Amores Verdaderos #108 Fri 4/12/13 Besame, Besame Mucho, Como Si Fuera Esta Noche La Ultima Vez

Anyballs Won't Accept the Truth:

We start this epi with Pau and Anyballs. Anyballs is pithed that Pau has told him he has another daughter, floating around somewhere out there, and that Pau knows who she is. He thinks she is lying her butt off and that this daughter doesn't exist. He wants to know who she is. Pau won't tell him. Pau thinks that Anyballs wouldn't acknowledge her and make her miserable just like he did to Pau. Pau tells Anyballs that she is going to tell said daughter who her real Papa is and if said daughter wants to contact him she will. Anyballs is pithed! Pau is sick and tired of the way Anyballs treats people. Look what he did to Adri! He can't beleive she would dare do this. He treated her so well!!!!! But he just knew this was never going to work out. She tells him she was in love with a pig! He warns her to stop with her lies or else. He'll take her apartment if she lets anything that is private out. She tells him basically to stuff it and he can't take her apartment away, it's hers! He warns her one last time that if she keeps messing with him, she'll regret it and he goes. Pau is pithed!

Little Orchid and the Makeout Session:
Little Orchid and Roller Boy are on the sofa makin' out. He wants to plant his dirty seeds but Little Orchid doesn't want that. He tells her to relax and keeps kissing her. There is a removal of Little Orchid's shirt, we on the Patio are screaming at Little Orchid not to do this, and Gringo is yelling the loudest! Unfortunately, Little Orchid can't hear us. Little Orchid stops him again and tells him she just can't, her parents could just walk in, she doesn't live here alone! Roller Boy doesn't care, lets just get busy, er not that, but you get the drift. He removes her outer shirt. More kissing. Little Orchid does have on her little T-shirt. He is bound and determined to have Little Orchid, and she finally tells him, she is afraid, never done this before, in other words she uses the V word. That's right she's a Virgin. She swears it's the truth! He decides they won't be doing it after all, and hey when she "sorts through this problem" give him a ringy dingy, hands her a chocolate, ya know the ones he brought her, and goes. Little Orchid eats her chocolate, and Roller Boy glances back at the door. He is so not beleiving she is a Virgin, but darn it he likes her so much! He is about to go in again, changes his mind and goes.

Porque el Amor Manda #25: Forget Avon; Chucho’s Place is the New Belly-Button of the Universe

We open on Chucho looking gobsmacked at the size of the dinner bill. The maître d’ says pay up or he’s calling the police! At the mention of the P word, Chucho blanches and begs to be allowed to work off his bill. The maître d’, recognizing that a man who does dishes is worth more than his weight in gold, agrees.

Meanwhile, the thug team gets tired of waiting for their prey to appear and goes up to the restaurant to look for him. Since he’s nowhere in sight, they assume he went out a back door and decide to deliver the medicine to him at his place.

Valentina gets picked up by a nice lady taxista. She tries calling home, but no one answers, so they drive around looking for landmarks. Val recognizes the purple towers of Avon and off they go. The guards bring her to Alma, and Alma decides to take her to…Chucho’s house!

Meanwhile, the police grill Vero and find out about Val’s two dads. Since Elías doesn’t actually live anywhere at the moment, they all head for Chucho’s house, too. Zowie. I hope he has enough jelly-glasses.

Finally Jesús arrives home and who should he see on his doorstep but…no, not the thugs…no, not Vero…not Alma, either…it’s Elías, looking the worse for wear after his long evening of goat-and-beer juggling, and with chicharrones the size of Frisbees stuffed into all his pockets. Chucho takes him inside for coffee and boy talk, but they are surprised by the masked thugs, and a FISTFIGHT ensues. (Got bingo?) Now would be a good time for the police to arrive, or even Alma, who probably has a decent left hook, but no – it’s Chatita with a knitting needle and a chamber pot! She clocks the thugs but good, then literally kicks them while they’re down. Much is made of Malvino’s tattoo.

Now the police pull up with sirens blaring (apparently the new protocol for apprehending non-custodial parents.) The thugs run off, and Verónica takes over the abuse. Chatita convinces the police to take Jesús to the hospital, as he is starting to swoon. They insist on admitting him, and with HOSPITALIZATION OF GALÁN, Blue Lass and R la O have bingo in column 5, card 8! (But don’t despair, fellow binguistas – in the previews it looks as if he takes a turn for the worse, so DOCTOR TELLS FAMILY PATIENT COULD DIE may not be far behind. And of course we all have high hopes for DERAILED WEDDING.)

In other news:

- Alma, Valentina and Chatita arrive at the hospital as well, where the princess is reunited with the Wicked Witch, I mean, her mother.

- Rogue checks up on the thugs, who tell him they got a few shots in but Jesús was with a whole gang of armed and savage huns and they were lucky to escape with their lives.

- Fernando finally lures Jessiquita over to his wild & crazy bachelor pad, but the whole scenario is cut short when Rogue summons him back to the office. Yawn. Does anyone care if either one of these two ever gets lucky, ever?

Amores Verdaderos #107 Thu 4/11/13 The Pot, The Kettle and the Mysterious DVD

Ballsvanera Mansion-The Help’s Dining Area: Guzman is all bummed out about Nikki. Adrianna “happens” to be walking through the kitchen because none of the other narcissistic members of Ballsvanera clan have the time or the desire to listen to her whine anymore. She will go someplace where people are paid to care and kiss her behind no matter what. She overhears Polita and Guzman talking about his pitiful love life. Perfect. It’s his break time and she will hold him hostage. Hearing that Guzman is weak, crying and defenseless, Adriana tells Polita that she needs to speak with Guzman. This is the great time to butt in and make the conversation about her. Adrianna asks Guzman to recommend a detective. He says he’ll make a few calls. Guzman looks so sad. She asks him a couple of questions about himself as to not appear so self-absorbed and heartless. “Who’s the chick that you’re in love with Guzman?” Make it quick, we’ve got me to think about.

