Enamorandome de Ramon #46, Tuesday 10.17.17: Job Search continues, as does the Search for Ramon
Repeated Scene:
Ramon goes to an auto shop looking for work and as the receptionist goes
looking for her boss; Ramon sees the news about Sofia’s father and “boyfriend
being arrested. Ramon looks afflicted.
New scene:
Receptionist returns and tells Ramon that her boss will see him about
the job shortly.
Antonio picks up Diego from School, Diego asks about Roxy wants to know
how she is doing; Antonio tells him she needs to be in bed a few more days.
Diego guesses it’s because of his baby brother/sister, and is excited about it.
Antonio tells him that he will be staying with them for a little while until
Roxy feels better at this news Diego gets very happy and hugs Antonio and tells
him he loves him very much.
Ramon back at the shop is talking to the owner. Owner says he needs to
see his mechanic’s certification and wants a couple of reference letters. Ramon looks concerned.
At Roxy’s house Diego and Antonio are making sandwiches. Roxy yells for
Antonio to come help her go to the bathroom.
Ramon comes home and is disappointed because he does not know how he
will be able to get the reference letters. Fabi says that she will write one
for him see she had been his boss, and the other one Luisa or Benito could
write for him. Ramon feels better and tells her she is so smart for suggestion
the solution.
Back at Roxy’s she comes out of the bathroom and tells Antonio that she
is bleeding, she looks very concerned.
Fabi and Ramon go to a print shop to print the reference letter she
wrote for him. He reads it and she overdoes it a little with all of the
compliments and qualities she lists about Ramon. They are both all smiles.
Fabi and Ramon go to her old apartment building to pick up some of her
things. Benito is not there it’s his off day, Fabi seems disappointed, but
Ramon uses his head and calls Benito, who is still in bed sleeping. Ramon asks
for a reference letter and Benito agrees to do a letter for Ramon.
Antonio calls a doctor for Roxy. Doctor tells Antonio to make sure Roxy
stays in bed and does not move.
At the apartment elevator Fabi runs into Hortensia, who tells her that
“oh so you got tired of living with the Mechanic already?” “Nope on the
contrary I am very happy”. Fabi asks Hortensia why she called Frank to tell him
that Fabi was living with Frank, well Hortensia was only thinking of Fabi’s well-being. Well from now own Grandma Stay out of my
business. She also tells Hortensia that she knows that the reason Hortensia is
so mean it’s because her Grandpa ran away with Fanny her old maid. Grandma
Horror makes one final threat “well if you continue to live with the mechanic,
you might as well get used to the idea that I’m dead to you” O well Fabi could
care less.
Fabi walks into her old apartment runs into Andrea and is apprehensive
about talking to her because Andrea did not support her decision to live with
Ramon. Andrea says that she likes Ramon but they are going about it the wrong
way. Andrea misses Fabi, asks to hug her and Fabi says yes. They make up
because they are sisters and Andrea needs her sister. She asks Fabi if she can
go visit her and Ramon at the apartment. Fabi says of course she can. Fabi
leaves and Andrea thinks that Fabi is right to fight for her love. She was
willing to do the same for Jorge, until Jorge decided he did not want to be
with Andrea anymore.
Porfirio comes into Maggie’s office tells her she is doing an excellent
job on the lawsuit he assigned to her. She thanks him. She now wants to discuss
what happened between them on Saturday. What about Porfi says there is nothing
to discuss. Well Maggie thinks there is, what happened between them can’t
happen anymore, Porfirio agrees and leaves.
Fabi comes out of building tells Ramon she made up with Andrea. Ramon
asks if she saw Juana, nope she was not there. It’s better that way anyway
because Fabi is still mad at Juana.
Doctor comes to see Roxy and gives her medication; he will do his best
to save the baby, bur Roxy needs to stay in bed all the time.
Hyper Adalgisa comes after having had a great day at work, Fredesvina
notices that she is very hyper and doesn’t know why. (Your atole lady)
Benito gives Ramon his letter of recommendation. He over did it with
the compliments too. Ramon and Fabi are all smiles and thank Benito. Benito
tells them that he is with them and will support them, because “love is love
after all” He lives and again Fabi and Ramon are all smiles, and kissing
looking with optimism to the future now that they have the two super fabulous
letters.
Antonio brings Betty Palomar to Roxy introduces her as the lady that
will be taking care of her. Roxy not looking very pleased.
Vero is meeting with her connection that she will be selling
information to, and he asks her to get all of the evidence against them, she
agrees to do it.
Benito and Luisa making out on the street when Benito gets a call from
Fredes. She is concerned about Adalgisa she is too hyper. Benito realizes that
the one that took the meds is probably his cousin. He contacts doctor who gives
him the name of the antidotes for the hyperactivity. Tell his mom to go get
meds quickly.
At Franks apartment Ozzie and Augustin playing house and are making a
grocery list, doorbell rings and it’s Julio. Agustin sees him and they realize
they know each other from the company Juana is investing in. Julio asks Agustin
to leave him alone with Ozzie. Julio asks Ozzie to come back home and by the
way where is all the money to a pay for apartment coming from? None of your
business is Ozzie's response. He will never forgive him so leave. Julio offers
him a check. Ozzie does not need the money, Julio leaves it anyway. When Julio
leaves Ozzie gets check and sees that his dad must be feeling really guilty. He
smirks.
Sofia goes to the Limo shop and finds that it has been closed. She
worries that she will never be able to find Ramon. But asks around and gets the
address where the owner of the shop lives. She goes to Don Cipriano’s house and
he gives her Valente’s address. She goes looking for him only to find that he
no longer lives there. It seems she has now reached a dead end. But will she
give up? Not likely.
The owner of the auto shop having received the letters of
recommendation from Juan does his due diligence and calls Antonio's shop where
Dalia picks up the phone. He asks to speak to Fabiola, well what do you know
she no longer works there, and what about Ramon I need reference confirmed.
Well he was fired. Dalia hangs up and is pleased with the fact that she has
thrown a wrench at Ramon and Fabiola’s plans.
Back at Ramon’s place the job search for both Fabi and Ramon continues.
Fabi not having much luck. Ramon decides to call the shop to see about his job.
The owner answers and tells him that how dare try to trick the owner; he
verified that Fabi is not working there anymore and that Ramon was fired. (No
job for you buddy). Ramon tells Fabi
that someone at Antonio's shop talked bad about him and Fabi so no job. Fabi
remains positive, and makes Ramon become positive as well.
Don Pedro goes to visit Juana, and finds that she has been crying.
Invites her to dinner but she does not feel like it because of what is going on
with Ramon and Fabi. She misses them. Don Pedro tries to make her feel better
and gives her his handkerchief. She wipes her tears with it and hands it back
to him. Goes to make him a coffee and Don Pedro takes the handkerchief and puts
it to his nose.
Susana sends an e-mail and thinks now Ozzie will be expelled. She
probably told on him about selling the tests to students. Emilia comes in to
find out how she is doing, and she says better now that she has sabotaged
Ozzie. When Susana leaves Emilia calls Ozzie to warn him that Susana has done
something against him, she’s not sure what but she did something. Ozzie guesses
what it is, and calls Marcial to warn him to be ready just in case the bomb
explodes. He thinks to himself that Susana will pay for this betrayal.
The search for a job continues at Ramon’s place. Fabi continues to be positive, but somewhere in TJ Sofia continues her search as well. She is on a computer searching on line for “Ramon
Lopez Ortiz”. She is having no luck so she is about to give up, but luck soon appears on her screen. An ad for
an airline pops up (she forgot to block pop-ups) on computer and she decides to buy an airline ticket to go
to Mexico City.

