Part 1 of several yet to come - The full story of Violeta, Andrés and Sol
* Adrián and Victoria are with Violeta at the prison, where she and her mother are languishing on account of their arrest for supposedly stealing Violeta's husband, Andrés' car. Vicky relates how Andrés tricked her and blames herself for trusting him. Adrián quickly steps in and says she isn’t to blame. Vicky tells Violeta that when she went to pick him up that morning, after he’d agreed to modify his statement, she was told by the maid that he and the little girl had left on a vacation. Vicky assures Vi that Sol was ok and happy the day before. Vi reacts immediately. Andrés must have been planning this for a long time. The two of them had been planning a trip to Disneyland for Sol’s vacation for months. She even knows the name of the hotel they were going to stay in, in Anaheim.

with safety regulations. Had they done so, he would not have lost
his son. They were aware that El Gringo was badly injured but that
he was likely to be one of the owners. Sofia asked a few questions
and then picked up her desk phone.

La Reina del Sur - Season 2 Starts Monday, April 22!
The celebrated novela La Reina del Sur (2011) was the highest-rated series in Telemundo's history, and the best telenovela I've ever seen anywhere. Now, eight years later, Telemundo is about to present a sequel! Season 2 will begin this coming Monday, April 22, 2019, at 10 PM. Like the original, it will star Kate del Castillo as the powerful drug trafficker Teresa Mendoza. A number of other members of the original cast will also return in season 2.
The new season of La Reina del Sur was shot on location in eight countries — Italy, Russia, Romania, Spain, Belize, Mexico, Colombia and the U.S. It takes place eight years after Teresa Mendoza disappeared into the U.S. witness protection program after bringing down Mexican presidential candidate Epifanio Vargas (Humberto Zurita).
In season 2, Teresa is living a quiet life as Maria Dantes in a Tuscan village, where she is raising her daughter, Sofia (Isabella Sierra). That is, until the past comes back to haunt her (of course).
Season 2 starts this coming Monday, April 22, at 10 pm on Telemundo. I hear that Telemundo has added the option of English captions to make possible an even broader audience. Y'all come and watch and then share your thoughts on Caray's Telemundo y Más pages.

I'm
Christopher Mason. War is not only something fought between nations
or religions. It happens on Wall Street, on Main Street, in back
alleys, and in living rooms. The latter two theatres of operation
are just as competitive and bloody in outcomesas the first two and
there is always collateral damage. The declarations of war don't
have to be formal to qualify for that description.
I'm
Candice DeLong. I've seen many examples of both kinds. There are
usually multiple battles and in the end noboy wins.
Violeta and her mother tried to tell the police they were making a mistake
but they were cuffed and taken in.

Mi marido tiene más familia Monday 4/15/19 Gran final: Capítulos 147/148 To Everyone His Due--OR--Lost and Found
Capítulo 147
Imelda sees Tulio and Audi all "pinkified" from the exfoliant treatment the kids gave them in the hall and asks them what happened. They don't realize that there is something wrong until they look at each other. The viewer is reminded how Ari and Temo got dyed pink in the school swimming pool by the school bullies. Audi asks why they are all pink. Tulio says "pink" is for "women" . . . or for "gays" they blurt out in unison clearly horrified.
At the "private" graduation dance, Ari goes in for a kiss and it is mission accomplished as he kisses Temo on the lips. The boys pin flowers on each other's lapel and Ari tells Temo his answer to him will always be say yes! Ari gives Temo a ring. There is nothing left to say. They hug and joyfully dance together.
Back at the prison, Yolo has come to see Guido again.

