"GUERRERO":

Darcy: I noticed that Gonzalo Garcia Vicanco (Jesus Guerrero) was also on "La Desalmada", who portrayed Rigoberto Murillo Campos.

Corazon Guerrero Capitulo 66
Part 1 of 3

Mari is going through a huge (I mean huge) stack of papers…
Jesus and Augie are both writing messages at the same time and sending them to Mari. Not clear which is the message she actually receives first, but she gets very excited. The text says that he was adopted by another family and taken away, but he’d like to meet. She calls Domi with the good news, she is certain Lisardo replied. Domi asks her to make sure it is the right person.
Mari gets the second message, this time coming from a guy saying he is Octavio’s son, but he doesn’t like to talk about it. Who is she and why is she searching for him? Domi thinks this is the guy, Mari doubts it, she feels like this second person is too vague, like maybe trying to get her to talk, she’s still planning to meet the first man. Domi urges her to be careful, then she has to rush back to Sam and the kids, because the scarecrow is ready.

Augie remembers Lupe kissing Bertie and calls Fede again – is the job done?
Bertie and Lupe are in a garden, he’s showing her some leaves, offering her a plant as a symbol of something or the other, a divine sign… May the plant grow as much as their love. Now he realizes he was moving too fast when asking her to marry him, he needs to pace himself – he wants to take Conchita and Mari out, prove that his intentions are serious. Kiss!

Briana calls Sam, while mentioning “desgraciada” Selena; she wants to meet, he won’t say no, right? And Augie doesn’t even need to know about it.

Mari is back checking out her stacks of papers but daydreaming about Lisardo. Will he remember his marriage promise? She sends a message, that … Augie receives. She wants to meet. At the same time Jesus is still waiting for a reply. Mari answers to Augie, setting a place for their meeting – oh, and she will be wearing a red scarf.
Augie storms out, asking Mari to cancel all his afternoon meetings. Jesus is about to write to Mari again, maybe reveal his true identity, but Carlota arrives, wanting to talk about their wedding plans. He couldn’t care less, he can barely pretend, he thinks she should be the one to decide all these things. Pushing her out the door, he answer his phone. Carlota wonders why he doesn’t care about their marriage. Geez…

Augie asks one of his guards to get his men ready for today, they can’t lose their target.

Domi is with Em, who is upset Adrian is not calling. But she does notice that Domi is not her usual cheery self. Domi admits she is disappointed, Ema always makes promises she doesn’t keep, she doesn’t know how to help her anymore. Ema would like to do that, but it’s so hard. They hug.

Sam is getting ready for his “date” with Briana, all in order to get info on Augie, Jesus says. Don’t ask questions, let her speak, she will spill everything. And be careful! Valero asks him to also take advantage and enjoy the situation.

Elisa, wearing all black (headscarf, too), is now planning something that has to do with Carlota’s wedding. She opens her car door and hits Damian with it!! She apologizes, he says it’s OK, walks away.

Corazon Guerrero Capitulo 66
Part 2 of 3

Mari is rehearsing her English, when Carlota arrives to bother her again. Stay away from Jesus (what else?), her prometido, her baby’s father. More threatening etc etc… Mari has had it, but Carlota doesn’t see what Mari can do about it, since she is the boss’s daughter. She starts making a mess out of the stack of papers – now clean up, your mom and abula must have thought you how to be a sirvienta. Mari slaps her, Carlota slaps her back! Oh, the drama!
Mari says Carlota is the worst person she has ever met, and yes, she loves Jesus and he loves her back, he is only marrying you for the baby – but his heart belongs to me and he will never love you. Carlota calls her all the names in the Spanish language, SHE will be Senora Guerrero, she will have it all, she will be the one sleeping next to Jesus every night. And Mari will be left with nothing, so disappear from our lives.
Mica and Vicky arrive and Carlota tells her step mother that Mari hit her, wants her to lose the baby. Mica tries to defend Mari, but Vick doesn’t let her speak. Instead she threatens Mari she will get fired TODAY.