Arriaga Apartment: Christina tells her daughter to stop freakin’ over the separation. Disney Princess Lilly acknowledges that at times she might over act over react when placed in stressful situations. Christina compares her happiness to how Princess Lilly feels working in the greenhouse. They agree to a movie date later on that night.
Ballsvanera Mansion-The Help’s Dining Area: Adrianna’s already bored. This conversation isn’t about her; however, she continues to feign concern for her “friend”. Little does she know, Guzman is secretly seething over her butting her big nose in to his conversation with Polita and using up his breaktime. At first, Guzman politely tries telling her to stay out of his business. “It’s not worth talking about her, it’s a hopeless love,” he says. Adriana continues to pretend to care. She gives him the standard cookie-cutter, dumped lover’s pep talk. Chin up! You’re a good person with a great personality! You’ll find someone who loves you! At his weakest point, Guzman falls for her B.S. and practically writes Nikki’s name on a piece of paper and hands it to Adrianna. 1. She’s engaged. 2. She’s rich. 3. She’s blond. 4. She’s bulimic. 5. She’s related to you. 6. She lives in this house. Adrianna doesn’t pick up on his subtle hints because well…this conversation is not about her.

Ballsvanera Mansion-Victoria’s Office: Arriaga just can’t keep his hands off of Victoria! He gropes her under the guise of “helping her” walk. Arriaga pulls her body tightly into his. Horny and loving the feel of his hard body against hers, Victoria grips the front of her belly and moans (this so that he will press her closer to him). I know that trick! I invented that trick! Suddenly, Nelson enters the room and sees his wife and her bodyguard stuck together like dogs taking care of business. Nelson calls his wife a hussy. He now knows why she doesn’t want anything to do with him anymore. She’s traded him in for the bodyguard! Victoria begs the two men not to fight. Arriaga grabs Nelson and manhandles him. Hearing the commotion, Tomasina flies into the room and joins the ruckus. Vicky pulls the “I’ve gotta a gunshot wound” card, and collapses, sobbing in Tomasina’s arms. After seeing the stress they are causing Victoria, the men separate. Nelson goes into the foyer and slams some Whiskey. Meanwhile, Arriaga apologizes to Victoria. Victoria doesn’t understand what’s mentally wrong with Nelson. She asks Arriaga to leave her alone with Tomasina.

Ballsvanera Mansion-One of the Living Rooms: Nelson is in the living room gettin’ full (drunk) when Arriaga departs from Victoria’s office. Arriaga marches right up to Nelson. “We’ve got to talk!” Nelson shuts the double doors so that Vicky won’t hear him cuss out Arriaga. Nelson tells Arriaga that he’s nothing but an employee. Arriaga agrees, but warns Nelson not to insult Victoria again. Nelson steps back and takes a gulp of booze. Again, Nelson accuses them of getting busy. Arriaga assures Nelson that Victoria is faithful and reminds Nelson of his infidelity. The two men stare each other down. Arriaga ends the pissing contest by leaving the room. Bottoms up! Nelson drains his glass.

Ballsvanera Mansion-Living Room: Oh, my! Victoria has the vapors! Her hair looks fantastic! Her granny shoes, not so much. She lies on the couch while Tomasina holds her hand. She can’t believe that Nelson hurt her after 25 years of marriage. Tomasina advises Victoria to hook up with Arriaga. Victoria says they can’t because they would hurt other people. Tomasina tells Victoria to fire Arriaga, otherwise, there going to end up in bed together. Victoria says that she needs to see Arriaga every day or she’ll die.

Ballsvanera Mansion-The Help’s Dining Area: An egocentric Ballsvanera continues to obliviously impede on Guzman’s personal time. Wisely, Guzman fakes his appreciation and thanks Adrianna for sucking up most of his break time. With only a minute left of his break, Nikki strolls in and announces that it’s time to leave. She has a therapy session and then she’s going to shopping for wedding dresses. Adrianna tells Nikki not to hire a photographer. As a wedding gift, Adrianna will take the photos. Nikki’s seen Adrianna’s crappy photos and says that Adrianna can take photos to supplement the professional wedding photographer. Nikki’s happy about the family all being together again.

Kendra’s Apartment: Odd-ette asks Kendra how the divorce plot is coming along. In her opinion, the Brizzes look happier that ever! Their demise is not happening quickly enough. She knows that Nelson is supporting Kendra because of the baby. She tells Kendra not to get too confident just because she knocked up. Kendra informs her that she will be the Maid of Horror…excuse me, Maid of Honor at Nikki’s wedding. Odd-ette is not impressed. She calls Kendra obtuse. She tells Kendra to make out with Nelson at the wedding. Kendra doesn’t want to ruin the wedding because it would piss her coveted family off. I think that getting knocked up by the bride’s father is also frowned upon, but who am I to judge?

Meta Imagen-Office of Allotta Ballsvanera: Anibals asks Gilda the Sn/B/W/itch for his daughter’s identity. Gilda says that she doesn’t know a damn thing and then runs out of the room.

Bedroom de Allotta Ballsvanera: Adrianna makes Tomasina help her search Anibal’s bedroom for evidence about the baby.

Kendra’s Apartment: Nelson complains to his mistress that his wife is having an affair. Yes! That’s what I said. In Nelson’s opinion, they were about to kiss when he found them in the office. Kendra pretends to play “devil’s advocate”. Kendra strokes his ego (and a few more areas) by telling him that she can’t believe that Victoria would choose a bodyguard over Nelson. Kendra declares her love for him. They make out.

Meta Imagen-Hallway: Double Agent Gilda the Sn/W/B/itch is debriefing Paula on her conversation with Nelson. She begs Paula not tell Anibal that she knows all about his daughter situation.

Kendra’s Apartment: Kendra and Nelson are still making out. Kendra stops because Christina is on her way. Besides, she’s not in the mood. She’s got a headache and it’s a big turn off when the man you’re sleeping spends his time with you crying over his wife humping another man. After Nelson leaves, Kendra tells her flat belly that it’s time for Nelson to learn her version of “the truth”.

Pavia House: Roy has a sugar mama and his father cannot be prouder. He shows his parents his plane tickets and hotel reservations paid for by Nikki. Father advises son to gain Anibal’s trust so that he can get more cash. Mom feels guilty, but not guilty enough to tell Vicky what’s going on. She’s afraid that the Ballvaneras will cancel the wedding if they find out the Pavia’s are bankrupt. Roy says they won’t because no other bozo will put up with a bulimic chick.

Bridal Shop: Nikki’s trying on wedding dresses. She thinks she’s a cow. She asks for Guzman opinion. He tells her not to marry Roy and immediately rams his tongue down her throat. I think he likes the dress. Maybe he’ll tell us how he feels about the dress when his lips are finished.

Bedroom de Allotta Ballsvanera: Victoria’s lungs are working fine. Rather than investing in an intercom like other normal filthy rich people, she bellows out Tomasina’s name. Tomasina hurries out the room, while Adrianna continues the search. Adrianna finds a picture of young Candelaria hidden in a book.

