Amar a Muerte, 2/14/2019, Episode 71: Body, Oh Body! Where Art Thou, Body?
At Johny’s place, Johny
explains to (no)S-Bueno’s assistant that Mateo is someone who is trustworthy;
he is Eva’s husband and Johny has known him for a long time. Johny wants to let
Mateo in, but the assistant can’t be seen there; so Johny tells him to hide
behind a door. (Yep. Since you look like
an oversized Beltrán .)
At the cemetery, LCJ and
Barb walk toward León’s grave. Barb knows they are very close when she sees the
trail of petals. When Barb sees the tombstone and realizes that LCJ is León
Carvajal, she kneels and makes the sign of the cross.

Amar a Muerte, 02/13/19, Episode 70: Guille's Baby Anvil Lands, Big Ones Jockey for Position
At
Barb’s house, Cami is on the phone with Mercedes who tells him, in
a panic, about Alacrán and his goons coming in and ransacking the
place. Cami tries to calm her down and tells her that the important
thing is that nothing happened to her. After he ends the call, Cami
turns to LCJ and tells him that it is confirmed…they destroyed
everything. After LCJ apologizes, Cami assures him that they are in
this together. LCJ is leery about Beltrino and Barb, so he tells Cami
that he will leave first and Cami can follow afterwards. Barb is
happy that they are leaving so her things won’t get destroyed too,
but Beltrino insists that this is the safest place on the planet for
LCJ. He tells Barb to let LCJ stay until the Doc can figure out a way
to help them so he can get his body back. When Cami comments that he
cannot help Beltrino with that, Beltrino suggests that Barb summon
Death so she can speak to the Doc.
Cami
stresses that he is a scientist and abides by certain rules. Beltrino
points out that there are no rules in this area…Cami should have
figured that out already. He continues that Cami is the person who is
most versed in that room, maybe he can interpret what Death tells
Barb…they can ask Death how they can resolve this. Cami questions
if he can really talk to Death, so Beltrino clarifies that Barb will
be the one to talk to Death. Beltrino sits Barb down and orders her
to summon Death…maybe they can ask their questions through her. As
Cami starts to insist that he cannot help them, they all feel a
presence…and Death Chick looks Cami straight in the eye and doesn’t
look happy.

Imelda and Crisanta sit and compare notes on Massimo. Imelda doesn't know how she could have been so blind. Crisanta says he was always so mysterious. Imelda calls him a liar. Crisanta calls him shameless. Imelda calls him an Italian criminal. After they have shared yet another man, Imelda suggests that they just should be friends. Crisanta cannot see why. Imelda calls it all a tragedy. They will never be the same. "Or allies" adds Crisanta. Crisanta sees Guido and calls him the accomplice. The women go after him.
Guido asks Nonno what his two novias are doing together. They are angry. What happened? Nonno says they gave him a "cold water bath." Guido corrects him saying that it was more like a "cold mezcal bath." Nonno admits he deserved it. He knew this day would arrive sooner or later. Guido reminds him that you get burned playing with fire. Nonno agrees, sits and cries.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 106, Tuesday, February 12, 2019; Caught Red Handed or The Truth is Revealed!
We
begin with Neto on the phone with Arturo who has just been able to go inside
Neto’s Miami home. He tells Neto that the place has been emptied out, as if
burglars came in and took everything. There are few things left, some clothes,
and other miscellaneous items, but mostly everything is gone, even the
computers and the children’s laptops. While he is on the phone, Guido rudely
interrupts and says, “I want to see you now!”
He asks Guido to please wait because he is on an important phone call
regarding the property he left behind in Miami. Guido agrees to wait. Guido is
not happy about Neto’s report that the mescal is watered down. Artura says he
will send whatever is left to him. Then Neto tells his children the bad news.
At the
burned children’s foundation, Linda recalls how Clarisa told her that she needs
to speak with Axel about something and it should be immediately. Linda puts the
thoughts out of her mind as she sees Maria sitting by herself. She goes over to
offer Maria some lunch and tells her even though she isn’t that good in the
kitchen, she made some great peanut butter sandwiches. But Maria says she isn’t hungry. “Not even
for a small bite?” says Linda. As Maria pulls out the apple and reaches for the
sandwich, Linda notices a burn mark on Maria. Maria goes to cover and hide it.

Amar a Muerte, 2/12/2019, Episode 69: Body and Soul Reunion
At Barb’s house, LCJ
(León/Chino/Jacobo) and Beltrino sit down for a chat as they stare at each
other. LCJ assimilates the idea that he is looking at the actual El Chino
Valdez. Beltrino declares that that is his face and body; he’s been looking for
him for quite some time. Since Beltrino saw him briefly at the hospital; he has
not been able to sleep peacefully. LCJ realizes that is why Beltrino saved him
from the narcos. Beltrino agrees; he wouldn’t want his body to leave filled
with bullets. When LCJ scoffs that Beltrino is the real one they should be
looking for, Beltrino tells him not to believe everything they say about him.
LCJ chides Beltrino; he has no idea of the problems he has had because of him.
Beltrino retorts that that was not his intention. LCJ then asks about the body
that El Chino is occupying; so Beltrino tells him about being a university
professor who has a family, even a dog…but a boring life; the professor died in
an accident. Beltrino can’t get accustomed to talking to his body, his face
that he grew up looking at every day; he grabs LCJ’s arm and demands that he
give him his body! (Oh, sure, here ya go, but only if I can have my body back
too!) After LCJ pulls his arm away, they both sit back to relax…NOT! Just then,
Death Chick makes a bell ring (Round 1?), but as Beltrino looks, he sees no
one. As they both sit up to take a good look, a black butterfly flies away…and
Death Chick smiles. (There's a girl like Death Chick in every class. What she
doesn't have in looks she makes up for in 'Fun Factor'.)

* In the underground garage
of the hospital, Beltrino at the wheel, orders a very weakened LCJ (León/Chino/Jacobo/Jake)
into the car. LCJ hesitates momentarily. It could be someone who is still out to kill him.
He’s persuaded and just then gunfire erupts everywhere. They head for the exit.
Meanwhile Luci is still trying to get in to see Jacobo. Finally, the police roll into the garage. More
gunfire. El Alacrán and Gancho are in the midst of the shoot-out. Just as the
Patio is holding its collective breath for Beltie and Jake to get away a car
blocks them. SH*T, it’s Fabian, pointing a gun at Jake through the window. The next thing I know, he’s in the back seat
still pointing a gun at Jake. He makes Beltie give him his gun and there he
sits, a two-fisted gunslinger ordering them to take off. Beltie floors it.