Adrian has sneaked in to see Ema, she’d love to be able to actually see him. He says he will close his eyes, too, so they can “feel” one another and stumbles to her bed with his eyes closed.

Jesus is speaking to his mother’s picture about his wedding and having a son… where is she? Damian arrives with the scarf, it still has their mother’s smell. They will keep searching for her, forever.

Elisa and Santi decide to call one another in case of danger. They are in front of Augie’s house, she will wait for someone to open the gates so she can go inside.

Bertie is still talking nonsense, this time about Lupe fighting life’s hardships. He’d like her to work with him on the flower business, be his Director of Sales. Some guys in white coats arrive to say that they received a report informing them that some of Bertie’s plants have gotten into the country illegally. They need to investigate.

Jesus arrives to ask for some document, but Mari says she no longer works here and leaves. Jesus starts going through the papers found on the floor and …. finds something.

Briana and Sam are on their date, they drink cocktails. Briana seems touched by Sam’s innocence.
Later Briana talks about her life, always traveling, doing what she wants. She has the money to do it, and she doesn’t need Augie for it, he’s just a fun time. He doesn’t even have money, actually, it all belongs to his wife, but for whatever reason he is in charge of it

Vick is happy Carlota is truly pregnant, she even thought she was lying at one point. Carlota gets upset, does she think the baby is not Jesus’, is she against her, too? Vick tries to calm her, she is on her side! Carlota says Jesus loves the baby as if it were his and Vick has to keep this to herself. Mica knocks on the door, Jesus is waiting for her.

Elisa manages to sneak inside the Montalvo property and into the house. She gets into the office, but sees a camera and turns back. She goes to another office, manages to escape the camera. At the same time Augie is hurrying home. Elisa is now in Augie’s office, sees the knife, hears the phone ringing and gets startled, drops something to the floor.

Corazon Guerrero Capitulo 66
Part 3 of 3

Damian is outside, Domi is checking him out from her window. Sam waves at her, but she moves away, Sam deduces that she fought with his brother again. Domi is in her bed, remembering when she talked to Damian about Sam saving her life and his stupid jealousy.

As Augie is about to get home, Santi parks his car right in front of the gates, pretending to have car troubles, to give Elisa time to escape. As Augie’s guards come to him, he manages to send Elisa a message warning her Augie is back.

Adrian is trying to cheer Ema up, suggests she reaches out to a help group. She says she learned her lesson now, Adrian thinks that talking to people who go through the same thing could help. Ema is afraid of what people will say, especially her mom. Adrian thinks this would be a sign she is maturing and truly wants to change. And he will always be by her side. She will think about it.

Carlota tells Jesus about her fight with Mari. With Vick adding her two cents, Carlota blames Mari for everything and anything: she hit her, wants to break them up, she hates her etc… etc… Alone with Carlota, Jesus asks her to stop seeing Mari as the enemy, he will NEVER abandon his son. Carlota agrees, but wants him to be more involved in their wedding, prove that he truly cares. Jesus asks what can he do, she point out to her ring finger. Dude, not even an engagement ring? I get it that she’s crazy, but still… Jesus get the message, remembers his proposal to Mari.

Elisa leaves Augie’s office and gets into the courtyard. In the meantime, Santi is still “unable” to restart his car. When he gets a message from Elisa that she is out, he “manages” to get his car to work and drives away.

Vick is wondering who Carlota’s baby daddy could be.
Abel and Conchita on a date, some guy asks Abel for help, he has problems getting his pension. Sure, he will help, and Conchita is happy to help out, too.

Santi and Elisa meet, she managed to bug Augie’s office. She checks out her laptop, see if they can hear anything.

Mari tells Augie thank you for helping me, but I can’t work for you any longer. I quit!

Guerrero
In the scene with Carlota screaming at Mari, I just kept thinking of a couple more things Mari should have told her, the sort of things the crazy one will later hear in her head. Has Carlota actually seen Mari and Jesus together? I forgot how much she knows aboutthe situation. Carlota actress sure can roll her rs btw.
I laughed out loud when Carlota's secret was revealled. The girl is an open book. It's funny that she blames Mari here. I yesterday saw an interview with a woman whose husband had a lover and she said she blamed this woman and not her husband. Funny how women blame other women when it actually takes two to tango.
I couldn't believe they sent Sam off to meet Briana. I feared she was going to eat him alive. It must be nice to have so much money that you can do pretty much anything. IT seems she actually is a bit bored and so looks for entertainment.

