Amores Con Trampa #125 El Gran Final- Full Circle
We made it! I think I've been smiling since NovelaMaven's recap of the premiere to tonight's final credits.
I don't even care that there were loose ends and Francis kind of got a reward and there was no Margarito. I am very happy with the gran final!
This has been such a blast. I am so glad we had a patio for this. Thank you Jarifa and Marta for taking on much of the recapping duties and thank everyone who stopped by and sat a spell.
Facundo wins the billiards on horseback bet and the party gets going. I love final episodes that look more like cast parties!
Well, until the bad guy tries to burn people to a crisp (achicharrar.) Isa and Esteban vow to have a happy marriage. Ernesto Laguardia steals the scene with his royal waving. I am in love with him and I will watch anything he’s in from now on (Dear Rosy, if you are reading please find a spot for him in the cast of Antes Muerta Que Lichita. You won’t be sorry.) Esteban lurks outside and splashes gasoline everywhere. The house goes up in flames. Everyone inside panics. Mauricio thinks Pelancha burned dinner. Lots of running around and screaming. Mauricio even films it. Santi wants to get them all out of the house. Isa remembers her mother and goes to get her. In her hurry to get her mom out of the house, Isa hits her head and is knocked unconscious.

Amores con Trampa.... a kidnapping that ends up on a rocky head bump... Santee unmasks Mr Haecke... Francis gets a taste of the life of rancheros... A happy Carmona family contrast with a charred Velasco house
Santee and Isa keep chatting back and forth whether they
will return Facu’s money or not…
Florencio and pantera… to kiss or not to kiss (why is Pantera considering kissing
Florencio? To buy him off?)
Santee has a meeting with Don Haecke at some café… (did they
close the deal? I didn’t get how this ended)
At Carmonas, the family is discussing why would Pantera want
to hurt Maria…
Isa and Santee… Isa has some presentment that something bad
will happen. She feels that this ‘wonderful’ business deal is ‘not for us’. In comes Rocio asking to talk to them…
Perpetua and Maria are at store, Perpetua walks away to
kitchen to get some water, In comes Pantera. Maria keeps wanting to know why
Pantera wants to mess with Maria. Pantera finally spills the beans ‘you both
left me without my dad… my dad abandoned me to go with you two…’ Maria attacks Pantera and when she is about
to hit her with a huge vase, Pantera spills the beans that ‘I am your sister!!’
Rocio is upset, wants the family splitting to stop… she does
not want to stay away but she does need answers. Santee volunteers to give her
the answers, first of all I never cheated on your aunt Isa. Rocio denies it… but Isa clears up that when
Rocio was born Santee and Isa were not married yet. Santee says the day he first held her and saw
her was the most important day of his life (he is crying, and remembering when
Rocio’s mom ‘handed over to him’ the love of her life… he promised her he would
do it for all of them). He swears that what he has always fought for is their
family. HE wants the Velasco family to always stay together. Rocio apologizes to
Isa for all the unfair accusations. Isa
thanks her. She wants them all to ‘start
over’ (empezar de cero). Santee apologizes
to Rocio… she hugs him calling him ‘papa… I love you’ … for the first
time. There is a three-some family
hug.
Back to the store…
Perpetua yells that the only daughter she had was Maria, and she would
never have abandoned another one… Pantera tells Maria that they have the same
dad, he abandoned her mother to go be with them (busconas). Perpetua keeps telling Pantera she does not believe
a word she is saying. Pantera asks Maria
to tell her ‘my version of the facts’. Perpetua warns Maria that Pantera is
dangerous… Pantera insists in wanting to talk one on one ‘woman to woman’. Maria gives in… you could see the gears in
Pantera’s head already rolling about how she will get payback on Maria.
At Carmonas, Facu and Beto are irate yelling at Perpetua
asking how could she let Maria go with Perpetua after Florencio had come to
warn them… Perpetua tells them that Pantera even said that Maria and Pantera
were sisters… They all wonder where to
look for them… Facu has an idea, there
is some gossipy person who knows where they could find Maria.
At some hacienda that looks like the old La Mentira
hacienda, Pantera has Maria sitting on a chair in the middle of outdoor
concrete/stone walls that look like a labrynth.
Pantera yells at Maria that she will pay not only the harm they caused
her, but the pain they made her mother go through. You will pay! (a couple
swings of her whip)
Francis is begging Felipe (at the office) for him to come
back to her. In comes Hilda willing to
separate them by force if she has to. Francis asks are you really considering
her when I am here? Felipe says yup, and
as a matter of fact, I am heading to San Bartolo with her. We are together. Francis huffs and puffs ...