Bridal Shop: We can only assume that Guzman is enjoying the dress. He lips are still busy. At first Nikki returns his kisses, but she finally realizes we are watching. Nikki breaks the kiss. We’re Sgt. Schultz declares the sales ladies. “We see nothing and are hoping for a very large commission. At that point, Guzman declares his love and begs her not to marry Roy. I LOVE A BEGGING MAN! IT IS SO SEXY! Guzman tells the sales chicks to leave them alone. As soon as they are gone, he continues to plead! Nikki almost gives in, but she recalls Kendra’s (that bitch!) warnings about Guzman being an opportunist. Nikki tells Guzman that she would never marry him. Nikki slaps Guzman and calls the sales chicks back into the room. They return carrying disinfectant and wearing gloves (well, that’s what I would have done after seeing them pawing each other).

Ballsvanera Mansion: Obviously Victoria is faking it. She only grabs her side when Arriaga is around to physically support her. She leans against him as he walks her over to the couch. She’s such a skank! She asks Tomasina to prepare some tea and take it to the bedroom. Tomasina knows that code for leave me alone with Arriaga. As soon as Tomasina leaves the room, Vicky “attempts” to stand, thus prompting Arriaga to reach out and grope her again. Dammit, I know that trick. I taught her that trick. Her lips are saying that they can’t be together, but her eyes are saying….I sent Tomasina to get some tea and to take it to the the bedroom.

Meta Imagen-Nelson’s Office: Nelson is still pissed about his wife’s affair. Yes! For real! He’s bitching to Salsero about it. He tells Salsero to find a new body guard for Victoria. Salsero tells him that he should discuss it with Vicky first. Bea knocks on the door and brings in a package.

Balvanera Mansion: Vicky and Arriaga are talking in the sitting room near the stairs. They discuss what would have happened had they met 25 years ago. Tomasina brings the tea and sets it down. Immediately, Vicky tells Tomasina to go with her to the bedroom. Once again, Vicky “attempts to stand” and Arriaga reaches out to grope…I mean assist her. Arriaga doesn’t take the coy “hint” about afternoon tea in her bedroom and asks for permission to go visit his wife.

Meta Imagen-Nelson’s Office: Nelson opens the package. It’s a DVD. The weird looking photographer’s assistant knocks on the door. There’s something going on with a client. Nelson puts the disc in the computer. Nelson tells the assistant to go to the meeting room. Nelson tells Salsero to roll with him to the meeting room just in case something is about to go down in there.

Arriaga’s Apartment: Roy calls Disney Princess Lilly. She lies (her crown is tilting again) and tells him that she lives alone.

Kendra’s Apartment: Arriaga knocks on the door. He wants to talk to his wife. Christina looks surprised that her husband came to beg her to take him back…like she wanted him to do. Kendra excuses herself to eavesdrop in another room. Arriaga tries to take his wife to someplace private, but she refuses to leave. She’s working. Arriaga tells Christina that he’s afraid of losing her. He cries and tries to kiss her. She resists and turns away. When Kendra thinks that Arriaga might prevail, she interrupts the conversation. She praises Christina for being strong. Christina reveals that Kendra is knocked up when Arriaga starts yelling at Kenda. Christina gives Arriaga the boot, but breaks down and sobs when he leaves. Women! You guys are crazy! Kendra tells her that she did the right thing.

Balvanera Mansion-Victoria’s Slumber Party: Carlos Gonzalez is the love of Victoria’s life. Victoria, Doris, Adrianna and the slutty friend are chilling on the bed. Adrianna realizes that Anibal broke up Victoria and Carlos too. The slutty friend offers information about Carlos, but Victoria isn't interested. Vicky says that the kids need to get to know each other better. Doris is broke, so she thinks those kids know each other well enough.

Arriaga’s Apartment: Roy arrives with a chocolate and wine that he purchased with Nikki’s money. He and Disney Princess Lilly make out. I’ve never seen a Disney princess make out before the ring. Wait…I take that back. Snow White and Sleeping Beauty (those tramps) pretended to be unconscious so that they could get some tongue action from Prince Charming.

Paula’s Apartment: Anibal has stopped by to manhandle Paula. He wants to know about if the rumors about his daughter her true.

Arriaga’s Apartment: I’ve never heard of a Disney Princess who goes to third base before she gets the ring! Wait! Snow White shacked up with several different men before marriage and Belle lived with Beast. Disney Princess comes to her senses and pushes him away. He tries to loosen her up with some wine. It’s working.

Paula’s Apartment: Typical of a Balvanera, Anibal thinks Paula making up stories about him having another kid because he won’t marry her. He threatens to take away her apartment. She reminds him that they were part of her separation package when he had her son fire her on his PTO day. He demands that she stop making up stories or reveal his kid’s identity. She says that she’ll tell the kid first and let the kid decide if she wants to reach out to him. He says that if she messes with him, he’ll learn who she really is.

PEAM # 24- Goodbye Avon, On to Bigger and Better Things and An Escape from the Bubble!

At Avon-
Xochy and Alma are chatting about Jesus and how she asked him if he was in love with Alma and he said that it was professional.
Valentina lets her mommy have it- she is always reprimanding her Papa Elias and she will never see Papa Jesus, it’s her mom’s fault.

Xochy lets Chucho know that she is in love with him.  She has loved him since the first time she laid eyes on him.
Rogue is discussing the food and wine list for the wedding reception.  Alma could care less.
Chucho is impactado, he had no idea and he tries to let Xochy down easy.  She knows by his facial expression that she is not his type.  Sorry, forget about it.  They will TRY to get to know each other better but only as friends.   Xochy doesn’t hear the word try (intentar).

At Valentina’s House-
Valentina says goodbye to her Barbie dolls and the giant teddy bear. A distraught Valentina leaves her room.

At Avon-
Xochy is ecstatic, she used Alma’s words and she told him that she was in love with him and Alma of course takes the scene that she saw the wrong way.  Xochy will ask Alma to be her maid of honor if things go as she thinks that they will.  The other secretaries are happy for Xochy while a saddened Alma looks on; they are acting like Xochy got engaged.

At Valentina’s-
Valentina calls Elias on Mommy’s green neon phone.  He answers roughly thinking that it was Veronica.  Val lets him know that she knows what’s going on?  When is he coming home??  He is not sure.  She can’t see her Papa Jesus either, and Papa Elias tells her to be patient while he straightens things out.  He asks her to promise to wait, but she hangs up.

