changes, just as she will for anyone at the vecindad. She makes sure he knows Cutberto is with Refugio and Armando. Hector tells her he knows Cutberto is here because of her. He knows Cutberto loves her and he’s not blaming her. She’s the only one who can decide who will be by her side. She asks him not to pressure her at this time. He apologizes for bringing it up now but he couldn’t help it. He suggests she get some rest. Arturo walks up just then and asks that as the Hospital Director, Hector allow him to remain by Teresa’s side while she’s in intensive care. After Hector points out it’s against regulations, Arturo begs him to let him stay.

CASA BARRERA: Luisa and Fernando have been working on Arturo’s papers (insurance, etc). Fernando’s worried she’s been working too hard. She’s very worried and wants to call Arturo. Fernando reminds her she called just 30 minutes ago. She’s overwrought with worry over Teresa and what may happen to Arturo should the worst happen. He tells her to have faith and promises he will take care of her and Arturo.

TAQUERÍA: Aida sees Mariano is distressed and hasn’t touched his food. Mariano tells her he wants to have “THE TALK”. She avoids it and keeps interrupting him but it’s no good. Everything that happened today brought back so many memories for him. They’ve had a great time but he realizes he can’t give her what she wants or deserves. It’s best they end their relationship now. No, no, no – Aida doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He tells her he’s thought about it all day. It’s no use to continue when it’s not leading anywhere. She still says no, they’ve come such a long way and have had such a good time together. They both agreed to try. He agrees but says he realized today he can’t offer her anything more and prefers to tell her once and for all. She’s still not accepting it. She realizes he was angry because she nagged him about tending to Teresa but that doesn’t mean this has to end. She trusts him. Then he lowers the boom, telling her that in this case, her jealousy is justified!! She’s a beautiful, intense woman and she doesn’t deserve a partial love. She tells him she should be the one to decide that. She’s very happy with him and she knows he’s happy too. She knows that! Oh, this is not going well. He tells her he does care for her and will always be grateful for all those beautiful moments they shared but she deserves someone who will love her with the same intensity. He apologizes and says he doesn’t wish to hurt her. Now she starts a scene, standing up and raising her voice – she will never forgive him! Look what he’s giving up and for what? With Teresa, he will never have anything! And, just like that she rushes off.

CAFETERÍA: Martin and Aurora speak about Teresa’s situation and speak of how we never know when it’s our time to die. He wants to talk seriously with her. They’ve dated for months now and each day he loves her more. Life’s too short and he doesn’t want to miss the opportunity of enjoying it with her. And then he pops the question! He wants to marry her ASAP – tomorrow, well, not tomorrow but what about the day after tomorrow. Fine, he’ll give her enough time to find a dress. He’s so cute. Aurora smiles that beautiful smile at him. He knows he’s being impulsive but she inspires him and now he realizes she needs time to think. Oh, she’s thinking alright. She’s having a flashback to that scene with Mariano at Teresa’s bedside and he’s lamenting the fact that he no longer has a chance with her because she loves Arturo. She turns to Martin and says she has nothing to think about and accepts his proposal. He’s shocked, checks to make sure he heard correctly, then kisses her. Awwwwwww
He suddenly pushes away from her saying he needs to rush to the safe in his office. When she asks if he’s accustomed to having engagement rings in his safe, he jokes there was a sale for a dozen rings but he happens to have only one left. He gets serious and confides that he bought that ring after their third date because he realized then she was THE ONE. He rushes off, telling her to stay put.

CASA BARRERA: Luisa explains Arturo will spend the night at the hospital. They talk of Arturo’s sadness. Fernando can’t think of anything happening to Luisa and says that’s why it’s important to always tell each other they love each other. They also agree to postpone all wedding plans until Teresa is out of danger. Cue La Madre Más Odiosa talking on her cell phone about wedding plans. She sees their faces and ends the call. Luisa tells her of Teresa’s hospitalization and Fernando explains their wish to suspend the wedding plans.

CAFETERÍA: Martin has returned but Aurora has fallen asleep at the table. He doesn’t wake her but pretends to have a conversation with her as he places the ring on her finger, promising his love. Very cute.

CASA DE BARRERA: Luisa has explained everything to Oriana and Fernando tells her he donated his blood. Oriana’s not pleased by this revelation. He explains Arturo is in a desperate state. Oh, the well of Oriana’s odious audacity is infinitely deep. She comments this is no coincidence, this is divine punishment.

RECOVERY: Juana’s been allowed in Teresa’s room. Wait, before her mother? Oh, well. She tells Teresa how she loves her as a daughter and begs her to wake up. She remembers when Teresa was little, many thought she was her mother and she confesses she was proud to be seen as her mother.

GENOVEVA’S HOUSE: Aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiida flies in screeching about Maldita Teresa, telling Geno that it’s all that Rrrrrrrata’s fault that Mariano has ended their relationship. She hopes Teresa dies! Whooo…….now who’s mala? Geno’s surprised at Aida’s reaction to the breakup. She’s surprised to hear that Aida has fallen in love with him. They speak of Paulo and how much they each loved him and how they both wished they had also died.

HOSPITAL: Juana thanks Hector for allowing her to visit with Teresa. He’s sure that hearing her voice will help. He hasn’t spoken to Arturo but will do so in the morning, when Arturo is calmer. He’s through for the night and offers her a ride home but she prefers to stay with her compadres. He leaves and Mariano walks up and comforts her, telling her Teresa will need all of them. He is going to see her now and Juana reminds him of his promise not to cause further problems. She warns him Arturo is in the room with Teresa.