She then called Quiróz to tell him she found the place where they
held her father and for him to come right away. He told her to not
touch anything and to get out of there. She said she couldn't

Por Amar Sin Ley, Season 2 Viernes 4/12/19, Episode 23: Deja Vu All Over Again
Juan goes to Big Daddy Alonso to get permission to appeal Monica's sentence. You do know she's guilty, right, son? Yes, but everyone deserves a good defense! Seeing how badly Johnny wants his new toy, Alonso reluctantly agrees. When Roberto comes around later to ask Juan if he's going to fall for every chick with a sob story and a sick kid, Juan gives his impassioned speech again, this time with shouting and pointing. That being all that's required to argue a case at Vega, I guess he's ready.
Alejandra and Ricardo strew their giddy pareja-news all over town. Paula is thrilled to pieces that her daughter is going to be cohabiting with some divorced guy, which just goes to show how much telenovelas have changed. But don't they know that every "para siempre" and "nada nos separa" just comes closer to waking the Karma Dragon? The way they're covering the waterfront, when this anvil falls, it's going to fall in front of everyone. (Could it maybe fall on them both? Pretty please?) Ric has started talking to her in that singsongy voice he uses with his kids, so maybe she'll just move to Vancouver or be swallowed by a canopy bed.

Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 4/12/19 Capítulo 146 A Plate Full of Drama with a Little Hope and Hijinks on the Side
In Blanca's living room in front of the whole family, Robert tells Eugenio that he is his son. Doesn't he remember that he came back? Eugenio is convinced that his son got lost at the market and has never returned. He himself has looked all over Oaxaca and could not find him. Eugenio adds that everyone in the family has suffered so much because of his son being gone. The family looks on sadly. Blanca tries to convince Eugenio that his son is back and is right in front of him. Eugenio now recognizes Robert not as his son but as his father.
Back at the prison, Guido cannot stand to see Luigi's stupid face. Luigi tells Guido "his dear little baby" not to worry. Due to what he testified to in court, his sentence is much shorter than than Guido's. He will be saying arrividerci soon to Guido to which he adds a little wave. Guido lunges and tries to attack him but Luigi is stronger. Luigi and Guido are fighting it out as the guards pull them apart and tell them both to calm down.
Back at Blanca's, Imelda tries to convince Eugenio that he is confusing Juan Pablo his son with his father Canuto. Eugenio cannot be convinced. Robert tells Eugenio his whole Juan Pablo story from the day he was lost to the day he returned. Imelda says his father Canuto died a while back. Eugenio disagrees. He sees Robert as Canuto who he waited for forever to bring him his little red car. He recognizes Neto as his son Juan Pablo who finally turned up and offers him the legendary red sweater.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 145, Thursday, April 11, 2019; New Engagement, New Jobs, and facing the New Normal
We
begin with Dani in anguish at the front door because Carlos wanted to kiss her.
She says, “No Carlos, No.” Evidently, Carlos thought that all these months of
friendship could lead to something more serious. But Daniela says she doesn’t
want to hurt him anymore and will look for another pediatrician for her babies.
She says, “I’m sorry” as she closes the door to Carlos. She cries after
shutting the door and Carlos looks quite hurt on the other side.
At
Catalina’s place, they are having dinner with the children, but Julieta and
Robert aren’t there because they are out at the restaurant having dinner with
Temo and Ari. Doorbell rings and it’s Diana. She wants to know if Hugo can
forgive her after all this time. She still loves him. Julieta and Robert arrive
just as Diana leaves. Robert advises Hugo to forgive.

Lourdes
visited Alonso at his office hoping to learn the status of their
relationship. She had felt abandoned and not a part of his life. He
explained that he needed to be assured of her safety and then told
her that there had been information that somehow got to the guilty
parties. He therefore sold his house and changed his routine. He
said they could work out ways to be together that would protect her.
He had not taken a chance on love in a long while and now he was in
love with her. [Besos, por fin.]

