Refugio Para el Amor #112 Thu 9/13/12 A Kiss, A Kiss, My Kingdom For Another Kiss
Recap by Anita (Who says she has taken great liberties with the dialog, times, and places in order to get to the heart of the matters at hand).
Gala and Rodrigo's Gloomy-hued Apartment
Roselena has arrived and announces to Gala that she wishes to talk to Rodrigo – a solas. Gala says she completely understands, after all their relationship has been ice cold so they probably have much to talk about. She excuses herself [but we are certain she’s as good at picking up conversations behind closed doors as Frigida]. Ok, so, que pasa, mamá? Rosa doesn’t mince any words, your father has a lover. Again with the same jealousies mamá? I’m not imagining things. Have you forgotten so soon all the harm you did thinking the same about Aurora Linares? I myself saw a message from someone calling him Osito and containing other words of love. I want you and me to confront your father.
Rodrigo asks if she’s sure she wants him to talk to his dad. She says yes and not to listen if he tries to deny it. She doesn’t deserve this humiliation. He agrees to talk to Max, but asks her to please not tell his sibs. No, no, she can’t promise that. She doesn’t deserve what he’s doing to her. He points out correctly that she kept a secret for 19 years, why not this one?
Roselena rises from her seat and puts on her imperious face, looking down at him as she would a subject—You are never going to forgive me, are you? [Her sincerity is cloudy; her desire to have him back under her control is transparent.] It’s time for you to go mamá, I’ll see you out. When her straightforward tactic didn’t work, she tries appealing through brotherly love—Patricio needs you; I need you. Unmoved, he tells her it’s getting late and grabs the keys to escort her downstairs.
Gala emerges from hiding, musing to herself, so my suegro also has a tail to be stepped on [cola que le pisen [commonly refers to having something to hide—maybe even worth blackmail]. He’s unfaithful and a liar, what a lovely family.
At the NFERNO
Don Aquiles is finally back where he wants to be. Vio is serving him and asks what he would like. He says he came back for *her,* mamacita. He’s tired of his former life and the same ‘ole same ‘ole and today she’s coming with him. Well, they are both coming on to each other. He’s the Impatient Lover; she the Shrinking Violet. She gets a peck on the cheek. Marcial watches their interaction through the screen of smoke.
In Pato's Room
Pato and Jana are enjoying popcorn and a vampire action flick on the big screen in Pato’s bedroom. Pato makes a dig saying this film is better than those Hollywood films. Mati brings Pato a tray with something to drink and tries to shoo Jana off to bed. She promises to and Mati leaves. Jana wonders to Pato if Rodrigo will ever come back to the house. He thinks so. He’s not sure when. He’s still very angry with their mamá and very hurt. Jana wants to talk about what her mother did. It was terrible. Pato says, yes, it was terrible, but now to bed; you have school tomorrow.
Using well-worn delaying strategies Jana changes the subject and wants to tell him about Chinese (or in Chinese—whatever, it’s not important). Well, you teach me Chinese, then, but it’s not just about Chinese, is it? No, it’s not. She tells him about seeing Lorenzo. And so? Oh, nothing, that’s what I wanted to talk to you about. I like him. He’s very nice. She stops there and says goodnight. Pato says tomorrow tell me the rest.
Gala and Rodrigo's Gloomy-hued Apartment
Rod has gotten some juice and is trying to read a book. La Gaga has changed into something skimpy and starts talking to him about his mother’s visit and his vow not to set foot in his family’s home again. She’s sounding reasonable as she reminds him that Roselena is his mother and he can’t hold a grudge [guardar rencor] forever. He answers, without looking up, that he doesn’t hold a grudge; she is his mother; he’s not in accordance with her actions and he needs time. Gaga doesn’t give up easily to get her point across. Your anger is over Luciana, but she is now out of our lives. This finally gets a rise out of him. Luciana will *never* be out of my life. She’s expecting my child. Well, that may be what you say now, but wait until after the child is born and some man comes along willing to raise it and they move far away. Indignant, he declares that my child will never need another man to raise it. That’s why he’ll have a father until the day I die. He stalks off. Maldita Luciana [This qualifies for half a shot of tequila.]
Torreslanda Kitchen
Mati is waiting up for RE in the kitchen stirring a cup of tea, but not sure she wants to drink—she’s distracted and sad. She doesn’t see the DF fantasma’s shadow on the kitchen wall. Menos mal. The shadow ducks and pops up—oh, great, it’s Frigida. She surely qualifies as a frightening fantasma, though.
