Caray, Caray!

Hey, Judy, stay dry on the patio. We have tons of left over Easter candy. Tonight it is chocolate covered marshmallow eggs.

 1. Claudio reminds Mario that Adrián didn't only betray him as a partner but he also took the woman he was going to marry. Mario thinks that now he is actually grateful that he avoided marrying a woman like Vero. He also thinks that Adrián suspects he fell in love with Natalia. Claudio chokes on his drink as he proclaims: Sacre bleu!

2. JuanGa and 2XJosé are upset with Granny Magos who is in bed but did not tell them how ill she was. Granny Magos said that she didn't want to tell them because she didn't want to fill the house with tears and sadness. 2XJosé  says will do whatever she wants. She make sit clear that she  only needs two things. In the first place, she wants Juanga to cancel his wedding. JuanGa dissolves in tears as he whines on about how much he loves Olga and how he wants her to be the mother of his five kids. She tells him to put off the wedding because only time will tell where things are going with Olga.  As for 2XJosé, she wants him to be the first Ramírez to get a university degree. 2XJosé agrees that is exactly what he intends to do. He wants to have that diploma hanging on the wall in the living room where it will look really good. He tells her she has to get well so he can show it off to her. She asks them for a hug and they both join her on the bed to hug and all cry together. 

3. Claudio is impressed with Mario wanting to win Natalia's heart but he needn't be worried about Adrián. He needs to be concerned with that gorilla Vicente Fernández. It is hard for Mario to believe that Natalia was so affected by what Adrián did to her that she would allow a guy like Vicente get close to her. Even though Natalia is like a daughter to him, Claudio cannot believe how considerate she is of that orangutang. They trust each other so much and a guy like him is full of dirty tricks. Mario's sure Narlaia can take care of herself. Claudio doesn't know about that because since the two of them had their "express honeymoon" in Valle de Bravo,  everyone is talking. Mario thanks Claudio for clarifying things for him and leaves. Claudio calls after him because he forgot to pay the bill. 

4. JuanGa and 2XJosé walk into the rooming house and  Chole asks what is wrong. JuanGa explains the his grandma is dying.  She cannot believe it but 2XJosé confirms the fact and thinks they probably shouldn't have told Chole anything. An hysterical Vale runs in telling Chole that she saw that guy again. Chole tells her to go close herself up in her room. Chole goes out deciding to confront the guy head on. The brothers accompany her. She asks Félix, who has a gun in his hand,  if she can help him. He says he is looking for a little brunette: Valentina Cruz. Chole says she doesn't know her. JuanGa adds that  he doesn't know her either and they know everyone in the neighborhood. Félix shows them her photo on his phone. Nope, they do not know her. JuanGa says she sort of looks like that girl that was living here. Chole picks up the thread and says that her name was Fabiola and that she left a while back. JuanGa says they really didn't know her. Chole says she was really strange. 2XJosé says he heard that she went to the USA. Félix gives JuanGa his number just in case they see her. He promises to pay them a good amount for any info on her. He gets in his car and leaves. Chole tells both of the guys that NOBODY can know that Vale is staying there. 

5. Tavo is still acting like he is two days late and a dollar short as he tells Mario that he told Claudio to wait before filing for the divorce. He states that  he will seriously talk with him. Mario says better to leave things as they are. As his lawyer, he only did what was most suitable for him. Tavo wonders if  he should tell him about the plan that the two of them have. Mario warns him that could cause problems and if Connie were to find out, he could lose his shop. He stresses that Claudio has to continue pressuring Connie so that she thinks he is after getting everything.  Finally, Tavo nods in agreement. 

6. Back at Chente's as he sips on even more alcohol,  Claudio asks Tere if Natalia finally told the  Fernández "cavemen" brothers that their grandmother is ill. Tere says they have been informed about the situation. He asks what happened. Tere says everyone was very worried and sad. Claudio says he also wanted to tell her a little something but only if she can promise to keep absolute quiet about it. Tere gets all excited thinking he got the consul position and they are going to Martinique. Nope, it's not that. He tells her that Adrián is back in Mexico.  He was extradited a few days back and he is now in jail. She wonders if Natalia knows already. He doesn't know and that is why he asked for her discretion. Why cause more problems? Tere asks how he found out.  Claudio says he called him to come and see him. Tere warns hm not to lie an that he better not be helping him. Claudio assures her that he would never lose his dignity and honor like that. Who does she think he is? She looks at him knowing exactly who he is. 

