Enamorandome De Ramon #113, 1/9/2018: All future doors are now closed for Julio and Ozzie, as Jorge looks into his past

Patio if all goes as planned, this is my last Recap for this TN. I want to thank all that took the time to read and comment on all of our recaps, it is a labor of love. I did enjoy it as much as it was possible to enjoy, there were some pretty dumb episodes, but then there were some very heartwarming ones and overall it did what it set out to do which was to keep us entertained. I for one can say I've had a blast recapping and commenting on this TN and will miss this group of followers. On to the next one I say, although I don't know which one it will be for me. In the meantime you can find me on the CAER patio.

Repeated Scene: Julio cries like a baby that he is so sad that Betito died and does not want Juana to leave him now, but she insists that he must sleep to get over the drunken state he is in. He states he loved Jorge so much because they had looked forward to Betito with so much love. Fabi and Ramon find that Andrea’s money has disappeared due to Julio using it to gamble.
New scene: Juana comes out to find out from Fabiola that Julio gambled away all of Andrea’s money. Fabi calls Maggie to let her know what Julio did.
Benito gets home and Adalgisa tells him that Luisa had gone to see her and that she is thinking of asking Finito for a divorce, but she needs a little time to convince Finito that they are not right for each other.
Back at the Medina’s Antonio and Maggie find out from Fabi that Julio gambled away all of Andrea’s money. They are all shocked how Julio was able to do this to Andrea.