Frida is having a rummage sale outside of the apartment building. The Rey twins come along and apologize for what they did at the "Flower of Oaxaca". She will forgive them if they buy a lemonade from her. They do and then announce that they are ready to fight for her heart. Frida can pick the winner. Yolo comes by and tells the twins that her therapy is helping her out a lot but still is going to need a few more sessions. Yolo tells Frida she will also be bringing some of her stuff to sell since she was the one who took the money . She promises to return the money with interest.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 143, Tuesday, April 9, 2019; A job gained, a job in jeopardy, and a surprise witness!
We open
with Julieta and Robert wearing matching pajamas, in the kitchen discussing
what could happen if Robert did surgery on David’s scars and the surgery doesn’t
turn out well. Robert says that David is growing up and now his appearance is
becoming very important to him. Julieta doesn’t agree that the surgery would be
successful. She is upset about Robert making this decision without consulting
her.
Audifáz
is angry with his mother because she apologized and asked forgiveness of Polita
and Ari. He asks, “Have you then accepted Ari’s relationship with Temo and
Polita’s relationship with that lawyer?” She says, “Yes, AND?” Imelda adds that
she has no reason to show such disdain to them and go on with a severed
relationship. Audi becomes angry and hits his fist on to the table, gets up and
starts to leave. Imelda begs him to make amends with his family. Audi angrily
tells her, “It’s just not that easy! I grew up with these ideas that you
inculcated in me!” Imelda tells him that because she nearly died, she did not
want to go with the burden that she had hurt so many people with her words and
attitudes. She warns him that if he does not change, he will be completely
alone.

Christopher Mason. In the pursuit of justice some people forget that
for society to be orderly and functional law enforcement needs to
left to do their duty. There is sometimes good reason not to think
they are, but that unless higher authorities agree it isn't
considered a valid reason to take the law in one's own hands.
I'm
Candice DeLong. People can have the most understandable motives for
revenge, but they are breaking the law just the same. This is a
lesson that is not easily learned.
Mónica
said she did everything for her son. And cried.
Javier
visited Quiróz who told him that the weapons used in the killing had
been smuggled in from El Norte. Javier said he needed to find the
connexion to Jacinto Dorante. Quiróz told him that this is where
they are focusing the investigation. Also that he would be in charge
of the investigation.

Robert wants to know how long the Alzheimer's has been going on and why he wasn't told. Eugenio explains he didn't want him and Julieta to be tormented by the news or their opportunity abroad cut short. Robert apologizes for being so far away and not being aware of what was going on. Eugenio says that he needs him now and he is here. Robert is not planning on leaving again. He is going to take advantage of every second to be by his father's side. They will share everything as father and son. Robert tells his father he loves him as he hugs him.
Imelda is remembering Ari as a little boy and how he always liked to dance. Now, he is older but his essence is still the same and he is still dancing. She wants him to do whatever makes him happy and she wants him to have a happy birthday. Ari tells her that she gave him the best gift she could have and she has changed his life forever. She has filled him and Temo with hope that hatred can end in the world. She goes on to tell Ari and Temo to take care of themselves, respect themselves and to love each other because even though she has pretended not to hear, she always heard Ari say "The heart is never wrong." Hood” type swindler. He also happens to be rogue, seductive and has great
sensual appeal, but he has a former lover, Cassandra (Sol Madrigal), who will
try to make like miserable for Flor. Dr. Teodoro Hidalgo (Sergio Mur) is Flor’s childhood
friend. Before Flor moves to Mexico City to pursue her dream of being a dancer,
Teo asks Flor to marry him, but Flor turns him down; so he goes off to Spain to

Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 4/5/19 Capítulo 141 Homecomings--OR--Mea Culpas
Everyone is out in the hall trying to get some fresh air. Eugenio wonders why it is taking the ambulance so long. Neto comes out wanting to find out what is going on. Pancho explains it is really serious and asks Neto to go help Ari and Temo get the oxygen. Lupita thinks her dad looks really bad and doesn't want him to die. They give Imelda some oxygen. Ari begs Imelda not to give in and die. Audi wanders in wondering what is going on. Finally, the ambulance arrives.
Linda and Axel are interrupted by all of the sirens and go down to see what is going on.
At the hospital, Linda tells Dani to calm down. She is sure the triplets will be fine. Dani is concerned that Guido's desire to hurt them is non-ending. Carlos comes out to tell them that the triplets are fine and stable. They continue to be oxygenated and under observation. Another doctor comes out to inform them that Imelda has suffered cyanide poisoning by inhalation. They have been administering oxygen to her and giving her the antidote. Fortunately for her, she shouldn't have any side effects due to the fact that she was found so quickly and given oxygen. That saved her life. She will still need treatments to clear her lungs, help her breathing and do a few tests but she is out of danger. As for the rest of the family, that might have been affected, thanks to Ari, their treatment will be reduced. Temo and Ari saved their family.