Guerrero

Thank you Adriana, your recap is full of wit and humor as always! I actually slept in this morning so I am late in replying but man the sleeping in felt great! I love your humor and I loved 'Carlota calls her all the names in the Spanish language' I'm going to steal that and use it to summarize a future cat fight in a future novela!!! ;) So succinct and yet so accurately descriptive at the same time!

I was a little surprised they threw Sam to Briana too, but he's proven to be smarter than he looks. He is good at reading people and he knew what Briana was up to from the second she first stepped into the garage so I think he can handle her, sober... what worried me was the appearance of alcohol!! We haven't seen Sam drink much and I was worried about how he would handle his alcohol but it seems he did fine.

I was also a little surprised to hear the money is all Victoriana's! I knew of course that Augi had control of Vicky's money but I didn't realize ALL the money was Vicky's. I figured Augi had his own money and with Vicky's he now had even more money! It does answer the question of why Augi married her though, I guess I should have known. I wonder how Briana knows though, it doesn't seem like the kind of information Augi would share during pillow talk and even though I can see Vicky spilled that info a Domi, a young Domi with no business of knowing something like that about daddy just because Vicky is toxic enough to tell a young girl that; Domi isn't the kind of person to share information like that willy nilly in conversation so I wonder if she would have told Bri. The other option of course is that it's social gossip, but we haven't seen any evidence of that either. Anyway, I'm not sure it matters, but I was curious.

More curious what actually happened to Carloca's mom! I hope we find out, it's been hinted that Carloca caused the fire, and maybe she did. But maybe she didn't. The whole idea of all the money being Vicky's makes me wonder if ambitious and greedy Augi did away with his first wife so he could go get himself a bank account! It would explain Carloca's tight-knit dependence on daddy if somewhere in her traumatized and crazy mind she knew he killed her mother when she became no longer useful to him, and it would explain Augi's cautious attitude toward Carloca if he knows that once upon a time his young daughter witnessed him murdering her mother and that knowledge is locked somewhere in her demented brain. Could he even feel guilty somewhere in his black soul?? I am definitely overthinking this, this morning! LOL But I am curious now. Maybe miss Loca was just Loca even as a child and she killed her own mommy, I really hope they tell us. It's so much more interesting to me than whether or not Jesus and Mari get together, or break up, or live happily ever after; or....

Guerrero. Excellent recap, Adriana. What are the odds that Mari will contact Augi/Lisardo instead of Jesus/Lisardo? Yep, that seems to have happened. It's kind of unethical for Jesus to be doing this anyway. It's really nasty the way Augi is persecuting Heriberto. I was surprised that Damian and/or Elsa didn't recognize each other. After all, they've seen each other before in Morelia and the picture Damian saw of Elisa wasn't all THAT bad. Oh well, Still only a bit over halfway through the novela. You'd think Augi might intervene since Carlota is destroying his business's papers, not just harassing Mariluz. Oh ho! Now we find out that most of Augie's money is actually Vicki's. No wonder he doesn't want her to get control of it. And Vicki learns that Carlota's baby is not Jesus's. How will she use that? Augi hurrying home while Elisa is in his office. Oh, the suspense!

SpanProf, I was actually very interested to see how Elisa manages to get away from that house, all the scenes involving her have been quite good and make me want to see her reunion with her sons. This is the most important thing for me, and second to that, finding out what happened with Augie's first wife.
Darcy, I like your theory about Augie choosing Vick instead of Lupe because of her fortune. How would he convince his father in law to allow him to manage the money, though?

Waterlily, Carlota sure lost it with Vick, now step mommy has a powerful tool against her, if she ever decides to use it.