Roselena returns home, abject, dejected and rejected. [Is it because of Max’s infidelity? Vote here [ ]; or because her first born son wouldn’t cave in and return to the nurturing fold of his mother’s arms? Vote here [ ].] Mati tells her she waited up for her, where was she? I went to see Rodrigo. Mati is glad she went to see him because mothers and sons should not be fighting because regrets [arrepentimientos] might come too late. She went to see Rod to tell him about his father’s behavior. RE pulls a chair over. (It’s going to be a long night for Mati.) Is Max home? Yes, awhile ago and he went up to bed. Did Max ask about me? No; what *is* the matter; did you two have a fight? Max has another woman. He’s being unfaithful to me. For heaven’s sakes (Mati’s not for a minute believing it). It’s true, I’m not imagining it. I saw a love note on his cell phone. When I confronted him, he accepted it. Rodrigo asked me not tell Pato and Jana so they wouldn’t suffer and gave me that business of keeping quiet for 19 years for lo de Luciana. But why should I keep quiet about this? I will, at least until he can talk to his father. I just don’t want to lie, have those phantoms pursuing me, no secrets, no feigning [simulación]. [She looks 100% sincere and the accompanying musical motif makes Viewerville believe in her sincerity. Mati certainly believes. Rosa believes it too.]
Back at the NFERNO
Vio is still pouring drinks and pouring on the charm for Don Aquiles. Well, diablita. Well, what? Come away with me to my pueblo. I’ll shower you with gifts, a house, clothing for the rest of your life. Playing it coy Vio asks what’s your plan. His reply, the plan is for the rest of your life. Come on, girl, "No ando por las ramas" [I don’t dawdle over unimportant or secondary matters], what do you say? Mmmm, not sure. I’ll have to think about it. I’ll tell you tomorrow, like novios in the olden days. Look sistah, I didn’t come all this way just for a drink of Mescal. Just tell me where and I’ll come and get you. Vio is just this side of giving in, but still playing coquettish and hard-to-get and gets another peck on the cheek for her charade.
Downtown Hotel Restaurant
Melissa, Luci and Claudio are finishing a candle-lit dinner on the upper terrace of the hotel overlooking the city. Melissa is saying she’ll come get Luci tomorrow to take her to see her gynecologist. Luci lets her father know that Violeta wants to stay with her here one more night, so she’ll leave the key for him at the desk. She excuses herself to go to bed. Melissa takes her leave, but Claudio insists on taking her home [I’m surprised he can’t see the light in her eyes is lighting up for him].
In The Bedroom
Roselena enters the master bedroom to find Bad-Horrible-Infiel-Two-Timing-Infeliz-Cheating-Philandering Max in bed (with all the lights on, mind you) asleep. So as not to disturb his Precious Sleep, she feels the need to slam doors, bang drawers, but otherwise be very, very quiet. Max, greatly disturbed, wants to know what the heck’s wrong with her. The "look" is her answer. She exits the bedroom. Max is irritated.
Magda's Waiting For A Call
Magda is still stewing that Vio hasn’t called her. Paz says Vio is with Luciana (at the hotel). The fact that Don A has gone to DF has her worried. Paz thinks that with Linares around, it’s going to be ok. Magda isn’t worried about Luciana and Don A. It Vio she’s worried about. Paz asks if maybe she’s worried about Don Aquiles finding her. Magda starts to tell her about the confrontation she had with Don A a few days ago. Paz tries to reassure her that even though Don A may go back to where she works, she doesn’t think he will recognize Violeta because of the costumes and the wigs. With or without the get-up, he shouldn’t recognize her—after all, how long has it been that he last saw her in Het Het. Magda says that is exactly what has her worried. Paz is sure everything will be all right. It isn’t much later, but Magda is getting desperate to hear from Violeta. She calls Estelita, who tells her Vio hasn’t returned yet, but will give her the message to call Magda.
Dr. Nice's Office
Luci is getting her first ultra sound. Melissa and Jana are with her and almost as excited as Luci, while Luci is enraptured when the really nice doctor finds the heartbeat. Dr. Nice tells Luci later in his office she’s about 9 weeks pregnant [poor us in Viewerville, that means we have a lonnnngggg way to go—I hate meses después, but what are we to do, we are at the writers’ mercy]. Everything is looking good, continues Dr. Nice. He gives her and the Televisa audience a short pre-natal PSA. Jana can’t contain herself any longer and wants to know when they can know if it is a boy or girl. Luci quickly quashes that idea. She doesn’t want to know. She’s going to be happy with whatever Dios y la Virgencita send her. This baby will be the happiest and most beloved baby in the world. Smiles of contentment all around.
