Caray, Caray!

 Eliesa Dolittle tells Adriana that Cobra and her goons took everything from her, she wants her revenge. Adriana thinks she’s playing with fire, she can’t do this on her own, she needs to tell Leo everything. Elisa is opposed to this, he’d be too disappointed in her, he’s already suffering because of Julia’s lies. Adriana points out the obvious, she’s already lying to him. All of a sudden Elisa remembers that she’s upset with him, he’s investigating her galleries. Bohoo, tears come out, as Adriana tries to reason with her. At first she was afraid to tell the truth, then she fell in luuv, was afraid to lose him. But he left regardless, she only has her family now, she needs to protect them. And she needs Adriana's help in order to do so. Adriana promises to think about it and to keep her secret.

Fer is trying to explain to Fab that she has no hidden relationship with Eww, she just told him about her mother’s disease. And Eww warned her that no man would want a woman with these many problems. He’s right, Fab is distant, treats her badly, and puts a lot of pressure on her. Fab blames it on the investigation, but he does care. Fer apologizes, she is feeling very bad about everything that is happening.

Clara and Leo chat about Majo – for now she’s agreed to help them catch Cobra. But, Clara warns, they need to be careful because she still loves him, today she might be OK helping them, tomorrow who knows. They both agree they need to hurry.

At the precinct, Leo is informed by one of his superiors that the investigation into the Cantu galleries has been stopped. Leo is upset. 

At the same time Eww gives Fab the good news. It cost them a lot of money, but for now they can be at peace. The police had to suspend the investigation, this will give them enough time to separate the constructora from the galleries and Augusto’s shady business. Eww notices that both he and his son love Cantu women. Fab thinks his situation is harder, Eww agrees that Elisa still loves Leo, but he’s sure Fab can win her over. The only one not believing this is Fab himself. 

Elisa comes down for breakfast. Majo will go to school today, refuses Elisa’s help with re-enrollment. Elisa turns to her mom, she needs her help to get Renata out of that hospital. They can all help Ren get better at home. Vic disagrees, Elisa is away all the time and Majo can’t even take care of herself, which means that she will have to deal with Ren all on her own. And Ren has already tried to kill her once. Elisa suggests hiring someone, there is no way that Renata is better off being sedated all the time in the hospital. Vic very reluctantly agrees to have another talk with the shrink. 

The nurse gives Mauricio a copy of the file that contains information about Renata's surgery. It looks like he can read medical jargon (because he's smart, remember), he knows what has happened with Renata and he has a very hard time dealing with it.

Teresa and Sara talk about JLow. Sara is very sad, Tere points out that her mother in law had the same life with her own husband, except nobody used to talk about this type of things back in the day. He never helped around the house, either, not even when he was not working. And JLow followed this example. Sara has never looked at things this way, she always thought that she was doing the right thing, taking care of the family, keeping the peace; she now realizes that she probably raised a macho. Teresa refuses to live like this, she doesn’t want Leslie to have this type of role model, she doesn’t want her daughter to have a master when she gets married, but a partner who will love her. (As a mother of two daughter, I 100% agree with this. It makes me mad when I see certain women educate their sons as delicate princes who deserve everything)

Mario comes to the police station, Adriana wonders how come he’s not spying on Clara. He explains that Leo is with her. She’s upset because she always considered him a friend, but now she can’t even trust him anymore. Everybody treats her badly, they think she got the promotion because she’s sleeping with JLow. Does he realize that she’s getting the same money as before? Of course nobody mentions this because it doesn’t work well with their rhetoric, but she did get the job because she deserved it and she is going to prove everybody that she IS the boss. 

I do believe that Adriana is qualified for her job and she deserves it, but that doesn't mean that JLow didn't pick her just to use her. I hope sooner rather than later Adriana and Mario will team up once again, this time against him.

Clara and Majo come to Leo’s house, they start plotting ways to get to Cobra. Leo assures Majo that she will be safe. Majo wants Dario in jail because she knows she won’t be able to stay away from him otherwise. She knows she sounds crazy, she’s tried to forget him, but it’s too hard. She’s afraid that he might end up dead, though. Leo assures her that they need Cobra very much alive so he can tell them everything about the people he’s working for. Majo asks if Elisa is aware of their plot, Leo would rather she not be informed.

Sara is supposed to go to church. But she finds Dario outside the house (waiting for Majo). He expertly finds a reason for his presence there. He was planning to knock but he saw two girls going and became shy (hahaha). He’d like to ask a favor.

Adriana goes to JLow’s office with some papers to sign. He’s playing the understanding boyfriend/ cool boss. He confirms that her promotion and pay raise have been sealed and approved. And assures her that he’d never move into her house without her approval. He’d never force himself on her, he only wishes for them to have a real relationship, they both deserve to be happy. Adriana will think about it. In the meantime, let's get to work, let's both sign these papers, since we are both in charge. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING, ADRIANA!

Fernanda calls in sick with Elisa and refuses her friend’s help. She doesn’t know what she has, she could be contagious, Elisa should refrain from stopping over with food.

Of course Fer has never been healthier, it’s just that Juanito has a fever and she has no clue how to handle him. Her mom asks the nurse to give him a warm bath while they wait for a doctor to come. Fer looks genuinely worried, why isn’t she able to take care of her son? Her mom points out that she never learned how, but she’ll have to get on it fast, because she won’t be around much longer.