CAFETERÍA: Aurora wakes up to find everyone has gone except her and Martin. She’s embarrassed and he jokes they’ll have a great anecdote to share with their children about the night he proposed and their mother fell asleep. She asks him to promise he’ll always make her laugh. She likes that he always sees the bright side of everything. She sees her ring. They kiss.

GENOVEVA’S: Geno comforts Aida. She tells of how she learned so much from Mariano after he saved her life on that bridge. He helped her see the world in a different light and she ended up falling in love with him. Why, oh why did she fall in love with him? Geno comments that Mariano has now ended it but there are divine punishments. Through clenched teeth, she says that what happened to Teresa is a punishment for everything she put them through. Whaaaaa? Aida has a demented look on her face.

MORNING AT THE HOSPITAL: Eeeeewww, Oriana is waiting for Arturo. She’s brought him a change of clothes. He’s surprised to see her there since she doesn’t like Teresa. She tells him it’s one thing to dislike Teresa and quite another to see him suffer. She’s here to comfort him as his mother might have. This reminds her of the tragedy suffered by his parents. Arturo knows this will not end the same. Teresa will survive. She asks how she can help. Just being here with him is enough and he hopes that someday she’ll accept Teresa because she is his life. She rants on about how these are difficult times because of Teresa’s condition, his financial woes and the scandal that will result because of this tragedy. She’s called some friends in the media who have promised to keep this covered up because of Luisa’s and Fer’s engagement. She offers financial assistance and he tells her that’s the least of his worries right now. He’d be willing to give up everything in exchange for Teresa’s well-being.

ELSEWHERE IN THE HOSPITAL: Mariano has told Dad about the breakup. Dad wants to make sure he doesn’t fall into another problem because of Teresa. Mariano is ready to move on with his life. He couldn’t go on deceiving Aida or himself. As long as he’s happy, Ramon is happy. They turn to leave when Arturo walks up looking for Hector and then asks Mariano if it’s true Teresa could end up a quadriplegic. Mariano wants to know who told him that. Arturo’s not messing around. He grabs Mariano by the collar and asks again, is it possible Teresa will end up a quadriplegic? Mariano responds that yes, Teresa could end up paralyzed for the rest of her life.

¡¡¡No..Puede..Ser!!!

Paquita,

Fabulously detailed recap, and
congratulations for understanding all the medical terms. It helped me a great deal.

I love Mariano! Does anyone see
a resemblance between Aarón D. and Luke Perry from BH 90210 - similar expressions wuth the eyes - imagine Luke with a dark head of hair along with the accompanying facial hair of Mariano. I find them both captivating.

Awesome, awesome job Paquita! I loved all the detail; it’s exactly what I needed, as I missed a lot of this episode due to having company over and various interruptions. Thanks You So Much!!

FINALLY, Mariano breaks up with Aida! I almost broke out the champagne for that one! I think she looks hot in those tight dresses, but wow that girl was a screetchy one.

So Aurora said yes to Barry Manilow’s proposal. Darn, he beat me to it. I wonder if he’s going to sing CopaCabana at the wedding.

I had held out hope that Mariano and Aurora would get together, but with Aurora being thrilled with Martin’s proposal, and about 40 episodes left, it’s looking grim. Maybe Mariano should go after Magda. I hadn't really noticed her before, but she's quite cute.

Wow, this telenovela really has some mala chicas! Aida’s and Oriana’s hatred knows no bounds. That nut job Margaret Saenz could end up putting Teresa in a wheelchair – or worse. And don’t get me started on that awful Geno. They ought to start a girl metal band called 3 Bitches and a Skank!

Thank you for your early and fabulous recap. This was an increíble capítulo and you did it justice.

Thanks for clarifying that Magda/Mar conversation. The Teresa effect, I love it. And Geno’s conversation with Aida, I thought she put the mala idea in Aida’s head that it would be better for Tere to die, but now I see that wasn’t the case, thanks.

Sharkbyte, I can’t believe you remember Barry M. But, with Martin’s brown shadow and thatch of blond hair, Barney Rubble also comes to mind as I said yesterday. Copacobana. Ja!

Now, now, it is the Margarita character, Aieeeeeda, that is looking more loca, not Margarita the actress…I hear she’s quite sane in real life…

To inject a note of realism here, in real life Tere would be intubated and on a respirator if she had an injury that high up in the spine (and unconscious!) that paralyzes you from the shoulder down like that, instead of just a face mask. But oh, well.

I immediately thought Arturo looked like Luke Perry when I started watching this, but not Mariano. Luke has done a lot of stuff since 91210. Probably an earlier Luke Perry looks more like him.

Great work, Paquita.

With 40 episodes to go I don't think, based on the pace of this story, that they will keep us in suspense too long about Teresa's medical outcome. I don't see her being in a wheelchair, but I don't see her coming out of this situation unscathed either.

Aida's hatred is truly frightening. More frightening than the fact that Arturo is so snowed by Teresa. I am still not convinced that she loves him.

Mariano breaking up with Aida is definitely a good thing and overdue. She's his transition woman and now he needs to get together with someone deserving.

