Corazon Salvaje team, phone home. Also - who is our STuD team?
Now that Soy tu duena (which I gather already has the nickname STuD) is about to start, I know some of you Salvaje team want to switch back to the 9 pm hour. Proposals have been made to me, and anything is fine, really, that you want to do.
A new volunteer for Salvaje: Sarah Runs-at-Dawn.
Jeri is, I gather, a new recruit for Salvaje as well.
Jody, Gloria, and Kris are on Salvaje but some want to switch to STuD?
Carlos offered to do a shift of Salvaje, is that offer still open?
For STuD:
Jody: Monday
Keri/Jardinera: Friday
Kat, Cheryl, Connie - what's your preference?
Caray, caray!
Thanks all. Help me get this straight ok?
Labels: recappers-needed, salvaje, stud
Jardinera, it really IS getting good and thanks to you and the other recappers, I can piece things together as you explain the conversations that I don't understand.
Connie, you wil be doing STuD too? That's great!
Looking forward to reading Ivy's recaps.
Is it true Carlos is coming on board?? That would be wonderful!

For the life of me, I don't recall volunteering to recap CS, though I vaguely recall musing about starting to watch it again by recording it and watching it the next morning. I admire everyone on the CS recapping team and I think that it is a fun show, but it would be impossible for me to take over a recapping position on CS in its current time slot. Like Hombre and Sylvia, I had planned to take a little break from recapping this summer. I'm sorry if I misled you, but for now anyway, I'm not quite ready to resume a steady recapping job. I am, however, very flattered that you considered me.

I'm not watching any Univision telenovelas now. I'm watching the repeats of Amor Real (just as good the second time, maybe better) on Telefutura and El Clon on Telemundo. So I'm missing any announcements of when TNs start.
I'd like to know because I definitely would watch TBLMOE in anything. If he wants to do a cooking show, I'm in. If he wants to do the Mexican version of Antiques Roadshow, ditto.
Anyway, thanks Jardinera, you are so right; CS is as good as many and better than most telenovelas now, after a slow start.
I will take Wednesdays, if that's ok. I've been doing that three or four weeks.
Let me just mention that some of us are writing recaps from the online episodes rather than stay up all night. It's very easy that way.
I have not met, Sarah Runs-at-Dawn (by that name anyway), but thank you for volunteering!
It wouldn't be Doña Barbara because that is Telemundo. DB was supposed to start on Telemundo, but instead, Corazon abierto is coming. It's a Colombian show based on Gray's Anatomy. The cast includes Jorge Enrique Arbello (JEA) of Betty la fea.

I’ve noticed there’s a shortage of recapers. My only experience as one was in the telenovel-world forum with EL rostro de Analia once a week. I’m a follower of your blog since the Alborada days before it was called Caray Caray. I always read, but don’t comment much. I’ve never volunteered for the recaps because I work two jobs. I record the episodes and usually catch up on weekends. Plus, sometimes I get bored of all the nonsense and stop watching.
All this rambling and I haven’t gotten anywhere.
Any way…
I won’t volunteer for CS2009 because the only day I might be able to do is Friday and that’s already taken. I’ll volunteer for soy tu duena. I noticed Friday is taken also, but I could do Thursday.
I’ll need a crash course on what needs to be done to post the recaps on the page. Please, bear in mind I’m not a professional recaper as you all are.
Thanks,
Sue

I'm willing to keep doing Salvaje or at the very least to post a "discuss here" every Tuesday. I'm also ok to switch days for Salvaje if it helps out any.
Hm, I don't know if that was a helpful response or not, but I'm sure we'll get it all figured out!