At Avon-
Jesus bids Alma goodbye and thanks her for patience and her support.  She thanks Chucho for his all of his help at work.  He wishes her well in her marriage and will pass by when he can.  They are friends and they share a lovingly long hug.  Pati walks in and notes the affection between them.  Alma tells Pati of Chucho’s new job at Orion and Pati snatches him up and gives him a hug.
Susana lets Chucho know that Rogue is looking for him.
Pati says that Chucho is one-dime piece!! (On a scale of 1-10, he is 100)
Jessica (who never works) is thrilled that Chucho is finally leaving and wants to bid him farewell. She tells Xochy that Chucho is not for her- free advice.  What a beeeaaaachh!

Chucho thanks Rogue for all that he has done for him.  Sarcastically Rogue bids him goodbye.  If he only knew what was waiting for him.

At Valentina’s-
Veronica shrieks to Minerva that Valentina is not in her room.  Vero realizes that Valentina has left.

At Avon-
Fern the male octopus and Jessica are working on each other in his office. He wants her to come over to his house tonight.  She is driving him crazy when she calls him Licenciada.  (Eye rolling time) Before any nookie, she has asked him to call Xochy to his office and give her something to do.
He asked Xochy for some information and its quitting time for her but she has to work late.    Jessica is turned on by his forcefulness. (More eye rolling time)

At Valentina’s-
Since Vero has no one else at home to yell at she starts yelling at Minerva. She demands that Minerva get her purse, because she can’t do anything but order people around and she wants the truth- did she tell Valentina??  Minerva admits that she did. She gets it together and they both go out to look for Valentina.  Vero is such a hypocrite- she always wants the truth- when is going to come clean about her feelings for Jesus??

At Avon-
Chucho bids Fern goodbye.  Fern feigns being busy and Chucho tells him that he doesn’t do anything but play solitaire and surf the net, going to prohibited sites.
Pati notes that something is amiss with Alma.  Today is Chucho’s last day and she is a little sentimental.
Fern keeps throwing the “g” word around and Chucho snatches him up and rips him a new one.  He doesn’t slap Fern into next week out of respect for the company.  He warns Fern to watch himself because in life there is poetic justice and karma is bitch!
Pati is wasting Alma’s time (does she do anything else but shop, screw, work out and sleep??) in trying to find out Alma’s real feelings for the secretary.
Chucho sadly leaves the building while Joe Bananas and Jimmy Nostrils
aka Silverio and Malvino are watching him.
Alma is not sure what she feels, admiration, affection or what???  Alma is talking about on a professional level and asks Pati to grow up.  Pati is all over him at the gym.  Pati is single and can feel what she wants but Alma is taken.
Alma tries to convince herself that she loves Rogue. (I am ready to fast forward this scene)
Pati tells Alma that she can’t fool herself.
She loves her friend.  (With a friend like Pati, who is sleeping with her man, why would she need enemies?
A pensive Chucho hears voices calling him, while Silverio and Malvino are flowing him.

Outside of the Avon Office-
The four Stupids (which now include Jessica) invite Chucho to a farewell dinner.  They don’t want him to leave on a bitter note.  Chucho doesn’t hold any grudges.  Malvino and Silverio are as confused ever and decide to follow. It’s going to be an unforgettable dinner.

At Avon-
As usual Pati is the female octopus counterpart, who is all over Rogue in his office.  Rogue wants to know exactly what Alma said and thinks about Jesus.  Pati tells him about the passionate good-bye hug that Alma and Jesus shared.

At Valentina’s-
A frantic Vero is still screaming and is desperate to find Valentina.  She and her green neon phone try to call Elias and she has to leave a message.   It’s his fault that Valentina left, and she thanks him, sarcastically .  She tries Jesus’ phone and it goes straight to voice mail.  Val has 2 dads and neither one answers their phone.  Minerva suggests that she call the police.  Vero (with half a brain) calls the police.

At a restaurant-
Elias (like a kid in the candy store) orders a real dinner with nothing bland.  He look orgasmic as he is eating and eating and eating whatever he feels like.  The most greasy dishes that they had lamb, tortillas, with hot sauce guacamoles, pork, beef, chicken, skins, tacos, the sweetest dessert-chocolate cake, tequila and 2 beers, etc.  (All of the Vero forbidden foods) The waiter and Viewerville look on in amazement.

In the park-
Valentina is at the park and gets frightened by a barking dog, named Diablo.  She starts to cry.

At the restaurant_
The four Stupids arrive at the restaurant and Jesus feels uncomfortable at such an expensive restaurant.  The Stupids are insulted at first but then sit to eat.
Fern calls Jessica and she informs him that she is taking Jesus out to dinner at an expensive restaurant.  She will see him later at his place.

At Avon-
Pati is still at the office; while Rogue wants to tear Jesus from limb to limb Pati is all over Rogue.  Fern interrupts.  Fern congratulates his brother on his good taste.  Fern gives his brother the update on Jesus, who is still alive is having dinner at the

At Marsela’s Shack-
Marsela arrives home to her dad, still in pain) and a home cooked dinner.  Marsela wanted a salad is not hungry and goes to bed.  Her dad repaired the roof and he  finds her expensive purse and wonders how did she get it.

Amor Bravío #165 (Uni 160) Wed 4/10/13 ULTIMOS CAPITULOS “ A Fall to Grace is the Saving Grace From an Obscene Obsession, the Photo Illuminates All Alibis, and the Knock on the Door Opens to Evil on Either Side”

Women’s Prison:  The crowd at on the prison yard is loud and chaotic.  Agustina takes the opportunity to climb the stairs of the water tower undetected. She stands in the dark at the top of the water tower, looks skyward and prays for forgiveness.  She tells the Great Deliverer In the Sky to forgive her – that she is doing this to save Camila from sacrificing her beloved ranch and the dignity of her own body to Demonic Dio.   Looking from the ground up to the tower, the crowd of prisoners watches horrified, as Agustina hurls herself from the top of the tower to the ground below.  The prisoners watch her fall to her demise, stunned into silence.   The yard remains silent for one moment longer.  Then all at once, there is a commotion among the prison comrades.  The mother-who-sacrificed-her-freedom-for-her-son prisoner tells the guards to hurry and call for help and call Agustina’s daughter that is what she wanted.  The guards push through the crowd to clear the area and to radio for medical assistance.  A suspicious guard questions the mother-who-sacrificed-her-freedom-for-her-son prisoner if she had knowledge about this in advance.  If so, she scolds her, this tragedy could have been avoided.  Our prisoner replies that this was Agustina’s final wish. She adds that her cellmate Carmela has a letter that Agustina wrote and it is to be delivered immediately to her daughter Camila.  The crowd is being cleared as as Agustina is splayed on the prison yard, blood trickling from her nose and mouth.