Aunt Conny Spills Some Beans
Rod gets a call from Conny at the office. Since she really wants Rod to know where Luci is she asks innocently if he’s heard from Jana or Melissa. She thought they would have let him know they were going to the gynecologist with Luci. Rod is all Que, What?
Room Service
Vio is sleeping surrounded by the luxury of an upscale hotel. Her cell phone rings and she tries to ignore it. Finally she stirs and looks around her. She orders a big fancy breakfast from room service and looks around her again. She could get used to this. Since she isn’t a millionaire like her amiga and doesn’t have money or a father, she’ll have to find her own way out of the Barrio. She’s going to find an old guy with lots of money. She finally answers another call. Serena has been trying to reach her. Don A has been waiting for her in the patio of their apartment complex. Vio tells Serena to send him to the devil.
Breakfast arrives for Vio—she signs for it (pretending she knew the routine all along). She looks around one more time and thinks there is a way for her to live this kind of life. She calls Serena back and tells her not to send Don A away; she’ll be back but she’s going to have breakfast first. [Honey, I wish we could reach in and wave a red flag in front of you right now. There’s a huge abyss between promises and deliveries. Don A will promise you anything, but you don’t know him. He’s the biggest hustler and miser in Het Het and that won’t change—and he’s loud, abusive and ugly to boot.]
Rod Goes to the Doctor's
Rod has arrived and is asking for Luciana. As he’s pacing around just like an expectant father, the three young ladies come bouncing out of Dr. Nice’s office and Luci and Rod come face to face. Rod tells the doc he’s the father. Doc congratulates him. He’s going to be the father of a strong and healthy baby. Rod wants to know if they saw the baby. No, but we listened to the heartbeat and I gave the mother-to-be a check up. She’s very healthy and a very warm and happy person. The baby will be just like her, happy and healthy. Congratulations again.
The KISS
The parents are beaming and overcome with emotion. Rodrigo Who Has Come Alive For Me picks Luciana up and hugs her. She wraps her arms around him and they kiss, while Dr. Nice, Jana and Melissa look on approvingly. This kiss lasts a good long time and the two savor it through commercials and screen credits. Once they separate, Rodrigo looks profoundly into Luci’s eyes and thanks her. He tells her he adores her. He thanks the doc again and takes Luci’s hand. It seems they are going to leave together when Luci reminds him they haven’t paid the bill. He tells M & J I’m entrusting her to you [se las encargo] and don’t move. While his back is turned, Luci heads for the elevator and M & J go dashing after her.
Down in the parking lot, Jana gives Luci her qualification test results—she passed with a good grade. Although this pleases Luci, she obviously doesn’t want Rod to catch up with them. They get on their way.
Rod finally reaches the parking garage. They’re gone. He calls Jana on her cell wanting to know where they are and where they are going. Rod hears Luci say not to tell him.
Coffee Time at the Torreslandas
Roselena and Conny are being served coffee by a hovering Frigida. Gala calls RE to ask how she is but the real reason for the call is to locate Rod. He’s not at the office and she wanted to let him know that she has an appointment with the gynecologist [hers is a woman]. Well, he’s not here. Gala hangs up in disgust. RE throws the phone down in disgust. Frigida retires to the other side of the door—to hear and not be seen. RE relates the Gala-Doctor-Rod communication void. Conny ponies up that he’s at the gynecologist with Luci. Que? RE says it’s inconceivable that impudent so-and-so [descarada] had the nerve to ask Rod to go with her. Conny says that’s not the way it happened. Claudio asked Melissa for a recommendation so Melissa made the appointment and took her. It was Conny herself who told Rod Luci was at the gynecologist. Well, hell hath no fury like a mother scorned. RE is furious at Conny. She is told that she cannot under any circumstances take such liberties and from now on, Conny is to stay at the margin of things involving her children. She is not to stick her nose where it doesn’t belong [another definition of corresponder]. Conny gives it right back. Look, it’s one thing for me to protect you because you are my sister, it’s another for you to tell me what do. I’m very open-hearted in my affections and I have great affection for Luci, in fact, I’m deeply fond of her [le tengo un profundo cariño]. Oh, and yep, there is Frigida with some hot new stuff for the absent be-witches.
Tacos de Canasta on the Corner, Inc.