Mi marido tiene más familia Monday 2/11/19 Capitulo 105 Settling In
Neto notices the expressions on Imelda's and Audifaz's faces and asks if there is something wrong with what he said. Audi says no and Imelda says that they never heard that name before. Neto explains it is from Nahuatl and means heart. His mother was born here is Oaxaca so this is the country of his mother and of his ancestors. He feels as if destiny has brought him back here to start over with his children. Neto asks them again to reconsider his request. Suddenly, Audi says he thinks they might be able to come to an agreement. Another rent coming in is never a bad thing. Imelda smiles and says they will discuss it and get back to him.
Still at Susana's, Yolo makes herself at home next to the pool with a glass of orange juice. Grecia recognizes her bathing suit on Yolo. Yolo had nothing and wanted to go out by the pool. Grecia tells her it would have been better if she had asked. If she had asked her to loan her a swimsuit and sunglasses, she would have said yes. Yolo knows it is a loan and she will return Grecia's things later. Grecia tries to maintain her patience. As Grecia turns to get some sunscreen, Grecia looks at her back and sees what she thinks are stretch marks and remarks how ugly they are. Grecia is suddenly back in her head upset and crying with blood all over her repeating "I killed him." Grecia calms herself down and she tells Yolo they are not stretch marks but even it they were it would be okay because they would be something natural. Yolo remarks not on her and calls Grecia "Greasy".

Amar A Muerte, 2/8/19, Episode 67: If You Publish It, They Will Come
Parte 1~~
Beltran, aka Belchin', aka El Chino actualmente, has just seen the news bit about Jacobo Reyes, Heroe Del Momento--and co-transmigrante, León Carvajal--who is now recovering at Northway Hospital; he flies out of Javier's hospital room to seek the man who is wearing his body. Alicia and Jav are left eating his dust as usual.
At the same time, Johny Corona--everyone's crown of thorns in their backside--is otherwise occupied nosing around Susana's computer and trying to see if her latest composition is possibly on her screen which she's dutifully locked. The paper's editor walks up to see if he can be of assistance. With the ever-present contrived Corona constipational smile of obligation, Johny pretends to take Mr. Editor into his confidence. There's some suspected extortion and they--the police--need to check Susana's computer today. "--Keep her out of the office today while we check her computer. Don't let on to A.N.Y.B.O.D.Y."
Back on campus, Sergio tries talking to Lucho about Valentina's sad situation. Lucho is sick to death discussing Val and her idiosyncrasies any longer. Sergio tells him to get with it and with the times. He should feel some sympathy for her since her gay love life has turned tragic owing to the fact that Juliana is leaving the country with Mama shortly. (Yawn. FF>>FF>>)

Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 2/8/19 Capítulo 104 Yearning for Home, the Past, and Peace
Crisanta asks about the deportation. Yolo explains that her father had a false green card and hired other illegals in the restaurant. Andi corrects her and says that the word is "undocumented. " Yolo continues saying because of her father's mistake they were all deported. She and her brothers are citizens of the USA but are minors so they had to come with her father and ended up in this place. She looks around in disgust. Crisanta can understand her being angry but Oaxaca is a beautiful place. Santi tells his sister "Yolo" that Crisanta is right. Grecia thinks of Eugenio remembering his first love Yolotl and asks Santi what he called his sister. He called her Yolo. He explains it comes from her real name Yolotl. Grecia says that is not a common name. Grecia tries to put on her counseling hat with Neto's kids saying that they went through an intense experience and that she understands how they are feeling. Yolo doesn't think she understands how SHE feels. Yolo explains how they lost all of their stuff, their home, their friends, their whole life. Crisanta asks if their mother came with them, too. Santi is about to answer but Andi cuts him off saying that they do not know where their mother is. She left them a long time ago. Yolo makes it clear again that she hates being there. Grecia tells her you can always start over again.
Polita has her boxes of juice ready to sell at her dance class. She sees it as the key to changing the way they live. She has a fantasy of herself as the elegant rich lady of the house with Imelda and Audifaz waiting on her and Ari.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 103, Thursday, February 7, 2019; Destiny Leads Neto Back to Grecia Again!
We open with Neto and family shivering in the park. Yolo says, “Are
we going to sleep in this park, really?” Finally Neto has had enough. He is
going to go back to Pancho and ask for more help. Pancho takes them in asks
Temo to make them some hot chocolate, and says they can sleep in the living
room. The twins come in and do not look pleased. Yolo says she doesn’t think
she can sleep there and that anyplace is better than there. Temo says to Yolo, “Well
there is the door!”
As everyone is drinking their hot chocolate, Susana comes
in and asks, “So what is going on?” Pancho tells Susana that Neto and family
will stay in their living room tonight. But Susana has a better plan. She
suggests that they all go to her house where Grecia and her mother are at. She
calls Grecia to let to let them know that Neto and family will be arriving
tonight.

Amar A Muerte, 2/7/2019, Episode 66: Smile, You're on Candid Camera!
Previously: Lupita was talking to Juls about
the man she saw at Vale’s house and telling Juls he was not her father. (Your
Father has gone back to his home planet, Juls)
At Silvina’s house,
Lupita continues to try to convince Juls that the man she saw at Vale’s house
is not her father. The man has her father’s body, but he’s not El Chino; his
name is Jacobo Reyes. When Juls asks how she knows, Lupita confides that LCJ
(León/Chino/Jacobo) told her when he went to drop off some things that Sra.
Silvina sent them when they first moved there. They were both surprised. Juls
doesn’t think that what Lupita is saying makes sense. Lupita agrees, but he
finally convinced her that he wasn’t El Chino. Juls asks who he is if he isn’t
El Chino. Lupita responds that all she knows is that his name is Jacobo Reyes.
He treated her well and she wants to keep her promise that she won’t reveal
that he isn’t El Chino. Juls reminds Lupita that El Chino is a sicario; he can
make up whatever story to get into that house and do whatever they asked him to
do. When Juls insists that he is lying, Lupita pleads with her not to tell Vale
that her chauffeur lives in El Chino’s body. Juls definitely won’t tell
Vale…because Vale will think she is crazy.