7. Back inside, Chole warns the guys not to mention what happened to ANYBODY. If the same guy comes back looking for Vale again, they are to tell him they do not know her.  2XJosé wants to know why?? Chole tells them that the less they know the better and to only do what she asked them to. Chole leaves them alone.

8. As JuanGa and  2XJosé talk about how strange it all is and how hot Vale looked in the photo, Olga comes in wondering what they are talking about. JuanGa says they were talking about her and how he needs her to give him a hug. He tells her that his granny is sick and they do not know if the doctor will be able to cure her. 2XJosé reminds him that the information about Granny Magos was to be kept in the family and leaves. JuanGa just gives him a stupid look per usual. Olga takes JuanGa in her arms to console him but is clearly bored.

9. In her room, an hysterical Vale is packing. Chole comes into her room and gives her a hug.  She tells her that she is fine now and that the guy left. She thinks they got him off her track. Vale asks if 2XJosé and JuanGa know about her. Chole says more or less since they saw the photo of her when they had her working in that brothel.  All Vale knows is that she needs to get out of there. 

10. Olga continues consoling JuanGa about poor Granny Magos and still clearly bored. 

11. 2XJosé asks Regina to find info out about malignant ovarian tumors. She tells him you have to be careful on the internet because there is so much false information. She gives him some clues on finding valid information. She finds out that there are new treatment methods but sometimes these tumors grow rapidly if they are not surgically removed. In those cases,  nothing can be done. She tells him to be calm because now Granny Magos is going to have  a specialist. He thanks her and she reminds him that they are there to support each other. She hugs him. 

12. Natalia is reading a cookbook in the kitchen when Chente appears. He asks if he is interrupting something and  if he can have a seat and she nods. He is there to invite her to the best restaurant he knows of in the city. Natalia says he needs to remember what they talked about. He asks that she not take him in the wrong way. He is asking his Granny Magos out to dinner and was inviting her because she and his grandma are such great friends. He and his brothers have all decided to give his grandma the best time they can for however long she lasts in this life. They want to make it unforgettable. Natalia says she doesn't think that is the best idea. Nobody knows if these are Granny Magos' last days and if they are then she would feel like "the condemned." Natalia thinks the best thing to do is to act naturally and let her know that they have confidence in that she is going to recover. Chente asks if she has that confidence. Natalia says of course she does. Mario cuts the conversation short  by coming in and announcing that he needs to talk to Natalia. 

13. A still hysterical Vale has on her backpack and is ready to go when Chole tells her running away won't solve a thing. Vale agrees and tells Chole it breaks her heart because she found a family with them and that miserable man is forcing  her to disappear. After knowing what she does about Vale's background,  Chole suggests she talk to the police. Vale tells her she doesn't get it. The most her tormentor  would get is a couple of months and when he got out, he would be looking for even worse payback. Chole tells her that running away is not the answer. Vale is afraid if she stays all of them will end up paying. Chole doesn't care. She explains that they are all Vale's people now and they will run that risk. She makes sure that Vale knows she is talking from her heart. They all will defend her. She asks her again not to go. Vale finally agrees to stay but the first time she sees that one of them is in danger she will be gone and nobody will know where she went. The women hug.

14. Mario makes it clear that he wants to talk to Natalia alone. Chente finds it interesting that he has to leave  his own house but goes literally jumping the wall. Mario tells Natalia that with everything going on with Adrián he didn't have a chance to talk to her.  He says that he found out that she and Chente spent a night together in Valle de Bravo. Natalia looks surprised but explains how Fernanda's SUV broke down and how Chente came out to help her. Mario petulantly demands to know why she didn't call him. She says it never occurred to her. Mario seems offended that  it did occur to her to call Chente. She doesn't see the problem. He informs her that  it is all over the neighborhood what happened with the two of them. She assures him that she knows. He cannot see why she isn't concerned about her reputation that is being dragged through the mud. Natalia says she has nothing to hide. Everything he is telling her is gossip based on intrigue. . . "Holier than thou" Mario insists that she mad e a big mistake spending the night with that guy. 

15. Chente is pacing in Granny Magos room and cannot calm down. Granny Magos wants to know what is tormenting him. He says everything: her illness, his son and how unfair life is. He worries about Ben losing the progress he has made now with illness.  She says there is no reason Ben should know and make him even more distressed. Chente tells her that Ben drew a picture of him, Chente and Natalia inside a heart. He feels that means that Ben is supporting him and Natalia. Granny Magos tells him the time has come for him to rebuild his life. He admits he is in love with Natalia but she doesn't feel the same. He has a secret to share with Granny Magos as long as she doesn't tell. He and Natalia kissed at the country house. Grann Magos is so happy. Chente tells her that Natalia then decided that the kiss was a mistake and thought it was better to forget that it ever happened. She added that the last thing she wanted to do was  fall in love. Granny Magos asks him if he is going to give up that easily.

