Caray, Caray!

Santiago tells Andrea that he has been thinking things over and he’s realized that she’s always been committed to him and nothing would have changed if he never found out about Jorge. Even though he now knows about Jorge, his feelings haven’t changed so he wants to continue their relationship. They kiss, happily, and then call Juana over to tell her that they are moving to Chile, so Andrea can continue her studies and Santiago can work. Juana is sad that Andrea is leaving but happy that she’s happy, so she gives them their blessing and they hug. Juana asks Santiago to take care of Andrea and Andrea proposes Juana visit them while they are they, she may even want to stay. Juana tells them that they will discuss it when the time comes but they should go get dinner before it gets cold. They all agree and go but Juana’s tears continue to flow.

Francisco (who is a jack-of-all-trades doctor) comes out of the OR and tells the Medina family that Hortensia’s operation went well but she will be in a medically induced coma for the time being. Once they bring her out of it, they will be able to see if there will be any lasting side effects. The family is happy and thanks Francisco, but Fabiola tells them that it was thanks to Ramon as well, who brought Hortensia to the hospital quickly. Francisco frowns but quickly recovers and tells them that someone should stay with Hortensia tonight, just in case. Fabiola volunteers and Julio decides to leave after offering to stay tomorrow. Francisco will tell Fabiola when Hortensia is in her room and leaves. Antonio then offers to bring Fabiola and Margarita a coffee and goes to get it.

Ramon and Sofia are ordering the first parts they will need to get the mechanic shop going. Sofia didn’t know starting a shop was so much work, but Ramon tells her that they will start there and go from there. Just then, Valente arrives, and they welcome him. He thinks the shop looks great and Ramon smiles before telling him that they trying to open their doors soon. Valente nods and tells them that he will start working with them after this pay period. Ramon and Sofia cheer and then they sit down to discuss their plans and how it will all work.

Julio comes and tells Andrea and Juana about Hortensia. They both offer to go visit tomorrow and then Andrea goes to walk Santiago out as Julio makes kissy faces with Juana. He asks her to go back to the hotel, as they were rudely interrupted, but Juana thinks they shouldn’t have gone there in the first place. Julio smiles and tells her that she has no will power to say no and begins to kiss her. Juana kisses him back, between looks to the door lest Andrea come back and catch them.

Outside the building, Santiago and Andrea discuss their Chile plans. They are both nervous but excited to begin their lives there. Santiago then kisses her goodbye and leaves as Jorge comes and tells her that he’s praying she will reject Santiago’s offer to go to Chile. Andrea chides him for doing so as Santiago loves her, and they can’t be together either way. Jorge knows she doesn’t love Santiago though and begs her reconsider, but Andrea shakes her head. He threatens to tell Santiago about them, but Andrea confesses that he already knows about them and leaves. Jorge hangs his head, dejected.

Juana separates from Julio and he chides her for getting him hot and heavy and then kicking him out. Juana tells him that they must behave (but they already went to a hotel earlier) as Andrea arrives. Juana then thanks Julio for telling them about Hortensia and Julio bids them good night. Andrea then goes to sleep too as Juana calls Ramon.

In his room, Ramon answers and Juana tells him that Hortensia is better and she’s proud of him because he always helps others, no matter what. He then asks about Fabiola and Juana explains that she’s worried but doing better. Ramon thanks her for the news and bids her good night as Valente wakes up and asks Ramon what happened. Ramon explains and Valente nods.

The next day, Sofia and Ramon go to an auto parts shop and place their order for the new parts. The representative will have it at their shop in two days, the latest, and Sofia tells Ramon that they will be successful and ready because they rock. Ramon cheers her on and they fist pump.