I still don't care about Mari and Jesus,I care even less for Emma and Adrian. Damian and Domenica are still a draw, but their relationship is becoming a cliché and Sam is good in everything that he does. And the actor plays him perfectly - one of his best works.

Guerrero

Adriana, I know that you are watching when you can and aren't always able to so you may have missed it, but we learned about Augi and his father-in-law already. He didn't convince him of anything, he forced him at gun point to sign the papers allowing him to manage the money and then he killed him! This is also why Elisa left Octavio and the boys. She witnessed the murder and Augi saw her! He ordered her killed but the attempt on Elisa was either botched or the hit man let her go and lied about killing her - not sure yet which it was, but Augi thought she was dead until he realized when she popped up recently that she was in fact alive. Octavio told Jesus as a boy though, that his mom wasn't dead so he must have known something.

Guerrero

I almost meant to say I 100% agree this is one of Christian de la Campa’s best performances! He’s killing it in this role!! Fantastic!

Good morning!

I give up. I’ve tried multiple times to post my Friday recap, and Blogger is not having it.

Never had this problem before.

Ugh.

Corazon Guerrero

Darcy, thank you for filling in the blanks about Vick's dad. Augie forcing him at gun point sounds right, the guy is quite the maton. And the only ones not able to see him for who he is are the people who are closest to him: Conchita, the woman who raised him, and his daughters (Mari included).

Good morning O.S., if blogger is eating your comments than Rgv Chick can probably get it posted. I will email her.

GUERRERO

Good morning! I only found Parts 1 & 2 of 4 in the Spam folder and recovered them. There was one that was Part 1of 3 but it was the exact same thing as Part 1 of 4 so I didn’t post it.

Have a wonderful weekend and keep up the great conversations!

Good morning!

I will try again. My apologies to the patio and RGV chick for the mess.

Corazón Guerrero - Capítulo 67 - Part 1 of 4

Sam returns from his date with Bri and spills the tea about Mommy Dearest’s fortunes. The brothers plan their next hit. If the pictures of Augi & his old lady (Bri, not MD) go public, it’s D-I-V-O-R-C-E and Augi loses his wife, fortune, and candidacy.

Augi calls Fede and wants the Top Ten List (of suspected bombers). He tells him to hurry as they have that “Elisa thing” later. Elsewhere, Elisa & Opera Man test her spy microphone. It works! Elisa is excited!

Mari tells Conchita that Augi took her resignation well (scenes probably cut) and has always been understanding with her.

Mica brings Emmita La Cieguita a snack tray but is quickly summoned away by MD. Carluquis comes in and taunts her lonely younger sister. She pours an entire bowl of Tajín(?) over the snacks and then hands it to Emma. When she chokes on the snacks, Carloca covers her mouth and says “Oops!” This is becoming her little catchphrase. She did the same thing when she was taunting Mariluz earlier.

Fede and Augi head out on their RE3NCUENTROS date (with Mari). Elisa and Opera Man hear this, but decide to stay back.

All the guys (incl. Adrián and Don Abel) try to talk Jesús out of marrying for the kid’s sake. Jesús foolishly defends Carlota.

Mari grabs her red scarf and heads out for her date. Conchifa prays.

Augi’s bullies close down Villalba’s business over some trumped up charges. “That’ll learn him!” says Augi. I paraphrase. Fede gets a call from his condo security. They can’t improve the images of the intruder (Amelia Sánchez, Jr.). Augi (just now learning about the break-in) says it’s time they take care of that little booger. This time I didn’t paraphrase.

orazón Guerrero - Capítulo 67 - Part 2 of 4

Domís runs into Mariluz and learns she’s going to meet Lisardo. Domís joins her for safety. That’s what unbeknownst biological sisters are for….

Don Abel is telling Adrián what a fine citizen Patricio is. Adrian is confused. How could such a pillar of the community do such atrocities with his mum? He’ll be getting his DNA results in 24 hrs.

