My preferences:

Isabella has to end up in jail for a good amoint of time which will protect everyone. I'd give her 25 years.

Nothing for Yolanda. The kids got her back when they shocked her with the hand buzzer. She took it in good humor and they had a new respect for her. She has to live with whatever Isabela became and has tried to protect the family from Isabella. I can see her as a regular fixture at the Lascuraín household with Bruno on eternal margarita duty.

Enrique has to die somehow. Maybe a shootout. If he is not dead, he could always escape from wherever. The family should not be sentenced to a lifelong threat.

Doroteo needs a nice long jail sentence.

Laura will have her life and conscience as her sentence. Nothing else needed.

Linda is no longer an issue for me.

Gabriel needs to stay locked up for a long time. Maybe he can die in a prison riot,

I do not know what the writers will do. Can't wait to see, though. Also looking forward to seeing the alternate endings on the net.m That will be fun.

Nothing. She already got her punishment: her handpicked choice Enrique almost ruined the company. The board begged Fernando to step back in & now the company is doing better.

Gabriel

Gabriel is probably in jail for assaulting Nando in broad daylight. He's already being punished.

Laura

As of now, Laura hasn't done anything criminal so as of now, jail is not her anvil. HOWEVER, she is very mad at Fanny and Leon and may do something to harm them. If she teams up with Enrique to help him get Fanny, the carcel is in her future.

Yolanda already has her punishment: she knows her child is a low down, no good piece of crap. She sees Soledad & knows Soledad has a loving daughter. The only true punishment I can see Yolanda getting is if Fernando gets custody of DN and bans her from seeing him after finding out DN is not his child & that Yolanda knew about it.

Isabela SHOULD get jail time for assaulting Sebastian. I don't think she will die. I think the worst punishment for her would be to watch Fernando, Ana, the children & Yolanda have a happy life...without her.
 

Boy these are always tempting..but trying to remember this is actually a "comedy" which means some of the more creative ways of TN anvils can't be used.

I think some of the characters like Linda and Gabriel are just gone.

Laura has sort of disappeared too. So unless she surfaces to help Eeky, I just see her trying the same old thing, putting her claws into someone. Maybe being forced to schlep for a living in a menial job she hates? This is if she surfaces again.

Yolanda, I agree got her heartache by realizing her daughter is scum. She found the errors of her ways. Still think a spin off with her Soledad and Ramona would have been a hoot.

Enrique--again, this is a comedy, so I can see him being locked away forever in a padded cell, crazy as the day is long having conversations with his unseen father and successfully running his make-believe company.

Isabela-- to wind up in jail maybe we got a hint on those estimates she was giving Fer and she's skimming funds off the top of the business or in desperation goes after Ana and Fer, gets arrested and gets thrown in the slammer for attempted whatever. A nice prison orange with no makeup and her hair cut to nothing would be good. I can also see, considering all those conversations to the camera, losing her mind when it all comes crashing down. Somehow she has to go away for good so the baby can be adopted.

Hissabela: If such things could be done I'd vote for her being ridden out of town on a rail but I think the modern equivalent would be a restraining order (which would be ineffective against her).

She does need to do time for assaulting Sebastian, although whatever time that is is inadequate to her crimes against this family and Ana. Since Enrique is on the loose I think he will do something to her before civil justice is done. Maybe acid in the face or something that puts her in a wheelchair.

Once a judge finds out how she has treated Fernando's children she will never regain custody of DN, who will end up with Ana and Fernando.

I suspect the writers might be stricter with her than that. If she ends up in the slammer she will end up like Veronica in PEAM. Especially that with 16 more episodes left there is time for her to commit more crimes.

Yomama will probably come clean to Fernando about DN not having his DNA. This is the last thing she needs to do to achieve her salvation. She will also have to explain her fear of Hissabela when grilled about why she kept quiet for so long. Fernando will then ultimately allow her to be in DN's life.

That is also what I think the writers will do.

Enrique should end up dead. I don't care whether it's the result of police fire, an accident, or even suicide. He escaped from a manicomio and killed two people (so far), so we must be concerned about whether he would escape again. His death would be the only peace anyone could have.

However, I think the writers will put him behind bars, like FeVier in PSMA.

Dorofeo needs to be in the slammer among criminals he has double-crossed. Oz, anyone?

This should also be the writers' answer.

Laura should end up in the manicomio. That is after flunking out of school and ending up as naca as she thinks her family is.

However, I think the writers will drop the ball on her and we won't see her again.

Linda should probably be in prison. Even Enrique got a creep vibe about the possibility that she is a Black Widow killer, although we haven't been given any concrete evidence. Maybe someone will read about her on a US news site. Like on the NY Post's.

However, I think the writers won't say anything else about her.

Gabriel is in prison. Hope he gets the Oz treatment. But I doubt we'll hear any more about him with Edith out of the main picture.
 

So we never find out who Gabriel's "do you know who my father is?" - is! Too bad, but not really a big deal. He's now irrelevant, although for a moment I thought it was Gordofeo.

Linda - Well, she already got her karmageddon: She lost Sebastian Rulli (in real life)!