Time passes, slowly for some but faster for others…Sofia and Ramon continue to receive their parts and interview various employees…Francisco continues to assault Fabiola in bed as she tries to shrink from his touch…Luisa and Finito continue to hang out as much as Benito and Adalgiza…Jorge pines for Andrea as she kisses Santiago all over the university…Hortensia is still in a coma, breathing through a tube as Dr. Francisco-does-it-all observes her progress…Antonio and Diego hang out, happily, sans Roxana…Juana continually fights off Julio’s advances and he finds solace in Emilia’s arms though Emilia finds them in Osvaldo’s…Margarita and Antonio’s relationship strengthens as Porfirio continues to kick himself for losing her…Ramon, Sofia and Valente hand out fliers for their grand opening, which everyone accepts…Margarita continues to work with Pedro, who seems satisfied with her work…Ramon and Fabiola share smoldering looks through wrought iron bars across the street from the shop…Antonio and Margarita present his custody petition in front of a judge…Julio sets up a mechanical bed for Hortensia at home…Ramon and Francisco share frustrated and furious places across the street from the shops as Ramon eggs him to fight him…Weeks later, Ramon, Sofia and Valente look at the sign on the wall for the Saturday grand opening and smile, satisfied at a job well done…

Sometime later, Ramon gives the employees their new uniforms with the official name of the shop: “RamSo.” They thank him and think the uniforms look great though Ramon tells them to thank Sofia as she designed them, and he came up with the name. They joke for a bit about nicknames and laugh.

Antonio arrives at the shop when one of the employees hands him a flier and shows him the specials the new shop is running for their grand opening. Antonio tells him not to worry as they won’t be able to maintain their prices. Either way, he’s confident that their client will continue with them as they offer better service and reputation. He tells the employee to get back to work and looks at the flier once again.

Roxana opens the door when a clerk hands her a subpoena to show up at the custody hearing. The subpoena warns that if she doesn’t show up, she will be forced to by the judge or be held in contempt. She vows to not let Antonio get away with this.

Julio, Margarita, Fabiola, and Francisco bring Hortensia home. She is depressed about her new limitations and tells Julio that she can barely move to give him a hug. Francisco and Julio assure her that she will be better soon and take her to her room. Fabiola then asks Margarita if she was able to get a nurse for Hortensia and Margarita nods and tells her that she will be there soon.

Ramon goes to see Juana at the apartment and Andrea opens the door before leaving to go visit Hortensia. Ramon wishes her well and then asks Juana why Andrea is so dry with him. Juana explains that his visit probably caught her by surprise. She reminds him that Fabiola is her sister after all though Andrea is not happy about her marriage to Francisco either. Ramon nods and then asks Juana to the grand opening of the shop, which is taking place tomorrow. She smiles and nods.

Roxana tucks in Diego as the doorbell rings. Diego asks if it’s Antonio, but Roxana tells him it’s not as he doesn’t care about them anymore. She then turns off the lights and closes the door before going to answer. It’s Agustin, who asks her how she’s feeling, and Roxana explains that she’s nervous because of the custody hearing. Agustin assures her everything will be okay, but Roxana recognizes how efficient Margarita is, especially because she’s Antonio’s lover. Agustin offers his full support and Roxana thanks him for being with her after all she did to him. Agustin kisses her then and Roxana kisses him back.

Ramon offers to get an apartment for him and Juana, as the apartment will be empty, and Juana thinks it’s a great idea. Just then, Fabiola arrives, annoyed to find Ramon there, but Ramon is surprised to find her there too. Juana begs them not to fight but Fabiola reminds her that Ramon started the war by opening the shop across the street, just to spite her. Ramon thinks she shouldn’t think herself so important, but Fabiola is sure he did it on purpose, so he can rub his relationship with Sofia in her face. Juana separates them then and asks Ramon to leave. He obliges and bids them good night.

Benito comes out of his room and Asks Adalgiza about his mother. She explains that she left and will be gone for a while before offering to serve him some food. Benito is hungry for food though and gives Adalgiza a smoldering look. She looks at him and they kiss before falling on the floor, hungry for each other.

Fabiola arrives home to find Francisco on the couch. He thinks it’s great she arrived as he’s hungry and Fabiola goes to the kitchen. She announces that there’s only eggs and Francisco chides her not going to the supermarket. He is also pissed that she is still working but Fabiola has decided not to quit. Francisco lets it go and then asks her for a beer. Fabiola asks him to get it himself, but Francisco demands she stop it with her bad attitude. Fabiola apologizes and explains that she ran into Ramon at her apartment when he invited Juana to the grand opening. Francisco asks her to forget him as the shop will close soon and Fabiola nods before asking Francisco how his day went. Francisco confesses that his loan was rejected, and Fabiola asks him why he needs the money. Francisco explains that they are selling a clinic and he wanted to buy it, but his dream is now gone. Fabiola offers her money for the clinic and assures Francisco that it will be like a partnership. She offers to ask Juana for the money tomorrow and Francisco thanks her.