Amores Verdaderos #106 Wed 4/10/13 Roy es híper sweet and he'd never ever cheat on me.

In the living room of the Balvanera Mansion, Adriana accepts her father's welcome home embrace while Francisco Guzmán and Victoria look on approvingly.

In the kitchen, Liliana, having just heard the worst news of her life -- the earth has been invaded by a hostile race of aliens and there is no hope for the planet -- goes into HYSTERICS.  What?  Oh.  Sorry.  She has just heard that her parents are splitting.  José Ángel vows to fix the problem -- Lili's ma means everything to him.  And Lili goes home to talk to her ma.  Meanwhile Miss Vikki, left alone with JA, wants the skinny.  What happened?  Before JA can answer, Nikki breezes in, Guzmán in her wake.  She wants to go out clubbing with Roy and some friends.

Nikki says:  Can I take Super Superman instead of the little gorilla?
Nikki thinks: I can't trust myself to resist Guzmancito's kisses.

Vikki defers to JA who says it's okay with him.  Guzmán frowns and shakes his head slightly.  Nikki flounces out triumphantly, leaving the other three knowing they have been bamboozled once again.

Arriaga Apartment
Cris, Paula and Beatriz are sitting around the table when Liliana bursts in and announces dramatically that her father told her what happened.  Cris jumps up and runs to her daughter.  "Wait ... he told you I wanted us to take some time apart?"  Lili is confused.  "It was your idea?"  Lili thinks her mother is making a big mistake.  Hasn't it occurred to her that this trial separation may end up keeping them apart forever?  Cris says it was a painful decision (Me costó sangre) but she had no other choice.  [Except, of course, not to ask for a separation.  I guess they didn't stress critical thinking skills in the school in the pueblo.]

PEAM # 23: 4/10/13- Veronica Enters Self-Destructive Mode

Recap by: Pablo

After the rain last night, things could not get any worse for Rogelio, when Fernando tells him what ''he saw'' between Alma and Jesús. Now Rogelio has to take a number if he wants to kill Jesús, since there's other people with the same plans.

He doesn't know it yet, but in the warehouse, Malvino and his ass-istant choose whatever weapons they will use to erase Jesús from the map.

Looks like Jesús is in everybody's mind, and even Verónica confronts Elías in a very nasty way the reasons why he covered for Jesús hiding the truth from her.

When Elías tells Verónica she is digging her own grave behaving the way she does, it  is like putting salt on a snail, and she twists and gets defensive, not being able to see the lightpole in her own eyelids. For Elías, this is the straw that breaks the camel's back and takes the offer Verónica makes, when she says, it's either my way or the highway!!

Amor Bravío #164 (Uni 159) Tue 4/9/13 Hissadora flees, Yago gets his comeuppance, and Our Lady in Lavender makes the ultimate sacrifice.

My last recap for this fantastic TeleNovela!!!

A few scenes have been re-arranged for continuity……

BuenaVentura
Hissadora is all ears – she’s just overheard Mariano telling Yago that it’s confirmed. Hissadora has been drugging their Pops!    Ah, but she’s not the only one who heard this.  You’ve heard how walls have ears?  Well, in this case, las cortinas have ears cuz LeoCerdo is standing behind the sheer curtains and has heard everything:  “So you want to kill Cayetano! Mendiga vieja!”  He quickly exits stage right.  Mariano continues, saying they’ve got her because they now have the proof.  Sherlock Juarez and Pablo are on their way.  Hissadora will be arrested for attempted murder.  Hissadora wisely figures it’s time to git while the gittin’s good.  She can’t figure out how those “estupidos” found out about Las Gotas!  As she hastily tiptoes out, LeoCerdo’s shadow is seen behind the curtains following her every step.  Outside, she makes her way to one of the ranch trucks and makes her getaway.  LeoCerdo can be seen in the background running across the drive, carrying a plactic bag that surely carries the Hissadora face treatment.  Hissadora takes off, but he’s right behind her in another truck.  The BV capataz sees it all and goes running back inside to raise the alarm.

PEAM, Tuesday 4/9/13 (#22): The ORION Express!

"Children and drunks always tell the truth," Alma tells Chucho, urging him to repeat what she drunkenly said to him last night. Reluctantly, he tells Alma about the "I love you." (He says "Te quiero" to her again, and I think maybe this time it's not just a quote.) He confirms that she was looking him in the eyes when she said it, "but you probably thought I was Rogelio," he adds.

Alma is horrified and apologetic. She asks Chucho not to tell Rogelio. (As if!) They synchronize their stories since Rogue will want to know what she did last night. "We'll leave out 'I love you' and the kiss," Chucho says.

Alma nearly does a spit-take with her coffee. "What kiss? Where did I kiss you??"
"In the living room!"
"No, I mean on what part of your body?"

Amores Verdaderos #105 Tue 4/9/13 Forbidden Passions

Amores Verdaderos Cap 105, 4/9/13—Forbidden Passions

FINALLY IT'S DONE!!

BRIEF SUMMARY: (Events may be condensed or not listed in order.)

* Refried: Vicki thanks the Furry Fornicator for doing a good job at work while she was recovering, but now it's time for him to go back to the guest bedroom. FF had a fit over that. Tries to play the "What will Nikki think?" card. Vicki says Nikki is so involved in her wedding planning she won't notice.

Begging is not suitable for a gentleman. However, this fella is no gentleman.

* Beatriz is telling Gilda/Hilda how well things are going with Salsa-Dude. Guillo is getting used to him and everything. The divorce is coming through soon—the lawyer will deliver the papers to Leo the Low. Cut to lawyer at Leo's place. Neighbor tells him Leo isn't around anymore.

* We return to Chris and Big Angel having their fight. She's accusing him (rightfully) of caring more about Vicki than his own wife. He tries to play the "it's my job" card, but it's not working. He doesn't even have time to answer her phone calls?

* Chris wants to separate. Big Angel begs and begs for her not to do it. On him begging doesn't look too bad because he's Big Angel and he cries so pretty.

Not the news he was wanting to hear.

PEAM #21, 04/08/2013 - – Spying, Kissing, Yoga and More Hot Kisses, Aaaaahhhh

El Refrito: I Love, love, love Jesus’ Chicago accent, much easier to understand than the feckless Fernando (Dimm); Pati is so disgusted with Fernando’s off work hours treatment of her Hawt Dayt; Jesus easily decks the drunken bidnez jerk.  Rogue plays the fool so well as he berates the lovely raccoon eyed Alma for defending her hecho y derecho secretario instead of standing by his silliness.  He always forgets she has a brain. Oh my, let’s move on.