At the farm Jorge and Andrea continue to discuss the fact that Jorge found out he is adopted. Andrea tries to convince him that it’s not so bad to be adopted and besides since they are not cousins he should be happy. Jorge continues to feel bad because he is not who he has believed he was all his life. He feels bad that he was lied to all his life. Andrea tries to look at all the positives including that they can now get married without feeling guilty.
At Luisa’s house Finito condemns Julio’s actions and tells Luisa that she should not continue working for Julio. Luisa does not agree and questions why they continue to be together if they always disagree. Finito says that marriage is forever and that no one in his family has gotten divorced and he will not be the first one. He goes to sleep and the cat begins to mew (Benito) Luisa comes out to quiet the cat. She tells the cat to calm down and let things take their course, Luisa kisses the cat and he leaves happy.
The next morning Fabi asks Juana how she is going to let Andrea know about the money. She will just tell her straight out. Andrea gets there and Juana tells her what Julio did with her money and that now she is broke. Fabi chimes in and tells her that her account is at zero balance. Andrea can’t believe that Julio did this to her, she will go talk to Maggie because it is a crime and Andrea will not allow him to get away with it.
Jorge goes to Julio to ask him why he lied to him about being adopted, Julio apologizes and says that they decided not to tell him and regrets the way he found out about it. He should have told him when he found out that Jorge loved Andrea. Jorge tells Julio that he does not know if he will be able to continue being his son.
The brigade arrives to confront Julio about the money. Julio pretends to not know what they are talking about and then Maggie tells him that he used Andrea’s money without permission and that is a crime. Andrea gives him a month to pay her back or she will turn him in to the authorities. He then says he only borrowed the money and the intent was to pay her back without her even noticing. He says all he needs a little luck, Andrea does not want to hear how he gets the money she just wants her money back. Maggie tells him that if he does not pay her back he will go to jail. He tells Maggie that she is his sister, how can she talk to him that way. “The same way you forgot Andrea was your niece I can forget you are my brother” Julio sees he is getting nowhere with Maggie and Andrea and turns to Juana. She asks the others to leave her alone with Julio. They all walk out. Maggie goes to see Fabi. Jorge and Andrea discuss how Julio has behaved horribly. Jorge tells Andrea that he needs to get away from everything to clarify how he is feeling and walks away from a devastated Andrea who fears that he will leave her forever.
Maggie gets to the Medina’s house and tells Fabi and Ramon that Julio has no shame, that he said he would make up the money by gambling more. Andrea walks in and tells them that Jorge has left and my never come back.
Back at Julio’s Juana tells him that she now knows that the only reason he pretended to love her was because he wanted the money she was left in charge of (ding, ding, ding, finally got it girl a tad late, but at least you got it) Julio tells her that not everything has been a lie, he truly loves his sons. Juana then tells him that if he had been around for Osbaldo he would not now be in Jail. This shocks Julio because he had no idea. “they captured him when you were stuck in the casino” “It was never my intention to hurt anyone, I am sick”, Juana tells him she will not feel sorry for him no matter what he says, because she does not trust him. He tells that everyone makes mistakes and then she very eloquently tells him that “this was no mistake, this was a betrayal because he knew that he could hurt her, and he did and now there is now turning back” As she opens door to leave Hortensia gets there.
Juana tells her that she is leaving for good because Julio is sick and hurts everyone. Hortensia begins to question Julio and Julio says that he is a gambler lost all his money, all of Andreas Money. Along the way he spills the rest of the beans to Hortensia including that he had another son, that Jorge is adopted. Hortensia can’t believe but now understands why she never could find that he looked like anyone in the family. Julio than asks Hortensia to please help him because he is sick, she tells him he is not sick he is just has an addiction. He asks Hortensia to lend him money to pay back Andrea, but Hortensia has no money to lend him, but suggests he sell his apartment and go live with her. (This in itself is a great punishment, but not enough.
Juana comes back to the Medina’s house and informs everyone that she will not forgive Julio although he recognizes he is sic and that he is wrong. Andrea continues to feel sad that Jorge left, and then they think maybe he went to the convent to talk to Mother Anselma, Ramon volunteers to go look for him. At a dinner Francisco sees a news article about the fact that he is a wanted fugitive for kidnapping Ramon and Sofia.
Jorge goes to see Mother Anselma. She tells him where his mother was from, and her name that is all she knows about her. Also tells him that she only lived two hours after he was born. She was cremated and was placed in the garden. He tells her that he is going to go to the town where his mom was from to see if he can find out something about her.
Juana gets a call from Luisa, she wants to know how Jorge is doing, and Juana says he went away because he could not handle the recent revelations. She also says that Julio is back. She informs Luisa about the fact that he is a gambler who lost all his money and all of Andrea’s money as well. Juana tells Luisa that she feels like an idiot for falling for his lies and his ploy. Luisa says that she will quit working with him, Juana laughs because even if she wanted to work for Julio he would not be able to pay her wages. Luisa tells her to feel better because it’s best she found out before getting married. Juana states she is sure that Julio never intended to marry her.
Ramon goes to see Mother Anselma, she spills the beans about Barra de Cazones the town that Jorge is going to go look for information about his mother.
Luisa tells Finito that she will no longer work with Julio, Finito is happy that she is quitting because now she can go work at the Torta (sandwich) shop. Luisa says they should get divorced because their marriage is just a signed paper. Finito refuses.
Ramon calls Fabiola to let her know he is in the town where Jorge went to look for his heritage. He will be staying the night.
Juana is crying and asking St. Jude to help her get over this pain. Fabi comes to tell her Ramon is staying away this night because he is trying to find Jorge. Fabi also says that she feels bad for Juana because of what Julio did to her. Juana admits that Julio did break her heart, and that she will never forgive herself for falling for him. Fabi tells her that Julio did that to all of them. Juana feels guilty that because of her Julio cheated Andrea out of her money.
At home Julio is feeling sorry for himself, but not so bad that he won’t serve himself liquor. Hortensia brings him dinner and begins to talk to him about what they are going to do to fight his addiction. She mentions several locations that dedicate themselves to helping people with addictions
At Barra de Cazones, Veracruz Jorge begins to interview the neighbors of the area without much success. He eventually finds a lady that knew his grandmother and his father, his name was Genaro and he was a fisherman who died at sea. There are no other relatives, but the lady says she may have pictures.
Julio goes to the pawn shop to pawn the silverware for $3,000 pesos about 300 dollars.
Maggie goes to Pedro to tell him all of the latest adventures of Julio the Gambler.
Julio goes to see Osbaldo and finally sees Osvaldo’s amputation and finds out why and how he lost his leg. Osvaldo asks to have Julio pay him for an attorney but Julio admits he can’t because he is broke due to his gambling addiction. Ozzie then realizes that without Julio he will have to stay in jail without receiving any help from dear old dad. After this realization Ozzie tell Julio to go rot in hell, the exact word was “pudrete” or I hope you rot. He hops out of there and leaves Julio in the visiting area alone to sulk, and regret.

