Caray, Caray!

1.  Chente and Natalia observe each other in their shared jail cell. 

2. A visibly deflated Tavo tells  Chole that he never thought that having a child was important to her. Well, it is. He admits that he always wanted to be a father, too. She doesn't want to pressure him but at their ages. . . She offers him an alternative to sleeping on the couch in his office when Benja goes home.  Tavo wants to do things the right way so when he is legally free, they will be able to show their love for each other  out in the open. They kiss. 

3. Connie arrives home with "just a gigolo"William who ignores her offer of a drink to get hot and heavy with her. An animated Connie  tells him to wait  a second so she can check that her husband isn't  home. Tavo isn't at home so Connie is very open to Will's advances. 

4. Teresa tells her granddaughters to not worry about their mother because Claudio is using his influence with important people to solve the situation.  Regina is worried about her mother. Andrea feels like they have been cursed. Teresa knocks on wood and says not at all.  Their father made unforgivable decisions and that is what has allowed them to end up here.  Regina tells Teresa she can stay with Claudio in her mother's room and that she and Andrea will stay in the maid's quarters. Andrea complains.

5. JuanGa comes downstairs accompanied  by 2XJosé and a glazier who has just put in new windows. JuanGa pays him. Regina makes a point of thanking the brothers for getting the windows repaired. 2XJosé grins ear to ear while JuanGa can only think about going to get  some "tortugas" (turtles). Andrea is grossed out but 2XJosé explains they are sandwiches (tortas) witham and chicken. Andrea acts like she knew what they were talking about . . . JuanGa  wants to know if they are coming or not. Andrea refuses saying they are not going to  fall for one of their tricks again. 2XJosé says they know they went over the line but they were trying to help Chente out. Regina agrees with Andrea but Teresa is more than happy to go with the guys. 

6. Claudio is down at the jail demanding that they let his client Natalia out immediately. The officer is not impressed as Claudio tries to threaten him with his "influence." The officer  tells Claudio it is best to come back early tomorrow morning. As Claudio goes on and on, the officer threatens to throw him in jail, too! Claudio slinks off.

7. Back in the cell and in the dark, Natalia is getting cold and she is startled seeing a huge cockroach making its way across the floor.  She alerts Chente who laughs and gets up to stomp on it. She jumps on the cot and hides her eyes as Chente's shoe does the job.  He assures her that if another one arrives, he will be waiting for it. She thanks him but he cannot understand how she could be afraid of a cockroach after stoning his windows. She apologizes for having stoned his windows. She reacted badly to the situation. She just exploded. Chente admits  that he, too, should have discussed things with her but he flew off the handle. Natalia about how desperate of a situation she is in. She never lied to him. Her sister made it up. Chente pegs her sister as a real pain. Natalie thinks Connie resents her because their parents didn't love them both the same.  Natalia was their father's favorite. He avoided Connie whenever he could because she was so hateful to him. The fact is that her father had another family and he never married their mother. Natalia  thinks that Connie is enjoying the fact that she married somebody much worse than their father. Chente sits next to her on the cot ands says it is best he not see Adrián up close and personal or he would have to squash him worse than  that cockroach. 

8. Back on the island of St. Germaine in a romantic setting in a gazebo, Adrián hands Verónica a ring box. He tells her that he is sure about them and their relationship. She knows what is coming but wants him to ask her THE QUESTION on one knee before she opens the box.  He places the ring on her finger and proposes.  She accepts but  is concerned about him getting a divorce from Natalia back in Mexico. Adrián sees no need. They have new identities. The past does not exist.

9. Connie is having a great time having sex with William unaware of fact that he is recording their activity.

10. Everyone is sharing the tortas at Chente's house. Regina loves them and Teresa loves the neighborhood.  Juanga says the law of the neighborhood rules: everyone looks after everyone else. Teresa thinks that is just lovely. 

11. A defeated Claudio comes back. No, Natalia is not with him. Nobody would even listen to his arguments about the law. He sees the chicken and his thoughts turn to food. 2XJosé at JuanGa's urging asks the girls to go out on a walk.  Regina nicely turns them down. Claudio asks if the boys live there. They say no, but it is their brother's house. Claudio says the guests are tired.  The boys get the message and leave.

12. Chente and Natalia talk about their predicaments. She suggests, at this difficult time in both of their lives, that they become allies like good friends so that they can both help and protect their children the  best they can. They talk about the problems that their children have.  There is Andrea but also Regina who hides her emotions. What Chente would not  give to hear his son call him "papá" again.  Chente starts to cry and Natalia puts a hand on his shoulder to comfort him. 

13. At the same time, Chole  is comforting a sleeping Benja in her bed. 

14. Tavo is stretched out on his couch in his office with the light on dreaming of  Connie telling him that a REAL MAN has a family and he never could do the job, etc. He wakes up full of fear.  