El Nuevo: As Rogue whines to his assistant (sorry cannot keep this man’s name or story straight) in the parking area about Jesus Garcia, across the smooth chubby cheeks of said hombre, there is a flashback movie of Yuri condemning some Jesus Garcia as the man who landed him in jail for failing to illegally transport the suitcase of funds.  Let’s kill him.  Yuri definitely looked better in his white nine piece suits and swag of golden chains, but prison costumes don’t make most people look their best.

Amor Bravío #163 (Uni 158) Mon 4/8/13

Capitulo 163: There Will Be Blood, Sweat, and Tears

Lo del pasado

Piedad tells Pablo that Luzma stayed with Natalia the night before to help her prepare; Eleuterio and Rodolfo slack off with some tequila and sympathy, Hipolito begins his new job, Amanda announces that the wedding will not take place.
Lo de nuevo:

Iglesia, Outside: Amanda delivers the apology announcement to their guests.

Amanda: I ask for everyone's attention, please. We are gathered today for the wedding of Natalia and Yago. I'm grateful that you are all here, but at the same time I must offer you an apology. [This gets suspicious expressions on the faces of Iago and Dionicio] because the wedding will not take place. (Camila has a curious expression)
Dionicio (angry): Why will the wedding not take place?
Iago: Why, Amanda?
Amanda: Because Natalia discovered what class of man she had for a father and also what she would have for a husband. (musical crash) Therefore, there is no wedding. Natalia is now in a place where neither of you will ever find her.
Dionicio: Tell me where my daughter is.
Amanda (firmly): No. Neither of you have any rights over her because Natalia hates you. Never did she take the name 'Ferrer' don't you know? Neither will she call you “Father” again.
Iago: Dionicio may not have rights over Natalia but I do because she is expecting my child. [Note, Iagho, that there will be consequences for that public declaration.]
Amanda: Ay, Iago, do you think you will be a good father? That you're interested in this baby? You rejected this baby when you found out she was pregnant! If you changed your mind it wasn't because of love for the baby or for my daughter; it was because of Dionicio's threats.
Iagho: I don't know what you're talking about, Señora.
Amanda: Don't pretend, Iago. Natalia heard you. You and Dionicio talking about your “deal.”
Mariano (beginning to get suspicious): What deal are you talking about, Amanda? (turning to Iago) Iago, answer me. (Iago looks at the ground)
Amanda: Iago sold himself to Dionicio, Mariano. (Cayetano looks shocked and upset. Isadora watches intently) He accepted money and luxuries to marry Natalia and alienate her from me.
Mariano (sternly): Is this the truth, Iago?
Dionicio (indignantly): Of course not!
Amanda: Yes, it is! (Camila looks over at Dionicio) It doesn't matter to me how much you and Iago deny it because Natalia, thank God, opened her eyes just in time. [Cayetano really looks as though he needs to sit down while Isadora pretends to be supportive] Because of this she has left here never to return. [String section flourish into a musical crash and all stare at Amanda as though she were Renée Fleming finishing an aria.]

Commune in Chiapas: We travel down a lovely river, spot a beautiful waterfall, and see the community greet Aaron on his return. He is accompanied by Luzma and Natalia; they have one rolling suitcase each. He introduces the two girls to them, saying they are there to find peace. The women offer to help them settle in and Aaron says they will eat together later. They thank him, Luzma saying that she hopes her mother and Pablo will understand. He tells them that Amanda will see to that.

Iglesia, Outside: El Diablo will not go down easily in any arena.

Dionicio: This will not end like this, Amanda. Nobody makes me look ridiculous. This is about my daughter and I have all the right in the world to know where she is!
Amanda: Because of your attitude, stubbornness, and evil you have lost any rights you could had over her.
Dionicio: You are very mistaken. You better tell me this minute where she is or I will – [We think he means to say “kill you” as he charges in at her.] (Camila and the other women step forward to shield Amanda while Osvaldo, Daniel, and Mariano run up to grab Dionicio. Daniel and Mariano grab him from either side and pull him back. Multiple utterances as Osvaldo goes to Amanda's side.)
Osvaldo: Unfortunately, this man has only knows how to do evil, but this time he [???] because you've lost, Dionicio!
Dionicio (struggling): Let go of me!
Camila (pointing): Leave, Dionicio. You better leave. Leave, por favor.
Padre Anselmo (striding in with robes floating like an avenging angel's wings): This is a house of God! It is for all but I cannot permit a scandalous scene. If you cannot respect that I – along with Camila – ask that you leave.
Dionicio (with calculated calm): Let go of me! (a slight pause, and they do. He stares at both Mariano and Daniel, meeting his eyes, then exits without further ranting)
Osvaldo: Good. Very good, Amanda! You did well, my love; I am so proud of you. You confronted this man to defend your daughter tooth and nail.
Amanda: Thanks. Thanks, my love. (turns to Daniel) Thanks, Daniel. (Daniel hugs her, kisses her forehead, and she leans into him.)
Mariano (shoving Iago away from their father): Once more I'm ashamed of you, Iago. How are you capable of doing this to Natalia? Don't try to deny it because the evidence is here.
Iago: I had to do it.
Mariano: No, you didn't. You're not getting away with this.
Iago: It's true, Mariano. I had no choice. Dionicio sent his men after me. They pulled me out of my car and threatened to kill me. If I didn't comply I'd be in the next world.
Mariano: Why didn't you tell me? Why didn't you denounce this man? (Amanda and Osvaldo approach) The other day I told you he was dangerous and you shouldn't be anywhere near himl, but you said nothing. On the contrary, you went out to meet with him.
Iago: I tell you I had no alternative.
Amanda: Yes, you did, Iago. Yes. Because as Mariano said you could have denounced him. But not only didn't you do that you accepted gifts and luxuries like that watch you're wearing. (looks at it. Mariano picks up Iago's left hand)
Mariano (as Iago jerks his hand away): Is this true?
Iago: Leave me alone. I've been humiliated enough with Natalia not showing up and planting me like this with her accusations and claims. [reclamos]
Amanda: Fortunately, my daughter didn't marry you. (walks away with Osvaldo)
Mariano: Never did I think you would be capable of sinking this low. (Iago walks away, with Mariano staring a hole into his back.)

Amanda hands letters to Piedad and Pablo to explain Luzma's absence. As she leaves, Daniel stops her long enough to tell her how proud he is of Natalia for this. He now understands the conversation from the other day was a farewell. He tells her he will talk to her later and bids Osvaldo to take care of Amanda.