Fabi, NO ONE supports your decision to live with Ramon. You made the choice to do so regardless of the negativity (certainly your choice), but being surly and childish will do nothing to change their minds.
Not understanding that in this day and age, vetting recommendations are done carefully and thoroughly, it was no surprise the enterprising the inexperienced couple have not found gainful employment.
Does anyone know how many episodes of this there are? I see absolutely no forward movement if Julio and Juana are going to get together.
I hope Roxana doesn't lose the baby. I would enjoy losing Emilia, her daughter and Oz right about now. All reprehensible.

Good Morning. This young Eagle is about three and a half or so years old . They get the white head and tail at adulthood, around five years old, but before that happens the white feathers start showing up all over, then seemingly all migrate to the head and tail. A younger bird would be all solid dark brown.
So Sofia pissed off wardrobe it seems. She is beautiful, probably actually prettier than Fabulous, but those clothes make her look like a Barnum and Bailey reject. And the jeans are only a notch above chaps. Geez. Fabi, on the other hand, looks like she just stepped out of a Charlotte Russe commercial. Never seen the same clothes twice, and noticed she had one small roll along when she left home. I am waiting for her to run out of clothes, as she didn't pick up anything when she was there yesterday.

Susanlynn, I would hate to think Rox loses the baby and doesn't tell Antonio. I realize most of her troubles have been caused by her own actions for which she is solely responsible. Thanks. If Antonio were a cat, he would kill the baby as soon as he discovered it is not his. Lion, housecat, Cheetah, Cougar, any of them.

So how long is it going to take the two fools with rose-colored glasses to figure out it's not that easy to make a home and buy a queen/king-size bed...whatever size a "cama matrimonial" is. I can't wait for Fabi to get tired of not living at her cost...and not have a closet big enough for the clothes she didn't seem to have brought with her.
Benito just needs to cut those apron strings and get out of his mama's house, y punto!

Fabiola and Ramon enjoy their life and look happy. Fabiola is willing to tighten the belt a little to be with Ramon. I really don't see their economic situation being an issue. Ramon did not spend one day without finding a new job. Fabiola still is the owner of 1/4 of a car repair shop, 1/2 owner of a luxury apartment, owner of a late model Honda Civic, employer and landlord of Juana. I think living far from the meddling, controlling relatives is good for them.

Thank you Sandie! I absolutely loved your title. :) LOL...about the popup regarding plane fares to Mexico City and forgetting to block popups. Well I guess that was her lucky day. But I don't know how it is she is going to find Ramon in Mexico City, it is just huge! I believe the population is nearly 9 million. She will need a private detective or will have to search every autoshop in the city.

I do enjoy when Fabi and Ramon are happy but how many times do we need to have them look for work and not find any. I think they had 3 different scenes yesterday when they were looking thru the newspaper. We got it the first time around.

Univision said NOTHING the previous day or today. So no Ramon tonight either??? I realized this when I turned on my TV at 8:00 p.m. last night and found soccer. (I'm sure my son in law was happy). At 9:00 I noticed "Caer" but no "Mi Marido". But they surely did not give us warning on this. Makes me a little bit perturbed. :(
Hmmm..my tv schedule lists the telenovelas all at their regular times tonight. We shall have to wait and see.

My schedule shows a regular schedule too. So I don't know what will be happening. I can't watch tonight because I'm going out of town and on my way to the airport in about an hour or so.