Enrique should definitely die some kind of way.

Isabela should become a nanaca for some Dennis the Menace-type kids.

The rest? Whatever they get will work for me.
 

Isa: To end up maimed in some way so she can't use her looks to con some other guy out of his money.

Yolanda: Not fully redeemed in my eyes but her daughter is her penance.

Linda: She is having sex with an octogenarian for his money so getting her just rewards.

Freeky: Must die!

Laura: As long as she doesn't help Freeky then I don't care.

Gabriel: He seems to be in jail since we haven't heard from him so he got what he deserved.
 

I think Laura does need some kind of punishment. She purposely decided to hurt Ximena by going after Nando, and purposely decided to hurt Fanny by teaming up with Freaky and going after Leon.

She's just like Teresa Jr., except Teresa lost the love of the people who loved her as her punishment. Laura doesn't seem to have anyone who loves her, so she needs some kind of punishment for hurting people who did nothing to hurt her.

I basically agree with what everyone has posted to now.

Also it is hard to guess what Osorio has planned to wrap things up with such few episodes left. I only saw parts of PQEAM and thought it was totally disjointed and poorly written. I would have thought that FC would have had some say with the script, but maybe as he has aged he has last some of his 'say so'.

Osorio totally dropped the ball on Linda and Gabriel. Linda won't be back because she is no longer listed in the opening credits. But shame on Osorio because he should have held her responsible for the fiasco that Enrique caused the business since she lead the mutiny against Fernando and the decision to kick out Fernando and install IkkyLizard was hers. She was a very big shareholder and the others particularly went along with the ride. Also she might have lost SR but she now has cutie Mark Tacher.

Again, Osorio dropped the ball with Gabriel. We hear, "you have no idea who my father is", from him as he is being cuffed; and instead of playing out that threat, Osorio leaves us wondering what happened to Gabriel. I don't ever remember anybody saying for sure that he ended up in jail and paying for his crime.

Laura does deserve an anvil, I'm just not sure how heavy.

What I don't agree with is that Yoyomana doesn't deserve any punishment or light weight anvil. I remember her being a big part of what happened to the twins (homework); accusing Ana of theft (necklace); teaching Isabruja how to fleece men (Fernando); and the worst, going along with Isabruja regarding DN. Irrespective of whether or not DN was better off with F & A, in the least, there could have been medical complications of not knowing DN's real paternity. Just having a sick daughter doesn't leave her free. If that were the case then no parent would be responsible when their (kids) turned out criminals.

Isabruja needs to do time for plotting murder against a human (Enfreake) and an animal (Siete). She also needs to do time for harming Sebas physically.

I am sure Enfreake will die.

All the others are irrelavent, and don;t matter.
 

-Enrique and Isabela end up together in the same hospital for the criminally insane. They realize they are meant to be together.

-Yolanda confesses to all she knows about Isabel's crimes and begs forgiveness. Even though "she lied", Fernando forgives her immediately. At about the same time, Don Nico returns and realizes that Yolanda is the perfect "older woman" that he needs (since she offers so much more than Jennifer ever could have). Don Nico and Yolanda get married, she lives in luxury.

-Dorito spends some time in jail, by the time he gets out, Johnny has run the pole dancing school into the ground (no big surprise). Pancho Villa has experience with running a business, so he revives the pole dancing school.
 

Yolanda could probably make a case for instant forgiveness if she can convince Fernando and Ana that she was afraid of Hissabela. The attempt on Ana's life when Hissabela lived in the mansion, the assault on Sebastian, the attempts on the lives of Soledad, Enfrique, and Siete could also be evidence that Hissabela could have easily killed her to silence her.

Certainly once Fernando has learned his lesson about lies vs sins of omission and lies for the sake of survival he will forgive her. But she won't get to live in the mansion.

I can see Nick with Soledad more easily than with Yolanda.
 

What if none of the other villains don't get anvils ?

Has anyone ever seen a novela where the antagonists don't have an anvil fall on them and don't receive their just reward?

I haven't, but I haven't seen every Televisa or Telemundo production.

There are numerous examples of what we have deemed inadequate punishments and a few "redemptive" ones that were not deserved.

Just thought about José Luis and Refugio from LQLVMR where they killed amother army/marine guy when they were escaping while escaping. Both of them got off scott free not even any jail time. In fact later, JL was even promoted to the maximum authority.
I always thought the plot point of their killing someone was useless and unnessary to the story and still wonder why it was included. My guess would be to only give Alejandro another reason to badmouth JL and consider him armed and dangerous.
In AR, I don't remember Adolfo (MI) killing anyone. except in battle. The two men he came across while escaping had already been killed and he just took advantage of that fact by stealing the letter of recommendation to Manuel (FC).
 

No, they didn't get off scot free; both eventually ended up dead. JL did seven years for covering up something else before that.
 

Thanks Urban for reminding me about MDA's 7-year jail stint. But still he was a convict that was promoted. Of course I don't remember the exact circumstances that surrounded his promotion.
 

He made a deal with Ezekiel Basurto to become police chief after his release. Such things can only happen in small towns with corrupt government.