The boys are busy. Luci, Melissa and Jana stop by. Luci is excited to tell Lorenzo about hearing the baby’s heartbeat. At the moment he and Fabian are surrounded by nice domesticas and one is even animatedly talking to Lor about an outing [paseo] the next day and he only sees Luci. He doesn’t realize Jana has been watching and listening behind him. It’s too late. Jana is hurt. Everybody is happy except Jana and it shows. He turns and asks her if she wants a taco and she says *no* and walks over to Fabian’s basket for a taco. Poor Lor gets the cold shoulder. It’s his turn to be hurt. These two kids can’t get a decent break, regardless of "class distinctions."
Poetry in Motion
Don A is still waiting impatiently for Vio. She finally arrives. Aquiles turns toward her and recites, "Children ask for toys, prisoners ask for liberty, I only ask you for love and happiness." My, says Vio you’re a poet and I didn’t know it. There’s a lot you don’t know about me. It’s time for you to find out. Don A wants to go out for a paseo that evening. Vio reminds him she has to work. No prob. We’ll return early. Ok, Vio tells him to cool his jets, she has a couple of things pendiente and she wants to get dressed up.
Sala de Juntos
Linares is in the sala de juntos to let the assembled TL team know the audit will be finished next week. Max objects because he wasn’t in agreement with the decision to go ahead. Oscar the Brave cuts in to tell Linares that an audit has already been done, in-house, by Gabe & Marcos [and so? things can be twisted or omitted, Os]. Linares, ever diplomatic, points out it was done before he re-entered the business so he’d like to move ahead with the international firm he contracted. Pato says he’s in his rights and they have nothing to hide [Pato looks good in blue with his shirt unbuttoned, too] and that Linares should go ahead.
Rodrigo walks in late. Max wants to know why. He was with Luciana. Linares jumps to his feet ready to go after him and asks why he was with Luci. We were at the gynecologist. I’m the father and I have a right to be there.
The Many Long Good-byes
Luci returns to the barrio with Melissa and Jana. She’s heading back to Het Het. Despedidas all around. Estelita tells Luci that the two moms have been trying to get in touch with them and especially Magda has been desperately seeking Violeta. Luci says she’ll call her ma. Just then, Vio arrives. She, in turn, is desperate to tell Luci something important but Luci is running late and has to leave right away. Vio tries to call Magda, but can’t reach her. She’s sure Luci will let her know she’s ok. Ofelia returns tired from her first day of work at the Cafeteria. As Vio leaves she tells Ofelia she has something very important to tell her.
An Aberration Appears
Lastra shows up at Nicole’s salon. He wants to change his image—he wants to look, you know, younger. Since he knows nothing of these things, he asks Nicole to surprise him. [I’d be surprised if Nicole could change his image without major plastic surgery, but that’s another tema.]
The Tell Tale Mouth
Frigida calls Gala at her office (Julie is there too) to tell her Rod went to the gyno’s with Luci. If shots could be fired through phone lines, this messenger would be dead. What the devil are you saying, Frigida. Just that, lady; only that la domestica [no, no drinky, Gala doesn’t say it] is slowly entangling Rodrigo El Pescado in her net. After hanging up Gala says to Julie, Rod accompanied La Domestica, esa, to the gyno [ok, Drink]. Gala calls Roselena and chews her out for withholding information. Are you on my side or her side, while behind her, Julie is trying desperately to reign in her puppet’s outburst with hand signals.
The Sweet Good-bye
Linares says good-bye to Luci at the airport. Take care of yourself and don’t hesitate to call if you need anything. One thing is on his mind, though. How was it that Rodrigo went to the gynecologist with you. Luci says that it was not really that way. He just showed up at the end and paid for the consultation. Linares thinks he should distance himself from her—after all, he is a married man. I know, papá, but he’s the father of my child. And it’s one of the reasons I don’t want to work at the corporation offices—I’ll just be running into him all the time. Linares promises to find a solution for that. They hug goodbye.
Guilt As Good As It Gets
La Gaga is lying in wait for Rod at their apartment. [Note: she originally baited her trap with fertile eggs, now it’s her big open mouth.] Rod asks, friendly-like, how it went at her doctora’s. Gaga opens that mouth wide and starts in, what would you care? Do you care about *my* pregnancy or the pregnancy of La Criada [Drink—it’s a synonym for La Domestica]. For what it’s worth to ya—I cancelled the appointment because it’s clear our child is not important to you [ouch—she’s as good as RE when it comes to guilt trips]. La Gaga lays down the law to Rod—if he doesn’t go with her to each and every appointment, she’s not going either. And (for the coup de grace) I’m warning you, if anything happens to me or my baby, I’m holding you responsible. She stalks off. [Please, Recently Recovered Brain Rod—MOVE OUT—before you lose it again.]
