Just for the record, as I commented on the Familia time change message: I will stay on the early time slot on Mondays so will be recapping Familia so that leaves Mondays available for someone else for El Talisman.

I will communicate further when February approaches since I will need an alternate for Monday Familias the whole month of February.
 

I wish I could stay on for El Talisman but I have to start my thesis this semester. That leaves next to no time for recapping. Fridays will be open for someone else to give it a try.

Ahoy amigos y amigas, I am in for recapping El Talisman. I would prefer to stay in the Thursday night slot; I could possibly move around if necessary, but not Friday nights.

So cool, sounds like we have 2.5 recappers so far. Novela Maven for a night, EJ to share a night and me for a night.

The start date seems to be a big mystery as far as I know.
 

If you'll have me, I'd kind of like Fridays. But I'm pretty flexible.
 

NM, we are thrilled to have you! Amy Flores de Azul was doing Fridays but as you read she will be up to her brainy little ears in thesis work. Let's put you in for Fridays unless another recapper absolutely must have that day and you are willing to move around. However first come first served when it comes to reserving recap nights.

Any others willing to recap Mondays, Wednesdays, or do a share gig for Tuesdays?

Cheryl, you are a dear for helping to recap Familia. I know the recappers will really appreciate the help, especially with those crazy 2-hour episodes.

Wonderful! Now all we have to do is hope for a recapper for Monday and Wednesday. This is looking good.

Blue Lass, if someone else wants to share and can only do Tuesday then we might ask if you can share one of the other nights, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

i am not sure if i can keep up any day other than friday, have heard Lqnpa is good, i love Rafa Novoa so Talisman is also a possibility.
i can try other weekday but friday is best for me.

It looks like Talisman will be in the 8pm slot, while Familia moves to the 7pm slot. Check the link below, the time for Talisman under what is anticipated for 2012 in the telenovela world. I am assuming it will be broadcasting same day everywhere (like Eva Luna), meaning there is a novela that is ending soon in Mexico. Hope this helps.

Ahoy you Talismaniacs, it looks like we've got a full roster of recappers and the show hasn't even started yet. This is great. I believe the show will start Monday January 16th but I'll keep watching the ads and confirm when I can.

Cynderella (love your handle by the way) welcome aboard! Are you cool with taking Monday nights?

I would like to put together a confidential email list for the group if it's OK with the rest of you. I have found that it is very handy to be able to communicate offline. Even though we don't have to do it very often we can at least email the group (or one) if need be. I have Elna June's, Marta Ivett's and Cynderella's email addresses already. Novela Maven and Blue Lass, would you mind sending me your email addresses at sseaberg(at)gmail.com? If any of you prefer not to be on this distribution it's perfectly OK, just let me know.