Florida, great comparison to Luke Perry. There are lots of similar pairs of US and Latin American actors to make for a weekend game. If anyone's interested, I'll start it with:

Gabriel Corrado and Chris Noth

Frances- This was indeed a fabulous recap. Many thanks!

Ok, Aida has officially taken the fast train to Crazytown. Wow! Next week should be interesting. I am so proud of Mariano for breaking up with her in such a calm, mature, honest way. The relationship ran its course, and they want different things.

I really wonder what the writers will do about Mariano and Aurora. I really feel like their moment has passed. Plus, he will never love her like he loves Teresa. Why shouldn't she be with someone who is as crazy about her as Mariano is about Teresa? It's not like Martin is a bad match like Aida was for Mariano. Not only does he love Aurora, he makes her laugh, supports her unconditionally, and they share the same values (things that Mariano and Aida lacked). My only worry is for Martin. I don't like that Aurora flashed to Mariano declaring his love to Teresa before accepting Martin's proposal.

I'm just not buying the premise that you can't get over and move on from your first love, especially if that first love broke your heart (Teresa for Mar) or never was yours (Mar for Aurora). People have to move on, or else they'll just be banging their head against a wall forever.

Speaking of...I'm glad that Hector told Juana only she can decide who she wants to be with. The ball is in her court. Hector is being an adult about it. Curberto continues to act like a child, once again pouting and calling Hactor the Big Moustache. For me the decision would have been made a long time ago. But if she finds mentally challenged, immature Cutberto so irresistable, then she should follow her loins, er, heart.

Just loved this recap, Paquita!! You caught every little nuance...and there were many!

I think that is what I like about this TN so much...the nuance that speaks volumes.

So, Aida has fully embraced her Dark Side. It doesn't look good. With Geno egging her on, this can only spell disaster.

Both Odiosa Oriana and Geno see Teresa's accident as 'divine intervention'. GIVE ME A BREAK!

Divine intervention because Teresa wanted something better in her life; had a plan, and then carried it out? Are they truly no different than Teresa? Are their own plans truly so noble and worthy of escaping the so called 'divine intervention'?!

Geno is an open book. We know her story and we know her plan, but there is much more to Odiosa Oriana than meets the eye. She has a hidden secret...I just know it and I can't wait to find out what it is. I would agree with UA that Oriana's constant preaching about being a member of the upper class just doesn't ring true. Methinks she doth protest too much.

I wish we knew more about Teresa's relationship with Refusio during her childhood. Perhaps it was spelled out early on in the TN and I missed it, but Juana's statement that many thought that Juana was her mother was most interesting. Did Juana provide more love and warmth than Refusio or did Juana just provide more 'things' that Teresa wanted?

Was I the only one who felt a sense of unease when Aurora fell asleep during this momentous moment in her life? I didn't hear the sounds of the anvil, but the music didn't exactly make me jump for joy, either.

Another wonderful scene with Mariano telling Aida in the most mature and adult way possible that it was over. I loved it.

Gracias, Paquita!

Susanita

I am so loving this TN right now. Something game changing almost every day lately. Thanks Paquita for such a detailed rewind.

Sharkbyte - 3 Bitches and a Skank - when's the CD out- though it might be too screechy for my taste. (Too funny)

And there goes Aeeeedddaaa crossing the proverbial line. No baby step either - she just leapt right over. In the one scene watching her eyes just about to bug out of her head, to the last scene where she literally shook with hatred - yeah, as Vivi said - hello Crazytown. (And the previews certainly reinforced that!) Not a redemption candidate as far as I can see. She has such an overblown sense of self - sure she got that from Rube - like how could Mari possible pass up being with her? let me count the ways dear.

Mama O just needs to give it a rest - I guess you don't give blood or save a life if it isn't someone in your own class? Smack her - someone- please.

All this talk of paralysis - TN law, you don't bring it up if it isn't going to happen. So my guess is our little Sharkette may be learning the use of a wheelchair for awhile. I thinks she's too darn stubborn to stay in it long - but it will prove a good twist.

It's not that I don't like Martin - and the whole engagement was sweet, but I don't want Aurora settling. If there's no Mari in her future - then I want it shown that she really falls hard and happily for Martin. Don't want either of them hurt.

As for our hero - I cannot say enough how much Aaron has impressed me these last few episodes. I think Sebastian has done a great job, but Aaron/Mariano is stealing this show right now from everyone. Love that he broke it off with Aeeddaaa, little happy dance from me on that one. Maybe he's just destined to go on to great medical things - and have noone special in his life...now that would be a TN first.

Ona side note - how much I LOVED not having Johnni/Grumps, etc. for one night.

Next week should be a real rollercoaster.

Susanita- I think they've established that the role Juana served in Teresa's life was to spoil her from birth. She has made all of Teresa's fancy clothes and spent any spare money on her. With her late husband's pension and her savings she helped put Teresa through a fancy high school. I think I'm one of a few people here that don't see Refugio as a villain. She's just a mom, who has a lot of worries (financial), who has done the best she can with a daughter who is very different from her. It seems that Teresa has always put on the airs of a princess. Mariano's memory of her was as a little girl wearing a tiara and telling everyone in the vecinidad that she was going to get out of this place. She has always been this way. It has nothing to do with Refugio. It is Teresa's nature.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I think Refugio's influence is the only reason why Teresa has any morals at all. Had it been left up to Armando and Juana, Teresa would have known no bounderies, and would have been spoiled rotten with little sense of right and wrong, on top of being ambitious and arrogant (her natural state).