Viviana and Camila talk; neither expected this wedding to end this way. Or not happen, as is the case. Camila borrows Vivi's cell phone to call her own, which is in the hands of Hipolito.

El Diablo's Lair, Outside: The string section sees the danger and gives the appropriate leitmotif, building it step by step up the scale. Hipolito has skeleton keys, which he uses to open the gate, then the front door. An alarm sounds as he opens the door and he runs around the corner without closing either the door or the gate. He answers the cell phone. Camila warns him that the wedding was canceled and it's likely that El Diablo will return promptly to his lair. He apologises, saying the alarm sounded as soon as he got the door open so he ran. He doesn't have the documents she needs. She tells him not to worry and to get back to La Malquerida. She looks worried as she ends the call.

Iglesia, Jardin: Piedad and Pablo sit on benches reading Luzma's letters. She aplogises for the manner in which she did this but needed to take advantage of Natalia's departure to go to a place where she can find peace and safety. She can have neither while Leoncerdo is still at large. She tells her mother to marry Hipolito and be happy. She tells Pablo to see a lawyer for a divorce so he can be free and suggests he take a long trip. The tone of both letters sounds like she has no intention of returning. They both cry, then run back to Amanda to ask where she is. She tells them she can't tell them anything other than that Luzma is safe. Camila interjects that it's important for their peace of mind that Pablo know whether she is alone or with Natalia; Amanda says the girls are together. They had told her not to tell where and she needs to respect their wishes. She takes leave of them. Daniel concludes that it's better this way until Leoncerdo is dealt with. Pablo starts to run off, but Mariano catches up with him for a man-hug and offering his help, being the strong big brother he is.

Iglesia, Interior: Piedad enters to pray to the Virgencita. Amanda follows her in to tell her that Luzma is with Natalia and Aaron in Chiapas. She couldn't tell her this in front of Pablo. She is sure that nobody can harm the girls there. Piedad thanks her and turns to the crucifix on the wall. Both women thank God. [We flies on the wall are hoping that nobody is eavesdropping on them.]

Reclusorio de Mujeres, Yard: Augustina talks to the younger of the two mothers she has met, who tries to reassure her that possibly Camila was trying to make her feel better and that Dionicio was just trying to jerk her chain with his threat to ravish her daughter. She is incredulous that this subhuman would actually do such a thing. Augustina wants to believe this, but doesn't look as though she can. She doesn't know what to think. She had begged Camila not to sacrifice the ranch, but there is no way for her to prevent this. “In truth, I would prefer to die than for my daughter to sacrifice herself.” The other woman tells her not to talk like this, but Augustina is desperate. “Do you know how it feels knowing that someone is about to rape your daughter? That wretch Dionicio would do it. I have to stop him. I have to do it if it's the last thing I do in this life.” As the music goes on in the minor key of mental anguish with some percussion accents she walks away from the other woman alone, staring at the sky.

Iglesia, Jardin: Cayetano sits on the bench, looking less alert than when they left La Buenaventura. [We wonder how Hissadora managed this.] He doesn't understand what Iagho did or why Natalia stood him up at the wedding. Hissadora tells him that Natalia discovered he was marrying her por interes and therefore ditched him. Cayetano doesn't get this, as Iagho has his share of La Buenaventura. Hissadora makes a comment about ambición, but then comments on how this made the family look ridiculous. She suggests they leave before the other people eat them alive. He gets up and they exit.

Mariano finds Rocio praying to the Virgen. He explains to her what this was all about, his hope that this has no effect on the baby, and she laments her earlier selfishness and what a bad example that was for Iagho. She is dying of shame over what he did. They decide to go home.

Cayetano says something about finding Iagho to give him a piece of his mind; Hissadora says he probably is back at the ranch and they start to leave. She thinks “Damn you, Iagho! It's your fault I can't kill Cayetano tonight as I planned.”

El Diablo's Lair, Outside: As they pull up in the black SUV, El Diablo asks what the police are doing in front of his house. Omar parks the car and exits, talking to the uniformed cops in front of the house. They tell him that they came in response to the alarm. They found the gate and the front door open but nobody is inside and nothing appears to have happened. “Are you sure?” he asks. “Yes. Your camera probably caught whatever happened. “ They suggest he check the recording. He assumes a calm demeanor, thanks them, then goes inside with Omar.

La Malquerida, Courtyard: Camila, Piedad, and Dorotea return to find Eleuterio and Rodolfo sitting in the same spot with an empty tequila bottle between them. She gets them to explain that. She then asks if Hipolito is back, but they haven't seen him. Dorotea says nothing but can see that something isn't right. Camila realizes that somehow they have been slacking and Eleuterio explains that Rodolfo was feeling bad because Natalia was marrying Iagho. Camila realizes they were drinking and tells them this was not the time or the place for it regardless of Natalia getting married... or not. Rodolfo gets a little more alert and asks why; Camila explains. Rodolfo asks where she is and they explain. Rodolfo wants to make fajitas out of Iagho, but Camila isn't taking any nonsense at this point. She orders them inside to have coffee and wake up because she needs them awake and alert. They apologise and start in the direction of the hacienda. Eleuterio comments to Rodolfo that since Natalia didn't marry Iagho... and Camila tells them to hurry up. The happy banda music ushers the guys off camera as Piedad looks with disapproval at the empty tequila bottle.

Commune, Luzma and Natalia's Quarters: Natalia isn't hungry; what should have been the happiest day of her life is one of the saddest. Luzma tells her she made the right decision. Natalia was imagining what the latest hours were like for her mother. But Luzma tells her she will help her take care of the baby and they'll be alright. It was an odd cuñada situation with her about to divorce Pablo as Natalia was about to marry Iagho and Natalia expresses concern that Iagho would try to claim their baby. Luzma tells her that Pablo would never permit him to do that. Luzma then asks her not to do for her child what Amanda had done. Don't invent a father that never existed. Don't say he's dead or that he was perfect. When the time comes, tell the truth. That you loved him but he not you, but that you are happy to have the child. Natalia tells her she is happy to be having the baby and she will be a successful single mother, like her own. [Grrrrr; methinks this lets too many men off the hook.] She then asks Luzma if she trusts Aaron's people to help her with her trauma. “not for Pablo, but for yourself.” Luzma says si and they hug.

Park Walkway: Pablo walks slowly, looking at the wedding picture on his cell phone. “Why did you renounce our love?” Other related questions, the sad renunciation song, and a few bars later he takes the letter out of his pocket again.