16. Natalia tells Mario that his comments are absurd. How can he believe the gossip instead of her? He says as a friend he is  concerned about what "those people"will  think of her. Natalia seems to take afront with him referring to "those people". She makes it clear that she doesn't have to explain what she does to HIM. As for what other people think, it doesn't affect her; it doesn't matter to her. He says she doesn't know the power of rumors in "those" communities. She imagines it has the same power as it does in all over. He disagrees. He also is concerned what spending the night with Natalia has done to embolden Chente to think he can have something more with her. Natalia says that is her problem not his. He declares it is indeed his problem because he is in love with her and wants her for his own. 

17. Chente tells Granny Magos that if he is being honest, sometimes he feels like he isn't enough when he is with Natalia. Granny Magos asks him how many times did she tells him to continue his education. He doesn't see having  had much of a choice when he was left to support his little brothers. She acknowledges that he was a great support to her and his brothers but now he has his business so he should be able to take the time to study for a career like 2XJosé.  Chente says his brother is still a kid. Granny Magos insists it is never too late to study. Chente has to agree.  Natalia has inspired him to be a better man. Granny Magos invites him to sit on the bed. She tells him that he already is a great guy with a huge heart and any woman who wins it  is going to deserve it and be very happy by his side. He kisses her on her forehead. They express their love for each other. 

18. Natalia is not happy she has to explain that she is not a trophy or an object that Mario can claim as if she were his property. Mario tries to backtrack and says that was not his intention. Natalia says she knows what his intentions are because she just saw them up close and personal. She will not permit that he treat her or claim her as if he were her husband. She tells him to understand her. She does not feel the same way about him. He asks her what she feels for Chente. She tells him she will not talk about her feelings with him. He reminds her that she made a mistake with Adrián and he tells her not to make another one with Chente who will never be at her level.  She says that is not for him to decide but ends up putting his mind at rest. The only thing she cares about is her daughters. She has no intention of starting a relationship with Chente and even less with him. Mario apologizes saying his only intention was to protect her. She tells him she didn't ask him to. She doesn't need him to take care of her. She tells him that if he cannot accept her as a friend, it is better that he distance himself from her. She asks him to leave and he does.

19. Olga is busy doing her black magic in her room to get her Chente to love her when Chole comes calling. Chole asks if she knows about the problem that Vale is having  with the guy who is looking for  her. Olga knows all about it. Well, Chole tells her  that if any guy comes looking for Vale: she doesn't know her. They don't want that  guy to find her. It is a very sensitive situation. Olga agrees and goes back to her spell casting. 

20. Andrea finds it very sad that Granny Magos is in such bad shape. She  tells Regina that since she did her so much good, maybe she should go back and live with her mother because she might be able to help out Granny Magos, too. Andrea assures her she will be perfect and it might do her mother good to have one of her daughters back with her. Regina is reluctant leave her alone with their aunt.  Andrea tries to convince her.  Now that she has decided to have the baby and her aunt is helping her with everything, it is better for Regina to be with their mother. Regina agrees. The sisters love each other. Andrea says there is somebody else who loves her and who would be euphoric to see her. Regina asks who? Andrea says their father. Andrea explains she went see him in jail. Regina looks horrified 

21. As Samia and Elías are having  a "hookah" good card playing time, Samia mentions Connie and how intrigued she is with her behavior.  She wonders more and more what she is into. Elías really doesn't care until they find out if Andrea is going to have a boy or not. Samia  feels this is different and there could be some very serious problems ahead. She is also worried that Omar, who is more desperate all the time,  might appear on the next plane to Mexico. Elías tells her that isn't happening. Samia is worried that they cannot control their impulsive son in  London. Elías tells her to not to worry because he is taking care of that. 

22. At Connie's, Claudio has  appeared. She asks what does she have to blame this unpleasant surprise on. He says that she and he have to talk. She says she found out that he is  representing that insect Tavo and she knows exactly what they are planning on doing. Her lawyer explained everything to her about the distribution of property. She explains that everything she owns is hers alone. He explains that the law in these cases is very clear. He reminds her that she married under community property rights. She admits she was an idiot but she also wants him to tell "the worm" (Tavo) not to get his hopes up because  she will be giving him absolutely nothing. Claudio says that there are two ways of doing this: the easy way or the hard way. Connie chooses the hard way. She will give up nothing.  Claudio says they will see each other in court. Connie smiles and says what a pleasure it will be to be done with him. He finishes his brandy and says they will see about that. Before he leaves, he warns her that justice will be done. 