Guido has finished preparing Dani's tea and he brings it to her. He says it is good for her nerves. He starts going on about how he knows she is going through such a complicated time in her life. He is to a certain degree, also. He mentions how he still doesn't understand how Gabriel could die so young and so quickly. She sips the tea. He says the tea will do her good.
Neto has changed into his borrowed black pants and shirt from Pancho. Earlier Pancho brought them linens and some clothes. The twins and Yolo have changed, too. Of course, Yolo is sulking. Neto tells her to take care of her brothers because he has to go to work. He tells them they are allowed in the building but not out on the street. Yolo closes the door behind him and tell the twins it is time to initiate her plan to get them out of this terrible place.

Amar a Muerte, 2/6/2019, Episode 65: Fools Rush in Where Dead Men Fear to Tread
León/Chino
walks slowly by the wall at the tennis courts with his gun drawn.
When he comes to a corner, he hears one of the goons talking over a
walkie-talkie, since the goon has his back to him, LCJ sneaks up to
him and smacks him with his gun knocking the goon out cold.
Inside
the house, Armenta goes to Vale and demands to know who called her.
Vale cries as she replies that it was just a friend. When Armenta
asks about her siblings, Vale tells him she doesn’t know where they
are and Lucía adds that they don’t live there…so they won’t be
coming. Chulo thinks the women are trying to pull one over on them
and are making them waste a lot of time; the cops are sure to be
arriving soon. Another goon approaches with all that he has found in
the house, so Servando tells him to lay it on the table and tells
Chulo to relax because the party is just starting. Servando shouts
out for more tequila. Oh Armie, you saw that one too where they
poured tequila on bullet holes?
At Silvina’s house. Lupita sees that Juls is upset and asks what is going on, but Juls just runs off and tells her she will be back soon.

Outside
the Carvajal house, LCJ lurks as he finds Tiberio crouched and
hiding. Tiberio pleads with LCJ not to kill him, so LCJ assures him
that he came to help them. LCJ then asks what is going on inside and
how many men there are. Tiberio replies that that he doesn’t know
what’s going on, but there are 4-5 men inside and there are more
outside. After LCJ takes his key to the service entrance, Tiberio
tells him to be careful and hides again.
In San Antonio, Mariela wonders how much longer Fabián will continue with his obsession over El Chino…the man didn’t just kill his father, El Chino is also ruining his life. Fabián feels bad because he knows he could have done something in Mexico, but she pressured him until he came back. Mariela points out that the man escaped and there is nothing Fabián can do; he should think of his son. Fabián is definitely thinking of his son, what will his son think of him when he grows up and finds out that his father did nothing to catch his grandfather’s murderer. Mariela insists that is what happened and there is nothing he can do. Fabián, however, is determined to return to Mexico.

Amar a Muerte, 2/4/19, Episode 64: Guns and No Roses
Since
I've been a little under the weather, this is a little late. At least
this was a Johny-free episode.
Jacobo
and Camilo had a heated discussion in which Cam tried to tell Jake
that he should tell Lucia the truth. He said he couldn't because it
was so unbelievable and besides it would blow his entire plan. He
would lose everything, including his children. Camilo suggested he
rest on it, but he replied he couldn't. He needed to talk to Lupita.

Mi marido tiene más familia Monday 2/4/19 Capítulo 101 Another Day, Another PSA: Chlamydia!--OR--Neto Loses Round One to Grecia
Neto and Grecia argue back and forth about whose red snapper is it. SHE needs it for something very important. HE needs it for a family tradition. She asks the vendor who got here first. He wasn't watching. Grecia tells Neto the snapper saw. Neto hates to be the one to tell her that the snapper is dead and isn't seeing anything. Next she says that the snapper saw them both and has decided it wanted to go with her. Neto, always a step behind in this argument, says the snapper saw him first and wants to go with him. The vendor suggests filleting another fish. No way, they both want THAT one. Grecia is going to treat the fish affectionately and starts to pet it. Neto flings her hand off the fish and starts to pet it himself. Grecia launches into the topic of there not being enough gentlemen these days. How can someone as big as he is, act like that with such a small woman as herself? As he towers over her, he insists he is a gentleman and that he cannot help it that she is such a short thing. Grecia drags over a box and gets eye to eye with him. Neto accuses her of cheating. She tells him that since he is gentleman, she will be taking the fish and preparing it as deliciously as possible. Amar a Muerte, 2/1/19, Episode 63: Crossed Wires and Double Crossed Deceits
Eva has a chat with head driver, Alirio about Valentina's trips to see Juliana in Xochimilco.- Montilla comes to the Carvajal home to discuss Armenta's threatening presence outside the gate on the private grounds with Lucia and one of the heads of security. He promises to keep a heavier watch on the place.
- Johny appears and urges Lucia into her study to discuss his "news" about Jacobo Reyes.
- Guille gets a lift to the manse and he runs into Jake. They discuss Guille's unfortunate luck and new living situation, how he's renounced the family and the job, and now is living with his serious girlfriend, Renata, while looking for work. Jake advises going to his godfather, Camilo, for assistance. He can also count on Jake for at least moral support.
- Beltran gives into Rosita's seduction and the two head for a motel. Little does he realize she's decided to make a secret video/sex tape of their sexual experience at the motel.

Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 2/1/19 Capítulo 100 Temo Has "You Only Live Once" 's Number--OR--Neto the Self-Starter
Pancho brings Neto and the kids to the apartment building in La Burra. He takes them to the bakery and explains that his apartment is upstairs and they can stay with him. Ernesto thanks him but says they will find a hostel or somewhere else to stay. Yolo doesn't like what she is hearing. Neto says there is no choice because he will not allow them to sleep on the street. Santi is hungry and Andi is, too. Pancho will make sure that they fill their stomachs in the bakery. The other kids come running into the bakery upsetting a glass of milk that ends up all over Yolo. Julio crushes Andi's glasses when they fall off. Yolo overreacts. Temo tells her it was all an accident. The kids didn't do it on purpose. Pancho says he can get it all fixed. Yolo tells Pancho that maybe he should look after his little monsters. Temo tells Yolo to calm down. Pancho gives Yolo the keys to his apartment so she can clean the milk off of her clothes. The two groups of kids stare at each other.

meet his true love in life, Blanca. Now that one was the real thing and his
true love forever. The day he met Blanca, he never had eyes for anyone else. He
asks Grecia if there is anything she would like to share and she says, “No, you
are the patient here and what happens here stays confidential. I have enjoyed listening

Amar a Muerte, 1/31/2019, Episode 62: Misinterpretations and Complications
Vale arrives at the
university and confronts Lucho; she hopes he’s happy that everyone is making
fun of her. Lucho retorts that she converted herself into a lesbian; he warns
her to take her crap elsewhere and not to even dare show up to any of their
parties or events with Juls…Vale shouldn’t go at all. (And especially don't mention that she was
tired of trying to help him solve his 'problem'. Tee Hee.)
At Silvina’s house,
Lupita again asks Juls what’s wrong; she seems even more down than the night
before. When she insists, Juls tells her to stop…she just doesn’t want to talk.
Lupita finally guesses right that Juls had a fight with Vale. Lupita thinks
that Vale is beautiful and nice, but she pertains to a different world…they are
like water and oil. Juls gets upset and asks, “Who asked for your opinion?”
Juls doesn’t get into her business with Pancho; and she doesn’t make comments
because Lupita takes advantage of him since he’s got a thing for her. Lupita
denies it, but Juls insists that Lupita calls him whenever she wants something.
Lupita scolds Juls and tells her not to be rude; so Juls snaps at her not to
get into her business. (Mom, do think
maybe any of this mess might be your fault?)

Amar a Muerte, 1/30/2019, Episode 61: 'When in the Course of Human Laments'..or If they will do it FOR you, they will do it TO you.
Guille
arrives at Renata’s place with luggage in tow. When he asks if he
can stay there because he had a fight with Eva, Renata says, “Of
course” and asks if it was serious. Guille responds that he has
decided to cut all economic ties with his family and start from ZERO.
He asks for Renata’s opinion, so she tells him that is very
serious. Guille doesn’t think so since he had been considering it
for quite some time. When he tells her that he did consider going to
a hotel (you left out that you burned your credit cards, Guille),
Renata tells him she’d kill him if he did that. Guille smiles and
adds that she has no idea how happy he is to sleep with her again.
Believe me Guille, I … understand … completely...
In
her bedroom, Lucía sits by herself drinking. Silvina comes in with
the chills pills she had asked for and warns her against mixing the
pills and alcohol, but Lucía just wants to be left alone.

Nonno is telling Guido that Gabriel no longer being with them is the worst tragedy they have been through. Nobody will ever be able to take his place. Guido realizes the great void that Gabriel's death has left but the Mussi's know how to get up and go on as they always have. Guido insists that he can help Nonno and be there for the family he loves. Nonno proposes changing the name of the mezcal to honor Gabriel. Guido is not too sure about that since their brand is still positioning itself in the marketplace. Nonno thinks then they could have a special launch of another kind of mezcal, a special edition. Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 97, Tuesday, January 29, 2019; Neto’s Deportation Begins
We open
with Neto gratefully accepting his promotion to manager. He’s started at the bottom
as a dishwasher, but with hard work, now is accepting the manager position. His
boss mentions the matter of his documentation but Neto says he is still waiting
on his lawyer to finish up the process. He has spent a lot of time and money
trying to get his papers and hopes that it will all be completed very soon.
In
Oaxaca, at Susana’s house, Grecia jumps in the pool and swims across and then
gets out. As she gets out, Crisanta asks Grecia what happened to her back. [It appeared to be a
tattoo] She shrugs it off and says it happened long ago. Then she
sees Susana with her suitcases and wants to know what is going on. Susana happily
announces her plans to move in with Pancho.

Lucho goes crying to Eva
that Vale has been acting strange lately and she broke up with him for no
reason. He suspected she was cheating on him, but never suspected it would be
with a woman. As Eva shakes her head in disbelief, Lucho continues that he has
never liked Juliana…she took advantage of Vale when she was the most depressed
because of her father’s death. After he guarantees that Vale is no lesbian,
Lucho tells Eva that she’d better get Vale away from Juls because if it ever
gets out, the sh*t will hit the fan. He continues to rant, but Eva stops him
and tells him she will take care of it and talk to Vale…she is used to cleaning
up after her family’s messes. Yeah given the barnyard which is your secret life,
sister. Eva thanks Lucho for telling her and is sure it won’t get any further;
Lucho definitely doesn’t want to tell anyone else. Lucho, good work, your next

* Lucho watches Vale and Juls in a loving embrace which is leading to more intimacy. His buddy Sergio gets an eyeful, too. Vale stops when she hears the doorbell. Thinking it’s Alirio, she opens it up to a raging Lucho. He pushes his way in and gets physically aggressive. Sergio stops him from doing something stupid. Lucho swears to Vale this isn’t going to stay like this. Juls comforts Vale after he leaves. Lucho returns to the car. He’s so angry he’s crying onto the hood of his car. Sergio adds to his state of mind by musing over the reaction of the kids at the university when it gets around. Lucho grabs him. Sergio is not to say a single word to anyone about this. Vale tells Juls Lucho has always been violent and she’s sorry she’s dragged Juls into this situation.

to know who got in her room. Since Eva moved in, she’s kept the room locked. Poor
Silvina. She realizes she’s in the frying pan since she’s the only one with a
set of keys. (But what about Fab?) Luci
is convinced someone is gaslighting her. Silvina thinks it might be León’s
spirit trying to tell her something. She thinks that’s idiotic. These things
are real.