gave Juan and Manuel directions to Mónica's house and the two hailed
a cab to go there.
The
judge basically put the Vega team on a deadline to locate Mónica or
Rafael would be considered solely responsible, as there is nothing
currently in evidence to incriminate her. The doctor's widow yelled
“Murderer, murderer!” at him before someone escorted her out.
Roberto told Rafael that they were not giving up.

Dani literally grabs a cab. When the driver hears it is an emergency, he agrees to take her to the hotel.
All of the kids talk together about parents. Santi and Andi mention their mother leaving them again. They feel like they were never important to her. Lupita has her own opinion. She thinks that adults make strange decisions and is sure that their mom still loves them. Sebas says sometimes adults have other plans in life like his father who decided he needed to return to live in Africa. Lupita agrees. The Rey twins are worried about Yolo who misses their mom and is with Guido who is not a good guy. Julio is sure that their dad and Papancho will find Yolo and they will be together again. Santi hopes they will be back to being the "4 united Rey's" again. Lupita thinks they can trust their dad and Papancho. Julio wants to feed his "ant".
Blanca prays to the Virgin to protect Dani, all of her children, her whole family. Eugenio asks if she has had any news from Dani. Blanca makes the point that Dani is not answering calls or messages. Eugenio wonders who all of the food is for that she has prepared. Blanca says she has already told him three times. She is cooking for Robert and Julieta's return. Now Eugenio remembers. They will be back in a few days. Blanca wants them to feel at home from the moment they arrive. Now they have to think where they can put the Oppas to sleep. Sonia
was still determined to believe Rafael guilty. Ricardo and Adrián
went back to the office to prepare for court. Roberto told them about
Julio's confession and they told him that they had the real name of
Rafael's seducer but not her current address. Roberto suggested that
they prepare for court while Manuel and Juan looked for Mónica.
Ricardo stopped by Alejandra's office to tell her they would go to
dine after he prepared what he needed for court the next day.

begin with Daniela crying to Blanca telling her that she needs to find justice
for Gabriel.
At the
restaurant, Susana and Pancho talk about different ideas to promote at work for
creativity and better morale. Susana gives Pancho full freedom on creativity.
Outside
around the pool, at Susana and Pancho’s home, Crisanta is with the children as
the try on different types of costumes she is helping them with. The children
are very grateful to her and she tells them she is very happy to be grandmother
to this growing family with five wonderful grandchildren. Julio, however, seems
to be distracted by some kind of ant crawling on the ground.

seen on television. Trials are usually rather dull affairs, even at
100 Center Street and The Old Bailey. In places like Mexico where
there are no juries to play to the proceedings are usually far less
dramatic... except for those times when the surprises shock the
attorneys.
I'm
Candice DeLong. I've witnessed a lot of courtroom action in my
career and most of it is very dull. However, you always should be
prepared. You never know what can happen.

Neto tells Eugenio that he needs to get things settled in his mind. With all that has happened, he hasn't even had chance to tell his kids about the Córcega's not being related to them. Eugenio can understand especially now with what is going on between Yolo and Guido. Neto is concerned that he will not be able to prevent her from going off with Guido. She acts so impulsively. She said she was definitely in love with him. Eugenio gives Neto some fatherly and "fathering" advice. Neto needs to talk to Yolo calmly so she doesn't see him as the enemy. Children are always taken by what their parents deny them. Neto understands that but seeing them kissing left such a strong impression on him. Now he knows that Guido was the one who gave her the new cellphone. Neto needs more advice. He asks Eugenio how to confront his ex Ariana. Eugenio asks him why he would want to confront her in the first place. Eugenio explains that she dared ask Yolo for money and that is not right. He needs to know that she really loves the children and is not just using them to get money for herself. Neto actually thought that things were calming down and now it has all turned into a whirlpool of problems. Nothing is the same. Eugenio offers Neto his "old man opinions" reminding Neto he will always be there for him. Neto thanks him and calls him "dad" and quickly apologizes. Eugenio sees no need for that. He called Neto "son". No big deal. Blanca comes in interrupting the conversation. She has to ask Eugenio something important. Did he take any money from the savings box in the bakery? Eugenio says no. He hasn't been down to the store in days. She asks if he is sure. Eugenio insists he is. His mind might get mixed up but he is sure about this. He didn't take the money.