Sandie..thank you for this excellent recap and for all the recaps you provided for us.

Okay..here we go.... anvil time for the wicked.

HAving to live with Hor is a form of punishment. It is always interesting to see bad folks end up together tormenting each other. And now OOze knows that nobody is going to save him from jail.

run, FRannie, run.You could have had a good life as a doctor with benefits from Becky. Now, SuperMarg will try to retrieve Fabu's money.

Thanks for all your hard work on this one Sandie. Loved your characterization of the group confronting Julio as "the brigade". Indeed, they were finally going to battle with their "estafador" relative. Good call too on highlighting Juana's statement that Julio's actions were not a "mistake" but a "betrayal". Yeah, mistakes are dropping a glass or forgetting your cellphone. Gambling away your nieces entire inheritance (and Juana doesn't even know about the poisoning of the huerta) is definitely waaaaay more than a mistake. It's a cold-blooded, selfish decision to use others' money to feed your own addiction.

And kudos for giving us the dollar equivalent of the pesos Julio was offered for the family silver. My brain always goes dead when it comes to those details.

I'll be recording the 9 pm show with Sebastian Rulli for my next telenovela. Looks rather soppy and sappy, but I can handle that better than the dark, bleak Caer type of story.

Sandie, what an outstanding title!

Your "swan song" here was sensational.

"Luisa comes out to quiet the cat. She tells the cat to calm down and let things take their course, Luisa kisses the cat and he leaves happy" was fantastic.

"Hortensia has no money to lend him, but suggests he sell his apartment and go live with her. (This in itself is a great punishment, but not enough" is indicative of the wonderful work you've done here.

So he sold the silver. I think it's safe to say rock bottom has been reached.

I am glad Jorge has wasted no time going in search of his past. And his present.

Rather ironic Ozzie telling "Julio to go rot in hell". If that occurs, they will be sitting side by side, won't they?

If Juana is in pain now, imagine how bad it would be if she and Julio had married. You dodged a bullet girl, be grateful.

Not sure what will occur to make Finito change his mind...

Most of the villains are getting their anvils, but I'm curious as to whether or not Dalia's (more than indiscretions) will be found out.

Fran and Sophia's judgement is yet to come.

Sandie, thank you for everything. It has been a pleasure - we have all had so much fun here. See you on Caer.

Diana

Sandie: It was an amazing recap.

Diana: I really hope Dalia gets her anvil soon.

Judy: Karma still hitting Julio BIGLY & rightfully so. Let's hope he goes to prison.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Sandie. "Kisses the cat and the cat leaves happy" was a hoot. And thank you for all the recaps you did for all us here.

Finally we get a half coherent message in this TN as already distilled above by NudyB. I am sick of any aberrant, wrong, hurtful, destructive, behavior just being "XXX made a bad choice." or , "Oops...that was a mistake".

Some people pursue conscious, deliberate, evil behavior, knowing full well the damage they are causing and could care not one tweet who gets hurt as long as it is not them. The only time we ever see any tears is when they get caught, and lie as they will about "Sorry", etc, the tears are for themselves.

Yes Julio may have an addiction, but it is HIS addiction which he welcomed, and it is his to solve. If he is unwilling to do that society needs to put him in a little place like poor Dr. Parrot lives in so that his 'addiction' does not cause others harm. Throw him in jail.