Mi marido tiene más familia Monday 1/28/19 Capítulo 96 The Miami Connection--OR--A New Plot With a New Galán
Blanca runs into Susana and Sebas. Susana is so glad to see her back home. Dani needs her so much and Eugenio surely needs more support. Blanca's ears perk up. Why would Eugenio need more support? Susana thinks and speaks quickly. There is so much to be done in the store and Pancho has had to be busy planning their wedding but now since it has been postponed his time will be freed up. Blanca asks Susana if all is going well with Pancho. Susana says they are going so well that they are planning on living together. Blanca gets a kind of pained expression on her face. Susana continues that she will be coming to live at the apartment building with Pancho tomorrow. Sebas agrees. Blanca says she will be happy to have them both in the building.
Guido and Luigi sit down to enjoy some 100% (unwatered down) pure mezcal. Luigi asks if Guido is happy having gotten Gabriel out of the way and nobody suspecting anything. Guido wasn't planning on Gabriel dying the same day the triplets were born. Guido smiles saying it was so . . . Luigi finishes the the sentence with "tragic indeed." What plans does Guido have now? Guido will be Nonno's only support so he will end up giving him everything. The only problem is that now Nonno wants to leave everything to the triplets. Luigi asks about the possibility of getting rid of the triplets, too. Guido says no, not yet. They toast to each other's health.

" --Initially, some five to ten minutes earlier, Jacobo's proposal of marriage had left Lucia speechless. Her mind was whirring. She was apparently dumbfounded. Jake was almost, dare I say, frantic in his appeal. "--Look at me! Am I not the most important thing in your life?" "--Yes! You are my reality!" She told him she simply could not. Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 1/25/19 Capítulo 95 Life Goes on After Gabriel--OR--Robert and Julieta are Out There Some Where
At Dani's. Axel offers Casandra and Clarisa his sympathy and support. Can he notify someone in their family for them? Casandra says no. Their father is in Europe could not get a flight in. She hopes he is back soon. Clarisa is despondent and does not know what she will do without Gabriel. They are going to have to take over the business and look after their nieces, nephew and Daniela.
Eugenio thinks about Dani being left with her three children and he is glad Blanca is back from her trip. When he thinks about himself, he gets agitated and tells himself that he needs to remember everything so he can help Dani. There is a knock at his door. It is Susana. She wants him to know that she and Pancho are there for him and for Dani. He thanks her for all she has done for him and for finding him Grecia. He also finds out that Grecia will be able to help out Dani, too. He hopes so because Dani has fallen apart.
At Susana's, Grecia talks with Crisanta about the funeral being so very emotional. Crisanta says she would have liked to have gone but she didn't want to deal with Imelda. In spite of all she has been through with the Córcega's, she knows they are going through a terrible time. She would like to be there to support them but it would never work out. Grecia says Dani does have a lot of support with her sisters, her mother and Gabriel's grandfather Massimo. "Máximo?" asks Crisanta. Grecia clarifies that it is Massimo because he is Italian. Crisanta asks Grecia if she is sure. Yes, she is. Crisanta wonders if he could be her Massimo. She remembers asking Guido if Massimo was a friend of that insipid blond and him answering "Let's just say she is family." Massimo is Gabriel’s grandfather.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 94, Thursday, January 24, 2019: Goodbye to Gabriel
Gabriel
appears as a disembodied spirit to his triplets and speaks to each of them before
he leaves. He tells them how much he loves them and that they have the best
mother in the world. He tells them not to forget him and that he loves them and
that one day he will be able to hug them. Then he disappears.
Daniela
is in bed crying with Eugenio and Linda with her. Of course she doesn’t
understand why any of this happened and can’t accept that Gabriel is dead. She says
she has lost the will to live now because of Gabriel’s death. The family tells
her she must remain strong because of the babies. She says she wants to be left
alone, so the family leaves. As they leave, Gabriel appears again as a disembodied
spirit who tells her how much he loves her and how lucky he was to have been her
husband. He tells her to be strong and that their love is eternal. He will be
with her every day in her heart until the day they meet again. He kisses her goodbye
and it’s as though she did feel his kiss. As he leaves, he says, “I love you
and I love our three children.” He tells her that he learned so much from her
family and he will see her in eternity. Then he disappears in the twinkling of
the eye.
In
the hallway, Nonno, Guido, Casandra, and Clarisa look in on the babies. They are
all crying.

there is so much security at her house. When Vale tells Juls about Lucho making
a scene and accusing her of having something with the chauffeur, Juls laughs
and wonders how Lucho could have thought that. After Vale explains about
hugging LCJ, she comments that ever since her father died, she hasn’t been able
to breathe. Juls tries to comfort Vale and tells her that she wishes she could
be with her, but she can’t leave her mother alone. Just then, Juls hears the
doorbell and has to end the call.

Dani, through her contractions, finally makes her way to the kitchen. Hermoso barks her on all the way. She is still on the floor but has her cell phone and calls Gabriel.
At Blanca's, Eugenio is telling Pancho how Dani has always been the strongest of his children. She had to be considering what happened to her brother Robert. Eugenio thinks that she inherited the best of him and Blanca. Eugenio likes Grecia. They hope that her therapy helps. Eugenio admits he is afraid. Eugenio feels that Alzheimer's is like a runaway train. It destroys everything in its path and will not stop until everything is blown apart.
Gabriel is still trying to talk sense to Guido. In spite of his difficult life, Guido is not justified in committing a crime especially on the only person who ever gave him a hand. Amar a Muerte 1/23/19, Episode 56: Everybody wants the Truth, But sometimes Truth has a Mean Streak.
LCJ
is in the security office making a call when Fabricio comes in having
been looking for him and reprimands him for not responding. When LCJ
quips that that isn’t his problem, Fab counters that anything LCJ
does in that house IS his problem. LCJ is not phased and walks away,
so Fab tells LCJ that he is going to be watching him, but LCJ retorts
that he already knows that Fab is watching him.
Hec-Maru
returns to his house and plops down beside Maru’s mother. When the
mother asks if he did something crazy, Hec-Maru admits that he was
set on telling Cecilia that she couldn’t marry that man because
Hector is not dead. He wanted to beat up the man, but he couldn’t.
Hec-Maru saw how happy they were…maybe they’re better off without
him. I thought I heard a bell tingle. No, wait, that was Death Chick
writing on her dry erase board. When Hec-Maru tries to get up to go
wash his bloody blouse, the mom stops him and tells him that his
blouse is clean. Hec-Maru feels his back, then manages a smile as he
looks at Maru’s mom.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 92, Tuesday, January 22, 2019; The truth is revealed and Daniela goes into labor
We open
with Daniela having a contraction at Susana’s bridal shower. At Pancho’s place,
Gabriel has the guys taste the new mezcal, which didn’t turn out very well and
tasted diluted. He apologizes and asks Guido if he knows anything about this.
Guido of course denies knowing anything. Then, Linda and Frieda come knocking
at the door and running in to tell Gabriel about the contraction. He wants to
take Daniela to the hospital, but she doesn’t want to go. Susana says that
since she is having triplets, they could come premature. Then Axel advises her
about the contractions. Dani says it was only one contraction and since it was
only one contraction she decides it’s a false alarm.
Guido
looks proud of himself as he thinks about the poison that will be very
difficult to detect when it is ingested.
As Gabe
attends to Daniela, his face is looking very blotchy. There is obviously
something wrong with him.

