PEAM #89- 7/11/13- I Can't Take It Anymore So I'm Off To Cancun (It must be nice!!)
We begin with a furious Alma banging on Paty the back
stabber’s door, Rogelio calls and she tells him to go to hell!!! Rogue calls
Paty screaming about Paty sending the video to Alma and Alma sending him to hell.
Paty plays stupid and then scolds Rogue. Rogue threatens Paty. He asks who is the male voice. It’s her boy toy, the photographer. Jesus
feels a little uneasy about Val and Xochy distracts him by sharing her secret
about singing in a bar and being Natasha and Ferny is in love with her. Paty
and her boy toy walks up to Alma and greets her friend as if nothing and gets
pimp slapped by Alma.
Paty tries to lie her way out and calm Alma down. She sends her boy toy on her way and
confronts Alma. Unbelievable, Paty
is still lying and Alma tells her that her father told her everything. The liar
is quiet. (It’s funny how Paty asks who told you and she always finds out who
snitched on her.) Alma lets her
know that if she doesn’t tell her the truth she is going to know the other
stupid Alma, not the one who she backstabbed.
Xochy and Jesus share a laugh and Ferny interrupts. Ferny
asks Xochy why doesn’t she wear makeup.
She jokes about being ugly. Xochy asks if Ferny plans on going to see
Natasha tonight. He notes the
change in Xochy’s behavior. She is
not as timid as before. Ferny is
looking for Alma, who is not in the office.
Alma wants the truth.
Paty’s friendship was more important than Rogue. Paty throws it back to Alma and says
that she never said that she was in love with Rogue. Alma remembers the boyfriend that mistreated Paty was in
essence, Rogue. Alma wants to know why she backstabbed her and she tells Alma
that she loves Rogue.

The situation has gotten out of control and is no longer a laughing matter
"Sh*t just got real" is an expression being used by kids all over America, on Twitter I read something that translated that phrase to "The situation has gotten out of control and is no longer a laughing matter". Folks, on tonight's episode "sh*it just got real", both in the casino and at the Narvaez farm. I've combined events to make it easier for me to get through everything without having to jump all over the place.
We join MC 3.0 in Carola's office, they argue and MC 3.0 does not go easy on Carola and calls her a thief, she tells her that she is a woman of the casino and that she can't yet tell Alejandro that she is his daughter because of his health, but that she has other means of getting what she wants. Carola questions what those other means might be and MC 3.0 tells her that her backup plan is Karim. Carola looks like her lunch might be coming back up.
Also in the casino Mohammed is up to something with two women, I really don't know what's going on but it looks like they are planning something, if any one can help clear up what's going on that would be a massive help! While Mohammed is away Karim is at home wondering why he is not answering his calls, he needs Mohammed now!

They play the music; they dance vertically; they dance horizontally. Ah love. Morning finds them in bed, gazing adoringly at one another. Arriaga gets up and prepares breakfast. Vikki has to go to the Balvanera house to check on things and most importantly, to tell Adriana about her pregnancy. Ahem. Er. He tells Vikki he is working as Adriana's bodyguard.

Verónica loves Jesús
And in Vero's little head there's no room for understanding that Jesús loves Alma and keeps insisting on having the family she rejected 6 years ago. She might not really love Jesús, but since he came back to Monterrey and is getting his life together, she became obsessed on having him by all means necessary, not limited and including getting naked when he is showering, changing just for him, spending great amounts of money for a home cooked two person dinners, and so on...
We might never know how her little brain works, because now that Jesús has ''put the cards on the table'' highlighting one more time that he doesn't love her, she thinks of revenge and threatens him with not letting him see Valentina from now on (if he doesn't comply with her terms). Jesús loves gossip and that takes all the room, so no, no room for revenge in Jesús heart...
Marta loves Valentina
But she is so mental that now that her cover is blown, she will see less of the little girl. Both Elías and Jesús have agreed that Marta should be kept away from the whole family and that she needs help. Her ''mental lakes'' are getting worse and she is afraid because after them, she doesn't remember anything! Her case is worse than Chatita's...
Ricardo loves Marisela
And telling bad jokes. He takes her to eat tacos from the street vendor, and even when she refuses at first, ends up eating more than him and licking all her fingers (as millionaires like her surely do, but of course, with gloves on). Everybody in this TN loves TNs, so the taco maker loves MI PECADO.