Amores con trampa #122 and #123 9/16/15 and 9/17/15
Before I jump into the recap, I just want to thank Sara and Marta for being such great recapping team members. I really enjoyed working with you both on this one and am looking forward to working with you again on "Antes muerta que Lichita." I cannot believe "Amores con trampa" is almost over.

Out in the country, Felipe is convinced something stung him and he rolls around in pain in Hilda's arms. He is going to die, everything is blurry, he sees the light, he sees the tunnel. He does not want Hilda to leave him alone. The tarantula is on its way away from him through the grass. Hilda tells him to take it like a man, not to move and just wait, wait . . .
The Carmona's are all around the table eating. Carmen is crying that after the latest Francis attack, nobody is going to want her as a model. Maybe she should just kill herself As she holds a roll up to her neck. They all tell her not to be so dramatic. Facundo tells her first she is going to finish her studies, second she is going to graduate and third they will see what happens then. The door bell rings and Conchita goes to answer it.

Amores con Trampa #120 and #121 Monday and Tuesday 9/14/15 and 9/15/15
Here's a quick run down of events as I remember them (out of order and highly condensed.) I went right to bed after the episode and I was really distracted last night. Needless to say, y'all may need to fill in.
- The Carmonas continue the screaming from hair-raising fear. And that's that.The next thing you know, they are back at their dining table in the DF. Fac has on a really lovely jacket (the first distraction.) They joke about Concha's scary face cream. Fac claimed he wasn't afraid.
- Feli admits to Isa that he is falling for Hilda. Isa asks him to take care of himself and to respect the house. In other words, take the lovin' somewhere else.
- Carmen and Rocio are in full planning mode. Francis comes into the boutique and knocks a rack of clothes over and tramples them.

Amores con trampa #119 11 Sep 2015 Spooky houses, nightmares, the secret's out about Rocio's origin.... and Pantera finally finds someone to man up to confront her.
Santee begs Isabel… she says shes tired of this
situation. She confesses that many years
ago, in a weak moment, … (wait for it… wait for it….) her sister confessed a secret… that she (Isa’s
sister) and Santee were an item… (he is
impactado enough to fall to sit on fireplace base…) she remembers… Malena died just after
confessing, leaving Isa with the baby in her arms…
Santee asks why did you never mention or question anything
of me?... Santee says ‘now that you
always knew… its true… I was with her but I did not know she was your sister…
you gotta believe me… we(you and I) were not married yet… I just found a pretty
girl… we had some fun… danced… I had no idea she was married or that she was
your sister… and that night…. She got pregnant with Rocio… when I had my daughter in my arms for the
first time… her tiny hand…. I understood that that night was the most wonderful
of my life… you know how I adore my daughter…. (she hugs him) … I love my
daughter… I feel she is the biggest blessing of my life… please forgive me…. (Isa asks him for
forgiveness for having told Esteban…)
they hug again…
Maria’s boutique…. Rocio can’t believe what Carmen said… that’s
the one thing she is not liking about living in the country… that there are
wild dangerous animals… Carmen says
there are other wild dangerous animals here in the city… Rocio guesses she
means Francisca…. Carmen has not seen
her recently and that worries her… In
comes Diego… The girls are happy to see
him, he calls Carmen ‘mi amor’…
Back to Santee and Isa…. Santee wonders how he could ever
have trusted ‘my friend’… Santee wants
to go find Esteban to confront him…. Isa says don’t bother, don’t end up in
jail on his account. Santee sits down
at fireplace base with her again…. He wants Isa to arrange a meeting with
Esteban…. ‘we will set a trap for him… .he will learn what it is to live “amores
con trampa”’.
Rocio and Diego tell Carmen that they have made some
arrangements to help Carmen out… Carmen is heading back to the country
(driving). This scares both Diego and Rocio.
Carmen says she will be alright, they should ban the huge trailers and
trucks though. Diego offers to drive
her himself… he can’t risk ‘the next TOP MODEL’… Carmen and Diego leave.