Paquita, thanks for a wonderfully detailed recap. I thought this episode was complex but you handled it all so smoothly.

Yep, Aeeeda is moving on to CrazyTown, instead of redemption. Mayra has grown quite a bit. I wonder how she'll handle this.

I give Refugio kudos for her lack of jealousy of Juana's closeness to Teresa.

Nope, falling asleep after a proposal (without sex) is not a good sign. I don't care how tired Aurora was, the adrenaline rush of a proposal from the man you love should've kept her awake. Aurora and Luisa are both the good, dutiful women who don't get to do the thrilling stuff like Teresa, but Luisa captures my attention while Aurora not so much any more.

Loved the recap Frances. So Teresa could end up a quadriplegic. Somehow, I don't think our little shark is going to let that happen. Not if she can help it. What's with the divine retribution talk from Oriana, Gen, and Aida. Teresa being shot was not a result of divine retribution. It was a result of a crazed woman bent on revenge. It reminds me of how some people contributed the earthquake in Haiti and Hurricane Katrina to divine retribution. Sometimes things just happen and there is no reason for it. Off my soapbox.

Speaking of Aida, she has gone off the deep end. This is the second time that she wished death on someone. First with Esp's unborn baby and now on Teresa. In the previews, she grabs the oxygen tube and squeezes it to cut off the oxygen with a hateful look on her face. Her hatred for Teresa is unhealthy and she really needs to seek professional help. I did the happy dance with Mariano broke up with the harpy.

I do see a resemblance to Luke Perry with Aarón Diaz.

Yes, I agree with all of you about the deliberate, thoughtful, mature breakup. It's been in the making for awhile. There were several occasions where Mariano questioned
the relationshop, but continued on with it after a little sweet talk.

If T. is temporarily in a wheel chair, I believe it will work to her advantage. Initially, she will
be spared from all that is involved
in moving from her castle, and she
can probably avoid Fito's revenge.
She will bask in the role of Pampered Princess, and her conniving brain will clcik into overdrive.

Sooner or later, Fernando will
cross the line too and embrace her
hook, line, and sinker.

I'm still rooting for Mariano & Aurora. One day, his love for her will hit him like a ton of bricks.
It is inside of him now. It will come to the fore at the appropriate time. The important foundation has been established.

With Aida, there was nothing solid,
just a shallow diversion which, to be sure, he did enjoy. Still after the death of P. he truly helped her out of her misery - which faded amazingly fast... so it
was not as if he had just been
a Taker. He was a Giver to her
in many ways.

I know Sharkita will get out of this, eventually. Wonder if she'll have an "Aha" moment during her paralysis and realizes there are more important things to fight for than prestige and money. Yeah, I don't think so either but you never know -- it can happen. Poor little Sharkie. Everyone knows a shark that can't swim, can't hunt. Oh my.

What about that preview with Aiiiiiida squeezing that breathing tube!? Que mala! She's definitely over the deep end. She scares me. The actress, Margarita, does such a great job acting out the Shriekster's rants. She really looks loca.

Luke Perry=Aaron Diaz, totally see that.

Great TN! I was relieved there was no mention of Johnny/Pati and their storyline for one night at least.

Aaron Diaz really does look like Luke Perry.

Thanks so much for the detailed recap.I missed parts of the show and your summary really filled in the blanks.

I have to say, the only reason I started watching this was for Sebastian Rulli(he has such beautifully chiseled features) but I'm really liking Mariano more in this. He totally looks like a darker version of Luke Perry. I knew he reminded me of someone but I could'nt put my finger on it. He has such soulful, expressive eyes. When I saw him singing "Teresa" on "El Gordo y La Flaca", that did it for me.

I also like the love story between Mariano and Aurora much more than Arturo and Teresa. I still have hope they will get together in the end. I am sure I'm in the minority but I just can't warm up to Teresa, she's selfish and mean(and she looks like a chipmunk--with those cheeks). The way she made her father feel so bad when he got mugged was just horrible (especially when it was her fault).

Paquita great and excellent recap for a exciting episode thank you.

Divine Retribution! Are Geno and Odiosa Oriana for real? Geno wait until that divine retribution hits you and your highlights. I can't say if Oriana background is genuine i believe it is but she really is a nasty piece of work also. What was she doing in Arturo's house he banned her from there until she apologized to Teresa. Also Luisa did tell her the reason why Teresa was in the hospital she saved Arturo and she still says this?

I really don't like how the writers wrote this character at all and yes she does need to be slapped.

I never considered that Aaron Diaz/Luke Perry comparison but now that it's been mentioned i can see it. Ita he has nailed these last few episodes.

He was still hoping that Teresa would comeback to him and leave Arturo and his money.

Mayra has surprised me with how much she has grown up and matured and her good advice to her BFF who also resides in Crazytown.

Aurora sorry if she needs to think of what Mariano was saying to a comatose Teresa to be her incentive to agree to marry Martin she doesn't really love him then.I love how cute and funny Martin is he doesn't deserve this.

Magda bad advice you were just saying that Mariano because you don't like Teresa either and you like Mariano too.

Finally the Piece De Reistance! "You've been dumped Harpy!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Dance, break out the champagne time shouting to the heavens it's about time.

Never did like this pairing if he needed a relationship to get over Teresa they could have put him with Magda then. But thank goodness this horror show is over.