Pit: Isabel is still caught, still crying, still crying out.
Mendoza Apartment: Fernando calls a halt to this, insisting that they need to solve this as a family; Maria insists they stop this argument and find her sister. Amalia finally accepts that Jorge Alfredo is sincere in his affection for Isabel and insists they work together. However, she doesn't want him in the house.
Los Angeles: Justo works on the computer and asks Wendy whether she still has the key to Bruno's place. She does and agrees to give it to him.
Fernando's Apartment: Susanito comes in with a map and suggests they divide and search. They agree.
Big Bear Lake, CA: Justo and Salvador go via seaplane to a cabin that belonged to Bruno and begin searching.
Street in D.F.: No luck so far for Fernando's posse [Where the hell did Jorge Alfredo get that unflattering baseball cap?] They split up and continue.
Pit: Isabel admonishes her doll not to cry, saying she's sure her papito will find her. It's hot so she pulls a piece of roofing over them.... just as Jorge Alfredo arrives. {Eli here, in Isabel’s position I’d be more freaked out about spending time with that creepy doll than I’d be about being stuck in the ditch}
Cabin: Salvador finds a red file folder and he finds it totally by luck, he first looked for evidence of Santos innocence under the sofa cushions, yes, because that’s where we would all hide something as important as evidence of our money laundering scheme. *eye roll*
Pit: Jorge Alfredo walks away and I have to ask has he gained weight? Those mariachi suits look mighty snug on him, I fear that if he bends over his pants might rip.
Cabin: Justo goes through the papers and finds Bruno's bank records, some credit cards, and the key to a safe deposit box.
D.F.: Reconnaissance of both groups with no luck. Amalia cries again and this woman is just as bad as Victoria Ruffo, yes, I went there.
Bank: Justo opens the safe deposit box and finds a note to Jorge Alfredo clipped to some relevant documents. Finally, a lucky break!

Maricruz has fainted, but not to worry
cuz there was a doctor in the house…er…on the plane after all. Eduardo comes through to the passenger cabin
of the plane. He does a rubbernecker
special when he suddenly recognizes their preggers emergency passenger to be none
other than Maricruz 3.0. Cara de caray,
caray! de Eddy. He radios for an
ambulance to be waiting when they land [aterrizar].

Amores Verdaderos #169 Mon 7/8/13 Frankie finds himself performing live in 'Nightmare on Bruna-Street', Nil-Brains finally gets a couple good news, news which don't sound so sweet to KenDrat; Another false alarm for Adri; Bea's sad day
Nil-Brains in hospital bed, KenDrat all over him telling him if Anyballs tries anything again she will kill him herself. He says no need, once that letter gets to its destiny, Anyballs and Candy will end up in jail.
In comes Anyballs, telling her she doesn't belong here, it is the place of Nil-Brains' wife. KenDrat explodes on him, shouting 'how can you come here after what you did to Nil-Brains??!!' Nil-Brains asks her to leave, she makes it clear she is going to leave because HE asked her to.
Nil-Brains and Anyballs exchange challenging stares...
KenDrat in hallway, still smoking angry, saying 'when i is convenient to me I will know how to cash out on that letter, not like Imbecil Nil-Brains, who almost ended up losing his life and a leg.
Dances comes by her with a coffee, asks her sarcastically how is Nil-Brains, 'little fox'? She is in no mood for humor, has more important things to do. Dances says 'yeah, like sharpening your claws. Now that Briss is broke, who will be your next victim to squeeze out of money?' She says if only Inepto/Espanto and Jonas had not betrayed us, you and I would already be at an island enjoying the two million they collected on Nicole Briss' ransom. ' Dances responds 'I ducked a huge bullet there, because the biggest mistake of my life would have been to continue teaming with you. Now I am a new man thanks to Bea. Maybe it is time you turn your life around. Do it for your daughter.'. KenDrat says 'you are so pathetic, when I need advice, I will ask you for it.'
Carlos calls Adri (who is in car with JA) to come to his apt ASAP. She is surprised at the request. He says the team is all here, he needs her input to chose the locations to film the movie. She is a bit anxious about heading there, but JA tells her dont worry, those guys will take some time to count the money before they call you back. So she tells Carlos ok, will be there (although she is still very nervous, she can't think of anything but the call she is waiting for...). 'My dad never lied to me. He really did not know where Lucia was.' JA tells her he wishes all the anguish and sorrows she has gone through since she lost her daughter will end today.'
Once KenDrat gone, Nil-Brains tells Anyballs 'it was you who sent them to shoot me!' Anyballs calmly responds 'you ran out my patience with your threats, but everything has a limit, and now you know what you risk if you tell my secrets. I warned you that for my family I would do anything, now look at the sorry excuse for a man you ended up now. ... Oh, by the way, I ran into the cardiologist who did the surgery on your bastard daughter. He said she will be released in a couple of days. I wonder if you will have enough cash to pay the bill, because it will be high'. Nil-Brains asks 'did you come here to rub it in some more?' Anyballs says 'no, on the contrary, i came to make you a final offer. I am willing to pay the bill at the OVERSEAS hospital of your chosing for yourself and your daughter. I will cover all-inclusive for your 'bastardita' and your lover, and their company will help you heal very soon. It will be money well invested for me. In a few minutes the lawyer will come to have you sign the divorce... Any objections?'