15. Back in the cell, Natalia asks Chente what happened to his wife. He explains that she was shot in a bank robbery in full view of Benja on Benja's birthday.  Chente says that he was supposed to go to the bank but his wife volunteered so he could go get Benja's birthday gift. Now he feels guilty that his son has  to grow up without his mother. As he sobs, Natalia holds him.  He hugs her back. 

16. Back in the maid's quarters, Andrea is moaning about the accommodations saying is like summer camp. Regina tries to look at the bright side saying it isn't the best but it is clean and comfy.  Andrea says she just cannot deal with this. Regina tells her think of their  mother sleeping in a cell off somewhere. Andrea doesn't care because she thinks that Natalia asked for it. Regina tells her to relax. The furniture should be coming tomorrow. Andrea is in tears saying that she has been angry for a while. Regina has a special connection with their mother. Andrea had that kind connection with their father. Andrea wonders if he loves her. He never calls. She shows Regina her phone and all of the messages she has sent him that were never answered.  Regina suggests that their father probably isn't  even using that phone anymore. Andrea thought about that but didn't want to give up hope. Regina tells her to forget about him. He is just a liar and a thief. Regina adds that she needs to change her attitude because their mother needs their support right now. 

17. Natalia and Chente become self-conscious being so close and they separate. She moves away and complains about being so cold. He takes off his denim shirt he has been wearing over his tee shirt and gives it to her. Chente calls for the guard to see if they can do something about it being so cold. He tells Chente that this isn't a hotel and if he causes a ruckus he will get taught a little lesson. Natalia comes to his defense telling the guard to  dare to try to beat Chente because her lawyer will love hearing all about it. The guard backs down and leaves saying he will see what he can do. Chente and Natalia laugh. Chente says the  guard had no idea whom he was dealing with. Natalia has to agree he had NO idea. 

18. Valentina is waiting up to see 2XJuan. She asks him if he got lost or what?  She reminds him that he left her  in the trunk.  He can not believe how stupid he was!! She tells him she almost suffocated to death and leaves. 

19. After having sex with Connie and while she is asleep, William gets dressed, checks his recording, smiles at the result, takes some pearl earrings  and leaves. 

20. The guard has brought them a couple of blankets and Chente makes up the cot so Natalia can sleep. She thinks that he should take the cot instead. He says she can sleep as he stands guard against any other cockroaches. She tries to return his shirt but he insists she keep it on so she can be nice and warm. He tucks Natalia in and wraps himself in the other blanket so he can  sleep on the floor. 

21. The next morning, Tavo goes back to Connie's.  There is nobody around. He goes up to her room where he finds her clothes all over the floor and her  in bed. He tells a sleeping Connie that he is only there to take a shower and change his clothes. He sees the two glasses on the nightstand and can smell the alcohol.  

22. Natalia awakens with a start. Chente tells her it is sunrise. She wants to call home. She is worried about her daughters. He assures her they are all taking care of each other.  Chente has made a decision. He agrees that they should share the house. Natalia wants a new contract between them drawn up today. That is all Chente wants to hear. He starts calling for the guard. 

23. While Tavo is in the shower, Connie wakes up with a hangover. She suddenly hears the shower and presumes that William is still there. She thinks about that for a second and starts smiling. She takes off her night gown and heads for the shower. She comes up behind Tavo with the water in her eyes and turns him around. They kiss. She opens her eyes and is shocked to see it is Tavo who tells her that if she thinks that he is going to forgive her that easily, she is wrong. He asks her what's wrong?? She looks sheepish. 

24. Regina comes into the kitchen where Teresa is making huevos rancheros for them all. Regina wants to know why Claudio isn't at the jail trying to get her mother out. He says he is going to make a couple of phone calls first so it all goes smoothly. Regina says she doesn't believe him. She thinks that her mother is going to stay in jail.  He blames her youth for thinking that things happen so quickly. He will be calling his "general" at a decent hour so they let her mother out. 

25. Andrea comes in and Regina tells her that  Claudio has done nothing to get their mother out. The girls decide to go and see about their mother. Teresa tells them that nobody is going anywhere. The official said they would be letting her out. Claudio is disappointed that his own family has so little confidence in him. h It is unbearable! Andrea says if it is so unbearable,  he can leave. Andrea reminds them that her mother has no idea they are there and that it is going to be a big surprise for the oldest brother to find out he has two more renters. 