Julio is a perfect example of being raised to understand that in life there are no consequences. (Not exactly true?) We saw last night a small clue about how Julio came to be Julio, with HorrorMom.

BTW, didn't Julio have a job and secretary and all? Are those gone? We actually didn't see him being fired for not showing up for work.

So...wow, I feel better, how about you? Let's let Julio simmer on low heat for a while, and pursue the boiling Cyst that is about to pop. So is Francystco hiding out in VERACRUZ?

Yup, the Ooze is SOL. He was almost caught red handed, as he will have a hard time convincing anyone that the real perp sneaked into his Dad's house and left those drugs there.

I was glad to see Jorge:
1.. Get out of that whole Medina zoo and get some breathing room.
2.. Go on his Ancestry Tour.

BTW..Mom and Pop out for a 'walk' together.

Great picture Kirby. Haven't seen a blue sky in a while much less such beautiful birds. Here in Ohio it's grey skies, sparrows, robins and squirrels. And some crotchety raccoons.

Loose Ends
1. Julio poisoned the farm
2. Dalia knew about the kidnapping
3. Sofia ordered the murder of Fabi
4. Rulo and others stealing car parts from Antonio
5. Rulo tampered with the brakes on Fabi's 'student' car
6. Cyst poisoned HorrorMom as her Doctor and tried to kill her
7. Naughty helped
8. Cyst was unfaithful to Fab with Naughty
9. Diego was caught masturbating at school
10.

Thanks JudyB.

Thank you, Sandy. For this recap and all your work on this TN.

"walks away from a devastated Andrea who fears that he will leave her forever" - a little of youthful over-dramatization. Of course he is not going to leave her. But Andrea just found out that she was robbed one million pesos, and now this. It was a tough morning for her.

Why would Julio even listen to Juana and try to justify himself. There is nothing more he can get from her, she has lost all her usefulness. I think he would just say, "Have you finished? Whatever." rolling his eyes.

I totally expect Hor to reject Jorge because he is not "her family." And good riddance.

Diana, "So he sold the silver. I think it's safe to say rock bottom has been reached." - Yes. And also shows that he has learned nothing. Goes on as usual.

Kirby, I don't think Dalia knew about the kidnapping. She had suspicions and she confronted Cyst about it, but he said he is not a criminal and that convinced her. Dalia has her share of "indiscretions," like Diana said, but I don't think we can pin this on her.

Jorge has no reason, based on his relationship with Andrea, to leave her. On the contrary, she is really about all he has right now, absence his 'family'. All the reason more to stay. He simply needs some room and time to sort this out.

Great comments!!

Judyb..do you have sunny skies today like we do ? Temps are rising here and the upper 50s are predicted for later in the week. Then, temps drop into the 30s next week. #coatsscarfbootswinter

Kirby...thanks for the list. I wish that the writers had it . I have a funny feeling that some of those points have evaporated into the mist.

They say that people with addictions have to hit rock bottom before they try to help themselves.Even then, there can be back peddaling. Julio seems doomed. Back to mother. Will he commit suicide rather man up? What was his business anyway?

Jorge and Andrea will be fine. They are young and in love and lots of people start out together with nothing and work together to build a good life.

With a mother like Nor and a brother like Jjlio how did Marg turn out to be a super hero? Perhaps, dad was a great guy , and Marg was his fav.

Susanlynn: Jorge and Andrea have that little farm, whose soil will bounce back. The prognosis was a year or two of letting it lay fallow before returning crops to it. And as far as we know, it is paid for with no liens. Did Julio spend the Franchise money too or do they own that, for what it's worth?

Susie I heard your same Randy Rooster joke years ago playing dead....Buzzards....

See, Julio has not really hit rock bottom. Where there was supposed to be an unforgiving rock, there was a nice comfortable MOM. So he had a soft gentle landing rather than a Wiley Coyote splat! landing, so he is probably doomed. He will steal HorrorMom blind in the long run and destroy what little is left of her life too.