Amores con Trampa #117 and #118 Wednesday and Thursday 9/9/15 and 9/10/15
Amores con Trampa #117
This was a "just the facts" kind of night.
And so we start another night's story with Rocío chatting with Isabel in the Velasco's living room. Isabel says she overheard Rocío talking with her uncle Santiago and did not know she was still working with María. Rocío tells her about going to a meeting with Frederick. Isabel thanks her for confiding in her. Rocío hopes that things between the two of them just improve so they can be a happy family.
Florencio takes a seat at a table in a bar where all of his pals are drinking and playing cards. He is visibly upset and rattled as he pours himself a shot. He changes the topic of the conversation to the very stubborn Pantera. They all chime in with what they think of her: she is single and lonely. Florencio thinks she needs a man to tame her.
Rocío is on her way out and Alberto sneaks up on her on horseback. They chit chat and he calls himself a "salvaje ranchero" ( savage rancher). She tells him that that savage rancher has made her the happiest woman in the world. He wants her to get on the horse with him and go for a ride. She says okay as long as she gets to a meeting with Frederick in half an hour. No problem is Beto's response. The next thing you see is Beto and Rocío riding in a park. Rocío admits she gets antsy about making it to her work meeting.

Amores Con Trampa #115 and #116 Monday & Tuesday 9/7/15 and 9//8/16
Looks like Esteban is getting a little anvil action early. And dare I make a conjecture? Will Maria and Rocio save them all?
Maria tells Jacinto and Susana that she is going to forgive Facundo. They are thrilled.
Unfortunately, when Maria goes to meet with Facundo La Pantera has got him in a compromising position. It’s horse crap. No, literally. She stepped in horse crap. (I believe Fac later called it calabaza de caballo) He chases after Maria. He falls and gets run over by a burro.
Meanwhile in the DF, Rocio has returned. She had been staying at the boutique. Carmen, studying in the Carmona dining room sees the homecoming from the window. She runs right over to the Velascos and tells Rocio that Maria has left for the country and it’s all Rocio’s fault. Florencio decides maybe he and Isa better cancel the trip to his rancho.
Pelancha is glued to the set and tonight’s episode of AI3. The doorbell rings. Feli sarcastically tells her he’ll get the door, don’t get up. Clueless, Pelancha thanks him and tells him to be careful. There have been a lot of assaults in the neighborhood. It’s Francis. [There goes the Francis Free episode streak...Where is Diego?] Francis wants to go to the movies with Feli. The last thing Feli wants to do is go to the movies with Francis.
Jacinto and Susana are on a hunger strike because Maria didn’t get back together with Fac. Maria sends them off to their rooms. Humilde hears a car. Perpetua thinks maybe it’s Fac and Maria says not to let him in. It’s Carmen and Rocio. Rocio heard about Maria’s problems with Fac. She insists that none of this is Fac’s fault.