26. Connie is in a panic running around her bedroom picking up her clothes. Tavo informs her that she is going to forgive him but their situation will not be fixed with a kiss. He has no plans of coming back even if she begs him. She has a good laugh about that. He asks why did she kiss him in the shower anyway? He thinks she is finally realizing that she is losing a great guy. He explains that he slept at the office and only came by for a shower and some clothes. She orders him to take all of his junk  out of the house and to never come back.  He notices she is back to insulting him. What happened to the passionate woman of just a few minutes ago? Thinking better of it, Connie tells him to come back whenever he wants so nobody knows they are separated. Tavo could not care less. Let the people talk!  He doesn't care. Well she does care if she ends up with Natalia being  the latest bit of gossip. He next asks her to explain the TWO glasses on the nightstand. WHO was there??? 

27. Claudio gets off the phone. He has great news. Natalia has been freed. He told them that his contacts would come through for him. Teresa and her granddaughters are overjoyed. Claudio  asks if not anyone is going to thank him??? Teresa rolls her eyes. Somebody knocks at the door. It is JuanGa, 2XJosé and Benja. Andrea rudely demands to know what they are doing here. 2XJosé says that Chente called and told them all to meet them at the house so the whole family would be there. 2XJosé and Benjamín  join Regina in the kitchen to make more breakfast for everyone who hasn't eaten. 

28. Tavo tells Connie that she isn't fooling him all. Somebody was there. He presses for an explanation. She "explains" that  she had a whiskey which she didn't like,  then some vodka and now her head is exploding. He asks how much she drank. She says she drank enough to forget that he had left her there all alone. She smiles to herself. Tavo says that if she misses him and needs him that much he is open to coming back but he will be staying in the guest room until their problems are solved. She agrees. One  thing  that he doesn't understand is why she and her sister have such a bad relationship. He wants her to talk to her sister and try to have a better relationship.  It is his only condition. She agrees. 

29. Mario asks Tania if Natalia found a place to stay with her daughters. Tania doesn't know and doesn't care. He asks about his defense. She says that they still haven't set a date for his hearing but she did sell his apartment for half of what it was worth. He is upset.  She tells him that if he doesn't like how she is handling things, he can pick somebody else to. He tells he that he is grateful for everything she is doing.  She tells him about his other properties where there is some interest. He says with that money he will have enough for bail and to pay off some of the investors that filed charges against him. Tania doesn't think that he will have enough. She asks if he might not have some money somewhere else. . . 

30. Chente and Natalia arrive at the house. Chente runs to Benja and Natalia's daughters run to her. Claudio introduces himself to everyone and his wife Teresa. Chente says that he presumes that they came  to welcome Natalia home.  Teresa says not exactly.  They are there to ask Natalia if they can stay with her because they have nowhere else to go and Natalia does own half of this residence. Chente is angry and Natalia is in shock. 

31. Connie arrives at the "club"  parking lot and William is there to greet her and is all over her. She pushes him away. He assures her that nobody is watching them. He reminds her of the good time they had last night and touches her cheek. She pushes his hand away. She tells him that he must have her confused with somebody else. He offers take her somewhere else to refresh her memory. Connie plays stupid but William isn't buying it. She thinks it  must have been something insignificant or she would have remembered it. He reminds her that she was a a bit drunk and he took her home. She says that she awoke with a terrible headache but she remembers nothing else. He reaches for her waist, she pushes him away saying she remembers absolutely nothing. She offers him some money to pay him for taking her home and walks away. 

32. Chente has had it. It is the same old thing with Natalia one more time. He asks if she is going to have her whole family invade his house. Claudio doesn't like the way Chente is talking and calls him on it. Claudio and Chente start threatening each other. 

33. Chente goes to simmer in the kitchen with his brothers. Claudio comes in and they taunt each other. 

34. Natalia tells her mother that she doesn't need any more complications with them coming to stay with her. Teresa explains the situation with Connie. Natalia tells her mother she could never turn her away. 

35. Natalia goes to talk to  Chente in the kitchen.

36. Connie has  gone to see the head honcho of the club to supposedly ask about the golf course development.  She is pleased with what she is hearing because she invested a large quantity of money and wants to see results but she then admits that she is really there for something else. There is a trainer at the club, a William who makes her feel very uncomfortable as if she were being stalked. She continues telling him that she isn't the only woman who feels that way but she is the first to do something about it. The head of the club assures her that  he will take care of the matter ASAP. She didn't expect less. 

37. Natalia has a hard time getting Chente to calm down so they can talk.  She tells him that she had no idea her mother and stepfather were coming to live with her. Chente says it is always the same song and dance act with her: she had no idea the house was in her name, that the signature wasn't hers . . . now he wants her to admit that this was all planned. She grabs his hands and swears that she knew nothing about it. She swears that the house will be all his when he is done paying. She promises that she will not take it away from him.  She begs him to allow her mother to stay for a couple of weeks. Please.