Gambling is Evil

And politicians are evil. Years ago here in FlorDUH they went on a huge advertising campaign to sell the Florida Lottery, the pitch being that it would generate a lot of revenue to be used for our schools.

Given that, we (they) voted it in. And true to their word, the proceeds were used for the schools. Conversely, at the same time, the Legislature cut the preexisting revenues to the schools by an equal amount. So the schools benefited zero, and the criminal politicians had that much more money to steal and waste. And this is real life, not some TN.

Kirby...as a farmer's daughter, I find it hard to believe that the soil would be safe that soon. Nowadays, the soil is tested before a farm can be sold, but....whatever. I do not know about the money. All I know is that Julio gambled away any money he managed to get his hot little hands on. P.s. When his hair was all messed up, you could see how gray Marcelo is getting. He is turning into a silver fox. I hope that he is a good guy in his next show. I am bummed out that he has turned into such a fichito (new word..thanks, Chickie).

OT...Kirby...years ago, my uncle moved his family from NJ to Florida when he was relocated for his job. They found that the schools were pretty far behind the NJ schools. The northeastern states seem to put more money into education.

P.s.We are not gamblers in our family, but our younger daughter gave Hubba a few lottery tickets for Christmas , and he did enjoy scratching them off and discovering that he won $53.00. Winning is always fun. It's the losing that isn't fun.

Thank you so much for this final bow, Sandie! It was a great episode to recap, for sure, with a lot of stories finally reaching their climax.

I would feel bad for Julio but he lied, cheated, stole, treated people like crap, omitted information for so long, that I can feel as much sympathy for him as Osvaldo, Francisco, Chava or Rulo at this point. His whole family wants to send him to jail and, worse of all, he only has Hortensia for support. I doubt anyone will ever take him back, let alone trust him, again.

Good that Andrea stood her ground. I'm happy to see Juana didn't torture Dr. Parrot this time around. I wonder if the parrot's owners took their pet back because of animal cruelty.

So we only have Francisco and Sofia left on the villain side. Will she find Francisco on her way back from Colombia? And how will Rosendo factor into this as well?

Still lots to see and only a few hours left.

Thank you once again, Sandie, for all your hard work on this patio. It hasn't been easy but it's sure been fun.

Re: The Land, I don't know. Mother Nature heals surprisingly fast. I assume it all depends on what was used. Malathion, though harmless to vegetation, an insecticide, breaks down in a month or so into weak acetic acid. vinegar.

I want the family to discover the land poisoning. To me that is a different caliber of crime than simple theft of funds. It is clandestine, conniving and shows planning on a diabolical scale.

The message from most of the telenovelas that I have watched is that whatever you send out into the world eventually comes back to you.

I am not going to try to discover why the land thing bothers me so much. You can probably look at my photographs and figure it out. But theft of money entrusted to you is pretty bad, though on any other planet they would have known better. But to destroy something of hers in the hopes of getting your hands on even more money to steal and fritter away in pursuit of your hobby is just the lowest. That is a biblical 'cut off the hands' type of transgression.

Kirby..yeah, back in the day, farmers were given all kinds of poisons to spray on their crops...like DDT..which poisoned the soil and the farmers. Farmers often developed and died from respiratory problems. Julio showed his stupidity when he had those fields poisoned. He had no moral compass.

Susanlynn, no blue skies here. We specialize in GRAY in Ohio. Also specialize in OVERCAST. NudyB is not likely to be nudy anytime soon.

I miss Wisconsin. There the Winters were Blue Sky and Snow. Pretty great. Along with Friday night Fish Fry, applesauce, potato pancakes and awesome beer. Oh, yeah, and the Green Bay Packers and Vince Lombardi.

Well, after that deep freeze which plunged the Funshine State into pandemonium, upper seventies have briefly returned with blue skies and sunshine.

Seriously, Tampa had something like 30 major water main breaks which washed out major holes in streets and shut down whole blocks.

