New Telenovela: Yago begins tonight. Here's a synopsis. Who is in? We need recappers.
Hi friends,
I ordinarily write the synopsis for a new show but because this one is starting tonight I'm giving you one I found elsewhere. If you would like a recapping slot please leave a comment. We need somebody for tonight if possible!
Our main character is Iván Sánchez. (See dreamy picture.) The story begins with Omar Guerrero, a simple young man living in a middle-class neighborhood next to his inseparable best friends Abel (Pablo Valentin) and Lucio (Flavio Medina). Omar’s life changes dramatically when Sara (Gabriela de la Garza) moves into the neighborhood with her father Damián (Manuel Ojeda) and her sister Ámbar (Ximena Romo). Damián is a conman who is about to pull off the perfect heist on the big Casino in the city. Unable to do it alone, he convinces Lucio, Abel and his daughter Sara to involve Omar. Even though Sara has fallen in love with Omar, her father manipulates her to go through with the plan. During the heist, a guard is murdered and Omar is framed for both crimes, and is sentenced to sixty year in prison. While in prison, Omar meets Fidel Yampolski (Patricio Castillo), an old and powerful mafia boss who becomes his mentor. After a prison riot burns the prison down, the two men plot an ingenious revenge; Fidel helps Omar get a new face and a new identity: Yago. Now, twelve years later, Yago has returned to execute his revenge upon the three people who betrayed him. But, will love be stronger than his hunger for vengeance?

If nobody else steps up I will try to get home in time to watch tonight and put up a recap but my tv setup is iffy so if somebody else can do it that would be great. Let us know.
Thank you Jane. I really would love to but I just can't find the time. I wish you all the luck and I will be watching the episodes with glee.If everyone is busy than atleast we could just post discussions about it each day. Atleast that way we can discuss it and not completly ignore it.
Thank you Jane. Wish I could recap but I need a break after recapping both Lo Imperdonable and Pasion y Poder one after the other. I will be watching, however, since this one looks like it will be a good one.

Sorry for the duplication. Let me email Cynderella to confirm whether she will be reprising her Monday recapping (I'm pretty sure she said in her last recap: "See you for Yago"), otherwise, I'll recap the premiere myself. Either way, you don't have to rush home and worry about your settings to recap the show. Princess Juju also said she is interested in recapping but hasn't specified a preferred day. Worst case scenario: nobody at all is willing or available to recap this show, in which case, I will recap the semana de estreno (the first week of airing), then I'll pick one day to recap and post discussion pages for the other episodes. Hopefully, in the coming weeks, other people volunteer.

Maybe I could do Thursdays. This is the time in which I am most free. I have work experience and some exams which is annoying as Tres Veces Jacinto but all is about to run out soon enough. My email is deltoroale1@gmail.com.
I plan to watch but having seen Ezel I have high expectations. I know Flavio can play is a wonderful, sadistic, loathsome villain so I am in. Love Yvan but haven't loved his last roles.

Hi Princess Juju! I'm recapping tonight's episode. You have your pick of any night you want except Friday. CountxAlacran volunteered to take Thursdays, which works well for you since you are recapping EHDLS on that night. Let us know what is your preferred night. Thanks :)

Great! Thank you! So we have 3 recappers, Juju On Tuesdays, Countx on Thursdays and myself on Fridays. I'll recap the premiere and the Wednesday episode of this week, that way all episodes of the semana de estreno are covered. For the following weeks, I'll just post discussion pages for the Monday and Wednesday episodes, until a volunteer comes forward. Yay! We got the ball rolling for Yago! :)
Guys, it's past midnight EDT and 5 am my time and the first episode of Yago is still not available online. I wanted to have a recap ready for you by 6 or 7 am EDT but that won't be possible now. The Yago recap will not be ready until late morning/ early afternoon EDT.
I'm not entirely sure why I'm commenting up here.i guess it's cause I saw how much you all loved her but I was rereading my mother's obituary from 2014 and saw all the blogger comments and your condolences.its been two years just about and I still miss her everyday. She was an avid blogger on here and I'm sure she would have been stunned and overjoyed at everything you guys said in the comments.i believe she went by "mads" on here but her name was Madelaine or she went by Maddy.