Another Secret is Outted
Paz tries to reassure Magda about Violeta. Estelita told them she was ok. Magda says she’s going to have to put it in God’s hands to take care of her. Paz doesn’t like seeing her so worried [agobiada]. Magda has something to say. All those years, just like what she and Galdino did to keep the secret of Luci’s origins, she also kept a secret about Violeta. She never wanted Violet to learn who her father was. Paz says if she wants to talk, she’s there to listen. Magda didn’t think she would ever tell anyone this secret, but Paz is like a sister. Magda begins. During the reveal, we cut to scenes of Violeta strolling on Don Aquile’s arm in the park, ending up at the bandstand. Magda finally gets it out—Violeta’s father is Don Aquiles Trueba Tajonar.
Avances
Gala, Julie and Roselena are having some sort of witches convention.

Gagme is an idiot. None of her little plans have worked, so now she is back to screaming at Rod, and her poor baby. To deny check ups for that baby is insane. She is as bad as la loca.
Loved how Rod showed up at Luci's doctor and that KISS, Yay. It'a about time, but I wonder if they will ever kiss again, before the end of this TN.
I don't get Claudio. He was always telling Luci to tell Rod about the baby, and now Rod wants to be a part of this baby's life, why is he mad about Rod going to the appointment? I am glad Luci told him, at least Rod can be part of the baby's life. It's only right.
Frigid will never change. I wonder if she will get fired for all her listening at doors. They all know she does it, and tells Gagme.
OOO, Hanna has the jealousy bug, lol. She cares more for Lorenzo than she says.
Vio, please woman, don't go there. Poor Magda is going to have a fit when she finds out. And we all know she will, what a big yuck factor, now that we know for sure. I just hope it never progresses past a peck on the cheek.
Loved THE KISS! But Luci was right to get out of there. Kissing a married man went against a bunch of her values, even if the man is her ex-husband and father of her baby. I think CL is starting to sense that there is a real danger of an affair if Rod keep sniffing after Luci, and Rod's behavior has nothing to do with just being the baby-daddy. He's in love with Luci and not hiding it. Plus, I think CL pushed for Luci to tell Rod about the baby before the trial-- before Rod really showed what a jerk he was to CL. It's one thing for Rod to know about the child and be a part of his child's life. It's another for him to be Luci's shadow.
Poor Lor getting such mixed signals from Jana. However as cute as they are together he has to go back to school to have any chance with her.
I think Claudio is more worried about Rod upsetting Luci than he is about any kind of hanky panky. Luci has her head on her shoulder and I like how he told her that they would find a solution for her working in the offices. Nothing says they can't set up a subsidiary for her where she could do all the good things she wants for Het Het.
I wish Conny would pack her stuff, move home and tell Rosa to get stuffed. I guess she has to stick around to be a voice of reason for La Loca. Am glad she tipped off Rod.
Two scenes almost caused me to hurl (this show comes on at 6 where I am so I tape and catch it after dinner). Mati and Rosa with their self pitying heart to heart and anything with the incestuous flirtation between the pig Don A and VI. They can't wrap that story up fast enough for me. I'm almost heaving just thinking about it,
I laughed out loud at Rosa slamming into the bedroom while Max is trying to sleep and acting like a five year old. Loved his throwing the pillow over his head d and shaking his head - she's at it again. It baffles me why she is upset, she hates him, won't let him touch her, is the ice queen but now she is pithed because he has someone else. Obviously everyone in her life is a gigantic sham. Perfect house, perfect children (who are slipping the noose and getting away from her0, perfect marriage and she the perfect wife mother, and religious woman.
Gagme is an idiot for not continuing to play out her sick suffering self (I knew that wouldn't last long) What better way to bring Rod around to going with her to the doctor then to fake some crisis but no she prefers the old tantrum guilt trip.
I am beginning to believe that La Loca Rosa wants everyone to be as miserable and unhappy as she is. And she is going her best to make that happen.
Rosemary Primera
I'm sure when Achiles finds out Vio is his daughter it will be a mood killer for him. Let's hope it's soon.
We still have no visit to the GYN for Gala to hear her baby's heartbeat, have we? Until we hear the heartbeat we don't know she has a viable bun in the oven. I still think it is possible her ovum will be blighted. Especially when the writers make such a point to show her drinking over and over.