Amar a Muerte, 1/22/2019, Episode 55: A Deadly Betrayal Revealed
Previously: LCJ and Lucía arrive
to find everyone outside looking mortified. LCJ approaches the vehicle and sees
Daniel in the driver’s seat covered in blood. As Lucía approaches, LCJ tries to
stop her, but she pushes forward and sees Daniel. Lucía steps back in shock
almost collapsing as she leans against the vehicle after reading the message
“Ungrateful” left on the windshield.
Lucía is distraught and
tells Montilla he has to do something; the man had a family and children.
Montilla wants to make it clear so she can understand…organized crime has many
more resources and is much more organized than they (the cops) are; and that is
why they sent her that message. When Lucía states that she thought she could
keep Armenta in line, Montilla wonders how she could think that when not even
the previous governments have been able to accomplish it. Lucía cries in
anguish as she watches Johny arrive. No,
not on a white horse, though now it smells like one was here.

Dani tells Gabriel that she has decided she is going to go stay at her parents' house for a while so she can be there when Grecia starts her father's treatment. She promises to stay on bed rest. She doesn't want to leave Gabriel alone. Gabriel says he is an adult and doesn't mind being alone and anyway Nonno and Guido are there. Gabriel is going to buy Dani some cajeta (caramel).
Guido is all excited for Nonno because besides having a business that promises to be a success, he has found love. Nonno is pensive and has a bad feeling that the widows are going to meet and are going to want to cook him in a pot. Guido offers to help him out. With his angelic face, the widows are sure to believe whatever he tells them. Gabriel comes in and Nonno notices how red his face its. Gabriel blames it on continual stress and now there is a serious issue with his father-in-law. Nonno decides to go with Gabriel and they leave. Guido has a phone call from an employee called Luigi who has initiated the changes to the articles of association/incorporation of Nonno's corporate empire. He tells Guido that as soon as he signs the new articles, Guido will be the majority shareholder of all of the Mussi businesses. Guido assures Luigi that Nonno will never know because he will be busy being entertained by his two loves.

Eva
called Renata out on the carpet for getting her freak on with
Guillermo, citing an anti-fraternization rule in the company's
policy. [We're wondering where that will go when Eva's own dirty
linen is finally aired.] She refused to listen to any
explanations, calling Renata a traitor, and telling her that she
should clear her desk because she is being transferred to the
administration office. Then she picked up a document and told her to
shut the door on her way out.

Amar a Muerte, 1/18/19, Episode 53: Revelations About The Relations
Valentina and Juliana arrive at the manse and are greeted by a wary Silvina. After sending Val to get whatever they came to the house for, she advises Juls not to allow angelic Val to get physically hurt because of hanging around with Juls who is constantly enveloped in a cloud of menacing chaos. Juls thinks about it and rolls her eyes. (This corner of Viewerville agrees with Milagross that Juls, a nasty snit in her own way, has definitely been a bad influence on Val, but Val ain't so pure as the wind driven snow and the two of them together recently just make one's skin crawl in this, we give Silvina 10 bonus points and do a FF>>FF>> )- At the same time, Guillermo drops off Renata by her apartment so she can feed the cat. They kid and flirt and kiss. She goes up. While he waits, Mayela appears out of nowhere and turns stalker. She yells at Guille for two-timing her and with his secretary of all things! What will people think???? She saw him kissing her in the company parking lot and now in front of her apartment!! He has given her plenty of reason with his actions to make May believe they had a thing still. He tells her she's got a problem if she thinks she and him are an item. His girlfriend is Renata, NOT her! Well, she's not going to let him screw her over this way, she says and harrumphs away, leaving Guille dumbfounded.

Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 1/18/19 Capítulo 90 The Girl Who Says What She Thinks--OR--Guido Lies in Wait
Pancho likes "Roma's" (rather than Grecia's-a play on Rome and Greece) philosophy. She says you have to smile! She wonders about Susana and this unexpected adventure called marriage. She herself has never been married. Pancho tells her that the has been widowed twice but Susana has become his whole world. Grecia is happy because Susana deserves to be happy.
Outside of Crisanta's shop, Crisanta's assistant asks what she is thinking about. Crisanta is getting ready to go on a date but she will not tell her assistant with who. She is renewing herself and her business. She asks her assistant for some ideas on how how to modernize her store. Soon thereafter, a saleswoman comes by the shop with a pink suitcase. She opens it up and Crisanta thinks that the contents are cool. The saleswoman says they have different sizes and different colors and asks if she is afraid . . . It turns out that the star of all of their products is a stuffed bunny!
As they work on three panda cakes for the gender reveal party, Linda asks her father when he found out that he was going to have a bonus baby (her). He says they have talked about it at least ten times recently. She thinks it is good exercise for his memory. Eugenio gets all depressed wondering if he will even remember the party. Linda tells him when her mother gets back he will feel better. He also needs to remember that Grecia has arrived to help him.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 89, Thursday, January 17, 2019; Susana says YES!
We open
with Eugenio admitting to the family that he has Alzheimer’s Disease. They all
react with the sadness as though he just told them he had a week to live.
Imelda starts crying, Polita cries. Tulio tells him to have faith. Eugenio says
he is going to fight not to forget his family.
In the
park, Pancho and family are awaiting Susana. He is getting ready to propose. He
has a setup ready with flowers. Inside is a little box with flowers and a diamond
ring. He gets down on one knee and asks, “Will you marry me?” She says YES! He
puts the ring on her and the confetti drops. However the children say, “not so
fast, you have to be novios first.” The kids meet in a huddle and decide to
give the relationship their blessing. The kids applaud and are very happy for
them. Susana tells the children that her ring is a symbol that not only are she
and Pancho together, but they are both together WITH them.