Dario has taken Sara to see his mother! The ladies get to talking about their kids and how a mother’s worry never ends. Piedad would like to see Dario happy, independent. Sara is very proud of her two sons, they’re both cops (this information gets Piedad a bit rattled). Dario is Piedad’s treasure, her only son. His father was so evil, he used to be very abusive, once he hit her so badly, she could never stand up again. Sara is shocked to hear this, did Piedad ever go to the police? No, the man is still part of their lives, she lives in fear and Dario hates him. Sara urges Piedad to go to the police, it’s the only way to stop her son from doing something foolish. Dario walks in, he can take Sara back home as soon as she’s ready.

Downstairs, he calls Leo, he knows that Majo is with him, but he’s not Julia’s killer or the responsible for the art trafficking. Leo points out that he is a kidnapper and he has Elisa terrorized. Dario laughs it off, he’s always one step ahead, Leo should better worry for his own family. Does he know why mom is spending so much time in church? Leo calls Sara, who doesn’t answer. He calls JL next, frantically tells him that Cobra has their mother.

JL calls Cobra, how dare he put his hands on his momma? Dario assures him that Sara is alright, visiting with his own mother, neither know the type of sons they have. JL doesn’t like this type of provocation, the fact that he’s the boss’ son doesn’t make him immortal (wow, to know such a big secret it means that JL has been involved with Eww for a very long time). He hangs up the phone just as Adriana walks in. He screams at her, losing the goodwill he’d gained earlier. He wants to see Mario, doesn’t care if he has another assignment. Adriana gets Mario. JL asks him to update the file they have on Augusto and Julia’s killing. When Mario points out that he’s busy with something else, he gets the screaming treatment, too. Both Adriana and Mario look like they miss Tapioca a little bit.

Elisa is reading a text from Dario who wants to meet at the gallery. Fab and Eww walk into her office with the good news that the investigation has been stopped. Fab lets it slip that Eww knows about the blackmail, Elisa is scared, but Eww reassures her that they’re family and he will always help her and be there for her. She’s oh so grateful with her lovely tio.

Sara arrives home. She calmly explains to a worried Leo that she went to visit a sick friend. Leo thinks she’s lying, when JL comes home he blames Leo for everything, he’s putting HIS (not theirs) family in danger.

Victoria has arrived at the manicomio, she watches as the shrink injects Renata. They are both waiting for Elisa to arrive.

When she gets there, she demands that her sister be allowed to go home. The shrink and Victoria object, Renata can harm herself and others. Elisa insists that her sister needs her family’s love, not constant sedation. She looked into it and she can prove that Victoria is not doing what’s best for Renata. She can also get a power of attorney and get her sister out of the hospital. Ah, Eliesa Dolittle finally DOES.

Leo and Majo continue their sneaking around, this time at the Cantu mansion. Majo asks Leo to come inside, even Dario can’t see through walls. The maid sees them, though.

Leslie has heard her parents fight and she wants to know if JL hit Teresa. She says no, he only humiliated her, made her feel worthless. Leslie wonders how things got to this place. Teresa admits she did love JL when they were novios, but then she realized she was mistaken about him. He always had to have the last word, she had no freedom, no power to make something of herself. So she decided she wasn’t going to be the only one to suffer, she became nasty, stopped taking care of herself. It was a way to punish JL and herself. But that is not what she wants for her daughter! Leslie needs to take care of herself, to be strong and healthy, independent and capable of anything that she sets her mind to. Not for others, but for herself. Leslie is touched.

Sonia is asking the maid if she can go to the garden (poor girl). The maid says that Eww is having someone over, a cop. Is it Leo, Sonia asks with hope?  No, it’s another guy.

JLow  and Eww are complaining to one another.  JLow can’t stand Dario anymore, Eww would like to see Leo dead. Now that he got the extra money he asked for, what is JLow going to do about his brother? They need to send him a message that they are not to be played with. Should they take out Eliesa, JLow suggests. No, Eww is not done with her. Someone else. As Sonia is listening from the top of the stairs, Eww tells JLow to eliminate Adriana, Leo’s cop friend. JLow has a moment of hesitation, then says he’ll take care of it.

Leo and Majo are plotting. Since Dario is following her, they need to stick to their plan. Nobody can know the details, only them. Majo is getting cold feet, Leo assures her that she has all the control, Dario is desperate to see her. So, be strong, you can do it (the patio has some doubts).

Vic and Eliesa are arriving home, fighting about Renata. Eliesa actually tells her mother that she only wants to come off as a good mother, but Ren is not feeling loved at the moment. Vic is very afraid, what will Renata react like when she finds out Sonia is pregnant with Marcelo’s maybe baby. The maid sees them arrive and whispers to Eliesa that Leo is in the house, she will keep Victoria busy while Eliesa goes inside.

Majo has agreed to Leo’s idea. They decide to stay in contact just as Eliesa shows up. She realizes that Leo’s plan to use Majo to get to Dario has been put into motion and instead of offering to help, she gets mad.  Majo tells her to mind her own business, but Eliesa makes it all about her. Leo lied, Leo used her ,waah waaah, now he plans to do the same with Majo.