We start with the bellowing Facundo wanting to talk to Perpétua. She is not too happy with him having left Porfirio behind in San Bartolo el Chico. He wants to know if María is still angry with him. María sure is not only because of what he did to Beto but also he offended her with his accusations about Florencio. Facundo wants Perpétua to put in a good word for him with María. Nope.He then does a Carmen imitation begging her with the "por fa, por fa" routine. Perpétua tells him María has every right to feel like she does and covers her ears.
At the same time next door Isabel is doing her own "poor favor" begging at her bedroom door where Santiago is locked inside just stewing. He won't let her in. She doesn't know what she did.

Amores con trampa: a message for the patio
This is a message for my fellow viewers on the patio. Your fellow viewer Jarifa is going to try her hand tonight as a "regular" (as compared to itinerant?) recapper, so to speak, by posting her own recap. After three years on the patio, I have decided to take the plunge. Sara has been instrumental in this decision by giving me the opportunity to try out recapping with this telenovela for which I am grateful. She has been a wonderful mentor. At this time I do not know when the recap will be up since it will be posted in its entirety. It could be tomorrow morning. I am not tech savvy at all so much of this posting "stuff" is new to me. I look forward to to seeing you all on the patio for tonight's episode.

Amores con trampa #110 and #111 8/31 and 9/1 Monday and Tuesday
I'm super pooped tonight and I've managed to hurt my shoulder...in my sleep. Typing seems to be making it worse. This is going to be pretty short, combined and crappy.
Rocio is in new clothes (I like it!) and is packing to leave. Santi helps with the suitcase. They begin the tearful goodbye. Rocio promises to always stay in touch. She's ready to go.
The twins waste water filling water balloons. Jacinto reminds them that they said at home they would conserve water. They remind him they are at school. They give him a good dosing.
Fac and La Pantera (RAWR) finalize the sale of her rancho. She asks him out for drinks.
Beto is in mope mode. He erased all of Rocio's pictures from his phone, but her memory is crystal clear in in mind.

Amores con Trampa #109 Aug 28 2015: Dona Tomasita is back from WHEREVER... and Pantera meets Facu and starts her 'vengeance'... Rocio says her goodbyes
Beto tells Rocio he is discouraged of her, tells her to go
ahead and pack her bags and get outa Dodge.
San Bartolo: Porfirio
asks his former wife for explanations for her fleeing. Facu wants to know too. She claims it was because Porfirio was
unfaithful to her.
Lo Nuevo:
Facu is in disbelief… he knows Porfirio… She says Humilde
had told her all about the other woman in Porfirio’s life. THAT is why I left! Because
you betrayed me!!! (Facu is in full waterworks mode). … … So
apparently Facu’s mom had been tricked/deceived into thinking Porfirio had been
unfaithful to her. Yada yada…
Santee… he is reminiscing on Facu as a neighbor… who would have
known that a country farmer had more integrity than most… never passed invoice
on the 40 million pesos Santee owed him. How could he get those high profits
from the Japanese investors?? I will pay him… even if it’s the last thing I do
in my life I will pay him.
Back to San B… Facu has heard enough… he is really ansi so
he gets Porfirio’s blessing and his mom’s
too… and gets out of the room. Porfirio
assures his ex wife that his son and his grandchildren are the most sacred
thing he had in life… Swears that ‘that woman’ was not his lover. (Billy
Jean??) (I have a vision of Porfirio
doing the moon dance with white gloves and silver shoes)… Porfirio explains that he was visiting Lucia
often at that time because she was dying and he was helping her to get her
paperwork in order before she passed. HE
kept on visiting Lucia until she died.
(his former wife is finally getting a reality check)… Porfirio proudly
questions how could he even think of putting his family and the only woman he
ever loved and continues to l…. (cuts himself short) in jeopardy!! She apologizes. She claims she was made to
believe that the man she loved deeply had been unfaithful to her. Forgive me.
Forgive me. (he pulls her up to her
feet and kisses her)… Sweeeeet (and I never
thought I would see Don Ignacio kissing anyone in the mouth)…
At Carmona hall… Diego convinces Maria to let him in all the
way to Carmen’s room… Carmen whines to her mom that she should not have let Diego
in all the way before alerting Carmen of his visit. Maria tells Diego that Carmen has not been
eating… Diego tells her ‘I know you are stubborn….. well… persistent!’ but you also have to eat. Carmen insists that she has to study. An 8 is
not enough for her anymore. She will get a 10 in every subject! She wants them to leave her alone, she needs
to study. (she is taking selfies the
second they leave and she shuts the door behind them… )