Amar a Muerte, 1/17/2019, Episode 52: Can't Hide the Feeling
Lupita is shocked to see
whom she believes to be El Chino standing in front of her. When she snaps out
of it, she can’t contain herself and lunges at him elated to hug and kiss him.
LCJ stands there stiff as a board as she tells him that they came to Mexico and
have been searching for him…they tried to kill her because she was looking for
him. LCJ coldly calls her “Señora” but Lupita doesn’t care what happened to
her; the important thing is that he returned. LCJ finally manages to push her
away long enough to tell her that he is not El Chino and he can explain if she
gives him a chance. Lupita, YOU are going to need a steel belted beanie.
At the parking garage,
Juls and Vale are starting to get it on, but Alirio comes back and unknowingly
interrupts. When Alirio asks if they are going to Silvina’s house, Vale tells
him that they need to make one stop before going on.

Amar a Muerte, 1/16/2019, Episode 51: Barb finally gets her Moolah
Eva
continues her meeting with the private investigator and tells him she
needs pictures and recordings of conversations. The PI can get on it,
but he’ll need more money to install cameras and microphones. Eva
has no qualms about paying more, the PI just needs to tell her how
many zeros to add on the check…she needs that evidence to prove
that Lucía and Johny are lovers. You may need more than one PI
Evie.
In
Johny’s office, Lucía relishes in talking about Eva’s reaction
to her proposal…it was poetic. Johny compliments and congratulates
Sra. Lucía on a job well done. When he remarks that the student
outdoes the teacher, Lucía responds that the teacher did a good job
and that deserves much merit. Johny gets fresh and starts stroking
Lucía’s legs, but she reminds him that they are at the office (and
he surely isn’t the chauffeur?). Johny misses her and wants to
shout to the world that they are an item. Lucía gives a look of
annoyance and tells Johny that is enough. Item? Like week old milk.

Mi marido tiene más familia Wednesday 1/16/19 Capítulo 88 One Truth is Revealed--OR--The Fox Lives in the Hen House
At the hospital, Linda prays with Gabriel as Nonno and Guido watch on. Gabriel's sisters arrive. They hug him. There is a strong possibility of Dani having a miscarriage and losing the babies.
Imelda is being accompanied by her new gofer Ignacio. She needs Ignacio to be totally dedicated to her and one step ahead of everything. Ignacio assures her that he will not be a tortoise but a hare. Imelda arrives at her store and sees Crisanta. She tells Ignacio that his first job will be to construct a wall in between their stores to divide them and to get Crisanta to pay for it. The women start exchanging "witchy" insults and their "assistants" join them in other insults.
Back at the hospital, Nonno talks to Guido about how he fears that Gabriel will not be able to take losing even one baby. Nonno remembers perfectly when Gabriel's mother died and Gabriel himself almost died from the grief. Guido can sympathize having lost his own parents. Guido is sure it will all end well because destiny's plans are always perfect. He smiles.

Mi Marido Tiene Más Familia, Capítulo 87, Tuesday, January 15, 2019; Pancho is ready to propose marriage; and Daniela in danger of miscarriage
We open
with what we saw in the previous show, with Susana telling Eugenio that she
loves him.
At the
Foundation, Vicente tells Axel he has to go back to Africa. He offers that Axel
can come too, temporarily. Axel says there is nothing for him there except,
well, his brother, his mother, his grandmother. At this point, Linda walks in.
She politely greets them and walks off to the children. Axel wistfully looks at
her.
At
Pancho’s place, they get ready for a little game with Susana and Pancho sitting
back to back. The children quiz them on their favorite things and each has a
different answer except for their favorite place to vacation which is the
beach.

Amar a Muerte, 1/15/2019, Episode 50: The Law Takes 'Dirt' and Death Takes 'Saints'
Alt Title: That's My Body and I'll Take It If I Want It
Beltrino gasps as he thinks about seeing his body. He
watches Mugres going up the hospital stairs and starts to go after him with his
weapon drawn. When Mugres reaches the top of the stairs and is seen, people
start screaming and the undercover nurse and another cop yell at him. As LCJ
turns around and makes a run for it, shots are fired, Beltrino makes a quick
u-turn down the stairs, and Carmelo goes down. Mugres grabs a nurse as hostage
and retreats as he tells the undercover nurse to not move. Once Mugres makes a
run for it, the nurse chases after him while LCJ hides behind the nurse’s
station and Beltrino is at the bottom of the stairwell waiting for things to settle
down upstairs.
Outside, the cops arrive
and are told to cover all the exits. Mugres has released the nurse and runs
down the outside stairs while flinging around his weapon. As the undercover
nurse talks to the head cop and tells him that García was shot, Lupita is
panicking and Juls tells Vale to lock the door. Vale goes to close the door,
but LCJ grabs and pulls her out to take her away from the hospital. Meanwhile,
Beltrino goes to look behind the nurse’s station in search of his former body.
He finds nothing and looks around. Out on the stairs, Vale is yelling at LCJ
that she needs to stay with Juls, but LCJ yells back that he is not going to
let anything happen to her and that they are leaving NOW! Inside, Beltrino
walks frantically in search of his body as Alicia calls him about the shots
fired; so he tells her to lock herself in the room. Outside, Vale is trying to
get away from LCJ because she wants to go back with Juls until he grabs her
head with both hands and tells her that no one will harm her. Mugres is still
running through stairs and halls trying to get away from the cops who are now
everywhere; they finally manage to surround him at some stairs. After he has a
hissy fit and drops his weapon, the cops cuff and arrest him.