Mariano said all the right things and was mature about it too. Of course the harpy can't understand why he is dumping her and still have lingering feelings for Teresa? That he's giving her up? Yes like any sane man wants to be tied to a shrieking ranting insane harpy for the rest of his despite the great sex!!!!

Not surprise she went to her insane cohort to cry on her shoulder about being dumped. She truly did manically insane as she ranted to Geno.

From the previews her trying to cut off the oxygen to Teresa from her tube. Wow i hope she is finally caught and thrown in jail this time for once and for all.

I said this all along about this character her reactions are not normal whether it was grief over her fiancee's death. Or finding out about Teresa's true background you just don't do some of the things she has pulled and call that normal behavior.

if her mother had any sense she would get her the best therapist possible and have her serious therapy. Even then i don't believe she can be rehabilitated.

Sharkbyte love the band but which one is the skank?

Anyone else have this thought....
Oriana is Refugio's sister.
Fernando is Teresa's cousin.

This would explain the AB neg blood type, the disdain for the rich from Refugio, and Oriana knowing Teresa's "type" because she was one.

Refugio told us she married beneath her. She married for love. So it makes sense she hates rich because her sister married for money rather than for love. And I think Refugio has always seen her sister within Teresa. That's why she was pushing Mariano so much. Love vs Money.

They also have not had a scene with Refugio and Oriana, they put Refugio away at the Cafeteria when Oriana came to the hospital.
So maybe Refugio will come around a corner and smack dab in front of Oriana! Ooo, that sounds good to me.

What y'all think?

Dianm

Dianm: That would be a really interesting twist and would provide a lot of future conflict. Can cousins marry in Mexico or is that considered taboo?

Victoria in FL.

Frances thanks so much for this great recap! This TN keeps us at the edge of our seats.

I'm with those of you that are concerned for Martin. If Aurora could pretend more effectively to try and love him, I would uncomfortably accept this relationship. But her flashing to Mariano's response first and falling asleep second is not good. It would be great if she could believe what Vivi has stated about moving on from your first love but she doesn't seem to have done so in her heart (though she is trying to move on).

Dianm - that's a great idea - marvelous yet twisted at the same time. You should write telenovela story lines for a living! Refugio and Oriana in a big clash of the titans would be epic.

Of course if I were writing the storyline, they would both draw light sabres (like on Star Wars) and fight to the death :^)

Wonderful recap Frances, you captured the whole episode perfectly.

I was glad Mariano finally ended his relationship with Aída. It was a long time coming. But I can't warm up to him, this episode made me upset that he used his position at the hospital to get to see Teresa before everyone else. I understand it but I just put myself on Arturo's shoes and I was very annoyed at that.

Martín's proposal was so sweet, I whish Aurora could actually fall inlove with him because he is the cutest here. I'd marry you Martín, and probably would change your wardrobe too.

Cousins can legally marry in Mexico. They can marry in the Church too. Although it is not common at all, unless you are part of the closed off high class or you live in a very small town in provincia where everybody is related.

Jarocha

SharkByte and Victoria,
Oops I misspelled my name!
It's Diann. Not Dianm (yeashh the m an n are close together)

I'm glad you guys like my Oriana idea! Jejeje

Diann

Vivi: Thank you very much for the clarification of the relationship between Teresa and Juana. So, you're saying that Refusio was ok with all of this, then? I find that to be most interesting. I appreciate your points. Thank you very much. :))

Diann: WOWSERS! Wouldn't that be absolutely out of this world of Odiosa and Refusio were related?! OH MY!!! Think of the possibilities here! Something is just not 'right' about La Odiosa. What you propose could very well be the 'real deal'! Excellent idea! Excellent!!!

Susanita

I grew up in S. TX along the border and in the small farming community I lived in it was not unusual for cousins to marry. In fact most marriages were between cousins and seems like everyone was related to everyone. Not until I left my hometown and lived life here, there and everywhere else in between did it occur to me that nobody back home even saw these relationships as taboo. Somehow we (my brothers & I) broke away from the tradition and we are able to joke about all the inbreeding that went on and I imagine still goes on. On a side note my own parents were not related so any weirdness I may have is due to environmental factors.

Diann - I figured that was you, but I went ahead with "Dianm" just in case.

I too hope there is some revelation about Oriana that takes her off her high horse, but I'm a little concerned it won't happen because I fuzzily recall in previous episodes:

(1) Fernando mentioning in passing that Oriana was very well educated.

(2) Oriana herself started to tell Teresa (one of the times that they were sparring) that she was from the very best families and her familiy could trace its roots through many generations.

In both of those cases, they never fully discussed Oriana's past as both were interrupted by other matters at hand, so it may be possible there is some secret about her waiting to be discovered, but I'm not going to get my hopes up too high.

One thing I'm curious about is Fernando's dad. Does anyone know what happened to him? Where is he; why is he not around or talked about?

Maybe Fernando's dad is hanging out with Vanesssssa :^)

SharkByte,
Oriana May be well educated, but it doesnt mean she originated in the upped class she is now. Remember, Teresa is well educated and Rosita (d.e.p.) would not have been. So parallel Oriana/Refugio Teresa/Rosita.

When Oriana was talking about how great her lineage is, I immediately thought she was blowing smoke. Sounded too "made up" to me. Real rich people don't talk like that.

I don't think Fernando even knows his moms background. Just what she has told him growing up.