Our state bird should be a crack Hoe pushing a shopping cart. Good weather though. :-)

Thanks patio for stopping by and all your very interesting and insightful comments. Like I said before the TN at times was not up to par but the Patio has always been a good place and many times a lot more interesting.

Kirby: I am so with you about hoping for no lose ends. The villains did so much damage that hopefully all gets found out. Especially what Julio did to the land and what Frank did with the Nasty Nurse.

What bothers me is how Sofia's story line has just simply disappeared...too easy, I'm afraid she will be back with a vengeance because Rosendo was livid about the loss of his Merchandise. I am hoping he finds out Frank turned the gang in.

Another lose end is Franks attempted dirty dealings with his attorney to try to cheat Fabi out of more money. And let us not forget that he raped Fabi.

I lived in St. Louis Missouri for years after I graduated from college, and it was called 'America's biggest small town', back then..Normal guys with Bondo and primer on their cars, Fish Fries like you mentioned, Judy, and just an Americana, homey feel. A far cry from Florida where nobody but the 'Mechanicos' knows a spark plug from a lug wrench and ghetto cruisers are blasting by at midnight with their music blaring. The ONLY thing which keeps me here is all that beautiful blue water out there.

Good Morning...well just about afternoon here in the RGV where we have a hefty breeze and blue skies.

Thank you Sandie so much for all your hard work throughout this TN. Your recaps were a joy to read...and this one was really great!

Everyone has said just about everything I had thought of, especially about Julio the Narcissistio Foolio who has pretty much hit rock bottomio...but as Kirby indicated...not a Wiley Coyote splat which I was SO looking forward to. BTW, Julio is an accountant and has his own office...so that is something else he could sell off...there hasn't been any mention of him paying rent, so I'm thinking he owns the office.

Kirby, thanks for the list of loose ends. I was also wondering what happened to all of Porfirio's assets...did he leave them to Marg so she could enjoy them with Antonio?

The land thing bothers me too...more so than the money thing. The people he stole from can defend themselves, file charges, have his legs broken...whatever...but the land is defenseless...and all it does is give.

There's one little pet peeve that has been bothering me...very minor but still bothersome in terms of poor thinking (are we surprised?) from the directors/set coordinators. When Cyst gave Horhellia her first injection, she screamed her head off and Luisa, who was in the same apartment didn't hear a thing. When Jorge and Noe had their shouting match, Juana, Fabi and Ramon heard them just as if they were in the next room, yet in a subsequent episode Marg was at Julio's place and said she was going to see Fabi...and she used the elevator! I know trivial stuff, but it bugs me that the directors think they can pull these things on us without us noticing.

RGV these are my notes from the show
Apartment Numbers from entry doors:

Juana 101
Marg 4
Julio 301
Cyst 304
Antoino 402

Love St. Louis Kirby and the jazz down by the river. Glad you were able to spend a number of years down there. It's a great town.

Now on another OT...they're showing Hasta el Fin del Mundo again on Unimás. Not wild about the show but the recaps are hilarious, especially those by Cynderella. She is probably the funnest and most outrageous recapper we have ever had. She and our Susanlynn got up to a lot of mischief on Amores Verdaderos.

Yes, RGV Chick, the whole layout of the apartment building seems very strange indeed. Every time they walk out the door they seem to be going in different directions. Oh well, another very loose end.

It appeared that Juana, Horror, (did not get her number) Julio and Antonio all lived in the same building from the door numbers, the lever handles on the doors and the porthole in the kitchen door.

I spent a lot of happy years in St. Louis, but my roots were down South and I eventually answered the call.

SusanLynn must to detention hall like the boy in the Bud Light commercial who escapes the "Pit Of Misery" to go get Bud Light and returns to the astonishment of his acquaintances there. :-)

SusanLynn must BE to detention hall like the boy in the Bud Light commercial who escapes the "Pit Of Misery" to go get Bud Light and returns to the astonishment of his acquaintances there. :-)

Bees are important

Kirby and Chickie...wow...I just noticed that the apartments had doors. Kirby, you noticed the numbers and hardware. I have a problem with not noticing things. Years ago, Hubba dropped me off at work. When he picked me up, he asked if I noticed anything. I said "no." He had shaved off his beard. Another time , we were sitting in the family room watching TV. He asked me if I noticed anything new. I said "no." He had bought a color tv to replace our tiny black and white portable.