The next day, Ramon hands Juana the scissors to cut the ribbon and she obliges, happily as Ramon, Antonio, and Dalia stare from across the street. At Ramon’s shop, everyone is all smiles and hug each other even as Fabiola struggles to control her sourpuss face.

Hortensia throws her plate of soup on the flood and tells her nurse that she doesn’t want to eat. Julio tries to reason with her, as they are going through nurses faster than expected, but Hortensia tells him that she doesn’t want a nurse and she has plenty of children and grandchildren to help her. Julio reminds her that they all work or go to school, but Hortensia prefers he leave if he’s going to fight with her. Outside Hortensia’s room, Julio asks the nurse to be patient and bring Hortensia her food when she asks. The nurse nods and Julio leaves.

During the grand opening, Valente congratulates Ramon on achieving his dream of opening a shop and he smiles before telling him that they must work hard to get the shop going. Valente then points out their first client, a young redhead, who Ramon goes to help. She introduces herself as Valeria and then asks if he’s owner. Ramon tells her he is, and he will even give her a discount for being the first customer. From afar, Sofia watches Ramon, jealous, as he helps Valeria with her car.

At Antonio’s shop, Fabiola tell Antonio that they must do something before Ramon steals all their clients and proposes that they implement a new system: for every 5 car services, the 6th one is free. She also would place some games in the waiting room for the client’s children and Antonio thinks it’s a great idea. Lucho then comes and announces that Ramon’s shop just got their first client but Antonio shrugs. He asks them to concentrate on their own work and they will beat Ramon soon enough. Fabiola is still angry, but Antonio asks her to wait and time will tell who the best shop is. He then tells Lucho to get back to work and goes to his office with Fabiola in tow. Dalia, who has been listening quietly, looks over at Ramon’s shop and considers her options.

At the hospital, Francisco meets with the doctor who is selling the clinic. He tells Francisco that he would need an answer by today on if he’s buying the clinic or not because he needs to sell it soon. Francisco nods and then leaves to call Fabiola. He doesn’t want to pressure her but the doctor selling the clinic needs an answer soon since he has another offer on the clinic. Fabiola will go talk to Juana right now since she’s close and hangs up.

Ramon meets with another client, as does Valente, and it seems that the shop is doing well thus far. As soon as one client leaves, Juana approaches Ramon to congratulate him again and then kisses him goodbye so he can work. On the street, moments later, Fabiola calls out to Juana and asks her for her portion of the money since she wants to buy Francisco a clinic. Juana reminds her that the clinic would be for Francisco, not for her, but Fabiola wants to help her husband. Juana agrees and tells Fabiola tell let her know when she wants to go to the bank. Juana then leaves in a taxi.

Sofia is with a female client, who prefers Ramon attend her, and Sofia judgingly tells Ramon the client’s request. Valente eggs him on and Ramon goes to help her as Sofia confesses to Valente that she’s annoyed that the clients only want to talk with Ramon. Another female client arrives and tells Valente that she would prefer Ramon attend her. Valente nods and then looks at Sofia, who smiles sarcastically, and gives him a thumbs up.

Adalgiza goes to visit Benito to talk about what didn’t happen between them. Adalgiza begins to cry and wonders if Benito finds her undesirable but Benito confesses that he loves Luisa and that’s the problem. Adalgiza reminds her that Luisa is with Finito, but Benito would rather not think about it. After a quiet moment, Adalgiza confesses that she’s wanted to be with him since they were young and tells him she will lose weight if he prefers a skinnier girl. Benito shakes his head and tells Adalgiza she’s not the problem but the fact that he loves someone else. Adalgiza nods and goes to leave but trips and lands in Benito’s arm as Luisa walks outside and sees them. She walks away quietly as Benito helps Adalgiza stand up. She leaves as Juana arrives and waves to Benito.

By the elevators, Juana finds Luisa crying her eyes out and asks her what is wrong. Luisa tells her that she saw Benito and Adalgiza together and is depressed because he was never like with her in public. Juana begs her to move on, but Luisa confesses that it hurts too much and gives her a fierce hug.