Pheww, I think my theory still holds.....
What else ya got?? Jajajajajajaja

Diann :)

Diann, I think you nailed it. Remember the look on Oriana's face when she found out that Fernando was the blood donor?

Frances: What a fabulous start to your recap! LOL!
"The good news is that the chest wound was close to her heart but it wasn’t damaged (most likely cause it was such a small target)."

Sharkbye- Fernando's dad is dead. The reason he had to go back to Spain is because his dad left an unclear will that some uncle or other relative is disputing with Fer. Once that's cleared up, all of Fer's money will become untied and he'll be one of the richest men in Europe.

As for Refugio and Juana- I think the godmother position is taken very seriously. Refugio doesn't seem to have a problem letting Juana take more of a lead with Teresa since she understands Teresa better. There have been many times Ref asked Juana to talk to Teresa or give Teresa advice, knowing that it would be more accepted by Teresa coming from Juana than from her. She also became at ease about Ter moving in with Art, only after Juana said she'd go live there too. I like that she doesn't get jealous of Juana but sees her as an assest in the life of her daughter.

If I had a child like Teresa, I would be dearly grateful for someone like Juana to help me.

It would be nice to know more about Refusio's background given that she has stated several times that she married 'down' in 'class'.

It will also be interesting to see what would happen to Fer and Odiosa if the business of the will does not go in their favour. What then? Interesting, no?

UA: When Odiosa made that horrible face when she found out that Fer had donated blood to Teresa, my first thought was that she was thinking this would be another harpoon for Teresa to throw at Fer but I think Diann is really on to something here.

I also found the capitulo very refreshing in that even though the main protagonist was out of the picture, so many things were still happening...and important things at that!

We need to see more of the likes of these writers and the writers on CME. My hat is off to them!

Susanita

The previews show Aida creeping in Teresa's hospital room squeezing her air tube. I would feel sorry for Teresa but I know if the roles were reversed Teresa would be creeping in Aida's hospital room squeezing her air tube (Why exactly was Teresa in Paloma's hospital room anyway?)

Both girls are two sides of the same self-centered, insecure, immature coin. It's just that Aida is hot while Teresa is cold.

Teresa's actions are being "mirrored" back to her:

Teresa creeping in Paloma's hospital room to confront her/possibly do her harm......Aida creeping in Teresa's hospital room to confront her/do her harm

Teresa being nasty to Refusio & the rest of the vecindad for being poor.........Oriana being nasty to Teresa for being poor

Teresa blackmailing/holding the affair with Esperanza over Ruben's head...Fito holding Paolo's drug overdose and her role in it over her head

Teresa taking money away from Arturo..........Arturo's money being taken away from Teresa

Teresa making goo-goo eyes at Fernando & nearly cheating on Arturo with Mariano..........Arturo cheating on Teresa with Paloma

Teresa getting back together with Mariano to stick it to Aurora.........Aida getting together with Mariano to stick it to Teresa

But, it would never occur to Teresa that the energy she's putting out is what she's getting back. Maybe if she wants Aida to leave her alone, and for bad stuff to stop happening to her, she should stop doing nasty things and leave Aida alone.

On to Aida...

Aida's getting back what she's putting out too...

Ridiculing Teresa's family...the destruction of her family

Calling the gossip rags to report on Teresa/Arturo scandal...having the gossip rags report on her family scandal

Bragging about her perfect family...finding out Daddy is an adultering, embezzling babydaddy (just wait till she finds out about Geno)

Getting together with Paolo to stick it to Teresa...having Paolo taken away from her (indirectly by Teresa)

Rejecting vecindad people...getting rejected by a vecindad person

Getting together with Mariano to stick it to Teresa...having Mariano dump her b/c he's still in love with Teresa even though he understands he'll never have Teresa again

Aida needs to leave Teresa alone and mind her business. Go to Mayra's therapist and get some help to control her impulses.

Both Teresa & Aida were ruined because they were spoiled and not corrected as children when they got out of control.

The "weak tonta" Mayra is the smartest one of all when it comes to Teresa. She may not care for her but she's cordial to her, what Teresa does and who she does it with is none of her concern and she's horrified at the misfortunes of others*, unlike Aida & Geno.

I still think Aida can be redeemed, but she will have to be brought down to her knees before that can happen.

*I don't think Mayra (or Aida) will truly be able to move on until she confronts the truth about Ruben & Esperanza:

Ruben preyed on a poor girl

Ruben lied to the girl and told her Mayra was dying

Ruben kept (and keeps) going after Esperanza as if she were his possession

Until Mayra can truly put the blame on Ruben instead of Esperanza, she won't be able to move on.

I don't think Oriana & Refusio are related. I think Oriana had the look on her face b/c she doesn't want anything connecting Teresa & Fernando, and this blood donation would attach Fernando even more to Teresa.

I think Oriana got bitten by a Teresa type (perhaps she befriended a poor girl who took the opportunity to bite into Fernando's dad....Fernando is a womanizer after all...like father like son?).

Refugio mentioned to either Armando or Pati that Teresa reminds Refugio of her (Refugio's) father, who was always overly ambitious and willing to do anything to get ahead.

Anon207,
Refugio would not have mentioned that Teresa reminds her of her sister so early on in the novela. That would definitely tip the viewers towards an unknown sister out there. The writers used father instead. Besides like father, like daughter (Oriana) like granddaughter (Teresa). Using father puts your thoughts in another direction. These writers are GOOD.