Amores con trampa #105 and #106 8/24 and 8/25 Monday and Tuesday
I've condensed a lot tonight.
Rocio is very upset about her conversation with Beto. Feli wants to know whats wrong. She tries to brush it off. Feli rightly guesses she's upset about Beto and asks if they fought. Feli knows Beto adores Rocio. Rocio doesn't think so. Hilda was in Beto's office. Feli looks a little down about that. Rocio asks if he likes Hilda. He changes the subject. He encourages her to talk to Beto. "Tell him how you feel!" Rocio is convinced it's too late.
Maria tells Fac that Florencio has left for San Bartolo el Chico. Fac looks suspicious. Beto thinks this is a good thing since it means Florencio won't keep bothering Maria. Esteban interrupts this family meeting to ask Fac why he's leaving for SBeC with Porfirio. There's business to attend to! Fac has a meeting with the Japanese investors. Fac wonders how long it will take to wrap up the meeting with the investors so he can get going to SBeC. Esteban thinks if the ladies cook a good traditional meal, only a few days. Susana quips that Esteban is making jokes and Perpetua agrees...but they're bad jokes (Did I catch that correctly?) The family leaves

Amores con Trampa #104 of misbehaved kids... of a couple trying to revive the fire... of two grown men going on a scavenger hunt ... and a copter gadget on the loose
Refritos: The carmonas are enjoying themselves at the carnival,
including bumper cars and the giant water bubbles in the pool.

Perpetua and Porfirio are playing arcade games, shooting games. Actually, the whole family is there. Seems
Abuela Perpetua is very comfortable shooting that gun… she and Porfirio keep
teasing each other. The game is over.
Seems Susana won. She beat Facu, Beto,
Porfirio, Perp, Carmen and Jacinto.
Now they are in the roller coaster… Facu and Carmen at the
front seat. Facu is the one that looks
the most out of place or ‘not quite in his trade’. Jacinto looks scared or sick. Porfirio
comments later that he did not enjoy it that much either. He jokes that she
does not feel anything because she’s already dead (Yikes, Porfirio! That was
not nice!)
Later on at office, Rocio comes to see Beto. Beto is a bit cutting with her about the
party at her house that she did not invite him to. She tries to explain. He says he got it that her family does not like
him. He tells her with tears that the
worst thing that happened to him since arriving at the city was to meet
her. She painfully agrees… and apologizes. Hilda comes in. RoCio asks him if he and
Hilda are back together and he dryly says ‘none of your bidnez’. Rocio leaves hurt. Hilda tries to cheer Beto up.. but he says he
feels ‘de la trompada’ (real bad).
Back at Carm house, Porfirio is at dinner table with family
again arguing with Conchita and Perpetua about the boiled eggs. Carmen runs in. She is trying to fake like her punishment was
lifted already… PSYCH!!! Maria and Facu tell her the trip to the carnival was
an exception but she can’t even use her car.They demand her keys back.
Back to the office.
Beto agrees with Hilda to go out to dinner together. He leaves. Felipe comes back. He again is a
bit sarcastic with he ‘support’ of Beto.
Felipe says its no secret to anyone that they have a history. Hilda says
its no secret either that she is falling for another guy (Felipe can’t help but
smile about that).