Domís & Mari arrive at the meeting place (population OO6). Mari dons her red scarf/wrap as agreed. From a distance Augi & Co. realize that Doménica and Mariluz have walked into their Elisa Trap. It’s too late to stop the operation and some low rent kidnappers accost the sisters. Doménica pepper sprays the assailant and the aforementioned OO6 citizens spring into action with bats and broomsticks of fury. The kidnapping is thwarted! The neighborhood vigilante group advises the girls to call for a ride and for reasons unknown give them bread. The sisters are very grateful.

They call the garage for an escort and Sam, Damián, and Jesús race to the scene. Doménica offers them some cash, but the OO6 aren’t in it for the money. PSA: Don’t Mess with United Women!!!

Uh oh. Villalba’s at Luoe’s licking his wounds. Don Abel has advised him it will be a long process, and he’ll have to pay a fine. Guadaloopy says the whole thing smacks of Augusto. He likes to destoy to win.

Augi can’t believe they almost kidnapped his own daughter. Where the heck was Elisa? Fede explains Mari must have sent the message. Flashback. Augi now realizes that Mari could lead him to Los Sánchez.

Back at the garage Mari is explaining this whole ordeal was her fault as she was there to meet someone. Fortunately Domís stops further interrogation and Jesus offers to take her home. They can also check on the stove (needed to reopen the Pozolería). Sam offers to walk Doménica home, but Damián blocks him. Next thing you know Domís and Damián are kissing while Mari & Jesús are WELDING. This is why I love this crazy show.

Sam (still reeling from the block) is ready to go sock it Crazy Tarzan. Valero is almost ready, but first he must have his Vitamin T (from tamales).

Corazón Guerrero - Capítulo 67 - Part 3 of 4

Yet again Doménica finds a rose on her bed and a Damián at her window. Hug. Hug. Cuddle. Kiss.

Welding time is over. Mari & Jesús go back to their same refrain. This is their 53Oth final goodbye.

Valero & Selena are getting Sam ready for his bout. Palazzo comes in reminding Sam that tonight could make his career. Later, Palazzo is talking to a bookie and bets a stash of cash on Capt. Justicia.

BAD EDITING ALERT
Doménica and Damián are now naked and horizontal and mid-sentence. Damián is frustrated by his fruitless search in Morelia. Doménica offers to help; Augi knows lots of people. Damián politely declines. He assures her when this is all over, neither Augi nor anyone will separate them. Kiss. Snuggle. Giggle.

@ the ring, Selena is nervous and says she won’t forgive Valero if something happens to Sam. He’s not worried about her threat. If something happens to Sam, Damián and Jesús will hang him and Adrian will beat him like a piñata! The wrestlers are introduced. The crowd goes crazy for Capt. Justicia. Crazy Tarzan is aggressive and showy and a poor sport. He quickly gets the upper hand. Flashback to Sam getting blocked by Damián, and Capt. Justicia turns the tides on Crazy Tarzan. He performs slick moves (practiced earlier this week with Selena and Valero) and WINS! Valero says be taught him everything he knows. Selena makes sure he isn’t hurt. Inimitable Sam says, “Soy ganadero yo.” A poor man’s “Theme from Rocky” plays. Kids rush the ring and hug the champion. Palazzo says Sam is a goldmine.

Emma is having a nightmare (which is really her reality). She is invisible to those she cares about, and the only daughter MD shows love to is Doménica. She wakes up and cowers in a corner.

Adrian is talking to Amelia (in a frame). He’s confused and about to open her last last letter. Her penmanship has gone to the dogs. “I hate The Dark Man” is scribbled 3x. He wonders if she’d already gone bonkers before these final ramblings. He promises her that he will make her proud. He doesn’t care about the DNA. He promises to be happy and move forward.

Fede is staring at the surveillance footage and remembering Augi’s words/threats towards that little booger.

Corazón Guerrero - Capítulo 67 - Part 4 of 4

Fuego has come to play with Emma (via Mica). She asks for MD - she’s gone out and didn’t even even check on her. She asks for Adrian - he has a very important test. Nobody is available for Emma.

Adrian has his results. Patricio Salgado is NOT the father.

The brothers put two and two together and figure out Augi was actually trying to kidnap Elisa!