"This kiss lasts a good long time and the two savor it through commercials and screen credits. " Yikes--couldn't believe that it lasted that long,. The hug alone was sweet. But oh, is our Hulk going to pay for that visit.
I would suggest to Max and Rosa to get some stronger doors in their house. What were those closet doors made of, cardboard?? Kind of cracked me up. Why doesn't Max just move into a guest room at this point?
I'm just trying hard to phase out the whole Vio/Don A stuff. It's creepy, sickening. Frankly, even if we knew he wasn't her sperm donor, it's just gross the way she's playing up to him.
Lorenzo needed a hug last night...
Conny is more a mother to those kids than Rosa could ever hope to be. But she needs to get out of that house. Rosa and Mati can be blubber to themselves.
about the movie Pato and Jana were watching.. Santo vs the Vampiro!! LOL!! have not heard that title since i was a little little kid, i remember watching a few Santo movies (famous mexican masked wrestler)...
loved how Pato kept saying the movie was really great (cheesy at best, IMO LOL!)
but i LOVE how these two siblings love and make each other happy just being together...
Connie rocked last night!! First she told Rod where Luci was... then she took it to Rosa so well without going overboard... you go Connie!
I could have sworn the hug and kiss were a dream of his, but i loved that it was real... but i have to agree that Luci's reaction and wanting to get away was the right thing to do.
I too think that Claudio fears that Rod will continue stalking Luci rather than there being a possibility of Luci falling for an 'affair'. HE knows Luci still loves Rod so he knows how much of a torture it would be for Rod to keep popping up on Luci here and there.
Yes, Lorenzo needed a hug last night...
And yes, Rod will pay dearly for that. But so it goes. Consequences, consequences.
The lack of boundaries between Rosa and her children is truly creepy. Marital problems are between you, your spouse, and your shrink. You do not involve your children even if they are adults!
Rod should move out ASAP no matter where he has to live. Not with his parents but even if he needs to take an apartment in a lesser neighborhood he needs to be away from Gala. He can arrange for the bills to be paid without handing her money and he needs to see a good divorce lawyer. Maybe a private eye to follow Gala around and record her alcohol consumption.
Speaking of Gagme, Emarie you brought up a good point. We have yet to see Gagme at the gyno. and the drinking too. I know Rod complained to her about the drinking once before. I like Urban's idea of having Rod move out and hiring a private eye to follow Gagme around and record the drinking.
Due to low activity on the weekend discussions last week I will be taking a break from them for the next two weeks. There is a photo gallery I started working on but the photos I'm looking for are not as easy to find as I thought they would be.
Anyone else with an idea for a weekend discussion is free to post one for this weekend or next.
Rosa definitely has no boundaries and she has passed that unattractive trait onto Rod. Looks like he is back in stalker mode with Luci. He wants her, he loves her so he is going to have her no matter how many times and how many ways she tells him NO, you have a wife not to say you also treated me like dirt for no reason. I'm not crazy about her running back to Het Het all the time but it is a smart move at this point even though the base story line is in the DF.
Nothing bugs me more than some man spouting that I have rights number. Rod stating Luci is having his child ergo he has a right to go to the Gyno. I've got a real problem with that attitude. Luci is not his possession and she has a right to privacy and some peace in her life. Rod on the other hand has an obligation to be sure the child is well taken care of when it is born but his right to inject himself in Luci's life was negated when he failed her sand the divorce took place.
I think Gagme is an idiot for playing the blackmail card vis-a-vis her gyno appointments. She is risking the health of her unborn child oh pardon me her ticket to the good life. However she may not want Rod there, if she goes, and discovers that her boy is a girl or that she doesn't have a viable fetus. Now that she knows Luci went to Conny's gyno I wonder if she will switch doctors and be in a position to cause mischief.
UA didn't know there was a weekend discussion group. Good luck with your photos.
Olive
Did anyone else notice how Frigid looks just like the Grinch when she was peeking around the cornor in the kitchen. LOL... my husband and I could help but laugh....
Yes, I agree that it will take more than a new hair style to change Lastra's EVIL look. Nothing less than plastic surgery and even that would be a ? mark.
daisynjay---Yes me too. I have noticed the Inferno many times. There is always a line outside waiting to get in, but once inside it's pretty sparse.
Lorenzo needs a plan to win over Jana. He better start working on one before his chances vanish.
Vio y Aquilles---It will be interesting to see how this one plays out.