23. Chole is giving Tavo a neck massage. I turns out that Simba is making his job as hard as he can. Chole feels bad and guilty because if he had never fell in love with her, he would still have his shop. He tells her that she isn't guilty of anything. He would go to hell and back to be able to marry her. She says there is nothing that motivates her more than becoming his wife and God blessing her with  having his child. Tavo looks guilty. 

24. Regina makes it clear that she doesn't care to hear anything about their father and cannot believe that Andrea went to see him.  What she does want to know is how was it that their aunt could convince her to have the baby but not their mother.  Andrea doesn't know.  It just happened. Regina tells her how sad their mother is about her attitude. Andrea says that is why she is telling Regina to go back to her. Andrea won't let her change the topic. She tells Regina she has to go see their father. He is going through a really bad time. He started to cry when he saw her. He is sorry for what he did. Regina doesn't believe it. Andrea tells to go see for herself. She needs her to help their mother  forgive him. Andrea swears that he still loves her. Regina brings up his leaving with Vero. She then asks if Andrea would ever forgive Omar if he has done the same to her. Andrea has to answer NEVER.  Regina shrugs as if to ask why would their mother then. 

25. Omar is at a club in London drowning his troubles in alcohol. Vero appears saying she cannot believe it.  It's Elías' son!

26. Tavo has asked Claudio to meet him at the boarding house. Claudio wonders why and is ready to go to the cantina. Tavo is too tired for that and  wants to know what happened when he saw Connie. Claudio says she was not open to any kind of negotiation and that taking it to court will take one, two or even three years. Tavo isn't up for waiting that long to be a free man. Claudio tells him he has no alternative.  Tavo thinks that maybe he can get Natalia to intercede on his behalf with Connie. 

27. Chente goes to see Natalia in the kitchen. She is just finishing up her desserts. Tomorrow she is going to have an interview for the cafeterias at the hospital where Fernanda works. He wishes her good luck. He asks if her guest has gone. She says he has. He asks if everything is okay. She says it really isn't. She talks about all of the  gossip about the two of them that is making the rounds in  the neighborhood. She thinks it is best they stay apart. He cannot change her mind. She doesn't want to give them anything else to talk about.  She says good night and leaves. Chente is left in a serious mood in the  kitchen.

28. Drunk as a skunk Omar tells Vero that he thought she was hiding from the police. She tells him that the police already have who was responsible for the fraud in custody. All of the evidence incriminates Adrián.  She is innocent before the law. Omar says that everyone knows that she was Adrián's accomplice. She tells him that they can prove it then. He asks if Andrea's dad was arrested. She says he was and his novia Andrea  must be very sad. She suggests that he call her. Omar tells her that they broke up. At the current time, Andrea thinks the worst of him. He himself deserves to be in jail. She asks why he would  say that. She presses him for info asking what he did. He finally answers saying it wasn't anything that his dad's power wasn't able to erase. He drinks to it while Vero wonders.  

29. As Olga is sitting on the stairs at the rooming house and petting JuanGa like a dog, she asks her "bebesaurio" (babysaur) how he feels.  He says he was reminiscing about Granny Magos when they lived in their town and she put a swing up for him in a tree. He had some real good times. He adds that Natalia really hit a home run getting an appointment for his granny with that specialist. An infuriated Olga doesn't want to hear one thing about about Natalia.  The slap still hurts her and everyone  is talking  about Natalia because she has the hots for his brother. Juanga has to agree with that because his brother is in love with Natalia  and JuanGa doesn't like her one bit. Olga thinks that Natalia is only using Chente. She and her daughter are only humiliating all of them. He assures her he will make sure that nobody will do anything to hurt his future wife. He kisses her.  Olga puts up with his affection and continues to pat him like a dog.

30. Natalia cannot sleep as she thinks back on Chente serenading her and starts smiling.

31. Chente is in his room thinking back on their kissing and he ends up smiling but just a bit.

32. It is morning and Omar wakes up in a hotel room in London. It is clear  her doesn't know how he got there. He starts to get dressed when Vero comes out saying that the sleepyhead finally woke up. He asks what he is doing there. She explains that he was very drunk and his mother would never forgive her if she left her "Chu Chú" thrown out on the streets of London. She tells him to take a bath and get dressed and she will get breakfast sent up  because they have a lot to talk about. 