Opera Man & Elisa are eavesdropping on Augi & Fede. Fede indicates they’ve narrowed down the Top Ten Possible Bombers List to ONE!

Mica is urging Lupe tell Mari the truth (about Augi) so she can take her rightful place in tbe Ruíz Montalvo manse. It isn’t fair and Carluquis had no right yelling at her the way she did. Mica knows Augi would rise to the (Daddy) occasion and protect her. Lupe urges her to SHUT UP! She’s not there to talk about Mari. As they get closer to Augi’s office, they conveniently overhear Fede reveal Mexico City’s New Unibomber: RAFAEL BUSTAMANTE.

Why is Augi not surprised? He literally throws his hands in the air (and waves them like he just doesn’t care)! Rafael Bustamante is no threat. He has a bastard child from The Help. Augi is going to present this information to the party to destroy Rafael’s perfect family image. Fede points out the man tried to blow him up. Augi says this man committed two serious errors: (1) messing with Augi and (2) keeping the baby. “No matter how big the farm is, you never mix the livestock!” That bastard will be his downfall, and Augi will make sure of it.

Mica & Lupe are mortified by this mudslinging. Elisa says he is the devil. She wonders how the party would react to this recording(!) and Augi’s other secrets.

The brothers need to dig deeper into Augi’s crimes and whatever else he’s hiding.

Augi hands Fede a folder/mission. He also tells him he won’t have to worry about that little booger that broke in. Fede asks him not to do anything. “What the hell is going on with you, Federico? Is there something you want to tell me?”

“Amelia Sánchez’s son…is also my son.”

FIN

Alright. There it is. For some reason it likes to eat Part II.

I recovered Part 2 …

Thank you O.S., your recap is amazing as always!!! I'm sorry it was such an ordeal to get posted today and thank you Rgv Chick for your help in re-posting!

I enjoy your humor as always and I really appreciate you adding this: He’s not worried about her threat. If something happens to Sam, Damián and Jesús will hang him and Adrian will beat him like a piñata!' as I struggle to understand Valero as always and I didn't catch that when watching. How funny! Sam is so endearing, his excitement at winning is on par with the kids milling around him and it's infectious. I wasn't a fan of the wrestling idea as you know but I'm enjoying it surprisingly. But then I enjoy everything Sam does, this is truly a terrific character as we were saying yesterday.

Augi tried to stop the attack on Mari and Domi too late, which meant that for a moment he didn't see and recognize them! He wasn't far enough away to not recognize them and I had to pull my beanie tighter. Especially when Augi just noticed Domi was there with that woman and Fede had to point out it was Mari! It was very rewarding though to watch the whole group of women go off on the attackers!!! It's a PSA for Women United and I approve of this message!

Speaking of things that are hard to believe, Mica thinking even for a second that Mari would benefit from taking care place in the mansion and that Augi would be a good dad to her - after she's lived in that place day after day after day and witnessed all the dysfunction in that family?? Really? Then they overhear the perfect conversation to prove just how wrong Mica is!!! During this whole conversation I was so preoccupied with the fact that Lupe and Mica were overhearing this that I hadn't really processed until reading the recap that not only was Elisa hearing too but she's RECORDING this!!! This could definitely come in handy and not just in bringing Augi down but also because Fede admitted to being Adrian's dad!!

So, what does this mean for the Emma and Adrian are cousins angle??? The only thing I can think of is somebodies parentage is a lie. Vicky isn't exactly the faithful wife so maybe Emma isn't Augi's. It's also occurred to me that Fede might not actually be Augi's nephew by blood. He could be adopted or a step-nephew, or his best friend's son who he's just referred to as nephew since he has born and no one even thinks to qualify it anymore, or etc etc etc. But then as obsessed as Augi is with bloodlines and bastards it seems less likely that he throws the title of nephew around all willy nilly....I guess we'll find out.