Javier whines to Alonso that Gustavo keeps coming over to his side of the room and yelling at him and messing up his papers. Alonso points out that sitting around for weeks on end surrounded by lurid photographs of your new brother's dead relatives may not be the most emotionally intelligent way to forge a relationship. Javier takes this meekly.
Ani asks Ale if she has a boyfriend, and Ale smiles and says no -- but you don't need a boyfriend to be happy. In fact, she has been way happier since she hasn't had a boyfriend. Just sayin'.
Ric, Rob and Adrian visit Rafael in jail. Everyone continues to be baffled by the specter of Fake Veronica, but Rob assures Rafi with his usual groundless confidence that they will find her. And of course they will! There's only one bar in Mexico City; she's bound to wander in sooner or later.

Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 3/29/19 Capítulo 136 The Beginning of the End--OR--The Scent of the End is in the Breeze
Guido reads: "Evil is closer than you think." Guido asks who sent the text. Dani says they all have arrived anonymously. As Dani explains that she only wants to find out truth, Guido warns her that she should be careful because this could be an opportunity for extortion. The person surely wants something in return. She informs him that they have not asked for money and that this seems to be more of a warning. One of the triplets starts crying. Dani has to go and prepare some formula. Guido is upset and sits down to seethe. The camera focuses on the humidifier. Hermoso barks at him.
As Imelda is telling Linda how happy she is seeing that Linda is so focused on her work, Dani comes in to prepare the formula. Imelda wants to know what Guido is doing there so late. Dani only says they had some important problems to discuss and that they will solve them. Blanca comes in next talking about her cookbook and asking them what their favorite recipes of hers are. Linda remarks that there are so many! Blanca thanks her and changes the topic to Julieta and Robert being back in no time at all and she needs to start planning something for their return. Blanca can only imagine how they are going to fill the house with life. Imelda can only think of them needing a shoehorn to get everyone to fit. Blanca is planning on using the money from the savings box in the bakery to pay for the festivities for their return. She is also going to use a bit of it for the triplets' baptism which is coming up soon. Blanca wants to celebrate the family being together again. She hopes it helps motivate Eugenio.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capitulo 135, Thursday, March 28, 2019; Coming Closer to Exposing the Truth about Guido or Frida Becomes a Thief!
We
begin with Eugenio at home thinking that Dani’s triplets are his own three
children, Juan Pablo, Daniela and Linda. [I think he must have forgotten Marisól since she has been
gone so long.] Blanca is frustrated, she tells him that those are
his grandchildren. Linda walks in and she calls him “Papi”. Eugenio tells her “Excuse
me young lady, I am not your father. My children are these babies. These are my
children.”
Polita
is reading online on how to be a good manager for Ari. Eduardo calls her to
tell her that he has registered Ari’s songs officially.
At
Guido and Mássimo’s place, Yolo and Guido are kissing on the couch. Then Yolo
gets up and saying she needs to get home. Then we have surprise visit from
Luigi. He comes in saying, “Your cleaning lady let me in. I need to talk with
you and it’s serious.” Guido just looks at Luigi and turns to Yolo and says, “I
have to talk to him about you know, work things.” So Yolo bids Guido goodbye.
Well, Luigi is quite angry because he agreed to be Guido’s accomplice in his
dirty deeds and is left with nothing, so he is demanding payment right now. Guido
tells him, “Hey, why don’t you go back to Italy for a while and relax. If I
need you I’ll call you.” Then as Guido turns his back, he walks away, but Luigi
grabs him by the suspenders and turns him around. He tells Guido, “You are the
only one who knows what I have done!” Guido responds angrily, “Don’t you EVER
touch me again!” Luigi tells him back, “You are not going to get rid of me that
easily!”