33. At the jail, a smiling Adrián is telling Natalia that she said she would not come back to see him again but here she is!!! She makes it clear that she only wants to know how he could have given Adrián his approval  to get an abortion. How could he do such a crazy thing? He says he never intended to but was trying to give himself a little time. She is his daughter and matters so much to him. Natalia doesn't want to hear it after he blew it with his daughters leaving them defenseless, needing  so much and being humiliated. He says he was sure she could support them in his absence.  He mentions that he gave Natalia a necklace that was worth a fortune.  Yes, Natalia sold it but  Connie gave her a miserly amount for it. She sold everything: her jewelry, the SUV, EVERYTHING. He reminds her there was a property in her name. She agrees there was but she ended up sharing the house with the person that he swindled selling it to him by falsifying her signature. He says she could've always gotten rid of him  since the property was in her name. Natalia tells him that she isn't like him. She would not evict a family from their home. He tells her how noble her soul is and how that is what he loves the most about her. Natalia tells him she isn't believing any of his false apologies. She is there because she needs to talk to him about a few things. She starts by telling him the Vero called her. The smile disappears from Adrián's face.

34. JuanGa comes to see Chente. It seems that he did a good job unloading the truck and wants to know if he can get his loan now. Chente has to explain to him again that he will have to earn that money with  sweat of his brow. He has another job for him. He wants JuanGa to take down the wall in the house. JuanGa has a problem understanding that he will have to do it all on his own. Chente says if he doesn't want to do it, he will pay another person who will. When it is clear again that JuanGa only wants the money,  Chente tells him that he needs to learn to be a good and responsible man and  gives him instructions as he leaves for his shop. In anger, JuanGa kicks the wall and hurts his foot.

35. Back in London,  Vero tells Omar that he got her worried after what he told her. No, he doesn't remember what he told her. She refreshes his memory saying that Omar himself said that he deserved to be in jail and she wants to know why. Omar doesn't want to talk about it. Vero says she can help him but she needs to know the truth. What crime could have he committed that his father would send him out of the country and use all of his power to hide the problem? Omar states that he has nothing to discuss with her.  She picks up her phone and threatens to call and ask Elías himself. It is up to to him. Omar says he would never tell her because he is Elías' son and he would never betray him. Vero starts to set him up telling him that while he was sleeping, she and his  father had a very long chat. She knows what crime he committed. She simply wants to know his version. 

36. Natalia tells Adrián that Vero knew about her daughter's pregnancy and that she was in Valle de Bravo. She asks Adrián what in the hell is going on. He doesn't know.  She knows that Vero was his lover and accomplice and she wants the truth. Adrián agrees to tell her "the truth."  He admits he made the mistake of having  an affair with Vero but he never loved her. She was skillful enough to set a trap for him. Natalia cannot stand listening to him as he proclaims himself the victim of THAT WOMAN. He explains that Vero had it all planned out and threatened him. He says that  she set him up to take the fall for the fraud she pulled off at the company. Natalia doesn't believe him at all. He goes on to say that the day of the anniversary party she had threatened him with arrest. He didn't want to go to prison. Natalia tells him to look and see where he is now. He couldn't stand to be away from his family. He explains that the night of the party he was afraid and didn't know what to do, so he went with Vero. He only wanted to find proof of his innocence to be able to return to Natalia's side. Later,  he reconsidered everything but it was too late when he realized he would prefer to be in jail rather than to be away from her and his daughters.  Natalia shocks him informing him  that Mario saw him and Vero kissing at the airport. Natalia asks if Vero forced him into that, too??? His words are worth nothing. Adrián insists that Vero is the worst mistake of his life. She is the very devil herself!

37. Back at the house, Juanga has the sledge hammer out and is working on removing the wall. Regina comes in seeing  the dust and concrete all over and asks what JuanGa is doing. He says he is following his brother's orders and even if she doesn't like it, she will have to put up with.  He explains that he has to make some money to marry his little Olga. Regina tells him that she doesn't know what he sees in Olga. That sets JuanGa off who suggests she think about her own mother. The whole neighborhood is talking about her and Chente saying that they are so affectionate with each other  because they are lovers. He offers to explain things to her.  Regina won't allow him to talk about her mother that way and corrects him saying that Chente went out help her mother because her vehicle broke down. JuanGa laughs and says it was a good thing that his brother was there to examine its/her suspension.  Regina hauls off and slaps JuanGa hard. He shrinks back shocked with what just happened. Regina calls him an idiot to add insult to injury.