Amar a Muerte, 1/14/19, Episode 49: Johny's Alter-Ego Makes an Appearance
You are invited to gather
around Guille’s favorite spot by the fountain on the Carvajál estate while your
intrepid reporter from ALL Chismes ALL the Time checks into the stories
swirling around The Widow of Mexico, her family, business and acquaintances. The Truth
will be revealed in parts by yours truly, Hedda Saltadora.
Part 1
* Just to refresh your memory which made have faded due to non-stop football over the weekend, Friday we left Johny pointing Fabricio’s gun at poor trembling Fabricio in the security office. Johny is certain Fab is involved in this little gaslighting game that’s going on with the photos and notes arriving in León’s handwriting. (NOTE: I was unaware that a soul retains its original handwriting when deposited in another body, but Ok, for the sake of the story, I’m willing to go with it.)
* Waving the gun around, Johny wants an explanation for the hooded guy in the video (Fab admits to it being him) delivering the envelope to Johny’s house, after hours. Fab says it was with the rest of the mail and there was a note with it from Johny himself for it to be delivered right away. He was just following orders. When Johny asks to produce the note, Fab says he threw it away after the envelope had been delivered. So, Johny the unctuous and obsequious, is gone and in his place is the paranoid, menacing real Johny the Crown (rhymes with Clown). Fortunately for Fab, he tosses the gun aside but warns Fab if he learns that he’s no longer his faithful dog and betraying him, after all he’s done for him, and making him crazy with Jacobo, he’s going to kill both of them and eat them in pieces. (All this happened in the first minute.)

* Just to refresh your memory which made have faded due to non-stop football over the weekend, Friday we left Johny pointing Fabricio’s gun at poor trembling Fabricio in the security office. Johny is certain Fab is involved in this little gaslighting game that’s going on with the photos and notes arriving in León’s handwriting. (NOTE: I was unaware that a soul retains its original handwriting when deposited in another body, but Ok, for the sake of the story, I’m willing to go with it.)
* Waving the gun around, Johny wants an explanation for the hooded guy in the video (Fab admits to it being him) delivering the envelope to Johny’s house, after hours. Fab says it was with the rest of the mail and there was a note with it from Johny himself for it to be delivered right away. He was just following orders. When Johny asks to produce the note, Fab says he threw it away after the envelope had been delivered. So, Johny the unctuous and obsequious, is gone and in his place is the paranoid, menacing real Johny the Crown (rhymes with Clown). Fortunately for Fab, he tosses the gun aside but warns Fab if he learns that he’s no longer his faithful dog and betraying him, after all he’s done for him, and making him crazy with Jacobo, he’s going to kill both of them and eat them in pieces. (All this happened in the first minute.)

Mi marido tiene más familia Monday 1/14/19 Capítulo 86 Imelda and Guido Unleashed and Unfettered--OR--Ari Loses It
Frida and Susana immediately go over to Eugenio to try to change the topic while Dani wants to know why he is asking for Blanca. Frida comes up with the excuse that he thought they were video chatting with Blanca since they were planning on video calling her and Robert after the party. Linda checks with Eugenio to make sure that is what it was. Eugenio says yes. Frida quickly decides it is time to take pictures of everyone.
Catalina, Hugo and Tavo arrive next. Catalina is so happy to be there until Imelda reminds her that she already knows what she thinks of her young boyfriend. Everybody moans. Diana says they have some news. Imelda asks if she is pregnant. When the answer is no, Imelda tells her it's time she had some children. She isn't getting any younger. Everyone groans again. Linda tells Imelda that a woman is not more valuable just because she has children. Imelda feels picked on and says if they do not want to hear her opinion then it is better that she go to her room. Susana asks her to stay and if they cannot they all have an agreeable time together. Imelda says not in this building. Nonno offers to leave with Imelda. She is going to take him on a tour of the building. When she is gone, Hugo announces that he got promoted to principal at the school.

All three of the current novelas will soon end. This Friday will be the last day for La Sultana. It will be replaced by a new round of Exatlón. Falsa Identidad will conclude next Monday. Replacing it will be a 10-episode mini-novela entitled Jugar con Fuego. Señora Acero 5 has been in últimos capítulos for a while now, so it too will soon come to an end.

Amar a Muerte, 1/11/19, Episode 48: Everybody Gets Schooled Or Tooled
- Lucia is told by Armenta that tonight she's sleepng in his bed with him and no if's, and's or but's; she tells him at first that she's very disappointed in his manner. A learned and worldly man such as he should realize that ain't the way to seduce the light of León Carvajal's life. "-Are you challenging me?" "--Take it any way you like. But I warn you that if you force me you will be spending the night with an object who feels nothing; and you'll feel nothing either!" He says then yeah, he'll change but then they'll have to see each other more frequently. He storms out of the room at that point.

Mi marido tiene más familia Friday 1/11/19 Capítulo 85 The Ghost of Canuto Past--or--Guido Frames Hermoso
Audifaz walks in on a happy turkey dinner. He stopped by to get a few things and to tell them he will be living with Tulio. Ari makes a point of telling Audifaz he bought the turkey with his own money and invites him to sit and eat with them. Audi must be going but is pleased that Ari is doing so well and now that the López boy is no longer to be around, he can focus on himself. Ari asks what does he mean by that. Audi asks if Ari didn't hear that Cuautémoc and his friend are now novios.
Susana and Pancho congratulate Temo and Diego. Pancho announces that they will be staying in separate rooms and looking after the kids.
We see the huge ofrenda Imelda has created for Canuto. The whole family is there. Imelda talks to Canuto and how he died after life brought them together again. He still lives in all of their hearts. Canuto's ghostly hands appear on her shoulders. Canuto says that someday she will be looking for him and he will be waiting for her. The ghost of Canuto stands next to Susana. Susana regrets the last words she said to him. The ghost of Canuto says she has always been a good daughter and he is happy she has reconciled with her sons. She cannot miss the opportunity of believing in love again.

Mi marido tiene más familia Thursday 1/10/19 Capítulo 84 Nonno Makes an Impression--OR--"Tamoles!"
Highlights:
Temo decides to give Diego a "chance." Diego hugs him. Ari sees them.
During the Day of the Dead season, Nonno meets Crisanta as he admires her ofrenda (altar) to Canuto outside of her store. After hearing what it is, he wants to make one for his deceased wife Ondina and his deceased son Luciano. He seems to be quite the flirt.
Blanca says goodbye to the family before she leaves for the USA with Dave. Eugenio tells Frida he never told Blanca about his illness so she would go to the USA to be with Robert and Julieta.
Susana talks to her neuropsychologist friend Grecia up in Baja California about coming down to stay for a while and help out Eugenio.