Caray, Caray! is a community where telenovelas (TNs) from
Spanish-language networks that air in the United States are discussed.
Different patios form to discuss TNs presented by larger networks such as
Univisión, Telemundo, and Unimás. Participants gather to share their thoughts and
insights about characters, plots and subplots. They praise, critique, and snark
about what they like or don’t like; and they present ideas about what may or
may not happen…but this is based on pure speculation, not spoilers.
TNs
are usually covered via daily recaps or discussion pages posted bi-weekly. On
discussion pages posted for more than one novela (e.g., Telemundo y Más and Daytime

someone inside the prison who knows or influences it. He told
Ricardo to be careful. They brief Javier on the progress.

Mi marido tiene más familia Wednesday 3/27/19 Capítulo 134 Rolling Right Along . . .
At the event, Neto asks why something like that is on the screen. Pancho and Susana have no idea. That is further evidence to him that they have not organized the event very well. Eugenio and Neto are both upset as Guido grins. Dani tells Linda about the anonymous messages concerning Gabriel. Neto doesn't understand the message since they did get a DNA test in a lab. A new message appears: "Verify the truth." Susana tells them to shut off the screens. Eugenio is getting agitated. Blanca and Neto try to calm him down. Susana and Pancho try to get things back on track. Lupita is declared the winner. The twins are happy. Their plan worked. Eugenio decides he wants to leave since he is not feeling very well. Neto offers to tae him. Guido enjoys it all. Later, Chun Ji , the leader of the Korean investors, (I finally saw this on a TV with subtitles tonight and found out that this guy had a name!) offers Susana and Pancho some further advice: working as a married couple doesn't work. They need to decide what part of their lives they want to prioritize unless they want everything to be condemned to failure.
Back at Blanca's, she gives Eugenio some tea to calm him down. Imelda, Dani and a still upset Neto are all there. He cannot believe that the message said the DNA results weren't true. Linda tries to call it foolishness and to let it go but Imelda does not agree. She doesn't want to be divisive BUT Yolotl wasn't exactly a "saintly " woman. Linda and Blanca stop her in her tracks. They all end up agreeing that the message came at a strange time, was very specific, was not a joke and as Imelda has to add could have some truth to it. Neto asks Imelda if she thinks he is not a part of the family. Imelda admits to not being sure about anything. Dani doesn't think that this doubt is going to disappear, so it wouldn't be a bad thing to go ahead and take another DNA test.

Mi Marido Tiene Mas Familia, Capítulo 133, Tuesday, March 26, 2019; Boy wins girls’ contest and a surprise for Neto and Eugenio
We
begin with seeing Dani lamenting over the strange messages she is receiving
concerning Gabriel’s death. She looks at his photo and says, “What happened
really?”
The
Flor de Oaxaca begins and everyone who is important is there. Daniela introduces
Alicia Guga, who stands.
Neto
sits in the audience with Grecia, telling her they boys didn’t come because
they were complaining about stomach aches.
Backstage,
the girls argue about who is going to win. We see a woman telling them not to
argue, all we see is the bottom of her face to the top of her shoulders.

Por Amar Sin Ley, Season 2 Martes 3/26/19, Episode 10: Women On the Move
I'm
Christopher Mason. In patriarchal societies it has always been
difficult for women to be taken seriously when they take charge of
their lives and other situations. The female attorneys at Vega and
Associates know this all too well. It doesn't stop them. However,
there are others who do things that cause setbacks for all women on
the move.
I'm
Candice DeLong. It wasn't easy being a female FBI Agent; I even
wrote a book about it. But being accused of a crime is far worse.
Ricardo
introduced Gustavo to Javier, who said they needed to review the
information they had on the case. Gustavo told him that there wasn't
much and that with Jacinto Dorantes dead they had less of a chance of
finding out. Javier said that there would have to be another way.
Ricardo left them alone to discuss this.