Yes, Fern's dad may have been a womanizer. That could still explain Oriana as Early Shark. She harpooned Fern's Dad and she knows how to do it. Which she recognizes in Teresa maneuvers.

At this point I don't think Oriana has a clue as to Ter is her niece. She probably broke all ties with her middle class family and doesn't know her sister (Refugio) had 2 daughters. This will make the face to face reveal to the viewers much more dramatic.
I said these writers were GOOD

What else y'all got? Jejeje

Diann

I just looked this up. In Mexico only .1% of the population is AB negative. That increases the odds of Ter and Fer being related. Diann I love you story line. It would be very interesting. I just don't see how Rfusio could have married "down" . Remember she had to learn manners before the wedding and what fork to use, etc. Plus she hangs around a hospital with an apron on all day!
I hope Martin and Aurora end up together. They are probably the two best characters. Anon I loved all your analysis.
I do not like Ter so unfortunately I don't feel too sorry for her. She has caused a lot of harm and is very disrespectful of most people. Even Juana whom she loves so much. Remember the wedding dress?
I don't like Refusio either. She is too negative, not someone fun to be around. I do however admire her for sharing Ter with Juana. She probably had no choice but at least she wasn't jealous and selfish about it.

Chuchi,
Refugio had to learn the manners of the UPPER class. All the forks, etc.
She may have started out middle class and when young married down to Armando's class. And living like Armando for 25 years would make you forget certain things. As far as the apron in the hospital? I chalk that up to being so distraught over her daughter she doesn't even remember having it on. (it is a permanent fixture on this character anyway)
It also keeps the viewers minds away from the possibility of her being related to Oriana. (like you have)

I said these writers were GOOD
Jejejeje

Diann

Yeah, I don't think Oriana and Refugio are related at all.

Fernando and Oriana are not Mexican, they are Spanish.

If this were any other telenovela, Refugio & Oriana being sisters would make sense but I'm not seeing it here. Oriana has a disdain of the lower classes just like Mayra & Aida have a disdain of the lower classes ---doesn't mean she was once lower class or Refugio's sister.

Anon207,
They never established Oriana's origins. We DO know Fern's Dad is Spanish.
Oriana has many social friends in DF. This can be lead to believe she is Mexican.

I think my theory still holds Jajajaja

Diann

Anon207,

"Oriana has a disdain for the lower classes"
Well so does Teresa! Just because Oriana disdains them, doesn't mean she wasn't one of them!

Jajajaja

Diann

Hey All,
I will be going on vacation to Florida this next week and I will miss seeing Teresa. Boooo :(

I am DVRing it so I will catch up once back home. This also means I can't visit CarayCaray! I don't want to read what goes on before I get to view it!

Going to miss all the recappers and comments.

Diann

Anon207: I like your 'mirror' analyses. Very good!

Diann: I think your theory regarding La Odiosa has merit. I think it is very possible that La Odiosa sees a lot of herself in Teresa, but there is much more to her reaction to Fer having given blood than meets the eye.

I can't wait to find out what it is!!!

Susanita

thanks for such a detailed recap Paquita! i missed a lot of the hospital business; it seemed to me like they were cranking up the background noise a lot in there (something which has thankfully not plagued this show for the most part).
i know i am late to the party (got behind and caught up over the weekend), but i just want to say that the recappers and commenters are in top form these days!
and yes, now you mention it, mariano totally looks like luke perry---especially when he had the pomapadour (which reminds me---sharkbyte, mariano's current state of greasiness is, indeed, offputting, but i was one of the very few who liked his pomp from back in the barrio).
add my voice to the yays that mar dumped aida. that girl is crazy. i have always appreciated her sass, but literally toasting someone else's misfortune is el colmo.
so, does anyone else think that there is a possibility that arturo won't have to pay saenz' creditors because he's dead? like maybe the judgement hadn't been officially made yet (remember arturo had an early tipoff, not the verdict), so the case wasn't actually lost before the death. just a thought, since i can't really see the writers having the barrera's lose everything. but who knows? i was totally shocked by the shooting.
have a nice day all; can't wait for tonight!

one more thing---vivi, you have mad memory skilz!

Kristoise: Very interesting thought re Art not having to pay Saenz' creditors; very interesting thought!

Susanita

Kris and Frances, outstanding recaps, both filled in blanks and each were quite funny, thanks!

On Vivi's memory, I think I was around the first time she posted....she was so good with details that people asked if she was a lawyer!  Do I have that right Vivi? We have several photo memory Caraymates that help us with fuzzy past details!  Blu, you have a good memory too.

The problem with analyzing novela characters is that the writers take the redemptions and punishments to the extreme, some bad guys are all but burned alive, others apologize and in the space of a day completely change and are totally redeemed. It is hard to predict an outcome. This novela has avoided most storyline  pratfalls, but how in the heck will they put our main characters together on the end? Mariano is obsessed with Teresa, Arturo is obsessed with Teresa, Aurora is obsessed with Mariano and Martin is obsessed with Aurora, and Teresa, she's totally self-obsessed!  The writers have a tough slog ahead to have us believe anyone can truly be happy in the end!

Of course, as Vivi said, in real life it is most likely that all our star crossed lovers would have moved on with their lives 30 capitulos ago!