Judyb...certain people come to realize that it is fun to wind me up..Cinderella is one of them. That whole AV dialogue between us started with me asking why Erika never wore capris, shorts, or slacks. She always wore skirts and dresses. Cinderella always got me going.

P.s. My tablet turned your name into nudyb three times after I typed nudyb. It did it again!!.!!!! #hatethistab!et

Really good recap. It's always good
When the Anvils fall. And Sad too, when
There are people being hurt.Jorge,andy
Jauana,as dumb as she was and no real
Experience with lo-life men,she really
Deserved better. And she had it,and sent him away.
I was shocked to see him sell the family silverware. And he only got $300.
Is he going to go and gamble with that? And He asked mom for money to gamble, really?
This man is pitiful. And nothing phases
Moma. And now she wants to cart him off to a rehab. Good luck with that momsy.

Glad jauana own the bad decisions she
Made. She had all kinds of bells and whistles going off. But like you said sandie They're here to entertain us, and that they Did. So now we look forward to all the Happy endings. Between now and tomorrow
Night? Whenever.

I enjoyed this patio.Nobody can pick at these backward thinkin folk like we can
And have fun with it. Thanks for the
Wonferful action packed recaps,Sandie &
Ms Chick, susyQ,JudyB,and all the other recap Captians. Thank you all. I'll be lookin forward to reading you all in the next silly adventure.

Thank you guys

#trygrowingbiggerfingers

Nina...see you on our next adventure together !!!😳

Sandie, thanks so much for all of your amazing work on this TN!

Kirby loose ends, number 9? When did that happen? Does he even know what that is? Are you pullin our hamstrings? And what happened to number 10?

NiNa: I heard that if you are serious all the time it shortens your life, so I'm trying to make it to a hundred !

I liked numbers one through nine so much, I forgot to erase ten before I hit the submit.
But yeah, I made up number NiNe. :-)

What did I tell you all, this Patio is definitely more fun then some of those Ramon episodes. Lol Nina. And SusanLynn with the tablet with a mind of it's own. And Kirby your quick witted list. And RGV yes agreed there will be many lose ends left I can just see it.

Sandie, Right. We could have a Hee Haw with a couple of Howdy Doody reruns.

All the Hall Monitors gave up and left a few TNs ago when they discovered we enjoyed detention hall as much as we do the patio.

They made the mistake of putting more than one of us in there at the same time, only to come back later and find us having a fine time and Dorito crumbs all over everything. :-)

Yikes, almost showtime. bye

Thank you Sandie! It was a pleasure serving here with you in this patio and discussing Ramon. As it comes to an end, I'm always a little sad. But on to the next one. Your recaps are always so detailed and descriptive.

My favorite part of this recap: "Back at Julio’s Juana tells him that she now knows that the only reason he pretended to love her was because he wanted the money she was left in charge of (ding, ding, ding, finally got it girl a tad late, but at least you got it)" And I was so glad that she really and finally told him off too!

Gosh how much lower is Julio going to go? Now he's pawning the family silver. Now he has to go live with Mommy dearest. But she is one of those enablers. He will pull the wool over her eyes and she will say, "Oh that's fine, Mijito."

Maybe Sofia and Cyst should get together and join her father's drug trade. Then they can get caught by the police and go to prison. I wonder how far Sofia will go in her obsession because she is truly obsessed with Ramon! Cyst on the other hand is just in for revenge and money.

It was good to see Jorge go to discover his ancestry. I think that will put some closure on his feelings and at least he knows he wasn't abandoned and that his mother loved him and he also knows that his parents loved each other.