91: In Tequila Veritas
Mendoza
Apartment: Jorge Alfredo calls out Maria's name repeatedly; he's
so wasted he didn't even clean up before doing this. “Is that
Elvira with him? What is he doing bringing her here?” Maria
hesitates before going downstairs.
Oscar's
Apartment: He thinks about Maria having a baby. Fernando shows
up and pushes his way in.
Mendoza
Apartment: Amalia asks Maria what she will do. She has decided
to confront the situation. Amalia thinks Jorge Alfredo is only there
to humiliate Maria, but Maria doesn't stop. She puts something on
and goes downstairs. Elvira suggests they leave; Maria doesn't want
to see him.

PEAM #86- 7/8/13-When Will We See Alma Explode?? Uh, Not Tonight!
Happy Monday, no you are not reading it wrong. Today is
Monday not Thursday but I am subbing for Cheryl tonight. I hope that everyone had a great
weekend.
We start of with Sebastian blaming Jesus for Rogelio’s
failed marriage. Sebastian presses
Susana to see if she noticed anything between them and Susana sings Jesus’
praises. Sebastian doesn’t want to
hear it.
Paty the back stabber is trying to calm down Rogue. Rogue does not want her to touch Alma’s
bed. Paty is trying to find out
what brought up Alma’s conversation with him. It was during the birthday party. She babbles on about
how this took place before she sent the Jessica videotape to Alma. She tries to put in Rogue’s head that Alma
and Jesus spent the night in Toluca together. Rogue is not buying it and Paty can’t believe it.
Alma is looking at the video and hears Paty the back
stabber’s voice. What is she doing
at Rogue’s house??? Why is she jealous??? Alma is trying to put two and two
together, but it’s taking awhile. (She could have flipped a table for a good
effect)
Paty tells Rogue that Alma is not capable of deceiving
Rogue. Since Alma married you and
didn’t love you. It just shows
what an upstanding person she is. She hates infidelity. She tells Rogue that
she is faithful to him and loves her with all of her heat.
Alma is flipping out.
She doesn’t believe that Paty would betray her. She calls Paty’s
house. No answer. She calls Paty’s cell. No answer.
Elias and Jesus are still talking about Dr. Loca and Val has
a nightmare. She dreamt about Dr.
Loca being a monster. Val will be okay;
she is with her 3 parents who love her. Que padre!!! (A touching scene) The Ice Princess is melting!
Xochy/Natasha is singing at the club and Ferny is in
love. Thank goodness, Xochy can’t
see him. Julio tells Xochy that
Ferny is in the audience, throwing flowers to her. She puts on her glasses to see. The crowd is yelling- another song!!!. Ferny tries to go to the stage and Alex
pulls him back.
Sebastian is talking out of both sides of his mouth. Jesus
is a starving secretary and Susana says so is she. Susana speaks highly of Jesus’ character and talent even
though he is not wealthy.
Sebastian is adamant about Jesus not being the right type/social class
of person for his daughter and Susana tells him than neither is she for him. He shouldn’t judge Jesus without
knowing him. (What a double
standard- Rogelio is a wealthy, lying, womanizer that is worth marrying his
daughter. Debt or not, wake up
Sebastian.) Susana shows Sebastian
the door.
Jesus wants to clarify things with Elias about his
relationship with Vero. Jesus
makes it clear that he loves Alma and doesn’t feel anything for Vero and hasn’t
touched her.
Alma is trying to figure out why Paty is at Rogue’s house
yelling.
Elias is not buying it and Jesus reminds him that Val needs
a roof over her head and he would have done the same thing. Jesus is totally in love with Alma. He
sleeps in his room with the door locked and Vero sleeps with Val. (How many
times does he have to say it?)
Alma confessed to Jesus that she loves him and Elias felt more secure.
Ferny wants to see Natasha and Julio is barring him from
entering her dressing room. Julio
lets Ferny know that he is not working now; he is not his boss so he cannot
order him around. Ferny leaves and
tells Natasha his name.
Elias realizes that Vero doesn’t love him. Marisela is a young, immature cutie but
she has problems. Jesus knew about
Panfilo being Marisela’s father but doesn’t like to gossip. Elias has his faith back in Jesus and
they shake hands. They part and Elias wants to call him Chucho again, they hug
under the loving eyes of the Virgencita.
Julio loves Xochy and Natasha. Julio sees that Xochy is
changing. Ferny is hot for
Natasha. Xochy doesn’t get
it. Ferny is trying to ditch Alex.
(What happened to light? Stay strong Ferny)
A distraught Alma decides to go home to confront Paty, the
cell rings.
Gil (the wimp) tiptoes into his apartment to Begonia who has
her suitcases packed. Gil thinks
that the suitcase is his. Begonia
tells him that it’s not his. Gil
and his toes are impactado!!!!
The phone call was from Sebastian, who can’t believe that Alma
is still working and starts his crap about Jesus and Alma cuts him off.
Paty is cuddling a sleeping Rogue and telling him how much
she loves him, he is the reason for her existence. Bleeeck!!! The lights are out.
Ferny thinks that he has caught Natasha and comes upon Xochy
and Julio. They tell him that
Natasha left through the VIP entrance.
Ferny starts questioning Xochy, as to why she is there, he didn’t see
her in the audience and then he is asking questions about Natasha. Xochy came with Julio because they are
a couple and Julio can’t believe what he is hearing. Ferny thinks that Natasha
is simply marvelous. Julio asks Xochy to be his girlfriend and Xochy is screeching
happily that they deceived Ferny, they have to be careful and didn’t answer
Julio.
Begonia is trying to explain to Gil that she is done with
their marriage (She picks up the giant rolling pin and Gil jumps- hahaha!!) and
that Gil will be happy without her.
Just two suitcases for all of those years of marriage? Geez!!! It was a little sad.
Jesus checks on a sleeping Val and Vero and covers them up.
Alma is STILLL at the office!!!!! Sebastian calls yet again. It’s 1 AM and he doesn’t want her
in the streets alone at this time.
Alma will be okay. She is
staring at the paper angel, crying for Jesus. (Hello, we have cell phones, now;
it’s not the 1950’s). We end the scene with Alma crying.
Vero awakes looking for Jesus, who is showering. He is looking for his plaid shirt. Finally, Alma calls Jesus. She doesn’t answer while Vero, wearing
Jesus’ plaid shirt disrobes. She
slips off the shirt and says that she is all his, while Alma is listening. He
tells her to get dressed. She
can’t take anymore. (Listen, honey stop crying and at least throw something!!) Jesus, now the Ice Prince, tells Vero again
to get dressed. He tries to continue
the conversation but Alma has hung up.