Ramon helps a satisfied client leave his shop as Fabiola watches. Ramon sees her and smiles as Francisco comes and plants a big kiss on Fabiola. Ramon watches this and goes inside his shop as Fabiola asks Francisco to help her close the shop. She then gets inside the car, but her thoughts are only on Ramon.

At the apartment, Juana hands Luisa a tea and asks her how she feels. Luisa continues to cry, and Juana demands she move on and pretend Benito doesn’t exist, or she will never be okay. Luisa nods and then receives a call from Finito, who invites her to the sub shop. Luisa agrees to meet him and then wipes her tears. Juana tells her that everything will be okay soon and Luisa nods before leaving.

The nurse tries to give Hortensia her medicine, but she doesn’t want to drink it. Just then, Francisco and Fabiola arrive, and the nurse tells him the problem. Hortensia tells Francisco that she would rather die than be alive but stuck in bed. Fabiola begs Hortensia to be patient, but Hortensia thinks it’s easy to say but harder to do. The nurse tells Francisco that her vital signs are great, but she needs to drink her medicine to get better. Francisco manages to convince her to drink it and then gives the nurse another pill for Hortensia’s nurse and asks her to give her one in the morning and another at night. Fabiola then kisses Hortensia good night and they leave. They run into Julio in the living room and he thanks them for coming. Julio then asks Fabiola about the money Juana’s going to give her and Fabiola tells him that she and Francisco have plans. Julio reminds her that her money is hers, not Francisco’s, but Fabiola asks him to butt out as she is going to buy a clinic for Francisco and that’s final. She then storms out with Francisco in tow. Once alone, Julio laughs at Francisco’s own cunning ability to get money out of Fabiola.

Margarita receives a bouquet of margaritas and she smiles, thinking they are from Antonio.

Outside the building, Porfirio waits for the delivery boy and hands him a tip. He then thanks him and remembers the first time he gave Margarita a bouquet of margaritas in college. She jumped on him and hugged him tight as they fell to the ground, laughing. He sighs and wonders how he can make things right.

Julio arrives at Juana’s and tells her that Fabiola wants to use the money to buy Francisco a clinic. Juana shrugs, wondering what she can do, but Julio thinks Francisco is taking advantage of Fabiola. Juana doesn’t trust Francisco either, but they decide to let time be the judge. He then tells her that he is spending the night at Hortensia and Juana smiles. He gives her a kiss good night and leaves.

Out in the hallway, Julio curses Francisco for getting the money when he couldn’t. He then texts Emilia and tells her that he will see her at the casino and then in her house. Emilia agrees and then texts Osvaldo to tell him that she can’t see him tonight. Osvaldo is dejected as he waits all day to see her, but Emilia refuses to see him tonight.

Roxana arrives home with Agustin and Diego. He offers to play with Diego, but Diego reiterates that he doesn’t like him and doesn’t want to see him again. He storms off and Roxana apologizes for Diego’s behavior, which has gotten worse since Antonio left them. Agustin shrugs it off as he has her back and Roxana offers to make him dinner. He tells her that he wants some ham and olives and will go get back. Once alone, Roxana smiles to herself, satisfied with the attention.

Outside Roxana’s Agustin sees Antonio getting out of his car and demands to know what he’s doing there. Antonio came to see Diego and Agustin tells him that he came to see Roxana since they are back together. He then chides Antonio for mistreating Roxana and trying to take away Diego. Antonio reveals that Roxana lied to him because the baby she was expecting was not his but Agustin’s. Agustin is floored, and Antonio tells him that he has the DNA results to prove it and that is why he is battling Roxana for Diego’s custody as he doesn’t want a dishonest woman like her raising his son. Agustin is quiet and then walks back to Roxana’s apartment.

Roxana is setting the table when Agustin knocks and demands to know if the baby she lost was his or not. Roxana is quiet, and Agustin demands to know if she denied him his right to be a father, so she could stay with Antonio. He grabs her arms and calls her a wretched, miserable woman. Roxana confesses that she did all those things because she didn’t think he was man enough to be the father of her baby. Agustin curses the day he ever met her and storms out…