El Diablo's Lair, Study: El Diablo looks at his laptop for the recording from the front door security camera and sees Hipolito. “That's the chauffeur from La Malquerida.” “Are you sure, Master?” says his chief demon. “He was hear last night delivering flowers. He came to the door and Señorita Natalia let him in.” As he continues to watch other security recordings, including Natalia entering the study during the party he decides that she did this so they could rob him. “Natalia betrayed me. Leave me alone. Tell the police that unfortunately the cameras showed nothing.” Omar tries to change his mind, but doesn't get to complete a word. El Diablo tells him to leave him alone, so he does. As soon as he is out the door El Diablo makes a gesture of frustration, then rises from his desk and opens the door on the left of the sideboard behind him. There is a small safe in it. He punches in the code [Methinks it be 25257] and opens it. There is a pile of cash and the fake passports. No violent outburst so everything must be in place. He closes it, then turns back to the computer to see the recording of the day Augustina was standing outside the door of the study. He flashes back to removing the passports and the cash from the briefcase and locking them in the safe. “You thought to surprise me, but they were the ones surprised. This will have consequences for you, Camila. I'm sure you were behind this.” The horn section speaks of evil to come. He takes out his cell phone.

Cabaña: Camila looks at the photo of herself with Augustina and Ximena from the day that honored her tio and thinks about having to surrender her ranch and her body to El Diablo in order to free her mother. “Nobody must see, nobody must know, nobody can interfere.” Her cell phone rings and she answers. She listens with forced indifference as El Diablo tells her he knows what they tried to do. She asks whether Hipolito took anything.

Dionicio: So far, no. But everything depends on how you behave tonight. That will determine whether or not you get what you have demanded.
Camila: Ya, Dionicio, please let's be sensible. You'll have La Malquerida but why would you want to congress with a woman who despises you? Doesn't that matter to you?
Dionicio: Because I swear that for good or ill you will be mine. You had better be punctual and have a good attitude or you will add to the list of victims.

He ends the call and Camila looks truly defeated.

Laboratory Assistance Desk: Still clad in his traje de charro, Pablo arrives to pick up the results. He takes another look at the wedding photo on his cell as the receptionist fetches the envelope.

La Buenaventura, Study: Iagho takes off his jacket and tie as Hissadora watches him from the next room. She enters, telling him that his father wants to talk to him; he's very annoyed with him. He's upstairs in his room. Iagho gets defensive, blaming everything on El Diablo. She pretends to take his side by saying she understands. He seems to fall for it. Especially since she convinces him that between El Diablo and his own father he was being pressured. She suggests that he go away, take the trip that was planned as the honeymoon to put distance between himself and the issues. “Why don't you leave tonight?” “Alone?” “Well, you don't have to be alone long, do you?” She certainly knows how to play to this stepson's weak points.

Cabaña: Hipolito asks for another chance at El Diablo's lair, but Camila will not hear of it. She emphasizes the danger. She isn't – and can't be – sure that El Diablo will have her mother released before she surrenders La Malquerida but that will help prove that he is a swindler. Finally, she tells him not to tell anyone what really happened that day; that he was unable to get in and that he will try again tomorrow. Which will not happen. He reluctantly agrees.

El Diablo's Lair, Study: Estevez is in the guest chair, apologizing for the unfortunate timing but there is something he has to tell him. He met with the other shareholders and they convinced him he had to tell him something Hissadora didn't want him to know. It's a change to the entire deal. Hissadora is planning to leave him out of the part of the deal about La Buenaventura (which would make her the majority shareholder of the whole deal). They can't afford any more complications from this point on. Any more and they will take legal action against him and Black Widow Lazcano. As he tries to keep from exploding into an infernal ball of fire, El Diablo tells him not to worry, that he is well aware that Monday will be the final deadline. He will have everything ready. Estevez tells him he will expect him in his office at noon on Monday. He takes a last sip of his drink, wishes him a good evening, and exits. After the door is closed, El Diablo picks up his own drink, throws it at the chair, then paces in frustration. Scene-ender czrdas measure closes this little scene.

Hostal, Breakfast Room: Daniel and Amanda sit down to coffee, talking about how the events shocked not only El Diablo, but everyone else. He is still worried that the girls are alone without protection and Amanda worries us by telling him where they are. They will be together to take care of each other. Daniel realizes that this is why Aaron left when he did. Amanda is relieved that neither El Diablo nor Iagho can find Natalia. Daniel is sure she doesn't need to worry about Iagho, who never wanted to marry Natalia in the first place. It was only about El Diablo's threats. Daniel has a lightbulb moment when it occurs to him that if only Iagho would bring charges against El Diablo he can be arrested and Camila will not have to surrender her entire being to the devil. Amanda asks if he's sure Iagho will help, but he says he has to try. He gets up and exits to go over to La Malquerida. [Really, since time is at a premium now shouldn't he have called Mariano?]

La Malquerida, Kitchen: Piedad is very upset at how Luzma chose to leave. Hipolito tells her that it was easier to do this than to hear her begging her to stay. In due time she will be at peace when she doesn't have to worry about Leoncerdo or see Pablo. Piedad realizes he is right, and a few sentences later tells him she may have cancer. She will have the results on Monday.

Commune: Aaron introduces Luzma to an alternative therapist. Talk of how all therapies are not created equal and how this therapy is about her and her sense of inner peace, Pablo notwithstanding. Aaron tells her he wouldn't recommend this if he didn't think it might be effective. She agrees to try this.

La Buenaventura: Minor keys in the violins as we see Iagho in everyday clothes going over some papers. Mariano enters, enquiring about their father and Hissadora. Cayetano is upstairs in his room and Hissadora went out a little while ago. “Why?” Mariano relays what Pablo just called him about, that Hissadora had been poisoning their father with potassium. He checked the internet and it reported their father's exact symptoms (fatigue, lack of energy, memory loss) and soon he would have become a puppet [titere] she could manipulate however she wanted. Little do either of them realize that Hissadora is just outside the room eavesdropping and none of the three see that Leoncerdo is just outside the window also eavesdropping. “I see you want to kill Don Cayetano, beggar woman,” he thinks before slinking away. He doesn't hear that Pablo and Sherlock Juarez are on their way over to arrest her for attempted murder. Iagho -- and Hissadora -- son impactados.

¡No te pierdes los ultimos capitulos de este gran historia!

It's been a great pleasure to work on this series. I will be staying on for Que Bonito Amor, which has two of my favorite men, a good supporting cast, and – we hope – lots of good music. See you next Monday!