Luciafer gleefully spills the beans to Miguel, except for
one minor detail – who caused the fire. Miguel is surprised MC is not a
thief; Luciafer tells him MC did not have the intelligence to be a thief.
Miguel asks if she is also responsible for the fire that killed MC’s
grandpa. Luciafer denies it, saying she told him the rest because she
wants him to know how she helped him. Miguel says all his joy at their
newfound prosperity is gone. Now he won’t be able to look at their son
without thinking about Maricruz, and it would have been best to have never
known the truth. (Yes, indeed, ignorance is bliss, but only for so long.)
Jose Antonio continues chatting with the police chief about
his suspicion that Ewwsebio was in cahoots with Luciafer, but the police chief
says suspicion isn’t enough. He promises to continue investigating until
he discovers the truth. (We’re not holding our collective breath on that
promise.)

Nelson Brizz, shooting victim in vicious ambush attack by two thugs, is in danger of losing a leg. He says from his hospital bed that his leg is very important to him. Patio people remind readers that "Only the good die young," however, the bad seem to lose body parts.
Adriana Balvanera, still looking for answers to mystery disappearance of newborn daughter, receives a telegram telling her to pony up mucho dinero in exchange for information. She wears stylish pants to the assignation point.
Kendra Ferretti, Mr. Brizz’s authenticated amante, processes this medical information. She avers that she doesn't want to be married to someone with a wooden leg. She's probably worried he'll wear a black eye patch and walk around saying, "Aaarrrrrrggghhhhh, mateys!"
Malú saved from unruly fans by Supersuperman is grateful. Gives him a smile and an autograph.
Mr. Constantine, famous film director, after being a victim in a vicious ambush attack by two thugs who rearranged his face and ribs, has hired Francisco Guzmán as bodyguard. Regrettably the leading lady in his new film has hijacked Mr. Guzmán for an afternoon and evening of fun and frolic, certainly to be discovered by his insanely jealous mujer.

