Caray, Caray!

Yolanda makes the meet with Sinesterra's ol' Mongoose Mug, who refuses to let her meet face to face with El Presidente-Electado.  She's forced to do it Sinesterra's way or the baby's life is in doubt.  Yoli folds.

DEADave sees Benavidez again and this time tells him Yoli's this close to getting proof positive about Sinesterra for him.  Benny says he'll try getting a better deal for her and her posse to turn State's evidence.

A few days later DEADave's gone to visit Monica.  He tries to make nice and is totally dismayed by her change in personality.  She's no longer sweet, innocent, Lt. Ortega.  She's now the biggest bully on the cell block.  She still remembers their kiss and is upset he doesn't want more.  However, DEADave has just spent the night with Yolanda because she realizes he's never abandoned her and never failed to try to take care of her or her family even when she was too stubborn to recognize it. Monica now kicks him to the curb.

Yoli  the next day or so is told by Mongoose Mug that she must do the job within 48 hours or the baby dies.  She tells him Sine can keep his 48 hrs.  They're going to Colombia that night  for the merchandise.

Back at The Embattled Suites, otherwise affectionately thought of as The Cementarium, Col. SantaMaria tells Wilber he's fed up with Wil's wily ways of procrastination.  He's ready to take an eye out if Wilmer doesn't come up with a plan right that very minute.  John walks in and tells S&M to back down a bit cuz the kid knows computers and systems really well.  Wilber is scared skittlesless and tells them he's hacked into Gracia Sinesterra's credit card information and says she's got a big pediatric bill all of a sudden.  John and S&M plan to kidnap the baby to force Sinesterra to give them Yoli's cell phone number and thus force Yoli to meet with them.

S&M heads to the clinic and leaves Zulima waiting at the curb, a sneer on his one-eyed countenance no doubt, when she asks to come with him.

Gracia says it's her baby and his name is Santiago.  S&M takes a moment to remember it's been months since he's seen his own little girl.  He tells her he thought the mother was someone else, but then no matter.  The plan still will work.  The evil of this oily psychopath knows no bounds.  He threatens shooting each one one at a time--one for each escort that might be sent up.  No, there are none, says Gracia.  He threatens to kill the baby just for grins, then decides against it.

Dave and Raul pay a visit to Benny, who tells them he's just been fired and by guessy who!  Sinesterra is extremely powerful and has blocked any and all attempts to aid Yoli's request for a better plea bargain by turning State's evidence.  They all head downstairs and run into Sine in the lobby of the Federal Building.  Dave accuses Sine of playing dirty with Beni and Yoli and of hiding that baby.  Sine denies all and then walks a few paces off to take the call from S&M who's just threatened Gracia and nurse and the baby if he doesn't give him Yolanda Cadena's phone number.  Dave and Raul overhear Sine and his telling his goons the details.  Dave and Raul race to the parking garage in an attempt to follow that car!

 Yolanda gets the nasty call from S&M.  He sends her a photo of the baby with the other two women.  She must meet him (somewhere) alone and unarmed if the baby and his caretakers are to get out of there alive.