Gueerrero. Excellent recap, O.S., despite all the hassles. I admire your dedication! I have a feeling that if Vicki tries to divorce Augi, she's not long for this world. It's awful the way Carlota treats the blind Emma. She really should be locked up. I loved the way the neighborhood ladies stood up for Mari and Domi and fought off the would-be kidnappers. Female Unity--yes! "their 530th final goodbye"--love it! So Fede could be Adrian's father. Of course, I totally agree, Darcy, that that causes problems of blood relationship with Emma, which the writers would have to resolve. Maybe some old male "friend" of Vicki's will suddenly die from the prolonged effects of type 1 diabetes, and Viewerville will go "hmmm." Have we met Rafael Bustamente before? I remember as a child reading Louisa May Alcott's Rose in Bloom, the sequel to 8 Cousins. In the end Rose marries one of her 1st cousins, and I thought "ugh." But that's the 19th century for you.

Guerrero

Thanks, Rgv Chick, for the Administrative clean-up.

Darcy, any tips? I will continue my recaps and just alert the patio if/when they don’t show up. That was maddening. Nevertheless, it won’t stop me from keeping on with our show. Looking forward to next week with Rafael Bustamante and more first cousin developments. Maybe Mommy Dearest detests Emma because she was un-planned and un-Augi’s. That would really reduce the ick factor. Sidebar: I can’t watch Christian de la Campa in Cabo cuz he just isn’t Samuelín. LOL

Thanks, SpanProf, for the positive feedback and always astute observations. I love your literary references and look forward to further discussion of our show.

Adriana, I missed you this week. Hopefully our schedules will allow more interaction next week.

Patio, spring forward and have a great weekend!!!

Corazon Guerrero

O.S., once again you manage to make the show interesting with your funny zingers. It's a shame I don't have more time to offer to this story, as you're a great chatting partner.

Augie not recognizing the girls was a WTF moment for me, too. He gave the order, than changed his mind but it was too late... sooo stupid. Yey for women sticking together, though!

If Adrian and Ema are cousins, then meeeh... that would probably take her over the edge completely. I did believe at one point that Ema might not be Augie's because of Vick treating her so differently. I think she had Damiana to secure her marriage and Ema was a surprise. Is she the milkman's daughter?
Fede not being Augie's blood would actually make sense to me, because wouldn't he give him a better position in the company if he were? Fede just seems like his number one goon, the guy who always has to do his dirty work, but has Augie ever talked about who will run his company when he's dead?

Guerrero

O.S., I am sorry I have no tips for the comment eating problem other than if you email RGV chick she can usually recover them. It just happens sometimes for whatever reason. It tends to be more common for users who aren't signed in and are commenting anonymously but you are signed in so that doesn't help there. Hopefully it won't happen frequently.

Your sidebar is funny because I was actually thinking about starting to watch Cabo again in the next couple of weeks. I started watching Cabo when it first started airing on Televisa before it was airing on Uni. This was before either Mi Camino es Amarte or Guerrero started airing and I wasn't watching anything else on Uni so I had plenty of time. Then both Camino and Guerrero started and I got so busy I decided to stop watching Cabo at that time and just wait til the Uni broadcast got to where I was in the Televisa broadcast and start watching in again then. The Uni broadcast is about 8 episodes short of where I stopped watching so I might start watching again...I don't know though because I am pretty busy these days...I don't think I'd have the 'he's not Samulin' problem because I've watched Christian de la Campa in almost every role he's done, he's been a favorite for me since Tierra de Reyes.

BTW, Tierra de Reyes is one role that would be real interesting to try to watch if you have the problem with disassociating him from this role because the actor who plays Jesus was also in that show, also Christian's brother in that show, and Christian's character was also named Samuel in that show! It was a very good show though I definitely recommend it if you ever have the opportunity to watch, it's on Hulu I believe, but maybe wait awhile before trying cuz I totally get the feeling of not being able to see the actor as another character so soon after loving him as one character.

SpanProf, I don't think we've heard Rafael Bustamante before, I don't recall hearing it anyway, I hope he proves interesting! :)

I keep meaning to say, Friday’s episode showed a close up of Fede’s profile and it struck me how good looking the actor is. I don’t notice I guess because I just think of him as the bad guy and the flunky but he’s a handsome guy. His eyes are really pretty!