But then both of their phones ring, and of course they have to answer them. It's telenovela law.
It's Sebastian on the phone for Alma, and Vero for Jesus. Rogue is a basket case! Marta is a nut case! Jeez, wouldn't you two rather be kissing? JUST SAY NO TO THE PHONE.

Amores Verdaderos #168 Fri 7/5/13 FF's Prognosis; Kenho's Mis Planes Set Into Motion; We Find Out Where Ms Vikki Went
Hola, Patio Peeps! This recap will be short and sweet and condensed, well maybe for me, but I will fit everything in. Of course, this recap will not be in any order and I may have missed some things, but y'all can comment if I did.
The Hospital Where FF's Dreams May Come To An End or Anyballs' Handiwork:
All those of the Balvanera Manse support staff that have given blood for FF are now going with Salsa Dude. Off they go. Angel is still trying to get a hold of Ms Vikki, but her cellphone is out of the area of service. Frankie and Angel have a little convo, and Frankie says how he and Nikki found the FF. Adri and Lili are sitting together and feel like come coffee talk, nah, Lili says she wants to go to the chapel to pray, and Adri and Lili go off. Salsa Dude comes back and here come Hottie Doc, sigh, I have to pause a minute, sigh. Ok, I'm back, sorry got distracted. Anyhoo, Hottie Doc has come to speak to the FF's family. And wouldn't ya know it, Adri and Lili are nowhere in sight. So to the audience of Nikki, Frankie, Salsa Dude, Angel and ugh, the Kendho the Hottie Doc gives the result of the surgery. Since I am still learning Spanish, Carlos can fill in what I missed, but seems the bullet nicked an artery and there was a great deal of blood loss and seems if the blood doesn't start flowing properly in the FF's leg, he'll lose that leg! Shock and awe I tell you! Nikki cries and Kendho of course is pithed!
Later, Nikki is sleeping and Frankie gently wakes her up to let her know he is on his way to work. He will be taking Anyballs' money with him. Nikki is worried her Snappy Pappy will lose his leg. Frankie tells her Snappy Pappy is a strong guy and he'll be ok. Smoochies and Frankie goes off to work.
After Frankie leaves Nikki gets herself a cup of Joe and here comes Tomi to spend a bit of time with Nikki. Tomi can't beleive she is there all by herself. Nikki tells her Frankie had to go off to work, and that lobuki Kendho went home too, which Nikki is happy about. Tomi has brought Nikki a change of clothes, another bag for FF and a Nikki's laptop that Adri gave her to give to Nikki. Nikki is happy. Nikki also tells Tomi thanks to Adri, Frankie now has a job with Joan Constantine as his bodyguard.Nikki changes and they are about to leave when the nurse comes out and says Nikki can go in to see her Snappy Pappy .

Corazón Indomable Fri July 5... "I Did It All!"
As Maricruz packs her magic suitcase, she has only two objectives, her child who is blissfully percolating in her womb and her vengeance directed at the daddy of that contented fetus. She wants to grind him into the dirt with those lethal high heels she wears. Well, she said that there are only two things she can think about but she is also hoping her pappy will give her power of attorney over the casino without croaking when he learns the truth that she is his long lost daughter. The doorbell rings and it's Raiza who has come for a little visit. They eye each other warily.
Though Raiza looks pretty good in blue blouse and black skirt, Maricruz wins the fashion face off with a stylish breezy short lavender chiffon confection.
The flyboys are also packing for a flight as Octavio tells Eddy of the progress that he is making with Maricruz number 3. They had a nice long chat and he's sure that he can win her over. Eddy takes a moment to primp.

Col leaves Maria’s apartment in a
broken-hearted, sniveling snit. Maria runs
after him, hoping half-heartedly to keep him from doing something stupid. (Good luck.
El Col has his macho permanently locked in the “on” position.)
Rodrigo learns from
Paloma that Jorge Alfredo and Maria broke up because, according to Maria, he
didn’t trust her enough. They determine
they’ll always be truthful with one another and seal it with a puppy-love
kiss. Suddenly Rodri remembers he has
something in the apartment that could help JA and Maria mend fences. He and Pal head for his dad’s place to get “it”,
it being a letter JAntos had written and torn up some time ago.
At the “Crossed-Off”
bar [El Bar Cruz de Olvido= Cross of the Abandoned/ The Forgotten’s Cross (to bear?), Olvido=also oblivion, obscurity],
JAntos, now duly crossed off Maria’s All Time Top Ten list and having landed on Maria’s sh!t list, continues crying into his bottle of tequila while he listens to a group of
so-called mariachis struggle to carry a tune and struggling even more for a
reason to finish the song. (Having
to listen to that bunch definitely had me crying too.)