Amores con trampa #100 and #101 Monday and Tuesday 8/17 and 8/18
We had a Susana and a Margarito sighting tonight! Margarito has gotten pleasantly plump and Susana is still with the fists at the ready...just like Fac. I think that may have been the funniest fight scene I've ever seen.
Well, played show. You totally psyched me out! That whole scene with Conchita finding the envelope behind the painting of the Last Supper was a DREAM!!! Porfirio wakes up from his nightmare screaming “You found my secret!!” What could it be?
Isa catches herself singing the theme to AI3! Just like me! She sends Peloncha out to get the newspaper. Peloncha grumbles about how old fashioned it is to read the paper. People use their tablets these days. She looks up to see Porfirio. She’s afraid and prays that God take her away...but not to Saint Peter. Porfirio gets flirty. Peloncha intones “cruz cruz cruz que se vaya el diablo y que venga Jesús” (May the devil begone and Jesus come!) Conchita makes her way to the hedges...and she is not happy that Peloncha seems to be busting moves on her “territory.” Porfirio asks Peloncha if she’d like to make him a good hard-boiled egg. Cochita flounces away with Porfirio following.

Amores con Trampa #99 Porfirio's ghosts are closin in on him... and Carmen needs to get off the see saw.
Refritos: Facu offers to Santee to sell him the stock now…
or you are screwed up for good.
Mysterious woman talks on phone with Frankee… asks him how
is the investigation going. He is about to leave San Bartolo el Chico but the
Samarripa cousins are making it a bit rough. She remembers them. And gives him
advice to watch his wallet. She insists
he needs to find Porfirio Carmona.
Meanwhile Porfirio tells Conchita that he has only truly
loved one woman… his wife… he has kept
on living with the hope to someday reunite with her… his wife was everything to
him. The only woman he has truly truly truly truly loved. (seems even the rooster is tired of hearing
him say the same line).
Lo Nuevo:
Santee and Isa atrive home to see Felipe on a
really-fun-looking electric one-wheeler. They all talk that Santee just sold
his stock in the company to Facu… Isa is ok considering they can live on the money
he just got until the new company he is starting is operational. He whiles a
bit about bureocracy and government being real slow in Mex for these things… (I
have a feeling he has some other thing that is worrying him).
At Carmonas, Porfirio is dusting his last supper painting.
Perpetua comes by and notices he is not hugry even for her boiled eggs. He is acting strange and she knows it Maria
comes by and Perpetua tells her about her concern about Porfirio. He is acting
strange. Maria undermines what Perpetua
is saying. Perp wants to call the doctor.
Isa talks to Santee, she is talking a bit of nonsense, even
tells him he should go find a job (yeah right, it will rain upwards before
that, Isa) He talks about all the expenses and all the things she wants that
cost money, even a lipo.
At the gym, Estefi comes in. the trainer with beard talks to
her, is a bit cold with her. Not a good day to get on her back. She whines about Perpetua constantly
scrutinizing her. Estefi assures the guy
that Perpetua might be smart but not as smart as her. In comes the other woman and Estefi is
running away from her and putting the guy in the middle. (not sure who this
woman is but seems estefi owes her money or has tricked her into something,
sorry have not watched much this week).
At office, Felipe wants to talk to Facu about something,
Facu has to poke him a bit before he opens his mouth. Felipe finally does. Wants permission to miss work, the end of year
dance is coming up at the college. Facu
wants to hear more. It seems there is
some kind of king/queen of the dance contest where the winners can win
grants/scholarships to go to college
overseas.

Amores con trampa #95 and #96 8/10 and 8/11
First: My recording cut off just as Fac was going to open the door. WHO WAS THERE????????
Second: “Antes Muerta que Lichita” premieres Tuesday Sept. 22. Surely we will see the Ultimas Semanas announcement soon.
Third: This is from memory, sooooo out of order and really, really short....
Rocio remembers that Isa has the code to the boutique. Despite Fac trying to stop her, Maria goes to Isa’s house and accuses her of breaking in and tearing up the store. Isa denies it. She is not a common thief.