I am probably the only person that can not stomach aurora. she really is a hypocrite. She's always hard on teresa about marying arturo for money while being in love with mariano but miss perfect accepts martin's proposal while she's crazy in love with mariano. Aida is as mean as teresa but instead of putting aida in her place she gives her unconditional support but when it comes to teresa she is so judgemental. i believe that she is envious of teresa.

LOL Sandy! Yes, I remember being asked if I was a lawyer. I only use my powers for good in the non-profit education sector. :)

I think this tn will continue to surprise us to the very end, and not go the route of the over the top, improbable storylines. As much as I like the idea of the mind-blowing twists and turns, like a Refugio-Oriana connection, I just don't think these writers will go there. The drama of this tn is based on the emotions, actions, reactions, and inner lives of the characters. The real drama is in what choices they will make, based on the hands they have been dealt. Our Tiburoncita has been dealt many hands, she sometimes cheats and she sometimes stacks the deck. She has more choices than almost everyone else in this tn, and that's why she's so engaging to watch.

Anon. 10:56 AM: I'd say you've nailed the irritating aspect of the two other women in Mariano's life.
=========
Kristoise: re Saenz death--I don't think it'll matter. Creditors will go for whoever they can to get back what they've lost. Don't know the laws there, but he put his name on the dotted line. The slim possibility of hope for me is that if somehow those missing papers now in Fito's possession would find their way back to Art and be allowed into evidence and the court would possibly reopen the case we might get a different result.

Diann: You definitely have a 1000 piece puzzle-player mindset! Seems you may have the winning formula to this puzzler. I noticed Oriana's shocked look when Fernando mentioned he'd given the necessary blood donation. I can't imagine she wouldn't know her son's blood type or how rare it is.
=========
Thanks for the stats on AB neg. blood, whoever posted them! Was it ViviDC?

Terrific recap, Paquita. I don't have anything to add to the great comments except that Teresa looks beautiful in the hospital bed considering she has gunshot wounds, may be in a coma and possibly paralyzed....no machines, neck braces or stabilizers, tubes and no nurse in the room. But still this is a great tn. Can't wait for tonight's epi.

Oh, and Vivi, besides being a lawyer, could have a second career as a relationship counselor or pychologist. Besides having a great memory, she can analyze those facts and reach well thought out conclusions. Now where did I leave my glasses.

GinCA

I do know that Saenz new widow wasn't thinking clearly she upset over her husband committing suicide and leaving her and their children alone. Now she is going to get arrested for attempted murder and who takes of her kids now?

I felt Oriana's look at Fernando was like you a blue blood would dare give your precious blood to save a money grubbing social climber like Teresa?

Yes we all know Teresa schemes and plots are now unraveling and having a major backlash on how it's affecting the lifestyle she coveted so much.

All of the people she has step on and use this karma is coming back on her.

Now as her involvement in Paulo's death all she did was give Fito his class schedule and she can argue that MFB is lying that she sent him after Paulo her word against his. Paulo did not know Fito was sent from Teresa him calling out her name on his death bed either it was because that was the last person he talked to before his drug overdose. He mentioned her name because he still loved her.

Either way no proof and the class schedule Fito has she can argue she had that to help Paulo with his studies and lost it.

Pathetic Paloma well once again where is the evidence and witnesses? None unless Teresa confesses she was in the room before Pat Pal kicked the bucket know one will be the wiser. She grabbed a hold of Pat Pal's hand not her oxygen tube.

Now Pat Pal waking up and seeing her 5there may have caused her anxiety but it was talked about she didn't look like she was going to survive being hit anyway.

So really if you think about it if it's discovered what Teresa did she can't be prosecuted for what she did at all.

Now for Aeeeeeeeeeeda well she can be prosecuted i don't know the laws in Mexico concerning what she did about the slideshow but over here in the U.S. if she did that while school was in session she would have been expelled. Several episodes have been filmed on this type of behavior on Law and Order and this is not something to be taken lightly.

Throwing the ammonia or bleach into Teresa's eyes grieving or not that's Crime with malicious intent and i was surprised neither Teresa or Arturo pressed charges against her then?

Confronting Espe after she spoke about wanting Espe's baby to die two Drs. heard her say that and then she gets physical with Espe on top of that in her room! Once again i would say this is malicious intent.

Now for tonight's episode she bends Teresa's oxygen tube to stop her from getting air. If she is caught doing this act she has to be prosecuted this time.

This person has displayed a unhealthy obsession but physical aggression towards those who she doesn't care for.The main instigator for the majority of her confrontations with Teresa. It's ok for her to embarrass Teresa with a slideshow in front of their peers about Teresa's background but it's not ok for Teresa to taunt her about her father being a crook and fraud?

It's ok for her to laugh at the scandal at Teresa's wedding and call the media but it's not ok for Teresa to discuss her father cheating on her mother with someone like Espe?

It's ok for Aeeeeeeeeeeeda to laugh and go out of her way to Teresa to taunt her about Arturo losing his fortune and her telling she might buy her house and live in it. But it's not ok for Teresa to tell her that now she has been was in two relationship with her sloppy seconds?

Remind me again how many times Aeeeeeeeeda started these bully confrontations and either threw coffee on Teresa's dress or slapped her. How is Teresa supposed to leave someone like this alone?

She consider herself lucky she doesn't have a restraining order against her nor that she has been arrested for the crimes she has committed already.

The only one who has to stop is Aeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeda so far we see that is not happening.
